Following the outburst, which resulted in audible gasps inside the courtroom, the judge called Trump and the attorneys back in for a private discussion about his behavior. That was Donald Trump storming out of the courtroom during the New York Attorney general civil fraud trial, ranting and raving like a lunatic. And that followed Donald Trump being called to the witness stand, the judge imposing a $10,000 sanction against Donald Trump for a violation of the gag order imposed on Donald Trump and judging Goran looking into Donald

Trump's face and saying, I don't find you credible at all. He just walked away. He left the court while the proceedings were still taking place. Let me tell you what went down. I'm Ben Micellis. This is the Midas Touch Network. We are in week four of the New York Attorney General civil fraud trial. Michael Cohen was testifying today. After the testimony,

When you looked it in the eye, Michael, what did you see? I saw a defeated man. I saw somebody that knows that it's the end of the Trump organization already found guilty of fraud. The license will ultimately be taken. And now this entire case is merely about how much this is merely about how much disgorgement the attorney general will be seeking

well that was certainly getting into donald trump's head and donald trump's lawyers spent the entire time attacking michael cohen calling michael cohen a liar calling michael cohen a felon all things that michael cohen did in furtherance of donald trump and so they wanted to re-litigate Michael Cohen's past, and that's how they spent their time on a case that is primarily just about disgorgement damages, meaning how much money at this point does Donald Trump owe to the state of New York? Because he's already been found by the judge in a summary judgment order to be liable for engaging in persistent fraud. Well, following the testimony or towards the end of the testimony of Michael Cohen, but while the proceedings were still taking place, court was not out for the day. One of the defense lawyers, Cliff Roberts and others

made a motion for a directed verdict. In other words, a motion to dismiss the entire case. And I was thinking when they made that motion, you're filing a motion to dismiss. You've already been found liable. You've already been found. This case is about damages. This is so frivolous. So Judge Ngoron immediately looked at Cliff Roberts. I guess Cliff Roberts thought he did such a great job, him and Alina Haba cross-examining Michael Cohen about essentially nothing relevant to the underlying allegations of persistent fraud engaged in by Donald Trump. But in any event, they thought they did a great job. So they filed motion for directed verdict. And the judge looked at him and was like, denied, denied. So then Donald Trump

just walked out. He stormed out of the courtroom like a petulant third grade fascist. And then he said what you saw at the outset of the video. Donald Trump was also held to be in violation of the gag order today. He had to take the witness stand. Judge N'Goran put him on the witness stand after Donald Trump attacked Judge N'Goran's law clerk once again. You'll recall that a gag order was imposed on Donald Trump back on October 3rd during the first week of trial. We are now in week four of trial.

And after two and a half days during the first week, Donald Trump left, kind of like he did today, just abandoned the New York courthouse, went to Mar-a-Lago after threatening the judge's law clerk by making a post on his social media platform. Donald Trump was ordered to remove the post from his social media and everywhere. Trump removed it from social media, but he kept it up on his campaign website and hat tip to Midas Touch editor-in-chief Ron Filipkowski, who found that Donald Trump kept the offending and threatening post up on Donald Trump's campaign website. And Ron Filipkowski wrote a story about it, broke the news on October 19th. On October 20th, Donald Trump was found to be in violation of the gag order.

Now we're five days later and in court today during the morning recess, Donald Trump once again attacked and threatened Judge N'Goran's law clerk and then tried to act like he did not do that when he was called to the witness stand to testify. Here is Donald Trump outside the courtroom during morning recess, and you'll hear what he says about judging Goran's law clerk. He talks about how unfair it is. He whines. This was a trial that should have never been brought, but if we had a jury, it would have been fair, at least, even if it was a somewhat negative jury, because no negative jury was brought against it. But this judge will, because this judge is a very partisan judge, with a person who's very partisan sitting alongside him, perhaps even much more partisan than he is. And folks, that was a violation of the gag order.

But here's the thing with Donald Trump, and here's the thing with MAGA in general. When Donald Trump was called to the stand to testify, Donald Trump claimed that he was not talking about the judge's law clerk. He claims the highly partisan individual next to the judge, even though that's where the law clerk sits, he claims he was talking about Michael Cohen. And one of the things I reiterate over and over again here on the Midas Touch Network with Donald Trump and other MAGA people, it's always the gaslighting also. Look, the bottom line is that you said what you said. And if you're a tough guy, well, then say it. Say it under oath. Go under oath and say, here's what you did. Here's why you said it. And then accept the ramifications. But instead they go, no, I didn't say that.

That's not what I did. When we broke the news on October 20th that Donald Trump violated the gag order based on keeping it up on the campaign website, they blame the campaign. Oh, it's just the campaign website. When Sidney Powell pleads guilty, oh, who's Sidney Powell? When Mark Meadows is cooperating? Oh, Mark Meadows? Why would Mark Meadows do that? Oh, by the way, during today's proceedings, Donald Trump, before he fled the jurisdiction

again, before he just stormed out and left, Donald Trump also did a little bit of witness tampering again with respect to Mark Meadows. Here, Donald Trump is talking about Mark Meadows at his New York Attorney General civil fraud trial, where Trump is a civil defendant, a proceeding where Donald Trump was found to be in violation of his gag order. Will Giuliani take a plea deal? Because I've spoken to Mark Meadows many, many times over the years, and he strongly believed the election was rigged. Now, of course, you know, deranged Jack Smith and the prosecutors that go after somebody for years, and they say, look, here's the story. We'll give you nothing. We'll erect a statute to you, or you're going to go to jail for 10 years for having done nothing wrong. So, you know, a lot of people have to make that decision.

Some people would never make that decision. Other people would. But Mark Meadows always felt it was rigged. The whole thing was rigged. It was rigged and it was stolen. and working in coordination with the judge, and it's worth approximately 50 to 100 times that amount. This is a winch hunt, it's just a bad trial, a very unfair trial. The only time the statute's ever been used for this is this is the statute that doesn't give you a jury, doesn't give you anything. It's a pure political witch hunt. And again, folks, what I want to continue to focus on is the evidence that's come out at this trial

where we talk about the spreadsheets, notations on spreadsheets, editions of presidential premiums, Trump brand premiums that have been placed on things. By the way, even when you see Donald Trump just go out in the hallway, they'll say things like it's 500 million, 750 million, 1.5 billion. It is the most valuable property in all of the United States. And they just, they're proving the fraudulent valuations when he goes out into the hallway and engages in this performative fascist theater that he's been doing.
