And get this, Midas Touch uncovered that Donald Trump seems to have been trying to change his business addresses from New York to Florida at the last minute in the judgment that would eventually be entered by the clerk. Good news, the New York Attorney General's office caught this scam. Donald Trump, man, scamming until the very end. Speaking of which, more fallout from the fact that the GOP's star witness, Alexander

Smirnov, in the impeachment of President Biden was an agent for Vladimir Putin in Russia. Hunter Biden's lawyer also uncovered that evidence from the Republican special counsel in the prosecution prosecution of Hunter, purporting to be photographs that Hunter took of cocaine were actually photos that Hunter's doctor, his psychiatrist, sent to Hunter of another client of the psychiatrist. The client was a carpenter who sent a photo of sawdust, not cocaine. These Republican special counsels are out of control. The MAGA Republican Supreme Court in Alabama is also out of control, citing Bible verses in ruling that frozen embryos are actually humans and finding that the destruction of frozen embryos is basically the equivalent of murder, this has led to IV a weirdo MAGA cult gathering. Used to be a proud event of actual conservatives, but now that's replaced with January 6th insurrection branded

pinball machines, woke tear water being sold, Trump flags, some of the weirdest stuff. It's just weird, weird, weird. Can we end this nightmare, folks? Also, this once very well-attended event was basically empty today. It was certainly not as crowded as it was in years past. Hey, the Dow passed 39,000 for the first time. If we want to focus on, I don't know, like things like the economy doing good, the stock market doing good. We want to talk about real stuff. So we can just get the truth out. I just want to get the data out, folks. It's not normal to use Russian spies in congressional investigations against United States presidents and then whine, Russia, Russia, Russia. These Democrats, they're just calling out Russia, Russia. You know, when you rely on Russian spies,

I mean, this is just like, every day, it's just one thing after the next. And you're just like, what the hell is going on? None of this is normal. And weeks like this, you just see it all at once, everything, everywhere, all at once, just all at once laid out on the table. And you are just left with your mouth agape going, what the hell is going on? Jordy, what the hell is going on with you? I'm excited for us to make sense of it tonight, I guess. I mean, like when you go back to the debates in 20-whatever, 15 with Donald Trump, he literally said, Russia, if you're listening. they've been in cahoots for the longest time now. And it's just so obvious and apparent. And so when you see something like the Smirnoff thing, it's been their playbook all along, right? And you get told that you're a

conspiracy theorist if you're just solely following the data of just how ridiculous this all is. But that's what I think we hang our hats on here is following that data. And look, we don't care if like these people write these weird stories about it, the progressive group, the ultra liberal group. It's like, we don't see ourselves like that. Sure, our values align with more progressive and liberal, no doubt about it. But at the end of the day, we're just data-driven. And I think the people, the might is mighty, are data-driven as well. And they appreciate the no spin that we're able to bring. Look, I don't believe Donald Trump said, Russia, if you're listening in a debate,

he said that before in the debate. He goes, no, he goes, no, you're the puppet. You're the puppet of Russia to Hillary Clinton. When she said, you're the puppet, he goes, you're the puppet. No, the data actually reflects that you are. So let's364 million against all of the defendants, about $355 million against Donald Trump. When you add prejudgment interest, Trump's got to post a bond somewhere in the range of $400 million plus. You add on top of that the E. Jean Carroll defamation verdict against Donald Trump, you're looking at about half a billion dollar in bonds that Donald Trump has to post. But when you have a decision and order like that, it has to be conformed by the clerk. So the decision and order has to be literally taken

and then transcribed into a formal judgment that basically the winning party can take to seize assets. You have to have like a judgment in your hands, right? And it's pretty basic. You just order the clerk to enter judgment. But Donald Trump's lawyers try to make that a complicated process and say, we actually need to have formal motions about this and we need to settle the order, Donald Trump's lawyer, Cliff Roberts says. We need to settle the order. And Justice Arthur Ngoran wrote an email back saying, what are you talking about? Just have the clerk enter it. We don't need to settle any order. I was pretty specific in what the remedies were that I ultimately ordered. And then Justice Ngoran said, well, look, Trump lawyers, submit to me what it is that you think needs to be included in this proposed order that you think looks different

than my decision and order when it gets conformed into a judgment. Here's the interesting thing. When you look at this Cliff Robert letter, I was doing a hot take about it that I'm going to release in the morning where I was reading it and I didn't pick up onto it until I was actually doing the hot take as I sit alone in my living room by myself recording these hot takes. And I went, holy crap. I see what they were doing. Holy crap.

Take a look at this. What Donald Trump's lawyer says that they're looking for here. Second, several of the addresses for the defendants in the proposed judgment are incorrect. Set forth below is a chart containing the proper addresses for certain defendants. The first time I read it, I didn't pick it up. I was like, oh, maybe what they're saying is that there was like, what, like a ministerial error in the addresses. And actually they just got it wrong. This stuff happens all the time. But then I read it again. And what they're saying is that the addresses for these entities

that were actually in New York, hence the case was in New York, were actually in Florida. So Trump's lawyers tried to act like there's just this ministerial error, just change the addresses to the correct addresses, you know, the Florida addresses. Why would Trump's lawyers be doing that? Well, it dawned on me what they were going to try to argue, what they were delaying for is the New York attorney general, when you get an order in New York under our system of federalism, while there's comma T, not comma D, comma T between states, you still would need to take an order from state A and then enforce it in state B by going to the courts of state B. You don't have to do a whole new trial, but you have to initiate

a whole new process. So what was clear to me is Trump tried to change the addresses for his properties at the last minute to avoid New York Attorney General Letitia James seizing these properties. And like the main entity, the revocable trust, which controls all the other entities, he's now saying the address is in West Palm Beach. And I was like, that's what he was trying to do, scamming this thing until the very, very end. Fortunately, the New York attorney general's lawyer caught it and they said, finally, the court should reject defendant's attempt to change the business address of six entity defendants to Florida. As the record establishes, those entities are located in Trump Tower at 725 Fifth Avenue in New York, the office building in which the executives who carry out the business

activities of those entities work. And then it dawned on me also, like, do you remember when early on in 2022, Trump filed that frivolous lawsuit in the Southern District of Florida, which ultimately went to that federal judge, Don Middlebrooks, who had previously sanctioned Trump and Alina Haba a million dollars. Then Trump dismissed it without prejudice because he was about to get sanctioned again by the same judge for bringing it. What he was trying to do was bring in jurisdiction into the Southern District of Florida to try to get a judge to then block the New York judgment by changing the addresses at the last minute. I mean, that to me

is what the data suggests here. Now, could my analysis, could there be a more benign explanation for this? Again, possibly, of course. I'm sure it was just a mistake. I'm sure it was just an honest mistake, Ben. It seemed and how egregious. Unfortunately, N'Goran rejected all of this. Pull up, Brett, that two-sentence response by N'Goran. Mr. Robert, that's Trump's lawyer, Cliff Robert, you have failed to explain, much less justify any basis for a stay. I am confident that the appellate division will protect your appellate rights.

