Complete chaos in the United States Senate as Democrats introduce a resolution on the Senate floor to release the Epstein files and then the MAGA Republicans block it.
Starting point is 00:02:33 Oklahoma Republican Senator Mark Wayne Mullen objects to the release of the Epstein files, which was requested by Democratic senator from Arizona, Senator Gallego, who requested unanimous consent on the release of the Epstein files. The MAGA Republicans block it. Let me show you the minute that happens. And then right around the same time, the Democrats in the Senate were forced to basically walk out of a hearing as the MAGA Republican senators were further trying to cover up Donald Trump's misconduct and trying to appoint
Starting point is 00:03:10 his own criminal defense lawyer who was also involved in preparing the Epstein memo as part of this overall cover-up. There was a hearing to make Trump's criminal defense lawyer a judge in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals Democrats walked out of that when the MAGA Republicans refused to let Democrats even speak in the Senate Refused to let them even speak for 30 minutes. So watch what happens though as the MAGA Republicans in the Senate Object to the Democrats introducing a Senate resolution to release the files. Let's play it. Enough with the secrets.
Starting point is 00:03:49 The American people deserve the truth. So I'm calling on my fellow senators to join me in demanding the Department of Justice release the Epstein files to restore public trust, affirm institutional accountability, and to prevent the politicization of justice. With that, as if in legislative session and notwithstanding rule 22, I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed to the consideration of SR 325 submitted earlier today.
Starting point is 00:04:17 Further, I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to, the pram will be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate. Is there an objection? I reserve the right to object. The senator from Oklahoma. Mr. President, this is nothing but political theater.
Starting point is 00:04:39 It's so obvious that the Democrats are just using this for a political football. If they were really serious about it, what happened the last four years? Or were they silent? Doing nothing but cover a note for an absent president, and now all of a sudden they want to talk about transparency? Wait a minute, you figured out who ran the White House the last four years, and now all of a sudden they want to make something of this? Are you kidding me? If they're serious about it, then why didn't
Starting point is 00:05:06 they say something the last four years? This is nothing more than just political theater trying to go after a president that they truly despise. With that, I object. The objection is heard. Now, Democrats in the House are just ruthlessly mocking Donald Trump and the MAGA Republican coverup. Here's Democratic Congresswoman Representative Gwen Moore. She writes, Trump on camera when asked about his close personal ties with Jeffrey Epstein. For those who don't know, this is the meme from that Coldplay concert in Massachusetts where a CEO of a large company was found having an affair with his HR person
Starting point is 00:05:47 on the Jumbotron, but here is what the Democrats posted. The MAGA Republicans in the House are freaked out. As Jake Sherman, who does a good job covering all stuff on the Hill writes, Republican members of the House Rules Committee met with Speaker of the House, Maga Mike Johnson this morning. They are frustrated that Democrats on the Rules Committee are offering amendments on the Jeffrey Epstein situation. Republicans are expected to vote these amendments down to ensure they don't come to the House floor for a vote. In other words, they don't even want debate on the issue of releasing the Epstein files
Starting point is 00:06:27 to cover up for Donald Trump. But this opens these Republicans up to sharp criticism that they are protecting Epstein. They're protecting Donald Trump. More soon than Jake Sherman writes news, Speaker Mike Johnson and his leadership team are discussing offering an Epstein-related resolution to try to quell the furor of members of the House Rules Committee. Resolution would almost certainly be nonbinding. Dems keep offering the Epstein-related amendments in the Rules Committee to release the files. Republicans on the Rules Committee are pissed they are being asked to oppose these amendments
Starting point is 00:07:03 by Trump to maga Mike Johnson cover up the Epstein files and GOP members want political cover. So what MAGA Mike's trying to give them right now is well let's symbolically say Epstein is bad but we're not going to release the files. By the way we also learned moments ago that the White House is now opposing any special prosecutor to look further into the Epstein files and the Epstein list. As I mentioned, the Trump DOJ shut down all investigations into Epstein, not only saying that the list doesn't exist, although Trump later says it did exist, but it's a Democrat hoax,
Starting point is 00:07:40 the Republicans shut down the investigations that were ongoing into Epstein co-conspirators. Now, Donald Trump's top DOJ officials, in addition to Pam Bondi, who used to be the Attorney General of Florida during the relevant time period when Epstein was engaged in sex trafficking, was Donald Trump's criminal defense lawyers. Emil Bové, top position at the DOJ, and Donald Trump's other criminal defense lawyers running the DOJ. So what they were doing is they were involved in writing the DOJ memo.
