Oh no, there she goes again. Alina Haba, Donald Trump's spokesperson, lawyer, something else. I don't know. There she goes again. Alina Haba, Donald Trump's spokesperson, lawyer, something else. I don't know. She's making her tours again on right-wing media, just as we're about to get the jury deliberations taking place in Trump's criminal trial. We're getting close to a verdict. Donald Trump, better call Alina Haba and get her on right-wing media. Alina Habba goes and does her right-wing media tour on Sunday and she goes, Donald Trump is being discriminated against in Manhattan. You know how people are discriminated on the basis of race and religion. They're discriminating him on the basis of being Trump. And then she goes, look,

I'm not speaking now to posture on behalf of Donald Trump. I'm not speaking from a position of having any stake in this. I'm just speaking to you as a lawyer. There's no evidence or facts or anything. She goes, and then she goes, trust me, trust me. Take a look. This is Alina Haba on Fox where she goes, I'm not even trying to posture here. I'm just speaking generally as an attorney. The worst attorney perhaps in the history of the world. Here, play this clip. The instructions we've been going back and forth with are going to be finally tweaked. The concern with the instructions, which is frankly the most critical part, they have no facts. Let's be clear. I sat through this trial and I would tell you if I was concerned on factual basis, but as I've said, and I'm not speaking now to posture for the president,

but just generally as an attorney, as an American who understands the law and how to apply laws to facts, there are no facts that support this alleged crime. We're not even sure what the crime is. So it's a books and records issue. We have to make sure that the jury charges that Judge Mershon, who, again, we have said is severely conflicted for reasons that I can't speak to because of the unconstitutional gag order. But this judge is the judge that determines the jury instructions. The jury instructions are the roadmap for non-attorneys and jurors to follow the law. It's going to be critical. And frankly, at this point, I have zero confidence in the fact that this person,

who should not be sitting on the bench right now, will do the right thing and give jury instructions that are in an appropriate manner without any persuasion towards the prosecution. There's my biggest concern. It always has been. It's like just a total clown show. She makes such a mockery of the legal profession as Katie Fang lawyer. Katie Fang says, she goes, Siri, show me someone who doesn't know the first thing about a judge, a jury, or the law. Remember when Alina Haba was representing Donald Trump during the E. Jean Carroll case and she didn't know how to put in evidence when examining a witness. She didn't know how to establish a

foundation and have a witness authenticate documents. Remember that? Barb McQuaid goes, witness testimony, text message, checks, invoices, ledger entries, handwritten notes, and recordings are evidence of the crime of falsifying business records to conceal another crime, campaign finance and tax violation, the jury will decide whether the evidence proves guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. And Alina Habi, you may want to go back and check the video we did here on the Midas Touch Network, where we showed the checks that Donald Trump signed. We showed his 2018 government ethics disclosure, where it very clearly states that he made a reimbursement to Michael Cohen back in 2017. And it goes and it talks about it for Michael Cohen's payment in 2016. We've showed you the handwritten notes.

We've showed you all of the data and information, but I don't know, Alina Haba. I just don't think you know what evidence is. Alina Haba then says what she's really worried about, though, is that the jury wasn't sequestered and over the Memorial Day holiday. What she's concerned about is that they may contract Trump derangement syndrome at a holiday event. And that's why Donald Trump may be convicted because they may contract TDS, she says. The only counter argument to that, and of course, it's the lawyer in me to give you the counter, but the counter argument to that is these are not sequestered jurors. They should have been sequestered because in my opinion, these jurors are handling something that is completely unprecedented and unwarranted in America. And for them to be able to be out and about on a holiday weekend with friends and families who have opinions, who are watching the news, TV's on the background at the pool party. I have serious concerns if they're left winging and they're watching MSDNC, as my client calls it, or CNN, they're not going to get fair news. They're going to hear. But by the way, they have been saying that this case is a hoax, which is shocking. But they know that the jurors are out there listening.

And I have concerns about that. Time is can be on your side sometimes, you're right there, but in this instance I have worries about them going back to whatever friends might have, Trump derangement syndrome, forgetting all sense of reality and coming back and sitting in that box and saying, you know what, I've got to take one for the DNC. I don't want that. I want law to fact because if we can get that, we will win. We will not just get a hung jury. We will get an acquittal. So let's see. I can tell you from my personal life and my experience, I walk on the street, people just keep saying, keep fighting for America. We need our America back. And that's what's happening.

It's turning. So I'm hoping for a verdict that makes sense, which should be a complete acquittal. Worst case, if there's politicization, which I'm sure there will be, there should be a complete acquittal. And I was sitting next to Alan Dershowitz in court when that judge lost his mind and threw the press out. The only time you censor the press is when you don't want them to hear our witness. It's crazy. And then Alina Habas says that, as I was telling you about at the beginning of the video, if you didn't believe me, she goes,

Trump's being persecuted the way people are persecuted on the basis of race or religion. He's a victim. He's a victim, damn it, she says. Here, play this clip. If you look at President Trump in the Bronx, the people coming out, people that felt that they've been persecuted, coming out in support of this man that they now see as somebody who's a victim of selective prosecution, who's been persecuted because of his politics, no different than going after somebody because of their race or their religion. That is President Trump. They have made him a victim. It is the ultimate victimhood, the ultimate whining by these MAGAs, these Trumpers, the Trump lawyer. It's just enough.

Look, a jury is going to be deliberating this week and a jury will likely reach a verdict this week. It may drag out a little bit to the following week, but I think the jury will likely reach a verdict to this week. If Trump is found guilty, which I think he will be found, we respect that. To the extent he's acquitted, I will definitely disagree with that. But in our system, you respect the jury verdicts. You can respectfully disagree with them, but in our system, you respect the jury verdicts. You can respectfully disagree with them, but you respect the outcome of the verdicts. And we focus on actual evidence, Alina Haba, instead of attacking the judges, attacking them. But you want to talk about you

saying, oh, I'm not even posturing here. You are the legal spokesperson. You're quite literally on their posturing. Everything these people say are absolute lies. Here's a video from Alina Haba after we called her out last week for violating the gag order by attacking the judge's daughter and attacking witnesses during the trial, which Donald Trump's not allowed to direct others to do. She's like, well, I'm a legal she then had to admit I'm a legal spokesperson. So I'm a little bit scared on what I could even say here. Watch this. How is the prosecution star witness allowed to say anything that he wants? And then the former president is not allowed to respond.

Because we have a dual system of justice and a very unconstitutional gag order. As his legal spokeswoman, I'm nervous about what I can't say. And that's also unconstitutional. The fact that they will not let a defendant speak and exercise his First Amendment rights. Never mind the leading candidate for president. That is un-American. It violates his first amendment rights. And yes, yesterday we filed something in the appellate division to appeal this completely ridiculous order. Hopefully the appellate division will see that it is unconstitutional as we say it is. And the American people definitely already do.

I mean, just think about that. You have Alina Haba as the legal spokesperson. She's paid to posture going on right-wing media and saying that she is not posturing.