Justice N'Goran. in other words, go pound sand. And of course, the clock has now started for Donald Trump to post that bond there. And I'll tell you, when I watch, we'll talk about this a little later in the show, that Laura Ingraham, so-called town hall with him, he said, they can't take my cash. They can't take my cash. I don't think he's got it. I don't think he's got it. I don't think he's got it either. I don't think he's got it. But anyway, that's the update there. But wild stuff, huh?

Oh my, it's the most ham-handed attempt also to try to hide your assets, if that is indeed what he is doing to try to put that jurisdiction in Florida to try to create some conflict to get out of the seizure of his assets. Once again, I'm saying if that is what he's doing, because we cannot speak to the intent at this moment in time, but it sure does seem suspicious. But remember, Ben Jordy, remember, this is the same guy who during this case, tried to create a Trump organization to try to just make a new name for the organization. So he's like, what? You're not suing the organization that has all my assets. He's tried to commit this kind of fraud with the AG before in this very case. He's so brazen about it. And to potentially be committing fraud to

avoid the judgment on your fraud case, it's a Russian nesting doll of fraud with Donald Trump. And I cannot think of anything more appropriate for Donald Trump than to be a Russian nesting doll of fraud. So let's get into that here. One sec, Ben, is the phrase go pound sand? I've never heard. I've heard go kick rocks. Go pound sand is for sure, as I was saying. Okay. Then I'm proven wrong. I've heard go kick rocks. Go pound sand is for sure. That's a saying. Okay. Then I'm absolutely 100%. I need a clarity on that before we move ahead. Sorry,

Ben, go for it. Yeah. Yeah. That's a saying. I'm pretty sure it's a, well, isn't it like a very well known saying?

Yeah. It's not even like a, the kids say kick rocks these days. Go kick rocks. I don't think the kid, I don't know. Okay. All right. Well, I say to those kids, you say, go kick rocks i don't think i don't know okay all right well i say to those kids you say go kick rocks i say go pound sand kids who say kick rocks i say keep standing on

business that's what the kids are saying i'm gen x that they try to call me millennial ben but i ain't any of that go pound go pound sand all right let's let's pull let's pull up this New York Post article controlled by the Murdoch family of lies that gives us all of the Fox propaganda that had its front cover that said Joe Brydon. This is what they ran with, a coordinated attack by MAGA Republicans in Congress as well as the Murdoch propaganda machine. And this is a front page. We won't see a front page retraction. Pull it up one more time. We won't see a front page apology because President Biden's the president. He's not going to sue for defamation. He has a country to run. But this is the condition of our sick and disgusting media machine right now saying Joe Bribin. Pull it up one more time right there.

It says Joe Bribin, FBI has secret file alleging that then V. Biden took money from foreign national. Whistleblower. Whistleblower. Okay. So what we're going to do now in the Republican Party is we're going to call Russian agents whistleblowers. By the way, at that time, if you were watching the Midas Touch Network, what we were saying is, you know, I think this source is like a Russian oligarch, and I probably think we shouldn't buy it. That was known. It was known in 2020 by Bill Barr,

who rejected this stuff. Bill Barr, who tried to help Trump out in every possible way, knew that Giuliani was laundering information from Russian spies. They knew it in the DOJ then. That's why they didn't pursue it. Bill Barr, that deep state lib, Bill Barr? Yeah, I've heard of him. Bill Barr. And they actually siloed this with some other United States attorney. I think it was in Pennsylvania or whatever, just to be like, keep Giuliani stuff here because this is like made up Russian stuff to try to destroy the United States of America. It's not credible stuff. So this was known. And by the way, it was known to the special counsel, the Republican one, David Weiss,

who was prosecuting Hunter Biden, relying on a lot of this stuff as well. And now David Weiss, this Republican special counsel, has to then go and now prosecute Smirnoff like four years late? And now he's screwing up everything because he's caught in the web of this MAGA madness right here. Right. We know that this whistleblower now is Alexander Smirnoff, this so-called star witness for the GOP, who's a Russian asset. Smirnoff is saying it. He says that basically he was brought in to launder information from Russia. And if you believe the other stuff that Smirnov says, it ain't minor stuff. Like he talks about high level contacts with Russian military officials designed to extort and cause grievous harm to the United States of America and to set up American politicians with compromise and some other

real serious stuff. Smirnoff also told the Department of Justice after he was arrested in Vegas, I think that he only had 5,000000 in his account, and he had closer to $3 million in his checking account, like not suspicious at all. But this is who the MAGA Republicans relied on. They said, this guy and his 1023 is crucial, crucial piece of the investigation. And now what do the MAGA Republicans say? Well, Jim Jordan's like, it is what it is. It is what it is. We're past that now. This is not that important at all. Do we have, Brett, the kind of Comer 2023 versus Comer this week video? This is a very crucial piece of our investigation. You know, at the end of the day, he wasn't an important part of this investigation because I didn't even know who he was. Yeah, like if you were not a member of Congress right there and you did that, you would be arrested. You are literally a co-conspirator in trying to interfere with elections. And then again, they have no shame. If I lied about something small, I'd feel like super, super guilty. I'd be like, oh my God. Oh my God. I'd feel like super, super like I'd be like, oh, my God, like, oh, my God, you know, I'd feel like horrible about it. They the fact that he could then go on and then just be like, yeah, I never said what exactly I said. And then for the voters, for people, what they remember is what? Joe Bryben. They remember the Joe Bryben part.

And it all kind of mushes together in this nonsense of Fox talking about Mr. Potato Head and the Green M&M not being sexy enough and Dr. Seuss and Taylor Swift and all this crazy crap. But people are so inundated with just this mess of information that it is wild. Do we have, I think you did a montage, Brett, of Fox and the GOP pumping up this story like crazy. If we've got that montage, I know we posted it on our socials. Let's give it a play.

