Hungry now?
Now?
What about now?
Whenever it hits you, wherever you are,
grab an O. Henry Bar to satisfy your hunger.
With its delicious combination of big, crunchy, salty peanuts
covered in creamy caramel and chewy fudge with a chocolatey coating.
Swing by a gas station and get an O'Henry today.
O'Henry, O'Henry.
Well, that was quick.
Roll over, Maga Mike Johnson.
Good boy.
Yep, Ghislaine Maxwell just got Maga Mike Johnson
and the Maga Republicans in the House of Representatives
to cancel her deposition.
Her deposition was scheduled to take place on August 11th at the Tallahassee Prison,
where she was serving her 20-plus year prison sentence after she was convicted of sex trafficking
multiple underage girls.
But Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyer, David Oscar Marcus, had a list of demands for MAGA Mike Johnson and
James Comer.
Comer chairs the House Oversight Committee.
And Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyer said, we're the ones dictating the terms.
Yep, the convicted sex trafficker is going to tell you MAGA Republicans in the House
how this is going to go down.
You understand?
And they folded to her and cancelled her deposition. They indefinitely
postponed it until sometime, there's no date scheduled, after the United States Supreme Court
rules on her petition for Sir Sherrari to have her case where she was convicted of sex trafficking.
Either she gets a retrial or get that case
dismissed or perhaps Donald Trump gives her a pardon or a commutation.
So Ghislaine Maxwell was emboldened, right?
The Trump regime, Department of Justice, gave her what's called Queen for the Day status
about two weeks ago or so, right?
They gave her immunity.
Donald Trump's former criminal defense attorney, who Trump made the number two
at the Department of Justice, Todd Blanch, who was friends, by the way, with
Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyer, David Oscar Marcus. Well, they all met up in
Tallahassee, Florida, and they met for two days for approximately nine to ten hours,
and the Department of Justice said, Delane, anything you tell us about the crimes you
may have committed, we're going to give you immunity for all of that stuff.
You didn't testify at your criminal trial.
You didn't cooperate with the DOJ then, but we are going to help you out and give you
immunity to prevent you from getting prosecuted for future crimes based on whatever you tell us.
Now, did the Department of Justice release the transcripts of that interview?
Did they take transcripts of that interview with Ghislaine Maxwell?
Did they make recordings?
Well, they ain't releasing anything there.
And now we've also learned that Donald Trump's Department of Justice and FBI redacted all of the references to
Donald Trump, meaning they removed all of the references to Donald Trump in the
Epstein files. That's what the DOJ is doing. So after Delane Maxwell meets
with Trump's DOJ, they dangle a pardon in front of her, a few things happen as
well.
She gets moved, you know that now, right, from the Tallahassee Prison to a minimum security
prison called Camp Bryant in Southeast Texas.
As a sex trafficker, you're not allowed to be there.
So Trump's DOJ waived that and said, okay, sex trafficker, you can go in a minimum security
facility.
This was the facility that Ghislaine Maxwell wanted to be at.
This is part of the steps towards giving her a computation or a pardon if she plays ball
with Donald Trump.
And so she was emboldened, right?
So Congress previously subpoenaed her deposition for August 11th. Do you remember my reporting how the Democrats outmaneuvered the Republicans before Mike
Johnson recessed Congress and shut down the House of Representatives in order to give
Donald Trump space in order to figure out how he was going to cover up everything?
Do you remember my reporting on that?
And so, the Democrats were able to force the hand of the House Oversight Committee
to schedule this deposition for August 11th.
But that creates a problem because Ghislaine Maxwell doesn't want, you know,
Ghislaine Maxwell's got to fulfill the cover-up with the Trump regime.
And, you know, Mike and James Comer and these MAGA Republicans really don't want that
taking place. They want a Deep Six and kill all this information from ever
getting out. I mean, that's their plan. That's what MAGA Mike means when he says,
I want to give Donald Trump the space to do what he needs to do. It's all of these
things. Move Ghislaine to Texas, give her immunity from the DOJ, make her emboldened.
She issues the demand, you know, these demands to Congress and Congress capitulates.
So sorry, what were her demands to Congress, right?
Number one, that she be given immunity. Number two, that her deposition gets canceled and postponed rather.
She says postponed until after the Supreme Court rules on her petition for a retrial or if they basically
dismiss the case and find that a non-prosecution agreement entered into by the Republican United
States Attorney, Alex Acosta, who became Donald Trump's labor secretary in his first administration,
if that's binding, her case may get dismissed.
So she goes, I ain't sitting for no deposition
until the Supreme Court hears my appeal.
