I've got thoughts. First, though, there are already major developments in the race to be the Democratic nominee for president in 2008. We're rooting, of course, for Kamala to give it another go, and it does sound like that may be happening. Because look at this headline from New York Magazine this morning. Quote, like it or not, Kamala Harris is the frontrunner. You go, girl, you got this. Don't believe the naysayers. Look at New York Magazine.

They're acknowledging you're the frontrunner. That's right, despite cackling through a billion dollars in 107 days only to fail by losing every single swing state. The Democrats are seriously considering giving Kamala Harris another chance. I love them so much. Thank you, Democrats. Thank you. New York Magazine quotes one of her former aides. as saying, quote, she walks in as the frontrunner.

It is fairly obvious. She's followed wherever she goes. And I don't want to upset any narratives that any of the other candidates are pushing. But she comes in with 99% name ID and everyone else is going to have to raise money and buy it. So you're right, campaign aide. You are correct. She's got a running start. Let her run.

The more America saw of Kamala Harris, of course, the less they liked her as a presidential candidate. who cares because she's a woman and she's black. And if you're a Democrat, that's all that matters. But Harris's advisors somehow came to the opposite conclusion that she was building momentum with voters, determining that the problem for her in losing was simply that she didn't have enough time to show America who she really was.

The problem is not that we got to know her and didn't like her, is that we didn't get to know her. Okay, so after four years as vice president, not to mention her time prior to that as senator and her time in California politics and then her 107 days in the campaign trial. We just didn't know her. That's, yes, let's not disabuse them of that notion. You're right. If we get to know her better, I'm sure you're going to have a different result next time around. And I'm sure, you know, in a debate setting against J.D. Vance or Marco Rubio, she would really shy. All right, now I shouldn't say that because the one thing she was

actually pretty decent at was the debates. I'm going to give her that legitimately. It could have been worse. Let's put it this way. So now she's trying to repair and rebuild. She is meeting with members of the far left part of her party, the anti-Israel wing, and has even reportedly reached out to New York's socialist Muslim mayor, Zoran Mamdani. And that's very interesting. I mean, he's got a constituency and she wants it. So listen, this woman is running. Why would somebody like, Kamala Harris reach out to him if she weren't. New York Magazine quotes a supporter who recently met with Kamala as saying the following, quote, she's looking for where the wave is going and is determined to ride it. Yeah, ride it, sister. Her mindset is that I should have won and I am going to do it

my way because my way would have won. And it was all these consultants that were telling me to take this position or that position. And it was their fault. Yes, it was their fault. Yes, it was their Hold on a second because there's another quote in there that's absolutely spectacular, where she said, hold on, I'm pulling the article, which is right here, not she. Somebody says, here's the final line from a Democratic strategist in the New York magazine piece. I hope she runs, said Alex Hoffman, a dem strategist who advises several major party donors, quote, because then she will lose and we will never have to hear from her again. She will never win an election at a national scale.

Never. So will they listen to this Alex Hoffman or will they listen to Kamala? I don't, I don't know. The Democrats do have some other choices, including the Congresswoman from New York, Alexandria Ocasios Cortez, Sandy. Sandy Cortez, that's what she went by until she decided to get in a national politics. Yes, AOC, as she's colloquially known, is getting praise. Back to Mayor Mumdani, he's the kingmaker now himself, getting praise from him in an interview with the New York Times.

He got the Lulu Garcia-Narvala, whatever, Navarro treatment over the weekend and did not hold back on whether AOC would be a strong commander-in-chief. Watch. We all have to take a step back and appreciate what it is that. she means to so many across this country, and the reason for it is the work that she has done. You think she'd make a good president? I think she would make a good anything. Okay. We do know one thing about AOC.

She will not be afraid to pander to Democrat voters. Listen to how she changed her accent while campaigning for House candidate Justin Pearson before a predominantly black audience in Memphis on Friday. Watch. Brothers and sisters. We cannot afford to leave Tennessee behind. We cannot afford to leave Kentucky behind, Alabama behind, Mississippi behind, Georgia behind, South Carolina. Sister Presley and I were in Montgomery, Alabama.

And one of the things that we said was that it is time for the north to roll up to the south. We will not be chased out of places anymore. brothers and sisters. It is going to take all of us together, rejecting the separation for us to organize and speak life into one another because we will, we will see the day where we will turn the crooked path straight, Memphis. Sister Presley and I, Sister Callahan and I have thoughts. Okay.

Look, maybe this is working. Do we really understand Democrat voters that well? I don't know that we do. Maybe that's going to work because now she's getting compared to Barack Obama. And in Democrat circles, that's a good thing. That's a compliment. Axios' Alexe's Alex Thompson has a new piece out entitled AOC channels Obama's hope and change message, pointing out that AOC in 2026 sounds an awful lot like Obama did.

back in 2007, here she is campaigning for far-left Michigan Senate candidate, Abdul-El-Said, over the weekend. Watch. Is the answer to our problems to turn to the same playbook over and over again? A playbook that says in order to win, we need to show deference to Trump by thanking his same ice agency that has shot Renee Good, Alex Pretti, Lorenzo Salgado, Arrajo, and Johann Sebastian Durand Guerrero. A playbook that says in order to win, we must be defenders of the same status quo that is drowning us and tells us the aspiration to change our government and the ambition to even try is foolish.

No, it's not foolish, Michigan. It is the responsible and right thing to do. to do. She's going to have to pick a lane, by the way. So she's doing like the black thing. She's doing the Hispanic thing. She's trying to be Barack Obama. But listen, by the way, speaking of Barack Obama, listen to his message.

This was him speaking to Democrats in Iowa in 2007. The same old Washington textbook campaigns just won't do in this election. That's why I'm asking you to. Stop settling for what the cynics say we have to accept. In this election, in this moment, let us reach for what we know is possible. A nation healed, a world repaired, an America that believes again. Thank you very much, everybody. Thank you.

Can you believe people fell for that bullshit? A nation healed, a world repaired? and people were literally like, yes, he'll do it. Okay, the very first thing he did when he got elected was going on an apology tour for America across the world saying how sorry we were for our foreign policy and then jammed a revision of one-seventh of the U.S. economy down our throats without majority support.

The first time an entitlement like that had been passed without majority support in U.S. history, Obamacare, which is still struggling, unpopular, and effed, untold numbers of Americans over when it comes to keeping their doctor and their health care plan. Literally, people died. This is the same guy who gave Chris Matthews a thrill up his leg back in the day. I mean, what a weird media we have, thrill up his leg. Even like, if you have a thrill when watching a politician, shouldn't it be like up your back? Up your leg takes us to a strange place, Chris Matthews.

It's just, I'm not sure as a man in particular, you really want to be saying another man makes you feel like that. Maybe it's just me. Speaking of excitement, maybe AOC will give us more moments like this one when she went on the trail. She's been everywhere. You know, this is last year or two years ago, 2024, but like she's doing a lot of politicking for her fellow Democrats, yet another sign. She's got higher career aspirations.