This one's a slightly different montage than that, but to the same exact point here. House Oversight Chairman James Comer says he and his colleagues plan to drop a bombshell. It's going to be judgment day tomorrow for the White House. You have the confidential FBI informant who's basically saying that Joe Biden took five million dollars from Burisma. The informant was a highly valued human source for the FBI. A trusted, highly credible informant. A trusted, confidential informant.

They had a credible source, one of their good sources. Their most credible paid FBI informant. We have determined that Whistleblower is extremely credible. The details come from an FBI informant who is very trusted. A highly reliable informant that has always checked out all the information he's ever given us has checked out. A confidential human source that had been reliable previously to the FBI. A confidential human source gave credible information. This FD-1023 is damning.

I do a podcast three days a week, Verdict with Ted Cruz. The podcast has gone into the details. This is a very crucial piece of our investigation. I know this is perhaps trite at this point to even down a United States president and every single day you pumped this propaganda for Russia so Russia could destroy democracy here and abroad and then when confronted with it, Jim Jordan goes, yeah, it is what it is. It doesn't really change the fundamental facts. It doesn't change the fundamental facts that your key witness was a spy from our enemy, from Russia. Here, play this clip, Brandon. I want to hear your point. About the president's involvement in a bribery scheme now that Alexander Smirnoff has

proven to have made it up and was based off Russian intelligence. Doesn't change the four fundamental facts. Hunter Biden was put on the board of Burisma, gets paid a million dollars a year. Fact number two, he's not qualified to be on the board. He said so himself in an interview, I don't know, with you or some network. Fact number three, Zolotsevsky and Pazarsky, the two executives at Burisma, specifically asked Hunter Biden, can you weigh in with D.C. and help us deal with the pressure

we are facing from the prosecutor? Fact number four, Joe Biden, then he gets called. Hunter Biden calls his dad, according to Devin Archer, Hunter Biden's business partner. Fact number four, Joe Biden then goes to Ukraine three days later and conditions the release of the money, American tax money, on the firing of the prosecutor who was applying the pressure to the company that Hunter Biden sat on the board of.

You said the 1023 is the most corroborating piece of information. It corroborates, but it doesn't change those fundamental facts. It's not true. Well, so, okay, so the FBI told us that this source was so important. So then they go and they blame the FBI. Yeah, their new thing is now blaming the FBI. And what I was going to say before is that, recall, this is not even their first foreign spy who they tried to use to take down an American president who has been indicted.

They previously tried to use a Chinese spy to take down an American president. I mean, the stuff they are doing is absolutely criminal, not to mention that everything Jim Jordan said right there is for fundamental facts that have not changed. That's all stuff that has been debunked thousands and thousands and thousands of times. Not only has it been debunked, it's the same lies that caused Donald Trump to be impeached the first time. It's what he was extorting Ukraine over, all of this Burisma stuff. Now they're just recycling all the Burisma stuff that has already been debunked that there is no merit to. They are just doubling and tripling down

on their lies. These people feel no shame whatsoever. And it's stunning. It's absolutely stunning. This should be front page stories on every paper across the country. This should be leading every headline on cable news that you have a major political party in the United States of America working with foreign governments, our adversaries, in order to try to take down and impeach an American president. I've never heard of such a thing. And by the way, not that this is a data point that I think is like going down the rabbit hole, but Hunter Biden was on the board of directors of the World Food Program USA, a 501c3 charity based in Washington, D.C. that supports the work of the UN World Food Program from 2011 to 2017. He served as board chairman from 2011 to 2015. He was also appointed to a five-year term on the board of directors of Amtrak by President George W. Bush in 2006. Biden was the board's vice chairman from July 2006 until 2009 and was replaced as vice chairman in January of 2010. And while MAGA Republicans are using this fabricated

Russian disinformation against Hunter, it's all projection and confession because, of course, you then have Jared Kushner, who's got paid $2 billion from Saudi Arabia. With a B. $2 billion. And then I saw an interview recently of Kushner with Axios and he was asked about it. And then Kushner's response is really, are we really going to go there? Are we really going there? Like, like seriously, you're still bringing this up for real. You were given a position at the white house, Jared Kushner, that you couldn't even get a national security clearance for, a security clearance for.

And you then do a deal with MBS for $2 billion after meeting with MBS, after MBS literally says, I've got Kushner in my pocket. And the MAGA Republicans like, you know, what I really want to focus on is that in 2018, President Biden, when he was not the president or not even running for office, you know, he loaned Hunter Biden $4,000 for a car. And everybody knows loans like that are really, really serious misconduct. Then what we also want to focus on is this corrupt Ukrainian prosecutor that actually everybody in democracies across the world wanted to get rid of because it was a stooge of Vladimir Putin and someone so corrupt and unhinged and had nothing to do with Hunter Biden. If anything, this prosecutor would have helped Burisma and not hurt Burisma. Like, so it makes no sense and it's been debunked.

But, you know, any event like who cares about the facts? By the way, what I said when I posted on various social media platforms that I'm on, I said, you know, MAGA Republicans in Congress who just went on a two-week vacation so that Speaker MAGA Mike Johnson can meet with Donald Trump in Florida, which he did, they now appear ready to force a catastrophic government shutdown, which is going to shut down on March 1st, after killing a bipartisan border deal, blocking emergency aid to Ukraine, intentionally laundering disinformation from Russian agent Alexander Smirnoff to launch an impeachment inquiry into President Biden,

intentionally laundering disinformation from an agent of the CCP to launch an impeachment inquiry into President Biden, impeaching DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to make Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert happy. Meanwhile, Donald Trump brags in his speeches that he has directed his MAGA's in Congress to do this after bragging about passing cognitive exams and bragging about his relationship with Putin and bragging about destroying NATO and bragging about stealing classified information and bragging about how MAGA has taken over the Republican Party. And we'll show you some more of that as well.