Remember my coverage two weeks ago or so
when she filed that appeal
to the United States Supreme Court?
She says, I ain't doing it in Tallahassee.
I get to dictate where it takes place.
And she goes, I want all of the questions in advance.
That's what she said are my requirements.
Now, while the Democrats were able to outmaneuver
the MAGA Republicans to get her deposition,
what the MAGA Republicans are doing now
to try to delay and stall this
and to try to stop the public from caring about this anymore,
which they ain't doing a good job about
because we're the media now, we control the news now,
and we're explaining what the hell is going on in your corruption
and your cover-up and that GOP stands for the guardians of the pedos right now.
But what the Republicans have done in response to try to cover this up is they go, sure,
yes, we have to give a deposition, but we are going to negotiate with Ghislaine and we're going to set her
deposition, but her lawyer has made certain requests and demands, so we are negotiating
in good faith with Ghislaine's lawyer.
So yes, Ghislaine and your lawyer, we will postpone matters until after the Supreme Court
rules on your petition.
But one of the things Ghislaine said
also in her letter was after a ruling on her forthcoming habeas corpus petition
to the federal court in New York, she's gonna ask for a new trial there and as
I've been telling you for weeks now, Donald Trump gave her a golden ticket to
get a retrial. Trump may not even have to pardon her or give her a commutation because the combination of what's going on with the
Supreme Court and Trump giving her a golden ticket with the Southern District
of New York federal court may be enough because she's gonna say, hey the
president says the Epstein situation is all the hoax. The FBI tampered with the
file. The former prosecutor who Donald Trump just fired who prosecuted me, Maureen Comey, her dad, according to Donald Trump, James Comey,
was the creator of the Epstein hoax. So, Judge, whether you believe Trump or not, I now have
to explore that in a new trial, so I deserve a new trial. And now she's telling Congress,
you can't take my deposition until I make those arguments.
So first, the Supreme Court has to make its ruling, what, late September, and then she's
going to do her, what she calls her forthcoming habeas corpus petition. When does that get ruled
on? October, November, December. So the point of all of this is she effectively pushes her deposition till sometime in 2026,
and she could avoid, and this is what the Republicans are trying to avoid, her invoking
her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination because the Republicans realized, damn, how
shady is it going to look if she invokes her fifth amendment rights against us, but
she did not invoke her fifth amendment rights with respect to Trump and Trump's former criminal
defense lawyer and they gave her this immunity.
That sure is gonna look shady, wouldn't it?
So you just take a look at this letter from James Comer and James Comer says, we've got
the letter, Delaine, from your
lawyer, the committee, the House Oversight Committee, and your counsel engaged in
good-faith negotiations, including regarding the date and location of the
deposition. Then they go on to say in this letter, your testimony is vital to
the committee's efforts regarding Mr. Jeffrey Epstein, including
the 2007 prosecution agreement and circumstances surrounding Mr. Epstein's death.
These investigative efforts may be used to form potential legislation to improve federal
efforts to combat sex trafficking and reform the use of non-prosecution agreements and
or plea agreements in sex crime investigations.
Pause there.
Do you see the little favor that James Comer and the MAGA Republicans are giving her there
by saying that we are potentially exploring how to reform non-prosecution agreement deals
entered into by United States attorneys?
Aren't they somewhat tacitly admitting that there
was a problem with the non-prosecution agreement that was entered into the first place and that
she may be bound by it, and there's nothing that they can do about it, and thus they need to explore
legislation to deal with the mistake that was made by Alex Acosta, who became Trump's labor secretary.
Then Comer goes on to say, we will continue in good faith negotiations with you.
And then she says, the committee will continue its longstanding practice of engaging in forthright
and detailed discussions about scoping.
Comer then states that the committee will agree to delay the deposition date until after
the US Supreme Court rules on her appeal, writing her petition will be considered at
the court's conference on September 29.
And then in response to Comer's letter, Maxwell's attorney, David Oscar Marcus, they respond
as follow, we acknowledge Chairman Comer's letter and appreciate the committee's willingness
to delay Ms. Maxwell's deposition while her case
is pending before the Supreme Court. We will continue to engage with Congress in good faith
to find a way for Ms. Maxwell to share her information without compromising her constitutional
rights. Do you see the way that the MAGA Republicans are treating her? They're treating like a damn
hero, not the victims. Can I just make this point very clear? I know you know this because you watch the Midas
Touch Network frequently. We don't actually want Ghislaine Maxwell's death.
Do we really care about Ghislaine Maxwell? That's not the Epstein files.
