Starting point is 00:00:00 What did the Republicans expect this week that Democrats were not going to fight back? No, Democrats taken their gloves off. Being led by people like Democratic Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett. Now, Congresswoman Crockett came out swinging. And she said, look, my background is being a trial lawyer. She was a trial lawyer for 15 years. She said, when it comes to a case like the Epstein case, and the Epstein files, this is not a partisan issue.
Starting point is 00:00:34 This is about exposing the predators. This is about power. This is about justice. And Trump continuing to lie is giving away the game. Watch this moment as Congresswoman Crockett just puts it into clear and concise terms. Let's play it. Here's the deal. We have a president that is sitting in office that obviously,
Starting point is 00:01:00 had a very close relationship with arguably one of the worst pedophiles that we've ever seen in this country. And he's gone from, I don't really know I'm like that. No, we're not really that close. Yes, he was the FBI informant to now he said there never was this birthday book. There never was this letter. And I think it goes to his credibility or lack there of when it comes down to this particular investigation. It also goes to when we hear the White House say things like, hey, this will be seen as a hostile act if you sign off on this. Listen, as American people, we should all be in unison, no matter if you're a Democrat, Republican, or independent, when it comes down to cracking down on something like this.
Starting point is 00:01:40 And this literally is so big. As someone who practiced criminal law in Texas, in Arkansas, and in federal courts, I have never seen a case this big. And I did it for literally over 15 years. Next up, you have Congresswoman Crockett saying, let's be clear. This is bigger than just Donald Trump right here. The Epstein file show how banks, corporations,
Starting point is 00:02:13 and even governments look the other way while children were being abused. We can't let this cycle repeat. Here play this clip. So here's the thing. Like, obviously, this is concerned. to have a potential pedophile as a president, that is concerning, right? But this is, like, even bigger than him.
Starting point is 00:02:33 I want people to understand the information that we were given about foreign governments and their participation, the information we were given about our own federal government and how high of a level we're talking about as far as, like, them being in cahoots, we know that J.P. Morgan Chase ended up paying out a large settlement because they basically kind of look the other way as they're, were these ridiculous wire transfers that were going by. We know that there were fake corporations that were set up. We know that, or at least we've been told, that there were fake immigration documents that were put together so that women from other countries could end up over here.
Starting point is 00:03:13 We know that there were allegedly fake marriages. This goes and it reeks through every single level of government. And it's one of those reasons that these survivors have been quiet for so long, right? Because literally they would walk in and they would see these pictures of Epstein with all of these powerful people from all over the world. And then he would threaten them and say, if you say anything, just know, I know everybody, right? And so I think if we are going to prevent Epstein 2.0 or if Epstein 2.0 is taking place right now, I think it's important that we nip this in the bud right now and we learn what we did not know and we put some safeguards in place to prevent this type of thing from happening.
Starting point is 00:03:53 Then you had Democratic Congress member Dan Goldman talk about Trump's in the Epstein files. We know he's in the Epstein files and not in a good way, in a very bad way. So now the Oversight Committee, the Judiciary Committee, all the MAGA Republicans, y'all are running away because James Comer and Jim Jordan are the useful village idiots who are now covering up for Donald Trump. Now that you know he's in there in a damaging way, you now cover up for the sex petto-trafficking ring. Here, play this clip. Donald Trump is in the Epstein files. So now all of a sudden, the Republicans who were so aggressively intent on releasing the Epstein files because they were going to be a huge explosive.
Starting point is 00:04:49 story about Democrats involved with Jeffrey Epstein are quiet. So the irony of these Republicans accusing the Democrats now of only being interested in this is for political purposes is so thick that it is almost sucking us into the quicksand. But let's go a step further. Let's go a step further. Because now the cover-up is getting getting so deep and so intense that this committee, which has oversight over the Department of Justice, and would ordinarily be the one that is doing this investigation, is running away from it. Why? Because Chairman Comer is the useful idiot who will do the cover-up for Donald Trump. And what does that mean? Oh, well, now there is an oversight investigation. But you know
Starting point is 00:05:48 what they're not asking for those kind of comments and he knows that um let's gentlemen gentlemen's recognized now the oversight committee is doing an investigation but you know what they're not asking for you know what you did not put in the rule to confirm that investigation we're not asking for the documents that were used to open the investigation who provided the information they're not asking for witness statements, victim witness statements. They're not asking for recordings that may exist. They're not asking for any of the evidence that might include Donald Trump. And rather than acknowledge that you're just trying to cover up for Donald Trump's knowledge and involvement in the Jeffrey Epstein scheme, you're trying to accuse us of being interested.