Starting point is 00:08:13 No one signed it. That basically said, we're never releasing the Epstein list. It doesn't exist. And fueling the cover-up. Now, Emil Bové, he was having a hearing to be confirmed because Trump wants his own criminal defense lawyer to now be a circuit court judge in the Third Circuit, one of the most powerful judicial positions in our country and a stepping stone to the Supreme Court. So, he's going to put Bové, his criminal defense lawyer, who's part of
Starting point is 00:08:42 the DOJ covering up the Epstein list as one of the most powerful judges in the country right now. So Democrats just wanted to speak about it for 30 minutes. The MAGA Republicans in the Senate blocked the Democrats from even speaking about it, and the Democrats walked out. You'll see the Democratic Senator Booker, who used to be, who's the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee in the Senate. He calls them out here. Watch this. We just want to be heard before a controversial vote. Sir, this is wrong and you know it. You are a person of integrity. How could you be doing this?
Starting point is 00:09:19 At least have a vote on my point of order. Sir, with all appeals to your decency, with all appeals to your integrity, with all appeals to past jurisdiction and past precedent, why are you doing this? This is outrageous. This is a kangaroo court. That's all we have here. This is wrong. To violate your own rules without going by the mandates of the parliamentarian. This is unbelievable. There's a way to do this. If you want to force this through, if you want to ram this through,
Starting point is 00:09:52 there's a way to do it in accordance to the rules as spelled out by the parliamentarian. It is simple. It is clear. There's a pathway to achieve what you're trying to achieve. But sir, this lacks decency. It lacks decorum. It shows that you do not want to simply hear from your colleagues. This is absolutely wrong. And sir, this is this is to me, one of those moments where we are not showing common respect for each other on both sides. I have sat here when we were in the majority
Starting point is 00:10:25 and listened to my colleagues' arguments, listened to their passionate statements, and then we voted. This is not that. This is us simply trying to rush through one of the most controversial nominees we've had under this presidential administration. Sir, God bless America. You are a good man.
Starting point is 00:10:44 You are a decent man. Why are you doing this? What is Donald Trump saying to you that are making you do something which is violating the decorum of this committee, the rules of this committee, the decency and the respect that we have each other to at least hear each other out. I've sat through so many long speeches of my colleagues, heard their objections, listened with sincerity to try to see what their arguments are,
Starting point is 00:11:10 but we are not doing that. Sir, this is wrong. And you know it. There are some people on this committee who are the least firebrand people, and they've walked out. Some of the least controversial people in the Senate, some of the people that worked the hardest
Starting point is 00:11:24 to find bipartisan common ground have just walked out of this committee. And you don't even seem to care, but I know you do. I know your heart, Senator Grassley. This is wrong. I know the kind of person you are, and you know this is wrong. This is not necessary.
Starting point is 00:11:41 What is another half an hour to allow senators to be heard? It's what the Constitution mandates. It's the ideals of the United States Senate. The world's most deliberative body should take a decent amount of time to deliberate. But here we're not doing that. Here we are jamming this through with some sense of false urgency. It's one thing not to hear from whistleblowers. It's another thing not to hold another hearing, but to not even allow my colleagues to have their moment to speak against this justice. It's just wrong. And I know you know this. I know you know this. The only time this rule has ever been overturned by both parties was done when one minority was trying to pull some stunt to stop the committee from
Starting point is 00:12:26 hearing. This is not that. This is not the two hour rule. This is a basic element of the ideals of this committee, sir. It is the basic understanding of having debate and deliberation. It's a basic understanding of we can listen to each other even if we disagree. Did you know that the liver is the second largest organ in your body? It's responsible for over 500 functions in your body, but for some reason, liver health doesn't always get the attention that it deserves. Dose for your liver was formulated to cleanse your liver of unwanted elements, aid digestion and maintain your body's filter. Why does this matter?