But here is where she went on the trail for far left congressman Jamal Bowman in 2024. This was AOC unleashed. It didn't work. he was voted out of office, notwithstanding this performance here by her. You know, I remember Roger L.'s telling me that men don't like women who are screaming at them. There's a different news personality out there who I shall not name in this particular moment, whom he did not like. And he used to say that it's only like a weird fetishized section of men who want,

to be across from a woman who's screaming at them. And I think AOC might benefit if she took that advice to heart. In general, I mean, men and women, but especially men, don't respond well to a woman screaming her guts out at them. And honestly, I think most men want a woman they can respect, not somebody who's confused and still stuck in her teenage years and still thinks what would be badass is to show up in shorts and like a white button down, hop around the stage, whip your hair down like you're back in the bar serving the margaritas. That's a good move as a cocktail waitress. Yeah, you want tips and you want to kind of look hot and sexy like you're thinking about sex. Let your hair down. Yeah, you go. Now you want to be taken seriously as a politician and you think

the way forward is to both try to project some sort of sex appeal, which failed given the outfit you chose and also to scream at the people? I don't, I don't think so. Didn't work for Jamal Bowman. And I don't think it's going to work for AOC either. Okay, but as bad as these options are, Kamala and AOC for the Democrats, the Democrats would certainly prefer to talk about those two than what's going on in Maine in the wake of Graham Platner falling apart. As we told you, he won the Democratic, the Democratic primary for Senate in that state, but he was forced to withdraw after sexual assault allegations.

I mean, he was on his way toward officially securing the nomination, and that's when everything fell apart with all these women coming forward, and then finally one woman came forward and said, he raped her, and he denied it, and that was the end of him. One of the candidates running to replace him,

wanting to take on Susan Collins in Maine, who's been very popular with Maine voters. She may not be popular with the Trump White House or the MAGA base. But, you know, Maine is a different kettle of fish, and she's popular up there. And look, she's better than one of these far-left Dems. But one of the candidates now vying to take on Susan Collins by replacing Graham Platner as the nominee is Ashley Webb. Ashley Webb is a man who had this to say about why the Democrats should nominate

him to run against Collins. Ashley Webb, what qualifications do you have to serve in the U.S. Senate? Well, I ran for office several times. Didn't win, but he didn't run. And then I'm a songwriter, and then I write my own books. And then I expose my transparency. see, I wouldn't lie to the people and I wouldn't deceive the people like we're being deceived right now.

You wouldn't lie to the people? You wouldn't deceive the people? Okay, you are standing up there in a dress trying to pawn yourself off as a woman. So I'm feeling like you would lie to us and you would deceive us. That's just my own. That's my own feeling based on what I've learned about. Ashley. It's even worse on Web's Reddit account, which has since been deleted. What a shock. What a dope. He didn't even delete it before he decided to run for this seat. But we have the

screenshots, of course. This one was posted about a year ago. Buckle up, okay? He wrote, quote, just forgive me in advance. Trigger warning here. When I am having this monthly period pain, and it is not too bad, I feel something. in my right side where my appendix is located and something of the bladder. When the monthly pain is real bad, I am feeling something in both my right and left side and above my bladder. When you don't have the proper hole, it finds one of two exits. The guy in China was lucky and the exit was his bladder. Me, on the other hand, was not so lucky. Listen to this idiot. Me was not so lucky. My exit connection was made with my colon.

Because when I get this monthly pain, that is where the blood comes out of. Intersex like us don't get diagnosed until our 20s as we tend not to be born with extra holes. I didn't get diagnosed in my 20s because I was dealing with incompetent doctors. Where do we be? He is deceitful. He's not a woman. His name is not Ashley. And he is not menstruating with the blood coming out of his anus. That's not a thing. Just to be extra, extra sure, I did consult my medical references this morning, and it's not a thing, no matter what. He attempted to post some like proof that this was his problem. It utterly failed apart and failed to prove anything other than he's deranged. He's not a well man.

About a year ago also, he allegedly posted the following on Reddit. Quote, I don't like talking about the monthly rectal bleeding. Again, sorry, trigger warning. Because when I talk about it to doctors, it tends to get me colonoscopies. That turned up nothings. Right. When any of us go into a doctor and say we have rectal bleeding, all of us would be given a colonoscopy.

And he goes on. And talking about the pain gets me cat scans that turn up nothing. That's because there's just nothing in there, sir. There's not a uterus and there's not ovaries. He continued. FYI, cat scans can't find a uterus in ovaries. when they enter your gender as male. They use different scanning process for females.

I see. So the CAT scan, which is supposed to survey, take a basically a look inside of your abdominal cavity right below your stomach. It has special screening abilities for ovaries. Like you're in there looking around. And what did they find, sir? Nothing? like your ovaries and your uterus just simply disappeared off the screen and that was and you and you had no testicles either there were no gonads in there i'm like this person is a deranged lunatic he thinks

that he's got a bad doctor because he complained of bleeding out of his anus and he was given colonoscopies that's pretty much par for the course it's kind of standard operating procedure The next trip should have been to his psychiatrist. Webb also revealing a report, he says, is from his CT scan just over the weekend. He just revealed this, writing about it on Facebook. Quote, the radiologist addressed the adrenal gland and explicitly noted that the scrotum was not well evaluated by CT, but remained completely silent on ovaries despite being asked. on a specifically requested finding isn't no evidence. It's an incomplete report, one that hasn't

concluded whether ovaries are present or absent either way. Anyone citing it as proof of anything about my anatomy and citing a document that doesn't answer the question they are claiming it answers. Well, I don't really need to see a scan of your cavities, sir. Can we rerun that soundbite we just ran? here's my proof that you are a man. Ashley Webb, what qualifications do you have to serve in the U.S. Senate? Oh, I ran for office several times. Didn't win, but he didn't run. And then I'm a songwriter, and then I write my own books.

And then I expose my transparency. I wouldn't lie to the people and I wouldn't deceive the people like we're being deceived right now. You wouldn't lie to us except to tell us that you have blood coming out of of your ass that's from your uterus. We're going to have troubles, you and I, sir. Webb is also apparently tech savvy. He has a memoir entitled, I am Ashley.

But he used an image generated. I mean, I would too, if I look like him, generated by AI. And check out the picture he chose to promote his memoir instead of what he really looks like. It's a stunning, slim, pretty woman, unlike the Hulk of a man that Ashley actually is over here on screen right. This is unbelievable. This person participated in the debate. I mean, who'd you rather have? This guy or Graham Platner, the, you know, alleged rapist Nazi tattoo guy. I think I'd be voting for Plattner. To the surprise of no one, progressive Troy Jackson is now considered to be a lock for this Democratic nominee spot in Maine instead of Webb, instead of Platner.