And as they say, this is really going to help Donald Trump appeal to black voters, they say on Fox, because they say, well, I'm not going to say it. Just watch what watch what they say here. media last night. Very interesting. As you see, black support eroding from Joe Biden. This is connecting with black America because they love sneakers or into sneakers. They love the you know, this is a big deal, certainly in the inner city. So when you have Trump roll out his sneaker line, they're like, wait a minute, this is cool. He's reaching them on a level that defies and is above politics. The culture always trumps politics. And Trump understands culture like no politician I've ever seen. Question for you on that point, though. Will the people that are excited about the sneakers and excited about Donald Trump, will that translate into them going out and voting for

Donald Trump? Anybody willing to put 400 bucks down for a pair of sneakers? Yeah, I think that's commitment and love. Fact check.aker the sneakers have the sneakers have not been made number one and we went through the disclaimer language so let's be clear about that but then like what makes that even extra cringy in addition to the fact that it's racist and just kind of weird oh my peewee herman's delivery i mean racist peewee Herman? Racist Peewee Herman is unbelievable. I mean, Maga Peewee Herman gave the strangest delivery right there imaginable. You see, folks, like he did it in that kind of way. You see, it reaches them on a level that really resonates with the culture. He really understands the culture.

He really understands it and it resonates with them at a cultural level. Let me tell you, because Fox Maga Peewee Herman knows about the black culture. Okay. And let me break it down for you specifically what this is doing here. It clinches the black vote in Michigan. It clinches the black vote in Philadelphia. Ignore the fact that Donald Trump is saying you got to watch out for that Detroit. Watch what they're doing. And don't, nah, you just got to throw a few pair of sneakers out there. And that's basically, let me explain it to you in ways. I mean, this stuff is some, this is on some deranged level. Disgusting, deranged.

And how about the host? I mean, that's why Fox is just pure entertainment and just such a bizarre network in itself. She responds like it's a serious point. She goes, oh, so to that point and goes into like a question. It's like, what are we doing here? It just says everybody remembers one of the key moves that Ronald Reagan made in defeating the U.S. One of the big moves was he brought out those Reagan Air Force 7s. Everybody knows that Bill Clinton's secret to taking down George H.W. Bush was when he rolled out the Clinton fragrance. Of

course, everybody remembers that Barack Obama didn't win on Yes, We Can and talking about hope and actual policies. But the reason President Obama ended up winning was because he was basically selling the Obama dunks. Okay, everybody knows that if you go back throughout American history, if you want to go back even to some of our founding fathers, if you want to talk about George history, if you want to go back even to some of our founding fathers, if you want to talk about George Washington, if you want to fast forward, you want to talk about Lincoln. If you want to go forward, you want to talk about FDR.

Four score and seven sneakers ago. What did, yeah, exactly. What did they all have in common? They dropped dope sneakers. Bro, those Washington 1s were legit. The Washington 1s, first edition. First edition, Washington 1s. I got them in my closet. Yeah. I mean, those Red Bottom Eisenhowers were unbelievable, man.

Sheesh, Red Bottom Eisenhowers. They're putting that conversation though, right? They shove stuff like that in between Joe Bribin, right? They're shoving all this crazy stuff, this just insane, ridiculous stuff around incredibly serious allegations designed to propagandize the people who they are speaking to. And that's what makes Fox and all this right wing media stuff so lethal and so dangerous because they sort of lull people in with these bizarre culture conversations. You know, like the way Trump kind of the way he claims this American iconography and he always has 100 flags behind him and eagles and and the music and everything that he does. Fox basically pretends to be a

news station, right? They are they are they have all the iconography of a news station. They want you to think that they're news. Call themselves Fox News. They call themselves Fox News. They have a business channel. Look, they have reporters. Look, they have graphics. They have tickers. It looks like a news channel, right? But then the stuff they're saying are just lies. And the way that they just constantly hit people over the head with these lies day in and day out. If you wonder like, oh, why is the country so divided? I don't understand. How are people falling for this stuff? It's because there are people who think that these are legitimate news outlets and they

are being told, I guess, what they want to hear by organizations like Fox. And it is just being pummeled into their brain every hour of every day. Now, imagine you're watching that literally every minute of your life, like all the time. And then somebody says, oh, actually, all that stuff you've dedicated your life to now for like your entire life, everything you've been consuming, it's all a lie. That's why they act out. And that's why they get so angry also about, oh, the fake media. Oh, it's all fake. It's all, how could Joe Biden do this? You know, they're so angry all the time. Also the people watching these channels because they've been fed BS and inevitably the BS goes

bust, right? And what happened when the BS goes bust? As we've seen with this whole Joe Bryben hoax that they perpetrated, what happens is they don't retract. They then double down the lie. They make an even bigger lie to try to mask the other lie. I'm going to go back to the phrase, a Russian nesting doll of lies at Fox News. I think when you look at Fox News, Ben? I was just going to make another stupid joke about Herbert Hoover's sneakers. And so you say something serious. I think when you look at Fox News, I think the fans want to hear it. What do you got? Oh, I was going to say, you know why Herbert Hoover ended up losing to FDR. You know what happened, right? It was the fact that first you had kind of the Calvin

Coolidge, the really cool sneakers. I mean, and then Herbert Hoover never rolled out any pairs of shoes. I mean, he totally did a bad job. The depressions didn't quite land. The depressions, the air depressions depressions did not exceed the opposite of the post or even meet and then fbr came in with the uh you know with with just some real kind of dope shoes and it was that's where i was going journey yeah i probably should have just kept going my bad to the viewers i thought your mistake your mistake fire that was on me. I think when we look at Fox News very specifically, around the time of the Dominion loss, look, they've always been an entertainment channel. That's what they've hung their hats on for the longest time. But I truly believe once all the

cards were on the table and in front of people, and you saw all of the text messages of their host, the Fox News host, just saying how dumb their audiences are and how much they basically hate their own viewers. What I've seen from Fox News, and we watch way too much of right-wing media and monitor way too much of it in Fox News specifically, just because we have to see what they're saying. They've really spiraled since that moment, even deeper than they were prior to the Dominion lawsuit. And I think they really just no longer have a North Star that they could even pretend that they're aiming at. And so they bring on the Marjorie Taylor Greene's and they reward the

Ted Cruz's and the Jim Jordan's and the Comer's to just spread this Russian disinformation and just be, you know, mouthpieces for Putin or whatever right-wing crazy agenda that they want in order to just garner the viewership of their fringe audience that they still have. Now, don't get me wrong. It's a large audience in the United States specifically of who's watching Fox News. But now when we look at special election after special election, I think this echo chamber of anger-tainment and just, the dumbification of an entire party, which is the modern day Republican party is backfiring in such a tremendous way where their audience like can't even really believe the own BS that they're trying to pitch to them.