Starting point is 00:13:02 Well, your liver is the second largest organ in your body and is responsible for over 500 functions in your body. It acts as your body's filter flushing out unwanted elements and breaking down what you consume into essential nutrients. The liver produces and regulates cholesterol, stores vitamins and minerals, and impacts digestive and metabolic health, amongst many other things. Doses Science-Bed formula promotes liver function, aids digestion, eases bloating,
Starting point is 00:13:29 and even boosts energy levels. Clinical results. In a double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial, dose for your liver lowered liver enzyme levels by 50% in over 86% of participants. Stick with dose and feel the incredible benefits. Over time, with more energy, better digestion, reduced bloating, healthier liver enzyme function, reduction of brain fog,
Starting point is 00:13:51 and better sleep. One dose for your liver shot is equivalent to 17 shots of turmeric juice. Dose is gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, and vegan. Should also be noted that Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, before Epstein died, Alan Dershowitz was Epstein's lawyer, Dershowitz submitted a letter in support of Emil Bové, saying of the judge saying that he should be a judge. Also Dershowitz is calling for a pardon of Ghislaine Maxwell.
Starting point is 00:14:41 We heard from Caroline Levitt, who says that the Epstein hoaxes that Democrats are making a big deal about it and she blames the Democrats. Let's play it. Thank you for being with us today. Sure. Jackie. There's been a lot of discussion about the Epstein files and the president's comments yesterday calling it a hoax. Can you clarify which part of the Epstein hoax is the hoax part? The president is referring to the fact that Democrats have now seized on this as if they ever wanted transparency when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, which is an asinine suggestion for any Democrat to make.
Starting point is 00:15:16 The Democrats had control of this building, the White House, for four years, and they didn't do a dang thing when it came to transparency in regards to Jeffrey Epstein and his heinous crimes. It was this president who directed the Department of Justice and the attorney general to do an exhaustive review of all files related to Jeffrey Epstein, which they did. The attorney general and the FBI led by Pam Bondi, Dan Bongino, Cash Patel, these are great patriots, some of the most trusted voices in the Republican Party movement. It's part of the reason the president appointed him appointed them to these high law enforcement
Starting point is 00:15:49 positions. And they spent many months going through all of the files related to Jeffrey Epstein. And they concluded what they found in that memo, which they drafted and they released. And so the president has been transparent. He has followed through on his promises to the American people, but he doesn't like to see Democrats and the mainstream media covering this like it's the biggest story that the American people care about. The president has been working so hard this week.
Starting point is 00:16:15 On Tuesday, he went to Pennsylvania. And then right here, Caroline Levitt says that she refuses to answer a question why Donald Trump fired the lead prosecutor just fired her yesterday in the Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell case here. Play this clip. He agrees with them on that. Why did you fire Maureen Comey?
Starting point is 00:16:33 Uh, the department of justice did, and I would defer you to them. Dasha. Uh, another, uh, important development in the Epstein case today. Um, Senator Wyden, uh, writes big news for my investigation on Epstein's sex trafficking operation. The Trump administration has an Epstein file detailing 4,725 wire transfers and almost $1.1 billion flowing through just one of his banks, hundreds of millions of more through others. The New York Times wrote an article about that as well. And then I'll just leave you with this, Nick Fuentes,
Starting point is 00:17:08 who is a, who was a Trump supporter and you supported Republicans. Here's what he has to say about all of this. Let's play it. And now he says, if you're not on board with the Epstein coverup, oh, I don't want your support. You're a weakling.
Starting point is 00:17:22 Fuck you. Fuck you. You suck. You are fat. You are a joke. You are stupid. You are not funny. You are not as smart as you think you are. You are. And honestly, I'm and if you watch my show, you know, I've been very critical. I've never been this far. This just goes to show this entire thing has been a scam. When we look back on the history of populism in America, we are going to look back on the MAGA movement as the biggest scam in American history. And the liberals were right. The MAGA supporters were had. They were. When we look back in history, we will see Trump as a scam artist who served as a vehicle
Starting point is 00:18:09 for this rather than the other way around. We were not the vehicle for Trump. Trump was the vehicle for all of us. There you have it, folks. Let me know what you think. Hit subscribe. Let's get to six million subscribers. Thanks for watching.