But this guy, Troy Jackson, has his own troubles. As we reported to you back when his name first surfaced as a possible replacement for Webb, there is an X account called Progressive V. victory that tweeted out that he, several years ago, in a heated disagreement with a colleague, struck her with a bottle he threw at her. And they went after him, saying, this can't be a replacement for Graham Platner. It's like out of the frying pan and into the fire. Like, we don't want to upgrade from someone who didn't get consent with his girlfriend before having sex with her to someone who's whipping beer bottles at female colleagues and hitting them. So that's a no. But now, in the wake of the Ashley Webb debacle, here's what progressive victory is tweeting now. When we received the

information about Troy Jackson, our fear was that the left was about to accidentally rally behind another potential monster. We panicked and spread unverified allegations in a post about Troy Jackson that has rightfully received criticism. We agree with many of you that we acted in a manner that was irresponsible and inappropriate. I don't think that that's exactly a denial. That doesn't sound like a full retraction or even a denial. And I'm sure there will be some intrepid reporters now, probably from publications on the right,

that are going to take a deep dive into Troy Jackson and see whether the first report was the true one. Because Progressive Victory had tweeted this when they tweeted out that information about hitting a woman with a bottle that he threw at her. Quote, they said, we began asking our contacts on the ground in Maine

about Troy Jackson earlier today. And they said that multiple people told them this, that it basically implying it was an open secret in Maine. So let's see. Because right now they're not saying we regret the erroneous report were saying it was irresponsible and inappropriate of us to post it, and we spread an unverified allegation. That's not the same as saying it's not true, and we retract it. So that's going to be

their candidate in Maine, Troy Jackson, and we shall see how Troy Jackson does. He's on his way. meantime the operatives who helped make graham platner a thing are coming under scrutiny because frankly they just shat the bed so badly that a lot of democrats are looking at them like should we allow these people to have anything to do with our party ever again there's one guy lon his name daniel marath he was educated at brown university an ear law school his grandfather there was the founder of the predecessor business of Toys R Us. This is all outlined in a Politico piece that's pretty interesting as up today. And he had described Marath when he was pitching Platner as the candidate as a cross between a rugged JFK and Bernie Sanders. Sadly for them, that

JFK analogy proved to be very true. Hailing him as one of the most talented politicians of our time, maybe any time. They were so excited to find somebody who had actual testosterone. They didn't know what to do with themselves. That's me, not political. The email which was obtained by political carried the subject line, I think this guy is going to be president. Then there was a guy named Morris Katz. He's a Zora Mamdani guy who's 27 years old and an ad maker who alerted his fellow Democrats. We found a model here to win over working class voters. Find a guy that looks like he's a union working class guy and put him forward. So how'd that work out for you, people? Because now you are in tatters, and it certainly looks like you are going to be stuck with this guy who may or may not have thrown and hit a woman with the projectile bottle.

Not too long ago, or I don't know, some years ago, either him or Ashley Webb, whose real name is James Charles. James Charles Webb. And if you decide to go with James Charles Webb, or even by engaging in the fiction that this person could possibly represent Maine in the United States Senate, here's a little news update for you on the latest from the transgender community, which our audience knows is not the best adjusted community. They're really not all that well together as a rule. It might be some individual exceptions on a case-by-case basis. but there's an overwhelming percentage of people who suffer or claim to suffer from this problem, the vast majority of whom are males who are working out their sexual fetish on us, that leads to a hair trigger, and we've seen in too many instances, turns them into actual trigger men. But the latest example comes out of Florida. Now, this thing happened in 2025, but for some reason is just now,

hitting the internet now. And here's what happened. It was in Florida. It led to the arrest of a male student at the University of Central Florida down there. I'm going to show you the video in one second. But the video shows police approaching two students, one of whom is the student identified in arrest records. His name is Jarrett Preston Vic, 26 years old. It's kind of old for a student. maybe he's a grad student, and the cops were approaching these students as part of their investigation into a reported car theft on the Orlando campus. No word that this guy actually committed the car theft. That wasn't one of the charges that would wind up resulting from this encounter. But the cops had a legitimate reason to be there. They were trying to do their business, conduct an investigation, and they had the unfortunate experience of running across Jarrett Preston Vick. Watch this.

What's the problem? Why do you let those kids get away with this? They are not supposed to be here. If you don't lower your voice, I am going to put handcuffs on you, and I'm going to take you to a bakeract facility. Lower your voice. Fucking try it. Are you threatening me?

And frankly, you're doing a piss poor job of pretending to be one of us. His hair looked like one of those wigs you would get if you ordered rocker, you know, like 70s rocker, 80s rocker off of Amazon, just pointing in every direction, covering his face. And frankly, I can see why he wants to do that. He's not dressed like a woman. He just wants this police officer to know that in his, heart, he is one, and then to call him she. And thank God that cop operates in Ron DeSantis's Florida and understood full well that Florida is a free state and a reality-based state and that

he would not be in any trouble for sticking to reality with that lunatic who was prancing around the Florida campus bothering God knows whom. Look, here's his mugshot, all-male, obviously, and a pathetic excuse for one of those as well. But think about it. Kids in Florida are going to school with this lunatic who can't hold a ticket. And I urge the voters in the main Democratic contest to consider this case down in Florida before you go any further, as if the blood coming out of the anus is actually my period weren't enough. Okay, there you have an extra. There is, you know, some interesting information on the upcoming midterm elections, which is what this is all about. Everybody's trying to like shore up their chances from Maine on down.

And Harry Enton, the CNN data analyst, gave us a little update on the generic ballot looking ahead to November. Take a listen to this in SOT Zero. So the numbers show what, Harry? They show a big, uh-oh, worry sign, at least compared to history, because I want to take it back through the history machine. I want to note, OK, House National July, CNBC, Washington Post poll average midterm years. This is the generic ballot, right? Where were we back in 2006 when, of course, Democrats were going back on the win the House? They were up by 12 in an average of those two polls.

How about 2018? They were up by an average of 10 in those two polls. Look at where that average is now. well less than half of either the level of 2018 and 2006, way down there. Yes, they're ahead, but they're head. I have to shrink down on the screen. They're ahead by only four points, which is significantly less than what we saw in 2018 and 2006 when Democrats took back the House.

So as I said, this is an, uh-oh, this is a warning sign. Well, yes, Democrats are ahead, not by anywhere near the margin they were in prior wave years. Okay. That's because they're so crazy. The Republican Party is not popular right now. The Iran War is not popular and it's ramping back up. People are voting most of the time based on their pocketbook issues. And President Trump's approval numbers there are in the toilet.