So when you start to look at, again, special election after special election that we're seeing in the midterms, for example, I think Democrats are setting themselves up pretty nicely here. And what are we even doing? right? We're trying to pass good policies, of course, and be good leaderships and being the stable voice in the room. What are the Republicans being? They're doubling down on crazy. And I think if you are a moderate conservative or genuine Republican, you look at this and you're like, I can't identify with these wackadoos. That's not me. And if they're being platformed hour after hour, day after day, I can't associate with that anymore. So I think, I think what we've seen from Fox though, Jordy is

that they're much weaker than they try to make people think they're, they're an incredibly weak organization. And you've seen time after time, every time there's been a big incident surrounding Fox, they've tried to sort of, let's maybe be a little more moderate. We can't be that crazy. And what happened is they radicalized their viewers so much to the point that they lost control of their viewers. And so the second they tried to do that pivot previously, what happened? There was a night where Newsmax was getting better ratings than Fox. And they freaked out. Then they had to go back to the crazy extremism stuff almost instantly. They are weak.

They are a victim of their own radicalization of their base. Well, let's talk about the data here, though. What's fueling it? You're like, well, what was the Dominion settlement for, like $800 million or something like that, right? Wow, big number, $800 million. Let's look at these facts. Fox annual revenue for 2023 was $14.913 billion, a 6.72% increase from 2022. Fox annual revenue from 2022 was $13.974 billion, a 8.25% increase from 2021. Fox annual revenue for 2021 was $12.909 billion, a 4.93% increase from 2020. So for them, paying the settlement is literally a rounding error, which they can then write off as well for purposes of their taxes. And the defamation itself is viewed as just part of the cost of their doing business to increase their profits.

So when they look at a defamation judgment in this range, they may basically look at it like, well, our profits increased year over year by 4%, not 6.72% because 2.7% goes to pay off defamation verdicts. Put that aside and we're going to poison the nation with this stuff. Because look, when you tell people things like, there will be a nuclear attack here immediately and imminently, and you tell people things like that, and you get people riled up and worked up, and you inject this disinformation also that this is life and death kind of stuff, people are trying to find ways to survive.

If you've created a real-life horror movie that engulfs the viewers in their living room, think about what you can then get them to do when you then provide the solutions via advertising to save them. Buy gold, buy silver, buy this stupid thing, buy this dumb pillow, buy this thing, buy that thing, right? Versus speaking about hope and speaking about positivity and speaking like when we've created this network, though, Midas Touch, our whole thing is like, oh, right. The way we're

though going to build quicker, we don't got $14.5 billion. We don't got a million dollars. We don't got 500 million. We don't got anywhere near any of that. I'm doing emojis. I'm saying, hey, you want to buy an emoji? Let's gift each other emojis and gift each other memberships. But here's the thing. On digital, more people watch us now than them. Love will always prevail over the fear if you can provide that to the people with truth and data and facts. That's our thesis here. That's why we need your help in the community. All right, again, I'm sorry I've stopped preaching, but I think that data with Fox is important. Let me show you this. This is from this bogus town hall with Laura Ingraham and Donald Trump,

which was like just a propaganda fest. Here she talks about, you know, you're really funny. Has anybody told you how funny you are? You're so funny. You're really funny. Here, play this clip. Extremely funny. I mean, you have a fantastic sense of humor. People who don't know you personally sometimes don't see that because you're facing very serious challenges and a very serious election. How might you showcase your sense of humor during this campaign for, you know, those people who might not be all that into politics? I don't think I want to be a comedian with respect. OK, you're so funny. And it was a good impression. How are you going to leverage how funny you are to get to the voters? Like, okay, what? Okay, that's not news.

That's not news. Mr. Trump, Mr. President, you are so big and strong and handsome and wow. And so answer. Wow. Here you go. Just say something. Here she is, by the way. What is the sniff?

The sniff. He says he doesn't want to be a comedian, Ben, but he's the biggest clown on earth. No offense to clowns. One of the things she does also, and this is what the Fox hosts try to do, they try to like – because they're an arm of the campaign for Trump. So they try to like move things or coach him or tell him things. And so he or she just basically goes on a rant about why they need to see Melania out. And that's probably because Melania hasn't been anywhere to be seen on the campaign. Nonetheless, she's billed the donors close to half a million dollars for her hair and

makeup because that's what billionaire wives do. They need to bill Mr. and Mrs. Magadonia half a million dollars to cover the makeup? Because if you're really rich, why spend your own money when Mr. and Mrs. Magadonia can pay for it? But Ingram, basically, probably at Trump's direction, is asking, when will we see more of Melania to try to pressure her? Because they use Fox to move things and pressure people. And here, kind of pressuring Melania through Fox. Here, play this clip. I hear a lot, this question I'm asked a lot that Jill Biden is everywhere. She's campaigning everywhere for Joe Biden. And she did in 2020.

Will we see more of your secret weapon? Yeah. For those of us who know your wife, Melania, will we see more of her this time around? Given her ability to speak so many languages, her ability. He was so wonderful with children and everyone. And I think a lot of people here want to see more of her. They love her. I'll tell you. So and you know, she's a very brilliant person. She speaks many languages, the whole thing. She speaks many languages and some hard hitting stuff and the whole thing here here Donald Trump threatens nuclear annihilation and talks about a nuclear weapon that nobody's aware about, apparently, that has the blast radius from New York to South Carolina. I mean, if you don't mind me asking, because I know this is a very faith-filled audience here, and I know there are people across the globe, pray for you and your safety. They're worried about your safety. No, they are. And they want, do you feel that? Do you feel the power of that? I do. But can I be honest? I worry about their safety, too. These people, everybody in this room is in great danger right now. We have a nuclear weapon that if you hit New York, South Carolina is going to be gone, too. I worry about their safety. I think it's the reason I'm doing this. The question to him was, do you feel powerful that people care about your safety?

