stated that there was not sufficient evidence to have an impeachment against President Biden. Remember that? Play this clip. In fact, I do not believe that the current evidence would support articles of impeachment. That was your witness. That was your witness. But for you, it's just about the polling. It's just about going after him. It's just about how you can try to pump disinfo into the veins of people in the public through your propaganda network, Fox, each and every day. For example, I mean, the other day, Fox jumped right away, said that there was a terrorist attack in Buffalo, blamed President Biden for it, made it an issue about the borders. All of the right-wing media influencers jumped on it, gloom and doom and fear and all of these

things. And then they were wrong. And then they were like, well, it actually gloom and doom and fear and all of these things. And then they were wrong. And then they were like, well, it actually raises important and interesting questions. Y'all were the ones who falsely reported it. This is former Congress member Chaffetz masquerading as though he's a legitimate reporter, which he is not. He is a pundit on Fox who injects disinfo each and every day. And here he is saying basically, well, see, people didn't really know. You're the reporter. It's your job to report accurate facts. Play the

clip. And what happened at the border today sent chills through most Americans. It was scary. People didn't know if it was a terrorist attack. We didn't know exactly what was happening or what the motive was. It made us ask ourselves, could it have been related to the open border policies of the administration? Was it simply an accident? We don't know, but it caused us all to think. And as I reflect on James Comer and his saying, what he's saying about the impeachment inquiry, as I mentioned before, hold another public hearing if you're so confident and you can call your witnesses. The Democrats can call their witnesses and we can go and actually go over evidence and facts. But you see, you don't actually want to put facts into the record. You don't want to put

real evidence into the record. No, the MAGA Republicans instead in some of these prior hearings have relied on actually trying to introduce Chinese propaganda into the record. You don't believe me? Here's Matt Gaetz getting called out by a witness at a prior hearing in the Biden administration for citing Chinese propaganda and trying to masquerade it as evidence. Here, play this clip. Is the Azov battalion getting access to U.S. weapons? Not that I'm aware of, but if you have information, I'd be happy to share it. I see the consent to enter into the record the Global Times investigative report that talks about training. It's from the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensics Research Lab, citing that the Azov Battalion was even getting stuff as far back as 2018. Without objection, so ordered. Any reason to disagree with that assessment?

these hearings, okay, like you did, then let the evidence in. Remember when Comer was hyping, oh, there's this witness, he's a whistleblower. It turns out it was a spy for China. You're getting a theme here. Or then, oh, Hunter Biden's business partner, Devin Archer, is going to reveal it all. Devin Archer is the key to all of this. Well, there was a deposition of Devin Archer that was taken, and Devin Archer was asked if he was aware of any wrongdoing by Biden. No, not that I'm aware of. I'm not aware of any wrongdoing that Biden actually engaged in. Okay, well, that's evidence. So then at the impeachment inquiry hearing, what do Democrats try to do at the hearing? Introduce the evidence of that deposition testimony. Here's Democratic

One of the things that Democrats want to do, okay, let's call Rudy Giuliani and Lev Parnas as witnesses. And then James Comer asks, there's emotion on the table. And then Nancy Mace is like, what does that have to do with anything? Your whole allegation, this whole bogus impeachment inquiry against President Biden is based on Russian disinformation funneled into our country from Rudy Giuliani to Bill Barr. That's the genesis of this. So maybe Giuliani would be like a witness in this that we should call if we care about facts and evidence. Remember,

But what it's really about is trying to create a fake moral equivalence between President Biden and Donald Trump, the cult leader for the MAGA Republicans. And here, Jamie Raskin says it succinctly at the impeachment inquiry hearing. Play this clip. It's scandalous to use impeachment to establish a counterfeit moral equivalence between President Biden, an honorable public servant who has never been indicted or convicted of anything in his career of more than 50 years in public life,

and Donald Trump, a twice impeached president who's recently been found in court to have sexually abused and defamed a woman and fraudulently inflated the value of his real estate properties while facing 91 criminal charges in four separate indictments on everything from conspiring to overthrow an election and defraud the American people

to making criminal hush money payoffs, to stealing classified government documents and hiding them while obstructing justice. Impeachment is the people's final weapon of constitutional self-defense against a president who behaves like a king and violates the public trust by committing treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors equivalent to them. It is reserved for extraordinary public offenses like inciting a violent insurrection

against the American government and trying to overthrow our presidential election. That offense in 2021, whose related crimes have resulted in hundreds of criminal convictions and hundreds more being prosecuted, led to Donald Trump's second impeachment in the house on a massive bipartisan vote of 232 to 197 and a similarly lopsided bipartisan vote of 57 to 43 in the Senate I wonder how many of my esteemed Republican colleagues

here who all voted against impeaching Donald Trump if they were in the House at that point can reconcile their votes against impeaching Trump for the grave crime of inciting a violent insurrection against the government with their calls supporting impeachment of Joe Biden for allegedly committing a high crime misdemeanor that has not even been defined yet, much less proven. And folks, there is just a massive, massive amount of Russian propaganda, let's call it what it is, being funneled here. We are seeing globally, it's not just here in the United States, but it's being led here in the United States, a far, I don't even say right wing, a Russian propaganda disinfo campaign to divide people and to allow dictatorial type leaders, authoritarian leaders who are sympathetic to Vladimir Putin's