So why would the Democrats only be four points ahead? You'd think they'd be crushing the GOP right? Well, they're not because of themselves. Because of them. they're they're cray cray I mean I've been saying this for months now it's like you know I've made the analogy of like you're looking at your spouse and your spouse is put on like 75 pounds and was sitting on the couch shoving potato chips into their mouth like a little drool coming down and won't help out around the house and you feel like you're doing everything and you maybe your eye starts

to wander like maybe oh okay hey look at this person they're looking pretty hot they dressed nicely, they have a good job, they care about their presentation, and bam, they tell you that they want to chop off little kids' body parts. Hard know. That's the position voters are in right now looking at the slothful Republicans, but then taking a look about possibly cheating on them, and you've got true loons out there on the outside. And voters are onto them. I mean, they saw how lunatic they were back in 2024. And it's actually funny because that political article I was telling you about, about Kamala Harris, goes into how now her people have convinced themselves and her that while they really thought that, you know, she's for they, them, Trump's for you,

ad was devastating at the time. They changed their views on that. And it was really all about the fact that she had too short of time. That's really, that's what did it. It wasn't her positions on the issues like trans. So great. I mean, again, this bodes very well for the GOP. This is a dream, frankly, for them. And you've got this Democratic Socialists of America group that we've been telling you about that wants to eliminate the U.S. Senate, the Pentagon, funding for all police, all jails. I mean, we could go on. It's truly crazy shit. But they're growing. They're growing in popularity, at least among the left. And there's the New York Democratic Socialists of America chair. This is a group, by the way, we saw them in Times Square on 10-8 after the attack on

Israel on 10-7. I mean, on 10-8, when we were still fielding the videotapes of women with their bloodied pants, thanks to attacks on them. Yes, there were rapes of Israeli women. the murders we saw all over Israel, of elderly women, of children, of innocent theater or concert goers, male and female, the torture that they were subjected to, cheering. There was the DSA that was in the middle of Times Square, cheering and pulling down posters of the hostages, including babies, toddlers, fucking vile. Okay. So this is a disgusting group that really should be nowhere and your power. But they're winning. And their chair, Gustavo Gordillo, went on Fox News, which is kind of interesting. And here is, well, a little bit of what he said. Here's SOT 16.

Let's start with that one. The problem we're facing in our housing system is that we talk about tenants and we say they have to pull themselves up by their bootstraps. They have to be responsible financially, but when we look at the landlords, we don't use those same standards. Landlords in New York have been making a 12% return on their investment for, on average. How much should they make? What's fair for the landlord to make if you don't like 12? They're complaining that 12 is not enough. And we don't think that anyone should have a constitutional right to double-digit returns on their investment. That's why we've implemented No one should have a right to a double-digit return on their investment.

No one has a right. That's not... What are you talking about? No one's in the Constitution. But what we see is that when we implement a rent-freeze, we have landlords who are crying that the government is going to put them out of business. Well, they're trying to run a business. And they're trying to do it effectively.

No, you know, are all landlords perfect? Are some landlords lousy? Of course they are. But I just think that the idea that no one should make a... double-digit profit is the antithesis of the desire to like you can be anything you want to be in New York. Yeah, in America. That's right. But this little man with the ponytail and the weird facial hair would like to dictate how much you can make on your business if you're a landlord. He'll decide. This is right back to Barack Obama. I do think at a certain point you've made

enough money. This is right back to his exchange with Joe the plumber, remember? And, And how, yeah, you've made enough money. And you didn't build that. You didn't build that. You built your business. You didn't really build that. You owe the government still. You know, I was just thinking about this on the death tax.

It's like you earn money. You pay taxes on that money. Then you get to put it in your bank account. If you want to pass it down to your children upon your death, they have to pay a massive death tax on it. it just for receiving that same money that you've already paid taxes on. And depending on your tax bracket, you may have spent as many as 50%, as much as 50% on your taxes. So you lost half your money that you earned. You paid that because you didn't build that. In other words, you did pay

for the highways and the bridges and the maintenance of your fellow Americans. You really had no choice, but you did it if you were honest. And if you're not a New York real estate baron, not just Trump, I told you, but this other guy I knew, who was a big real estate guy who said his father would roll over in his grave if he found out that the son had paid $1 in taxes. They find a way to claim these huge losses so they don't have to pay anything. It's chumps like you and me who are salaried employees, and that I am too, thanks to my business, that get stuck paying the full boat that don't have all these weird fake right-offs to diminish our income, and we have to pay basically half of our salary.

to the government. And you do that. And then when you die, you want to leave it to your kids, they have to pay another half. So they get 25% of what you'd want to give them in what you originally took in. It's just outrageous. And it's because the guys like this who are already in command. It's because of the Democrats that we have a huge death tax and huge taxes and so on, because they never think they've taxed you enough, ever, ever. And that guy, who I guarantee you, has accomplished nothing in his life. Nothing in terms of business. And never signed the front of a paycheck as opposed to the back as an employee who wants to decide how much you can make as a New York City landlord. And by the way, things in New York under his fellow Democrat socialist

Zora Mamdani are not going well at all. When I lived in Manhattan, I lived in the Upper West Side. We were constantly on the West Side Highway. That's the main thoroughfare that you take to get from the north to the south if you live on the west side. On the east side, it's the FDR. And I was steps away from that. And my child's school was steps away from that. And now for, what is the block radius, it is roughly 12 blocks from 34th Street up to 46th Street, which is right by where, I mean, so many people live on the West Side Highway, just off of there. They have a huge homeless encampment, huge. It's turned into a tent city.

and it's sprawling, according to Fox News, reporting that, yeah, stretches nearly 12 blocks, that the city has done very little to address it. It's full of tense, trash, and reported illegal activity. And take a listen to this soundbite. It aired on Fox just days ago with the people in New York. This is overwhelmingly Democratic, and I guarantee you a large collection of the New Yorkers interviewed, voted for Zohram Mamdani because they want to change,

maybe even hope and change. And instead they got homeless encampments with trash and illegal activity everywhere. Listen to how they're reacting. And it's just getting worse. Apartment buildings keep going up. You know, people paying good rent to live in this neighborhood

and it's terrible. Drugs, prostitution, and everything else in between. Yeah, I'm a tourist here in New York and I'm disappointed how the government fail to support homeless people. It's not.

They're not getting support, how they promise them. Make this a better place for everyone, and make it a better place for tourists. We have enough problems bringing people from overseas into the United States. It seems like it's an unfriendly place to be. This is not a great look for us. I think they gotta clean them up,

they gotta keep on top of them. The seven-day stuff or whatever it is now is really not working. And they just need to keep cleaning up. I mean, I hope you like it because you're going to be getting a whole lot more of it. As this radical group takes over the Democrat Party, that's why. That's one of the many reasons why those herringen numbers are so bad for Dems. The gender issue, the embrace of the far-left DSA, who would vote for a party that wants to get rid of all prisons and cops and the Senate and the Pentagon. I mean, like, who just like, victims here. Victims here.

That's really the messaging that they're going for. So, I mean, look, Republicans need to get their shit together, but that, that should provide some comfort on those, you know, cold nights leading up to early November when they're getting very worried about the historical trend of the party in power losing and losing mightily. There's one other that I want to show you, and that is, well, I don't know if we have time. Well, let's stick with this DSA guy, Gustavo Gordillo, who also said the following to Martha McCallum, SOT 15. How does the government become more democratized if the government takes over more of the power? So, for example, here in New York, if you have government-owned grocery stores, right?