Starting point is 00:06:46 interested. Then you had Democratic Congress member Jared Moskowitz. He calls on Jim Jordan to why don't you appoint James Comer? Why don't you appoint James Comer? The week should have a handwriting expert because if Donald Trump say it's not his signature on the birthday card, let's go find out what happened because of someone out there forging his signature because it certainly looks like the exact signature on everything he was signing during that time period. Here's Congress. member moskowitz play this clip i'm here to defend him as by far the best investigator of all time at the in the capital which is exactly why all of his investigations which have used you know chinese informants that were prosecuted and russian disinformation people from prison i mean he the
Starting point is 00:07:37 main thing he was tasked with last year right which was the biden impeachment that that we had a vote oh no we never had a vote on that because, of course, he didn't find any evidence. So this morning, our close personal friend, Mr. Comer said that he was not going to look into the letter, or the doodle, the president's doodle. He's a decent doodler, by the way. So he wasn't going to look into whether the signature was a forgery, and I'm concerned about that. Because this is the president of the United States. If there are forgeries or forgers out there, there, I think we should investigate it. And in fact, this document is 22 years old. So you're telling me, someone 22 years ago went back to the future and forged his signature when he was a
Starting point is 00:08:29 Democrat. And somehow this person was Nostradamus, knew he would become a Republican, become president 22 years later. So listen, I submit to you that we can solve this problem for the American people. You don't have to take my word for it. You don't have to take our dear personal friend, Mr. Comer's word for it. Let's bring in a signature expert. You guys pick the witnesses. Bring in your signature experts, swear them under oaths, and let's have the signature examined. Is it his or it is not his? We don't have to play games or the president says it's not his. We say it's him. No, no. Let's bring in a signature expert, a referee, because we can't. agree on anything even when it's right in our face of whether that is indeed the president's
Starting point is 00:09:18 signature or if it's a forgery we should immediately open up an investigation into this forgery. You know a lot of people aren't aware how much they spend each month. Starting point is 00:10:42 money.com slash Midas touch, M-E-I-D-A-S-T-O-U-C-H. Now here's once again, Congress member Moskowitz on Mike Johnson. Now he goes, wait a minute. Now, Mike Johnson said that Donald Trump was an informant. And now Mike Johnson is saying that Donald Trump misspoke. So Donald Trump was not an informant. How do you misspeak about the word informant? That's what did he mean undercover?
Starting point is 00:11:10 Okay. The Speaker of the House, the number three position in line for the presidency, just said the president was an FBI informant. I know our mind gets numb and perhaps all the deluge of Trump lies has turned some people's minds into brain rot. But hello, but hello here. The Speaker of the House just said the president was an FBI informant, huh? Here, play this clip. You know, just following up on a little bit of what the ranking member was, discussing, there was a significant event this week in which this committee has jurisdiction
Starting point is 00:11:48 over. The Speaker of the House, the third highest ranking U.S. official, third in line to be the president, looked into the TV cameras and told us that the current president of the United States was an FBI informant. I consider that to be gigantic news. And I'm I'm just curious, have we reached out to the FBI to Cash Patel to confirm whether the president was at any time an FBI informant? I only say that because the Speaker of the House obviously gets significant briefings. He gets briefings that we do not get as regular members. And so I think this is something that we need to hear definitively before Cash Patel comes, we should clear up, maybe that we should send a letter to him to find out if the president was an informant. And if he was an informant, is that because he was working with the FBI after he was hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein?
Starting point is 00:12:48 Did he turn because he got caught with Jeffrey Epstein? You know, when you're an FBI informant, there are lots of questions about how you became an FBI informant. And then how long was he an FBI informant? When did his service to the FBI stop, you know, being a member of the deep state? When did he stop doing that? I mean, look, if a regular member had said this, I would discount it. But the speaker of the house is the one who said it. And then he said afterwards, well, I may have misspoke.
Starting point is 00:13:19 Well, what was his misspeak? Instead of informant, did he mean agent? I mean, what is the misspeak for informant? I mean, I don't know another word that we use when we're describing an FBI agent or FBI informant or undercover. I mean, what was the misspeak here? And if he was lying then, is he lying now? I'm just confused.
Starting point is 00:13:41 Perhaps maybe the speaker should come to our committee and tell us what he meant when he said that. It's just it's an order. I'm still speaking. I'm still speaking. Is there a bill or an amendment on the floor? I strike the last word. Can we just pull back for us? I mean, just think about in any presidency, like I think about Watergate, you know, I think
Starting point is 00:14:05 about Iran Contra. I mean, I think about Whitewater and Clinton and Lewinsky. I think about Obama when it was a tansuit gate. You know, I think about all the coverage that Biden got. Could you imagine, just imagine, if Nancy Pelosi went up there and said, you know, Biden was an FBI informant. We'd be like, we'd be like, what? What? He's an FBI informant. Hello? I think we'd want some additional facts there. What are we talking about here? Congresswoman Crockett, though, was ready to unleash more against the MAGA Republicans. And she goes, look, I don't care. You Democrat, Republican, independent, red, blue, purple, orange, green, yellow, whatever. We should on a bipartisan basis want to help these survivors. The survivors want to release.
