And the Democratic members of Congress who were in the committee were saying, can we please introduce this piece of evidence and that piece of evidence from depositions that you all wanted to have? Can we introduce some of that evidence? And then the MAGA Republicans on the committee led by MAGA Republican James Comer was like, no, we're not allowing you to introduce into the committee and into the congressional record actual evidence. We just want to show Hunter Biden nudies. I'm Ben Mycelis from the Midas Touch Network. Now, it appears that MAGA Republicans are trying to bury in their own

minds quietly this impeachment farce, this impeachment inquiry into President Biden, but they don't have the guts to just say, we're done with this impeachment inquiry. Instead, what they want to do is pursue very quietly depositions, just say they're involved in fact-finding behind the scenes, and I suppose just hope that nobody asks them questions anymore. These are the MAGA Republicans led by James Comer, Jim Jordan, Adam Smith, and other MAGA Republicans who told the American people with the straight face, we have 17, very specific number, 17 audio recordings of President Biden engaging in bribery and speaking about all of these bribes we're making up. All right.

Well, where are these recordings that you've been telling us about that New York Post has been putting on the front cover that Fox has been reporting about based upon your statements that these exist? What's the response? Oh, well, we never said there were 17 audio recordings. We said there may have been. Okay. There was the whole story that there were 17 audio recordings. We said there may have been. Okay, there was the whole story that there were 17 audio recordings. Or remember when their whistleblowers turned out to actually be a spy on behalf of China? And then the MAGA Republicans were like, well, that makes them more credible. If they were a spy from China, that means they're in the spy game. So that's how they know this. No, that's an agent of China. And by the way, wasn't there a subcommittee

that was supposed to be basically trying to address the threats that were posed by spies from China? But then actually the MAGA Republicans are relying on spies from China who are clearly trying to undermine our democracy and they're claiming that as their whistleblowers? Or what about that other group of IRS whistleblowers that were complaining about things when President Biden was not the vice president and not the president? They were complaining about things that were taking place while Donald Trump was in office. And then you had democratic members of Congress, like democratic Congress member, Raja Krishnamoorthy, who was like,

who was the president then? And they would say, well, Biden was thinking about running. Who was the president during the time period that you are saying that there was mischief taking place? Well, he was still a very influential. Who was the president? Donald Trump was the president, right? So are you telling me that Donald Trump was involved in the conspiracy with the Republican United States attorney who he hired and it was Bill Barr, Donald Trump, they were all involved in this to help President Biden before he was the president and in between the time he was vice president. Is that what you're telling me? Bill Barr is all

part of this deep state conspiracy? Yeah, Bill Barr's in on it. I mean, you can't make this stuff up. And now, as we reported on MidasTouch.com, as I mentioned earlier in this video, MAGA Republican James Comer is signaling a retreat from the sham impeachment hearings after a disastrous first attempt. Quote, I don't know that I want to hold any more hearings, to be honest with you, James Comer said while speaking to reporters on Capitol Hill last week. He complained that it was hard to keep members present for hours on end, given that so many had other commitments. Instead, Comer said that he

preferred depositions, which you can do more with. That's being reported by the Washington Post and other outlets. What are you talking about? So you held the impeachment inquiry, you held the hearing, and that was a head fake. That was a psych out. And then you held depositions before that of people who you claim were your great witnesses. And then when Democrats tried to introduce the evidence that you developed at the depositions, you wouldn't allow the Democrats to let the evidence in. CNN reporting, Republicans returned to fizzled Biden impeachment inquiry following three-week speaker race. And I guess when CNN uses the word fizzled, if this was in any other forum, if Republicans couldn't avail themselves of our constitution's speech or debate clause immunity, could you imagine if I just walked into court and just lied about evidence? Judge, I've got 17 audio recordings and five witnesses, and here's what

they're going to say. And then the witnesses don't exist. There are no audio recordings. I lied. I suborned perjury. Could you imagine what would happen with my legal license? And I'd probably get thrown in jail, not just use my legal license as well, but MAGA Republicans with impunity lying. And here's what I always say, folks, over and over again. This should not be a partisan issue, right? Evidence, fact-based logic, that should be bipartisan. It's one of the most important things about the Midas Dutch Network. That's why on our other videos, I go through with you the court rulings, the evidence, what's this side saying? What's that side saying? What evidence more significantly are they siding

to? And ultimately, how will that inform what my opinion is? But it's based on the evidence. Remember this clip we used to show, and I'll show it again, where you had James Comer and Jim Jordan who were on Sean Hannity, who asked him, do you believe this is officially the Joe Biden bribery allegation? And do you believe that you will be able to prove it? And the answer is yes, because they can't. The answer is, I hope so. I hope so. Could you imagine a prosecutor? You've made a bunch of defamatory accusations.

Are you going to be able to prove it? Maybe. I hope so. Here, play this clip. Now, do you believe that this is now officially the Joe Biden bribery allegation. MAGA Republican, who was asked about those audio recordings. Do you think the audio tapes exist, MAGA Republican Ron Johnson from Wisconsin? Oh, no, we never said that. We never said. Give me a break. Play this clip. Such an important story needs coverage. If indeed the 17 audio tapes exist, it would be in effect really a smoking gun for the big guy. So I want to ask you first, Senator, do you think they exist? And if yes, how to obtain them? We don't know. And, you know, Senator Grassley has never said they exist. He

just said that there's an FBI report on a confidential human source. And that confidential human source says that the person we're talking to said that he taped. He recorded 17 times, 15 times with Hunter, twice with Joe Biden. But we don't know. But what Senator Grassley and I are asking questions is what did the FBI do with that evidence? And by the way, here's MAGA Republican Chuck Grassley when asked the question, tell me about these allegations that you're making. Here's the MAGA Republican Chuck Grassley who's saying, we are not interested in whether the allegations are accurate or not. Could you believe that you don't care if they're out? Play the clip. against Vice President Biden are accurate or not. We're responsible for making sure the FBI does its job. And that's what we want to know. Okay, Senator, let me stop you there. You just said you read the document. Is that right? Yes. Then what did it say? Well, I'm not going to characterize it. Oh, and then you've got Marjorie Taylor Greene spending time showing the nudies. Remember, remember this? In a committee hearing, Marjorie Taylor Greene taking out non-consensual nudes.

You're holding this inquiry. Let's get Giuliani here. He was the one who took all of these trips. You're saying that you're making these accusations against Biden. Giuliani was the source of them. I guess, believing that he's going to go along with this MAGA Republican made up narrative. And he's like, what are you talking about? This is no, you're just making stuff up here. Play the clip. I had a chance to talk to Victor Shokin, a man who says he was friends of yours who you asked to come back and help out during the transition after the previous regime. Here's what he said and why he was fired by you. Listen. Poroshenko fired me at the insistence of the then Vice President Biden because I was investigating Burisma. There were no complaints whatsoever, no problems with how I was performing at my job, but because pressure was repeatedly put on President Poroshenko, that is what ended up in him firing me.

Is that why he got fired? Because of the billion dollars and the former vice president, now president? First of all, this is the completely crazy person. And this is something wrong with him. Second, there is no one single word of truth. And third, I hate the idea to make any comments and to make any intervention in the American election. We have very much enjoyed the bipartisan support. And please do not use the such person like shirt soaking to undermine the trust between bipartisan support and the play. Right? What do you mean? He's not your friend?

I don't see him maybe four years or something at all. And hate the idea to have him because he played very dirty game, unfortunately. Okay, so that is not true. You didn't you didn't get fired because of Joe Biden. He was fired. But because of his own statement, and if you do not do that next day, Ukrainian parliament will fire him with that. All right.