In what world does it make sense to build a $30 million grocery store and put competitive pressure on the bodegas that are in the neighborhood? I think that what we saw in the mayoral campaign is the mayor was able to build a movement that inspired people to believe that we could have a government that works for ordinary people that is actually responsive to the working class. Inspiration is great, but if you're the bodega owner, how would you feel? If the government opened a big grocery store right next to your bodega, how would you feel? If one publicly owned grocery store that brings prices down in the neighborhood is enough to put someone out of business, then maybe they shouldn't have been in that business in the first place.

Okay. The bodega operators. Now, that's, is this the hope and change? Zora and Mamdani ran on? We're talking about these small kiosks and in some instances storefronts that have, just like, you've seen it if you've gone to New York, just like a little hot bar where you get like sweet. and sour chicken or something like that or in the bodega and the sort of the kiosks that are around. Those are going to be wiped out by these government stores. And this is progress. It's, it's better if the money goes to the man than to the mom and pop shops that are actually

supporting families with their grocery sales. It's not what they promised. Of course, because as we know from history, socialism never works. Because Cynthia Nixon has a lot of experience as a lawyer. Oh, wait, that was a character she played on TV.

She's not a lawyer. She's never been a lawyer. She doesn't know Jack about the law. And yet she would be the appropriate screener for who can make it on the bench in New York City. Maybe she's gotten less crazy. Maybe she's just turned into a reasonable person whose opinion might know. No, no. Here she is with her Make Abortion Great Again hat.

Remember when this came out? it must be AI, did not believe this could possibly be real. But it is. She really wants abortion to be great. And here she is, thanks to President Trump and the penalties that he and RFKJ have threatened on these health care facilities when it comes to their Medicare payments and otherwise, and as a result, they're reversals on performing these trans surgeries. So thanks to the Trump administration, God bless them. Many of these hospitals have stopped doing it because they don't give a shit about these kids. They want to pretend that they care about trans youth. They want money. They want money. And once the cost became too great to perform these surgeries, like they care

about their Medicare payments a hell of a lot more than they care about their trans payments, even though the latter are lucrative, but not as much as Medicare. The services started drying up. They stopped offering them. And Cynthia Nixon, who prized yourself on having like, I don't know, three kids, all of whom are queer in some way, trans or gay or what have you, it's like, It's a you problem, madam, reacted when asked about the fact that NYU, a great university and great hospital where I have been many times for my children and their arrival into this world, that they've stopped performing these surgeries. Watch this. It's not 17. Most importantly, I am here today as the mother of a proud trans man. Today as the aunt of a proud trans man. Everyone's kid is trans.

And my kid, his friend is trans. My trans kid had his top surgery at NYU a number of years ago. Wow. Wow. His doctors were fantastic. His surgeon was the best we could have imagined. And the idea that the city

is filled with young people who thought they had a place to go where they could receive the highest care, and that place has now been shut to them, sickens me, sickens me to my core. So just imagine, if you would, for a minute, the kind of screening questions that Cynthia Nixon will be asking potential judicial nominees. And I realize it's not her fault. Zora Mamdani would be placing any radical in this position. She just happens to to be the one he named. He's the radical. It's his election that we need to have the problem with. But, I mean, it's as bad as we thought between the homeless encampments, the objection to bodega's owners being able to make a living, just the nonstop problems across New York, the sex workers

who are now all over the West Side Highway servicing homeless in their tents. Yes, that was part of the report. Absolutely disgusting imagery. And now this nutcase. deciding who's going to be on the bench deciding cases. I mean, it's just, it's as bad as we thought it would be. Back to presidential politics. Want to check in on Joe Biden as we have been over the past few weeks. Again, they wanted us to believe this man could be president right now. They wanted him to have access to the nuclear football right now.

A couple of weeks ago, well, I guess a month or two ago now at this point, Jill Biden launched her book that shot right up to the number one spot on the New York. Times bestseller list only to fall off into oblivion because it was bulk sales and she purchased her audience. No one has actual organic interest in Jill Biden. But she had an event at the 92nd Street Y in New York. And we showed you the tape in part. Well, now the full tape has come out of when Joe Biden stood up at the end of the event, which was moderated by Whoopi Goldberg and spoke to her like a toddler. And she spoke right back to him like a toddler. And it's even more disturbing than the short clip revealed.

Now, I don't generally like to go over the same sound bites more than once because it's a waste of your time. But I actually do want to show this longer version of this clip because it's just, it's disturbing. That's what it is. Forget the lies we were told. It's just disturbing the exploitation of this man that his own family was doing and was perfectly happy to continue doing. And by the way, it's the same team, you know, some of them at least. who are still at the top of the Democratic pyramid, who are still running messaging for the Dems.

And I'm sure a lot of them will emerge as we get going again after these midterms in presidential politics. Maybe not on behalf of Kamala, because those two camps don't think much of each other reportedly, but on behalf of somebody. But listen, watch this. Joe has a question.

Like you couldn't ask it later? Who do you love? most in the whole world. You love most. And so I'm going to do the last... No. I love you most, Joe.

Is that it? Is that the answer he wanted? Yes. Overwhelming. Well, that's what keeps him on his toes. He's never 100% sure. I always keep him guessing. Is that not true? So the last thing I have to say is please remind people to pick up, now I know it says books.

I've written one book, but Doug, my husband, if I stood up at his event or if he, he would never talk down to me like that, he would be happy to cede the spotlight. And, but he would, this, we would never speak to each other this way. And if I were ever up there on stage, Doug would never be like, my book. I mean, would your spouse ever do this to you? So he's lost his marbles. She's annoyed by it. There's like a seething resentment underneath that tone, affect, and her. willingness to treat him like a toddler publicly on that mic. I get that he's become one, but he's still your spouse and the former commander-in-chief. She can't. She doesn't respect him.

I mean, neither do we, but that's different. We're not married. And it's just incredible. The fraud that that family tried to pull on us. These Democrats should never be trusted again. The media that enabled them should never be trusted again. They literally thought this guy could be in charge of the nuclear football right now. Right now. It makes me angry when I see him that way. It makes me angry of how he was taken advantage of by his family. It makes me angry that they offered him up to the American people in a fraudulent manner with an entire media complex working to cover up the truth from us, to gaslight us on the cheap fakes and all that bullshit. These same journalists are now asking you for their trust as we go into the next round of heavy

politics. F them. All right. So that's Biden. Enter Don Lemon. Speaking of the gross Democrats and enabling media who lied to us. Don Lemon's got thoughts about the next presidential contest and how it might involve him. Watch. The political ambition. Is that true? No, but people keep asking me if I'm running for president. And I don't know, I might. I'm serious. I don't know. I might because people keep asking me to do it. Um, uh, I actually think I would be a really good president of the United States. Okay, like you're, you're being serious. No, I'm being totally serious.