Starting point is 00:15:03 One of the things that Trump ran on and Cash Patel and all these people, they were going to release the files. Okay, release them. Here, play this clip. It's frustrating because we talk about being fiscally responsible and we talk about free speech. And right now, as we're having these discussions, you know who's trying to shut down members from voting in the way that they want to vote? It's the president who literally said he would look at anyone who decided that they were going to vote to release the Epstein files as hostile. That sounds like a threat as it relates to all First Amendment protections in addition to the fact that it's literally contravening our constitutional duty that we sworn oath to because we don't
Starting point is 00:15:46 swear to an orange king. Instead, we have sworn an oath to the Constitution and we were elected to represent the people that elected us. Thank you so much. More from Congresswoman Crock right here. She's like, Republicans called a hearing on free speech, but Trump and Republicans made it clear they don't believe in it because if you talk about Epstein right now, they say that's a hostile act against the regime. It's a hostile act against the regime to talk about Epstein. What are we doing here, folks? Here play this clip. I think they all deserve to lose their seats. I mean, at the end of the day, we swear an oath to the Constitution and we swear to serve and to protect Americans. And right now, as you just had a conversation about this administration that is not
Starting point is 00:16:35 attacking enemies, but has decided that it wanted to be an enemy towards its own American people, this is yet another attack on us. And what type of precedent is it said? And what is it telling those that are suffering right now as victims as it relates to our elected officials? It says that so long as you have enough money and or power, then you will be protected and not the most vulnerable amongst us. We are talking about people that were children. You played a clip of Miss Farmer who talked about her as well as her sister that were abused in the 90s and they reported this and unfortunately nothing happened to the extent that we had survivors that were giving us testimony as late as 2008 when he was absolutely supposed to be incarcerated in Florida
Starting point is 00:17:21 yet he was still somehow managing to abuse women. We have to stand up. I don't know who's in these files. I don't know if they're Democrats, Republicans, or independents. I don't know if they're donors to any specific campaigns. I have no idea. And honestly, it just doesn't matter. What matters is about doing better for not only these women, but for future generations. And I got to highlight Congresswoman Crockett here. She goes, you know, it's funny. These bagger Republicans, they shout America first, but they're always put in America less. Like, they're taking snap and food assistance away from children. Who does that? Niagara Republicans, here play this clip.
Starting point is 00:18:01 These people hate it when American families have access to health care. They hate it when American families have access to healthy foods. They hate it when American families have access to affordable housing. They hate it when American families have access to affordable child care because these people simply hate America. Nearly everything they have done makes Americans less safe and less healthy. The consequences of their actions are simple. More children will die and have. More children will go hungry.
Starting point is 00:18:28 more children will live in extreme poverty, more children living with disabilities will lose access to school-based therapies and services. So Dr. Fink, you're here to rubber-stamp this agenda, an agenda that's so unpopular, the Republicans are deciding to cheat in next year's elections. Powerful clip right there. And then I wanted to show you, like,
Starting point is 00:18:50 how are the MAGA Republicans responding? Well, you've got James Comer calling Democratic Congress member Robert Garcia, who now heads the House Overset, who now is the Democratic ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, Comer calls Garcia a drama queen, because he's such a drama queen. And then Garcia's like, you call me a drama queen because I'm gay? Like, are you just being anti-gay now? Why am I being a drama queen?
Starting point is 00:19:22 Because I'm on the Oversight Committee and I'm doing oversight. and I'm making sure that there are subpoenas going out to get the Epstein birthday book and to hold anybody who was affiliated with it accountable. That makes me a drama queen. I mean, just think about it. You had James Comer spending years bringing in Russian spies and Chinese spies
Starting point is 00:19:51 who then got indicted as character witness. actual spies were the where the was comers witnesses against like hunter biden and joe biden like foreign assets but you're saying that congressman garcia is a drama is a drama queen because he's he's forcing subpoenas to get the birthday book you're talking about your play this clip can you give us a comment about the abstain documents being released and what else is under review right now well the abstein documents are released because i subpoenaed the estate for the documents. That's why we have the document. So I know the media has been obsessed with
Starting point is 00:20:32 the discharge petition. The discharge petition didn't even cover the estate. This is a serious investigation, just like I said it would be. We're going to be transparent. I think we got the documents uploaded last night on the computer. It takes, you know, a few hours. Obviously, when they send out, when I subpoena documents, they send them to the Republicans and the Democrats. Of course, you know, the Democrats, they, they find one thing in there. And, and they, and they, they, they, they They promote it and try to get a narrative. This investigation is about providing justice and accountability for the victims. And the Democrats, you know, it's really disappointing to see how they've acted.
Starting point is 00:21:09 I mean, Garcia, he's been on the job for about two weeks. He's proven to me to just be a real big drama queen because this is all about providing transparency to the American people and justice for the victims. It's not about scoring political points. So hopefully he'll mature. up and get serious about the investigation. We've got a lot more documents we expect to get in.
Starting point is 00:21:32 We're going to bring a lot of people in for deposition. So this investigation is moving along very rapidly and hopefully we'll get some answers and some justice very soon. I just can't believe he went drama queen. He went drama queen. I mean,
Starting point is 00:21:48 there's no low. But you know, when they're exposed, they squeal the loudest, When they're exposed, they squeal the lousin. Comer squeals. Squealdy Culber. Hit subscribe. Let's get to 6 million subscribers.