That's not the Epstein files. They want us to be diverted here and they're gonna
give her all of these benefits and they're gonna and Trump's moved her to the prison of her dreams already
because there must be terribly damaging stuff in the Epstein files so now
they're not releasing the files we know Trump's name was redacted in it by those
hundreds or even thousands of agents and lawyers at the DOJ and FBI agents who
went through it they were asked to remove Donald Trump's name from the files. So they didn't release the files. They redacted Trump's names
They went to Ghislaine Maxwell. They've given her immunity. They've treated her like a hero
They moved her to the southeast Texas prison. What are we even talking about folks? Just release the freaking files here
Now, let me show you again. This was MAGA Mike MAGA Mike saying before prison. What are we even talking about folks? Just release the freaking files here. Now
let me show you again, this was Maga Mike. Maga Mike saying before that we're using every
mechanism that we can. Here he goes, I'm pushing aggressively for the full release of everything.
When you know they're not, they're literally not. But here's what he says, play this clip.
We have to do it in a responsible manner. But look, I'm pushing for aggressively for
the full release of everything that is possible. And by the way, so is the president. He has
said the same thing. We're using every mechanism within our power to do that and to do it as
quickly as possible.
And here's where Maga Mike talks about how before Congress recessed, he wanted to give
Donald Trump the space to do what Donald Trump needed to do here. Play this clip. Asked the the Attorney General to request the grand jury files of the court all of that is in process right now
My belief is we need the administration have the space to do what it is doing
And if further congressional action is necessary or appropriate then we'll look at that
But I don't think we're at that point right now because we agree with the president
Okay now I'll let you be the judge for yourself if what Mike Johnson is saying is absolute
transparency because here Donald Trump is asked, hey, are you going to release recordings
or transcripts from what Todd Blanch, the number two at the DOJ, was saying to Ghislaine?
Like, are you going to release that?
Is there a recording?
Here's what Trump has to say. Play this clip. Your deputy attorney general sat down with Ghislaine? Like are you going to release that? Is there a recording? Here's what Trump has to say. Play this clip.
Your deputy attorney general sat down with Ghislaine Maxwell for nine hours. I'm just
wondering when the American people get to hear what she said during that interview.
Well, I don't know because I haven't spoken about it, but he's a very talented guy, Todd
Blanch and a very straight shooter. Yeah. And I think he probably wanted to know, you know, just to get a feeling of it
Because we'd like to release everything but we don't want people to get hurt that shouldn't be hurt
Yeah, and I would assume that was why he was there. Well, I want to release everything
I just don't want people to get hurt and folks. I can't even emphasize enough how
unprecedented unusual it would be. This has never happened in
American history where the deputy attorney general meets with a convicted
sex trafficker, yet alone one who knew the president of the United States and
was there since the late 80s and was someone who articles in the Sunday
Mirror said brought Donald Trump young women and someone who was there,
who sex trafficked girls at Mar-a-Lago like Virginia Joufray.
Donald Trump appoints his criminal defense lawyer to be the number two at the DOJ,
and then that meeting happens? Come on. Come on, folks.
And then here is Virginia Joufray's family,
because I never want to do any video like this
without showing you what the victim side of this is.
Virginia Joufray's died by suicide recently.
Here's what her family said.
Here, play this clip.
She wasn't stolen.
She was preyed upon at his property, at President Trump's property.
And I think it's very important that we don't treat it like stolen seems very impersonal.
It feels very much like an object.
And these survivors are not objects.
Women are not objects.
What goes through my mind is that it's time to protect survivors and it's time to protect
the young women and our future generation of young women.
So no, she wasn't stolen, she was preyed upon.
And it certainly makes you kind of ask the question, you know, how much he knew during
that time.
Even a couple of years later, even after he
I believe he had stated something along the lines of cutting off communication
or kicking him out, he described Jeffrey Epstein as somebody who really
enjoyed being around young women.
And so she was preyed upon. She wasn't stolen. That's a predator
that came and took her and did absolutely horrible things to her and so many other women
out there.
And of course, they were responding to Donald Trump saying that the reason he had a falling
out with Epstein is that Epstein
stole his help.
They stole the people.
And then he was asked, the underage girls like Virginia Jouffre, yeah, he stole them
from me.
They were mine.
He stole them from me.
Well, that happened in first off, they're not your property, sicko.
Number two, that happened in 2000.
You were friends with Epstein for the next seven years.
So that means were you aware with Epstein for the next seven years. So that means
were you aware what Epstein was doing? That would seem to be something that would make sense right there, but I'll let you all judge for yourself. Let me know what you think. Hit subscribe. Let's