So what would it is? For the people to want me. For the people to want me. Well, then we're safe. He, this is like crazy. If you are in media, if you are in political commentary, you're going to get a fair amount of people

asking you that question. That is a reality of being at the pointing end of the spear. It doesn't mean you actually have any chance, Don. Pro tip. it does not mean you actually have any chance. A whole different host of considerations go in. Who can actually win? Never mind who should try. And you are not on the list. Either list. Not to say I wouldn't enjoy covering. So it's like a Kamala Harris situation. I don't want to discourage it. I don't want to completely, you know, pop the balloon for him. But this is the

delusion. This is the narcissistic delusion that someone like Don Lemon, who was on cable news for years in the prime time at CNN, operate under as we listen to him and we actually some treated him like an authority. Thank God those years are over. Here's more. This is, that one I think was a week or two ago. Here's another one where he was on the Angry Ladies podcast, right, Steve? Is that where this one comes from? 10? Oh, it's the same one. Okay. It's a podcast called Can't Be Censored. And he has some thoughts on MAGA because I know you define MAGA based on what Don Lemon thinks of it. Well, here's your answer, Satan. MAGA is the closest thing to the modern version of the Nazi party. This is America's version.

It's the closest thing without the Holocaust and all that stuff. That's sort of mindset. That's what MAGA is because most intelligent people are logical people, when they get new information, and if that information is negative or not factual, then they change their minds with me go, oh, well, I wish I had known better. And now that I have this information, then I can readjust. No matter what you, no matter how many facts and how much information you give them, you give them about this presidency, about the policies, they don't change their minds, because they're really not voting for the price of eggs. They're voting for white supremacy. again, it's kind of like the Joe Biden situation.

CNN put him in the prime time of its lineup as a straight, well, news anchor, and wanted us to believe that this was an objective journalist for all those years. Not only does he, of course, not like the right, he hates. He hates the right. Hates it. He hates MAGA. He hates Trump voters, hates them. They paraded him for years as an objective journalist over there. And by the way, he's no different than 99% of the on-air talent over at CNN.

No different. If you think, you know, I don't want to name names, but any of the talent over there right now has a warm spot in their hearts for any mag of voters. Of course, you don't think that. But if you were to think that, you would be sorely disappointed to hear them talk behind the scenes. It's just that Don Lemon has dropped the facade now. So let's see if that's a winning campaign message for him, that the Republican Party are a bunch of Nazis now. Maga is a bunch of Nazis. It didn't seem to work out that well for Kamala Harris because it kind of was her campaign theme.

And she was rejected just like Don Lemon would be. Although you go, girl. You got this. Now, Michelle Obama has been everywhere, you know, trying to build her brand and try to build her very, very, sad little podcast. And she showed up at the Essence Festival and wanted to talk about a number of things, how aggrieved she is. Yes, you know that. And also how amazing she is. So she's aggrieved and amazing. Those two things always go hand in hand. Like she's incredible. People don't understand her. She's amazing. People are racist. She's spectacular. She's got an annoying family,

a pain in the ass daughters. She's a great wife, but she has an asshole husband. I mean, we could be here all day. Here's the latest installment of America. You've disappointed me again. SOT 11. I remember the first big speech I gave in Iowa. It was packed. I mean, I was pulling more crowds than most of Barack's opponents.

But it was interesting. The more popular I became, the more of a threat I became, it was interesting. That's when the article started, coming out. I had been campaigning for more than a year. And then it was, this is when I understood, like, this is politics. Oh, they're coming after me because I'm useful. And they're trying to beat my husband, so they're trying to slow me down, right? And some of those first articles, they would always start, she was wearing a purple sheath and she had on this pair of shoes.

It wouldn't matter what I said, Kiki. The article would start with what I had on. Wow. And I realized, oh, this is how they do women in politics. This is how we treat women in public life. We diminish them to just what they look like. And not what I'm saving. Now, I'm giving impassionate speeches. I think people know now that I can give a speech. That wasn't just, that didn't just start happening. You know, I was, I was always really good on the campaign trail. I was always a powerful orator. Oh my God. She is dripping in narcissism. A dripping in it. Would you at least feign some humility? I'm embarrassed for you. You're actually not that great. You're fine. But you seem very scripted and artificial to me, if I'm honest. You don't speak from the heart. You didn't move me at all at the Democratic National Convention. You felt a little recycled and tired, if I'm being honest. But just listen to it. Oh, I was powerful. And that didn't just start happening. I was powerful from the start. Let me tell you something, Michelle. The reason they wrote about your fashion is because, yes, you're a woman. It wasn't to diminish you. They do it to every female politician, and it's not to diminish them. It's because it's interesting. It's part of your look. It's part of your messaging. They would do it to men, too, if men dress differently from one another. But they don't. They all look the same. They all have

navy suits on with red ties. It's not interesting. Or we would cover it. When your husband wore that tan suit, we wrote about it. Oh, that was our racism. I forgot. No, if a politician dresses in a different way, in a way that catches our attention, we as the media, we will write about it. We'll cover it. But they never do. They'll all look like carbon copies of one another when it comes to fashion, so it's boring. But the women do tend to take more risks, and then it gets more interesting. It's fun to talk about. It's yet another item about them that's expressive that says something as we try to get to know them or the spouse of a politician. So fuck off with this grievance nonsense. You're not aggrieved. It's not, it doesn't make anybody a misogynist. It's just something about

you that caught the eye of people who are bored and need to fill magazines or newspaper copy, etc. Stop making everything an attack on you. You thin-skinned person. It's just ridiculous. And by the way, if she's so upset about our focus on her fashion, why did she pose for Vogue four times on its cover? Why did she just do a whole book about fashion? Why didn't she release a book on My Policy Prescriptions for 2026 America? Where's that?

She wants to be known for her fashion, but it has to be on her terms, you see. She wants us to rate what a style goddess she is for us to admire her bold colors in her, you know, fall palate. But God forbid, we just do that because our eyes brought us there. We're racist or we're misogynist or we're trying to diminish her. She finds grievance in everything. This is what poor Barack has been dealing with for 20, 30 years now. I mean, no wonder the guy is so gray, so prematurely. No wonder the girls fled the coop. And you never see pictures, really, with the four of them. I'm sure they're so happy to be rid of this nonstop negativity, negative Nelly all the time.

