Donald Trump caught on tape and special counsel Jack Smith has the tapes. This comes from a new bombshell report by CNN. The article is called Trump captured on tape talking about classified document he kept after leaving the White House. And Donald Trump was caught on tape during a meeting with two people who were working on an autobiography of Donald Trump's former chief of staff, Mark Meadows. This meeting

took place in July of 2021 at, not Mar-a-Lago, but at Bedminster. Also in the room were some of Donald Trump's aides, a communications specialist by the name of Margo Martin. And as Donald Trump was talking to these individuals who were working on the Mark Meadows autobiography, Donald Trump turned his attention to the anger that he felt at the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mark Milley, who Donald Trump said was lying to the press about how the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff tried to stop Donald Trump from attacking Iran. There was also more in this article that had come out around this time in July of 2021 from The New Yorker, an article written by Susan B. Glasser. The article is called, You're Gonna Have a F-ing War, Mark Milley's Fight to Stop Trump from Striking Iran Inside

the Extraordinary Final Days Conflict Between the Former President and His Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. And Donald Trump was telling these individuals who were writing Mark Meadows' biography that Mark Milley was lying. And Donald Trump, according to those who have heard the tape, was holding paper. You can hear the paper ruffling saying, if I showed you these documents, if you knew what I knew, if you had these records, there's a report which shows that Mark Milley is not important. Number one, that Donald Trump is on tape talking about having classified records. Number two, where? At Bedminster. Number three, it shows that Donald Trump knew that he didn't have a standing order where documents were automatically declassified or that he could declassify information with his mind.

And four, it shows, though, that Donald Trump was talking about classified material that was in the presence of people who did not have security clearances and was discussing the contents of top secret information and even potentially sensitive compartmented information. Let's go into this article by CNN Trump captured on tape talking about classified documents he kept after leaving the White House. The article explains that federal prosecutors, special counsel Jackson have obtained audio recording of a summer 2021 meeting in which former President Donald Trump acknowledges he held on to sensitive, classified Pentagon documents about a potential attack on Iran. Multiple sources told CNN, again, undercutting Donald Trump's argument that he declassified everything. The recording

indicates that Trump understood he retained classified material after leaving the White House, according to multiple sources familiar with the investigation. On the recording, Trump's comments suggest he would like to share the information, but he's aware of limitations on his ability post-presidency to declassify records. Two sources who are familiar with this recording said, we also learned from this article that the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, has been speaking with Special Counsel Jack Smith. This is the highest ranking military official in the United States who has spoken with special counsel Jack Smith and the highest ranking military official essentially that there is, period, who has been cooperating with special

counsel Jack Smith against Donald Trump. We learned from this article as well from many sources who have been interviewed by special counsel Jack Smith and Jack Smith's team that Jack Smith is focused on Donald Trump's hatred for Mark Milley, the types of comments that Donald Trump made to others about Mark Milley and some of these classified and top secret and sensitive compartmented records that he had as part of Donald Trump trying to attack and harm the reputation of Mark Milley. We are also learning from this article, and I think, again, this is a very, very, very important development, that all of this happened before Donald Trump even returned some of the records back to the National Archives in January of 2022. So this was happening in the summer, in the summer of 2021 at Bedminster, right? Previously, Donald Trump said that he would return all of the

documents to the National Archives and then return 15 boxes in January of 2022. He cherry picked certain documents that he wanted to turn over to the National Archives, but told him that here I gave you everything. And then for the several months that followed until ultimately a search warrant was executed at Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump continued to lie first to the National Archives, then to the Department of Justice, and then Donald Trump had his top lawyers, Evan Corcoran and Christina Bob, sign attestations or participate in declarations to the Department of Justice saying that all documents were returned, when of course all documents were not returned and there were still over a hundred classified and top secret documents at Mar-a-Lago when the Department of Justice searched Mar-a-Lago on August 8th of 2022. So folks, big news that special counsel Jack Smith

has this, that Donald Trump talking openly about classified records, about Iranian weapon systems, attacking former general Mark Milley. And again, remember what Donald Trump said when he was on that so-called CNN town hall when he was asked if he showed documents to anyone. Remember, here's what Donald Trump said. Play this clip. When it comes to your documents, did you ever show those classified documents to anyone? Not really. I would have the right to. By the way, they were declassified after. Not that I can think of. Let me just tell you, I have the absolute right to do whatever I want with them. And folks, if Donald Trump was talking about these classified records, these sensitive, likely these are sensitive compartmented records. If he's talking

about this with kind of two random people who are writing the biography for Mark Meadows so Donald Trump can feel that he looks good and try to change the narrative about how Mark Milley tried to put in place protocols so that Donald Trump would not get our country into war, so that Donald Trump would not attack Iran without any type of planning whatsoever, and that Donald Trump would not haphazardly try to get us into war. If Donald Trump was willing to do that, just think about who else he was likely showing all of these documents to. And again, on the recording, the recording's about a two, it's supposed to be several hours, I think they're recording about two hours. And there's about two minutes where Donald Trump's talking about the classified records. And again, it sounds like he's going through the paper while he's in the room. So lots of people are being asked that question.

But clearly, it also rebuts this notion that he declassified records with a standing order. He declassified records telepath standing order. He declassified records telepathically.