That was actually a question that was asked. And his response was that everybody here is in grave danger of a nuclear explosion with a blast radius from New York to South Carolina. And then he goes on to attack NATO. Play this clip. So does this mean you're not going to defend NATO countries if they haven't paid their two point whatever percent? Yeah, sort of. It does. We have we have 28 countries, you know, and again, that's this thing attacking NATO with just kind of made up data also. And again, the fact that here we are in 2024, I'm not going to show you all the other clips because we've showed that in other Midas Touch shows, where the leader of the Republican Party is running NATO and all of these things. And I mean, while praising Vladimir Putin, that's the condition of the Republican Party today. This ain't normal. This isn't like normal Republican. This is MAGA right now. Let me just show you this clip, too, of Trump's brain

misfiring and saying that we will bring very powerful crime here, very powerful crime to D.C. Play this clip. No, we're going to take over Washington, D.C. We're going to federalize. We're going to have very powerful crime. And you're going to be proud of it again. Yeah. I mean, again, if if President Biden said any of these things, Biden would lose my support very, very easily. If Biden said, hey, I'm selling the Biden sneakers for three hundred and ninety nine dollars. And if you tried the Biden fragrance and I'm the, you know, I mean, if Biden attacked NATO, if Biden attacked NATO, it would be on every front page as it should. And every page thereafter, it would be all we would hear about. Biden turns his back on NATO, Biden this, Biden that,

and it should be that way. Donald Trump goes and attacks NATO. Donald Trump praises Vladimir Putin. Donald Trump talks about cognitive exams. Donald Trump talks about bringing very powerful crime to DC. Donald Trump becomes an adjudicated rapist. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Who's the leader of the Republican Party? Yeah, the rapist. I feel like it's like the SNL skit. It's like, do you mean, was he a former therapist? It's like, no, he's actually an adjudicated rapist. You know, remember that skit?

No, like someone who's actually a rapist. Yeah, is actually a rapist, is leading the Republican Party. Oh, are you just like saying that like hyperbole? No, no, no. A jury made that finding. SNL jeopardy.

Also, you should know that his chief financial officer was also also pled guilty to felonies, that the organization was found to be criminally responsible for over a dozen felony criminal counts. Let's not forget the Trump organization was found to be a felony, a felony in a criminal case and in a civil case as well. And yeah, and by the way, the leaders on tape bragging about sexually assaulting women. And then he bragged about it and said that he spoke to a general who he claims told him that that was the most courageous thing that he had ever seen. And a general who's been in all of these wars told Donald Trump,

the most courageous thing ever was when Donald Trump said that by doing all of these things and by attacking women and by sexually harassing women and by making these statements about sexually abusing women, that that was the bravest and saying it was locker room talk was the most courageous thing that this general has ever seen in his life. I mean, this is some gutter, gutter stuff right here. And again, it needs to be called out that that's not normal politics. And Brett, when we get back, I want to talk a little bit more about President Biden. I want to hear about this IVF ruling by the Alabama Supreme Court, which, by the way,

I mean, I guess we've told you now what is going on over at Fox News, whatever the heck we just saw with Laura Ingraham and Trump and sneakers and all of that. We've told you what's going on in this ridiculous MAGA Congress that's out because this is something that's going to have wide ranging effects, and it should be a warning sign to all Americans out there.

The Alabama Supreme Court ruled that frozen embryos are children, and those who destroy them can be held liable for wrongful death. This is such a horrifying ruling that should send chills down everybody's spine. This stems from these two lawsuits that were filed by these sets of parents who underwent in vitro and something happened with the embryos and they wanted to sue the doctor for it. And the court ruled that they could sue them for wrongful death, ruling that those frozen embryos were the same as children. So what are the immediate impacts of this ruling? IVF, in vitro fertilization, is now at risk in the entire state of Alabama.

At least three hospital systems at the time of this broadcast have stopped their IVF treatments. It's just such an appalling thing. And for people to call themselves pro-life to stop this science, this marvel of modern science, which allows people who struggle with pregnancy to have children just seems like the complete opposite of everything that they pretend to espouse here. And Senator Tommy Tuberville of Alabama was asked about this, and he tried to kind of avoid the question. And when you watch this clip, I want you to tell me if you even think he knows what IVF is when he's asked about it. Do you have a reaction to the Alabama Supreme Court ruling on the fact that embryos are children? Yeah, I was all for it. We need to have more kids.

We need to have an opportunity to do that. And I thought this was the right thing to do. But IVF is used to have more children. And right now, IVF services are paused at some of the clinics in Alabama. Aren't you concerned that this could impact people who are trying to have kids? Well, that's for another conversation. People need to have that. We need more kids. We need people to have the opportunity to have kids. Senator, what do you say to the women right now in Alabama who no longer have access to IVF, who will not, as a result of this movement? What do you say to them?

Well, that's a hard one. It really is. It's really hard. Because, again, you want people to have that opportunity. And that's what I was telling her. We need more kids. He pretty clearly has no idea what IVF is, has zero idea. And these are the people who are trying to pass laws to take away IVF across the entire country. And they have not been shy about the fact that they want to take this even more to the extreme and they want to go ahead

and they want to ban birth control. This is exactly what they are coming for. The Biden-Harris administration was quick out with a statement here. They said that what is happening in Alabama right now is only possible because Donald Trump's Supreme Court justices overturned Roe v. Wade. Across the nation, MAGA Republicans are inserting themselves into the most personal decisions a family can make, from contraception to IVF. With their latest attack on reproductive freedom, these so-called pro-life Republicans are preventing loving couples from growing their families. If Donald Trump is elected, there is no question that he will impose his extreme anti-freedom agenda on the entire country.

And if you don't believe me, or if you don't believe President Biden that they want to come for contraception next, well, just look at the things that they are saying. Here is the Right-Wing Heritage Foundation. This is a post that they made last year saying, it seems to me that a good place to start would be a feminist movement against the pill returning to consequentiality to sex. Conservatives had to lead the way in restoring sex to its true purpose, ending recreational sex and senseless use of birth control pills. That's what they're coming for. They're coming for everything. And you cannot give these people an inch on any of it. of birth control pills. That's what they're coming for. They're coming for everything. And you cannot give these people an inch on any of it. I saw this clip today also of this Alabama woman who was speaking about how this is going to impact her family. And I wanted to share it

because it's a personal anecdote just to show you, if you don't know how this affects people, how it's going to affect families in Alabama. I never thought it would ever get to this point. Thousands of families like Rebecca Matthews in Alabama caught off guard. After multiple miscarriages, they turned to IVF, freezing several embryos to maximize the likelihood of getting pregnant. Without IVF, we would not have our two children. Now Matthews says they don't know what will happen to their remaining frozen embryo stored at another Alabama clinic.

The thing that's scary for us is if we choose to discard our embryo, could we be murder if a frozen embryo based on this decision is deemed to be the same thing as a child. If a frozen embryo then resulted in you having a child and then let's say there were nine other frozen embryos that you don't use and you ordered those to be destroyed, you could be charged with nine counts of wrongful death in that situation. If a doctor attempts in good faith to implant the frozen embryo, but it doesn't actually result in a child, the doctor could then be charged with medical malpractice and wrongful death as well. So when you say, well, why does that decision then result in IVF clinics basically shutting down is because that's the implication when you can be charged with death by going through kind of your normal processes and procedures in trying to give life and to trying to help people conceive.