And, you know, like the self-aggrandizement with the aggrieved nature. And so, but not for nothing. We did go back just to see, like, what were they saying about her fashion at that time? Well, I was there. I was on the air. I remember she was beloved, beloved by the press. Maybe some mild criticism over on Fox, but even the folks over on Fox and I was there. They were afraid to criticize her as she was.

an implication that the Midwest is too white and how hard you're working. It doesn't really feel like a racist, misogynistic piece to me. Glamour. Again, it's a women's magazine that's obsessed with fashion. By the way, the headline of that Vogue piece was Michelle Obama, the natural. The headline of the glamour piece, your next first lady? Question mark. Lead line. I have to admit, I was a little intimidated by Michelle Obama when I first saw her. She was standing on the far side of a hotel conference room and I got the impression of a regal woman who has a model's height. She's 5-11 and a classic, understated chic. But then she came forward, extended an endless arm, and broke out her famous million-dollar smile, million-watt smile. She gave me a big hug as if we were old

girlfriends, and I felt as though I'd known her forever. Okay, where's the in-depth wardrobe commentary? I failed to meet to see it. Were you offended by the passing reference to Sheik, which could mean anything? Are you upset with glamour? Calling you Sheik? As they said, you had a million-watt smile and you look like a model and how radiant you were. Is that part of glamors, misogyny and or racism? Michelle?

April 2000. Here's Stephen Colbert. Let's say what he had to say. Yeah, let's listen. He wants to know. They speculate on what kind of first. lady a candidate's wife might be. And if you would forgive me in saying so, I think you'd be Jackie out, okay? Because I hope I'm not out of place in saying this. You're very good looking lady.

Well, we found your misogynist. We found him. Stephen Colbert said you were good looking and like Jackie out. And by the way, you're there in a short skirt showing off your legs with Jackie O'Hare. But that was because of our racism, she would later tell us. We were too racist to have her wear her braids. That's why she had to look like Jackie O. So the only people we find making comments about your looks are Stephen Colbert, who is a leftist, a committed progressive, as we know. So maybe that's what's in your head, Michelle. Then here's one more for you. Okay, before we move on. 2009, The Guardian. new vogue for black fashion is all due to Michelle Obama. So here we find one, a leftist publication

that wants to talk about fashion. Her clothing choices fuel endless segments on cable news and countless column inches in print and online. An entire website, Mrs. O, has been set up to catalog every fashion move that Michelle makes. When she chose a dress from Jason Wu to be her inaugural gown, it catapulted the designer to overnight success. Everyone, is obsessed. Quote, she's got an innate sense of how she wants to look. It goes beyond clothes. Jackie O. had it. Princess Dye had it. Michelle Obama has it, said Edward Ennful, a top stylist and fashion director who works closely with the magazine. It probably helps that Laura Bush, who had Michelle's job for the past eight years, definitely did not have it. Though Laura Bush remained popular,

even as her husband plumbed the depths of national disdain, she was now. never adopted by the fashion industry. She wore variations on the same homespun fashions for most of the decade. So who has the right to be aggrieved in response to articles like that? Michelle, is it you? Or might it be Laura Bush? Did you get the worst end of that? Or do you think it was the Republican first lady? I'm sorry, this woman is a lying sack of you know what. She's never seen a situation in which she's not the victim, even though all the situations in which she most feels victimized are in fact complimentary of her.

I just, she's like a mental illness with this person. You know, it's truly, it's like a vision disorder. Like somebody who's, you know, like if you're colorblind, you're looking at red, but it's actually green,

and you would swear to the world that it's red, but everybody who's not colorblind can see that it's green. And that there's something wrong with your vision. She's got this. She sees every compliment as an insult, every honor as an attack. Like there's something wrong with this woman. And we need only open our ears and hear her speak in order to know it's so. All right.

Because you seem to be dripping in it, madam. Honestly, when I first heard that Sonny Hosten showed up at the scene of her son in handcuffs to help him out, I thought, what is the controversy? I would do this for my child too. She's behaving like a mama bear. And you're lying if you say you wouldn't show up. up there to help your child being handcuffed if they called you, especially if you're a lawyer like she is, and I am too. I don't, I do not begrudge her one second trying to help her son out in a tense and potentially scary moment. I do begrudge her her dripping sanctimony and hypocrisy.

No one's above the law. And everyone other than Sunny Hosten is swimming in privilege that she's pissed off about. She doesn't love our country. She feels threatened and unsafe when she sees a neighborhood full of American flags because the country's been just so devastating to her. We made her a multi-millionaire. We funded her mansion in Westchester, which you could probably fit four of your homes in it. We'll show you the video yet again so you know what we're talking about. Did your child go to Harvard? Most people's kids didn't go to Harvard. Do you think her child got into Harvard? completely on merit, or do you think she might have played the Sunny Hosten view card to help him along? Not to mention the fact that her son, being black, is only a bonus to getting into an Ivy

League university like that. Everybody knows that. So if there's any privilege, it's the one that she is immersed in day after day after day. But she won't acknowledge any of that. No, it's all about white privilege, which she talks about all the time on that show, and how, I guess, Trump is evil and his voters are white supremacists. That's her main talking points from the view. Well, what happened is recently her son, who's a Harvard grad, she'd really want you to know, and 24 years old, he's not a 16-year-old, was running. And apparently he's an avid runner. she's made mention of this many times on the show and decided not to run like you or I would or anybody who's in training for a marathon or for a track team or what have you on the road,

on a track, on a path in the woods, wherever. I've lived in Westchester. There are tons of beautiful neighborhoods and lovely suburban roads where you could run easily and tons of high schools with unused tracks where you could potentially run in the off hours and tons of Y's, you know, YWMCA or YMCA, where you could go. Like there's tons of facilities in Westchester. It's not like Manhattan where there's like Chelsea Pierce and that's all you have. He decided to run on railroad tracks. And I'm sorry to break it to you, Sunny.

And Gabriel, that's the sun, that's dangerous. Not just for you, but for riders of the trains. that's why it's criminal. That's why they've criminalized it. You're not allowed to do it. I, news flesh, as a white woman, I'm not allowed to do it either. Okay? It doesn't matter if you went to Harvard or if you didn't go to college at all.

Law applies the same. You know why, Sonny? Because no one is above the law. A concept with which you claimed to be familiar when we were talking about Donald Trump. What happened with that? I don't think there's a get out of jail free card if you went to Harvard. I don't think so. Pretty sure.

All my years practicing law, I never saw that one. The law doesn't apply to you if you went to Harvard. Geez, the applications would be even more great in number than they are right now, if that were the case. No. Working class, elite class, Harvard class, you're not allowed to trespass on the railroad tracks because it's dangerous, not just for you, but for the people riding the trains and the people waiting for the trains and the people who live in the areas. If you don't believe me, here, take a listen to the U.S. Department of Transportation on how long it takes trains

to stop, because while you might think they can stop in a dime if they happen to see somebody running down the track, you're wrong. Watch. An automobile traveling at 55 miles per hour can stop in about 200,000. feet. A tractor-trailer rig at the same speed will take about 300 feet, the length of a football field. The average freight train at 55 miles per hour, on the other hand, will need a mile or more to stop. That's 18 football fields. You should know that an oncoming train may be closer and moving faster than it appears. It is easy to misjudge a train speed and distance from the crossing. because of the train size and your perspective as it comes toward you,

it appears to be moving much more slowly than it actually is. Railroad tracks, trestles, yards, and equipment are private property. Walking or playing on them is illegal. Trespassers are subject to arrest and fines. Even if they went to Harvard. Here's what happened. He got stopped. He got cuffed.

He called his mom, and it all played out on body cam footage. Here's her son explaining that his mother is a lawyer, and then you hear Sonny Hoston on the phone with him, and listen to the instruction. This is from police body cam footage from June 16th, Sot 21. My mom's a lawyer, by the way. That's okay. What's your name? What's your name, sir? I'm Brian.

Brian, is that your badge number 2814? Yes, yes. So the reason we're stopping you are. This is trespass. right here. Oh, I'm sorry, though, it was open over there. I was just walking out of run here. I saw it. I just looked open for me. So I just walked in. So this is considered trespassing. It's criminal trespass. Reason why it's a big deal, people get hit by train all time. We want to prevent it, obviously. Do you have any idea on you?

Yes. Okay. Where is it? It's in my phone if you take off the case. Tell them your mother is a federal prosecutor. Yes. Hey, mom, how are you? This is Officer Gomez. Your son's fine. How are you? This is, this is. This is a little. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. prosecutor. Okay. That's my son. He's a Harvard graduate. Okay. So before she knows that the police officer is there and hearing everything and holding the phone, she tells him to lie. Tell them your mother's a federal prosecutor. No, you're not. You were once, but you're not. That was a long time ago, Sonny.

And you shouldn't be advising your child to lie to the police. Then once the officer identifies himself and she knows he, can hear her and he's got the phone. She says, former, former, right, correct, madam, you're already off on the wrong foot. Don't lie to police to get your son out of a jam. It's the wrong decision. The son says, I didn't know, you know, you didn't see the sign. Okay, that could be true. I think most of us know you're not allowed to run in a, on the railroad tracks or next to the trains. I think most of us know that's, we don't own that property and it's a dangerous thing to do. But whatever, my beef in this whole video is not with the son. It's with the mother. She shows up to the scene as well. She's in person. And I believe this

next soundbite shows that. Some of the exchanges on the phone and some of it is in person. Let's watch SOT 22. Let's get my mom on the phone. Of course. Here. Ms. Hosson, this office of Gomez. Hi, Officer Gomez. Oh, about four minutes away. Okay, that's fine. So I just wanted to give you a heads up. I am going to be writing your son what's called an appearance. I'm sure you know what that is, because it is criminal trespass where he was. Officer, is that really necessary? This is a kid that doesn't do anything.

He's a Harvard graduate and a Yale researcher. He teaches geometry to fuckers and blacks. I understand that. Why would you put something on his record like this? No, no, it's not anything criminal. He just has to appear. I'm dumbing it down to a violation. That's all it is.

Without due respect, ma'am, I still have a job to do. And we have to deter people from being on the troughs. Indeed, you do because trespassing is the leading cost of rail-related deaths in the United States. Nationally, more than 500 trespass fatalities occur each year, per the U.S. Department of Transportation. More than 500 deaths occur as a result of trespass in and around the railroads and the tracks every year. So they do have a job to do, and it's part of keeping the community safe. is the son, Gabriel, asking if the cops can look the other way and saw 23. What happens if you didn't do it?

What happens to be like, oh, I'm going to write this. Well, you know, we have cameras everywhere. If we didn't see you, somebody would have called it over. Correct. You know, there was too many trains coming in and out of there to not. I hate to say, I say my partner said, our hands are tied. It is what it is. Again, I don't, I don't care.

That doesn't bother me. Have you ever been pulled over while driving your car? I mean, I don't think it's beyond the pale to say, what happens if you don't write me a ticket? Please don't write me a ticket. I was going fast because of X. I mean, everyone's done that. There's nothing wrong with that.

It's the privilege card that people are revolting against. Here she is, now on scene and SOT 24. What's going on? He was walking along the tracks. On a run on a walk and Dave was over and cows out. I see. Yeah. On the phone?

It's because of her. and her messaging on the air and the nerve to after nonstop white privilege, no one's above the law to show up to a scene

and pull that shit. Shame on you. Okay, before we go, a word on the World Cup. Congratulations to Spain and its fans. Personally, I was rooting for Argentina as we have beautiful friends from Argentina, and they were so sad, so sad. So I know how important soccer is football to basically everybody outside.

the United States and several million inside the U.S. as well, though I don't think we compare to the enthusiasm in Europe and South America and beyond. So in any event, I did watch large portions of the finals and large portions of the World Cup. And I have to say, I agree with the critics of the halftime show. It was terrible. First, they opened up with Madonna, who I don't know what she's doing, people. And I don't even know if she can still sing because she only ever uses the track and does the lip syncing. I have yet to hear the actual Madonna's voice in the past decade or so, but here's what she looked like. Okay, I liked that song. Um, I remember it when I was married to my first husband. Literally 26 years ago. Um, it's fine, but I, I, I feel like,

the World Cup could have gotten more relevant talent. Right? Lipsinking, of course, because again, we have no idea whether she can still sing. And the dancing was lame, too. I'm not going to lie. That's the one thing Madonna really kind of could do all along. Not there. I don't know what she's doing.

She's just squatting and, of course, riving because that's her thing these days. Then after Madonna, we saw BTS, one of the biggest bands in the world. And I'm not going to lie. No offense, Bonnie. My friend Bonnie loves them. and I get it. They are very talented. Normally,

I don't know if they were phoning it in, but both the lip syncing and the dancing look like a college band, boy band, imitating BTS to me. Look at this. Shining through the city

with the little broken soap of light. Lipsinking. So the acrobatts around them were doing a good job. The actual band? Look how they're phoning in even the motions.

This is no Michael Jackson at the Super Bowl, people. Look at them. They look tired. It's like they had jet lag or something. I'm not impressed. Again, if I want to hear a lip-sync track, I'll just press play on Spotify or serious. Why do I have to tune into that? Then came Justin Bieber, and it was a beautiful song for Christians, but I'm just going to tell you, it wasn't the right song for the World Cup. It slowed everything down. It was a ballad. It was a ballad that it has sort of a sad

holy, holistic feel to it and in the right mood would be the perfect song, but at the World Cup half-time show, here's a little of that. Look at your hall loving you, hallelujah, everything howlou you, everything,

hallelujah, everything, Okay, you get the gist. It was too much. It was too sad, too slow, too somber. It brought the room down. And then thank God for Shakira, who I must say, saved the day. Look, as you watch this, she's 49. She was great, great. The right vibe, a great song. She looked amazing. I cannot believe she's 49 years old. She's moving around like she's 29 years old. Congrats to her on not showing us her Vaj this time, like she did at the Super Bowl with J-Lo a couple of years ago.

It was classy. She had on sort of a hula outfit, which was totally fine, kind of saucy, but not too much for her age or for the setting. And she sang a great song. Again, I think that was also a track, but I forgave it because the dancing was good, and she sold it. I'm sad that the World Cup is over. I loved having the fans from all these countries come over here and discover

America for the first time and to help a lot of us see our own country anew through their enthusiasm. And I love all the stars who emerged.