Yeah. And even Kellyanne Conway, apparently it was reported by Frank Luntz earlier today, was warning Republicans that something like 85% of Republicans are in favor of IVF. I mean, it's like one of those things like, how can you not be in favor of something that gives families such an incredible gift? And if you're really pro-life, if you're really pro-family, you are going to take that away from people. And so even she was sounding the alarm to them. This is not normal stuff. You have these extremists who have completely taken over the party and are dictating your lives. It's completely messed up.

And so that's what's happening in Alabama. Now let's go and see what's happening with Republicans at CPAC. The CPAC is the Conservative Political Action Convention. This used to be a major, major, major event in right-wing circles. There is nothing conservative about this today, especially. And as it began, the Daily Beast reported that there were new subpoenas in the sexual assault lawsuit against the head of CPAC, Matt Schlapp. You may remember Matt Schlapp. I'll play a clip of him shortly. Subpoenas have gone out to key witnesses in the case, including one official who allegedly oversaw shredding of papers in the office the day that Schlapp was put on notice for this lawsuit. And the lawsuit was filed, this assault lawsuit

against Matt Schlapp by another Republican, even though he wanted to blame the liberal media who came out in public about it. It was a male staffer who was behind the allegations. And I want to show you first just the disaster of CPAC. I want you to look at these images and I'll describe them for the audio listeners. It was just flooded with empty seats today, just wall to wall, not a lot of people showing up to these events, but you still had a who's who of MAGA Republicans showing up to try to get some attention. And just to show you how out of the bounds of normalcy these people are, I want to show you some of the clips. So I told you, and you probably know the backstory. And if you don't, you could look it up some more about the Matt Schlapp sexual assault allegations. There's a

lot of evidence to go to the fact that he likely did, in fact, do this, including recordings and whatnot. And so what does he do? He doesn't resign or anything. He first comes out during the event and he says this. If you call yourself a journalist, but you spend all your time trying to destroy America and trying to destroy Americans who love America and trying to destroy conservatives and patriots and people from MAGA and, yes, J6. If that's what you do, we don't want you here. You can buy a ticket and just act like any other normal citizen. Dude, you grabbed a Republican staffer's junk. You grabbed a staffer like like what?

This isn't the liberal media. It's not people out to get you. Like what happened to the party of personal responsibility? I guess that was all a lie. And you heard him mention their J6. Right. This is like the new insurrectionist convention. So last year, as you remember, at the CPAC convention, they put up those signs that said, we are all domestic terrorists. And they had a voice in between the segments. Ladies and gentlemen, we are all domestic terrorists. Literally happened.

Well, they're all in on the domestic terrorism this year. You got CPAC pinball, J6 pinball machines, which I'm pulling up right here. And you can see the goal of the pinball machine is to hit the ball into the United States Capitol. It says J6 insurrection on the screen. It plays footage of the insurrection. And here are some other images of it. You could see it says things on the board, whatever you call a pinball machine board. Political prisoners have faith. Babbitt murder. It's a setup.

Peaceful protest. Stop the steal. It has pictures of Donald Trump. I don't get it. Was it Antifa? What is this? It was an insurrection. It wasn't an insurrection.

It is an insurrection. I guess they're going, it was an insurrection for the sake of CPAC. This isn't a game. This is completely sick stuff that they're going it was an insurrection for the sake of cpac this isn't a game this is completely sick stuff that they're doing and if you think they're speaking about conservative values and conservative topics let me show you an example of one of the segments that they held today at cpac ladies and gentlemen up next cat fight michelle versus kamala so cat fight michelle versus Kamala. So catfight Michelle versus Kamala. That was one of the segments they did in that segment. One of the commentators made a comment hinting that

Michelle Obama is actually a man. A lot of conservative values here. Bill Clinton was our first black president. That makes her technically she would be our first black woman president. Right. Yeah, I guess so. Well, and Kamala could be our first black woman president. And Michelle won't. Look, look, to be clear, to be completely disgusting as all 13 people in the audience laugh here, this right wing commentator, Kurt, I don't even know his, I don't want to say his name. He's at CPAC, his whole thing, I just listened to the projection on here, where he claims that Biden is worse than Nixon and he doesn't think Biden would leave office if he lost an election. The difference, Monica, is that Richard Nixon had respect for norms. He had respect for the United States of America. These guys don't. Joe Biden doesn't. Joe Biden is the capo of a criminal

organization, the Biden family. He doesn't care about the country. All he cares about is himself. I can see him, you know, the day after his next inauguration or the day before Donald Trump's inauguration, God willing, him pardoning his brother, his son, and himself. So, you know, I don't think that's going to work because they're never going to jail. And I just don't see him leaving. And remember, the 25th Amendment, that takes Republicans out. There's an interesting point here that I wanted that Larry.

What interesting point is there? There is no interesting points other than the fact that this is pure projection. And it's, they're unbelievable, those people. Then, of course, you have a sitting United States senator say that a lot of people are going to go to jail. Donald Trump's enemies are going to go to jail and he's going to help. It'll be a tough time because they can't give up. They know a lot of these people are going to go to jail when Donald Trump gets elected. And I'm going to be right there helping. And then you had all these people there saying how, oh, look, we're going to bomb Mexico. That was a big theme. We're going to be right there helping. And then you had all these people there saying how, oh, like, we're going to bomb Mexico. That was a big theme. We're going to bomb Mexico so that the fentanyl doesn't come in through Mexico, even though the fentanyl really doesn't come in through Mexico, most of it.

And if we're looking even just at the hard data here, I'll pull up a chart of fentanyl in the United States. And you could see a very distinct time when fentanyl spiked in the United States here on the chart. If you notice right after 2016, a massive spike in fentanyl here in the United States. What was Donald Trump doing during that time to cause that incredible spike? Oh, I guess you should have bombed Mexico if you ask these people. And it's just the weirdness and the extremism. You had this guy, Jack Posobiec there with Steve Bannon. These are people who are meeting with Donald Trump all the time. And his whole pitch to the crowd was, we're finally going to do it. We're finally going to end democracy. All right. Welcome. Welcome. I just wanted to say, welcome to the end of democracy.

We're here to overthrow it completely. We didn't get all the way there on January 6th, but we will endeavor to get rid of it We didn't get all the way there on January 6th, but we will, we will endeavor to get rid of it and replace it with, with this right here. We'll replace it with this right here. Amen. That's right. Because all glory, all glory is not to government, all glory to God. So that right there is what they're doing at CPAC on Charlie Kirk's podcast. Another one of these big MAGA influencers. I don't even want to play this clip because it's so disgusting. If you want to watch it, it's on MidasTouch.com, but I'm not going to play it on the show. But Charlie Kirk on this podcast, he said he wants to see televised executions of Donald Trump's political opponents,

and he wants them to be sponsored by brands like Coca-Cola. Not only that, he wants to force children to watch the executions as a, quote, initiation, and then made sure that he let the audience know that he is not joking. Like I said, I'm not going to play this clip. But when you see, I think this episode we're trying to go through, look at what Republicans are saying on their news networks. Look at what Republicans are saying in Congress. Look at what Republicans are saying on their news networks. Look at what Republicans are saying in Congress. Look at what Republicans are saying at CPAC. I think it paints a picture here of what is going on, and none of it is good.

And I think it really lays out the stakes of the election. Now, meanwhile, you had President Biden actually being a normal president. In stark contrast to the other clips that you witnessed, President Biden this week forgave an additional $1.2 billion in student debt. That's over 153,000 student loan borrowers once again committing to his promises that he made. And that's despite all of that Republican obstruction, all the Supreme Court stuff, shutting down the broad action he was trying to take and trying to cancel everybody's loans.

But now he's at least been able to figure out all these sorts of narrow areas. And at this point, Biden's canceled around $138 or $139 billion in student loan debt for nearly 3.9 millions of Americans. And President Biden spoke about it. I'll play you a couple of clips of that. Early in my term, I announced a major plan to provide millions of working families with debt relief for their college student debt. Tens of millions of people in debt were literally about to be canceled, their debts. But my MAGA Republican friends in the Congress, elected officials and special interests stepped in and sued us. And the Supreme Court blocked it and blocked it.

But that didn't stop me. I announced we're going to pursue alternative paths for student debt relief for as many borrowers as possible. And that's the effort that's been underway the last two years. I fixed what's called the save plan. It existed, but I fixed it to make it the most affordable repayment plan ever. Before I took office, student borrowers had to pay 10% of their discretionary income on a monthly basis. If they made less than, if they didn't have enough to do that, they were able to not have to pay that month, but their interest continued. A lot of people don't have the means to do that, though. Under my SAVE plan, we're cutting in half to 5% what undergraduate borrowers have to pay after their living expenses are accounted for.

That means no one with an undergraduate loan, whether it's a community college or a four-year college, will have to pay more than 5% of their discretionary income to repay those loans starting in July. And that's income after you pay for necessities like food and housing. Already 7.5 million Americans have enrolled in this so-called SAVE plan. And there's more than 4 million of those borrowers had their monthly payments dropped to zero if they're living paycheck to paycheck below a certain level. This plan is the most generous repayment program ever, and today we're doing it even faster and quicker than ever before. I'm proud to announce our SAVE plan. We are immediately canceling the debt loans for over 150,000 borrowers, nearly six months ahead of schedule.

Starting today, we're canceling student debt for borrowers who are enrolled in the safe plan and have been paying student loans for as little as 10 years. If they took less than 12,000, it's forgiven. That's real policy that actually affects people's lives in a positive way. It's not sneaker, sneaker, sneakers, insurrection, J6. It's not all that crazy nonsense. That's just the quiet work of getting things done. I think Lawrence O'Donnell the other night on MSNBC made a really good point about the most important stuff that leaders do happens behind the scenes. It's not about the cameras. It's not about big flashy speeches. They're great, big flashy speeches. It's great, but it's about getting the work done at the end of the day. And when you look at the accomplishments, it's undeniable that Biden

is one of the most accomplished presidents, at least in modern history. Biden went on to say, you know, how student debt relief, how it impacts people, allows people to buy homes, start businesses, grows the economy. I love that whenever he says grows the economy, I think of that meme, grows the economy. Nothing wrong with it. Have you ever seen that meme on TikTok, the Biden grows the economy meme? It's a classic. And then Biden, of course, also met today with Alexei Navalny's widow and daughter, had an emotional meeting. And so you have on the one hand, you have a ex-president, criminal defendant, rapist saying that he wants to get out of NATO, wants Russia to attack our NATO allies. On the other hand, you have President Biden meeting with the family of Alexei Navalny after this horrific thing just happened. I had the honor of meeting with Alexei Navalny's wife and daughter.

As you state the obvious, he was a man of incredible courage. And it's amazing how his wife and daughter are emulating that. We're going to be announcing the sanctions against Putin, who is responsible for his death tomorrow. And one thing I've made that was made clear to me is that Yolanda is going to she's going to continue to fight the fight he had underway. We're not letting up. Thank you. You know, it's nice to have a president who's actually not afraid to say things like that. Well, you have Donald Trump refusing to even mention Putin's name in the context of Navalny and completely even making it about himself. I want to show you this picture too, which is just

such a great picture of the meeting that we were just speaking about. I thought these were really great and really heartwarming right here. And then, you know, on the contrary, you have Lara Trump, you have Donald Trump's daughter-in-law, Eric Trump's wife, who Donald Trump is trying to install as the co-chair of the RNC, saying things like this when she's asked about Alexei Navalny. And do you believe that Putin is responsible for the death of Navalny? I don't know enough to comment on that. I don't know enough to comment on that. Well, if there's any bright spot here with her in charge, the Republican National Committee

is sure to be even more of a dumpster fire than it is because she has promised to put every single penny to pay Donald Trump, not for down ballot elections, not for Senate campaigns, congressional races, but just listen to her. We need to make sure that every penny of every dollar donated to the RNC is going to Donald Trump's campaign. And that's exactly what, streamlining the grift, just pump it right into their veins. And she was asked, you know, do you think that Republican voters want this? She said, absolutely. Republican voters want their money to go to paying a billionaire's legal bills. You think paying for President Trump's legal bills is something that is of interest to

Republican voters? Absolutely. That's why you see a GoFundMe get started. That's why people are furious right now when they see the attacks against him. They feel like it's an attack, not just on Donald Trump, but on this country. So there you have it, everybody. You have what's happening with this Republican special counsel that Trump made a U.S. attorney, right? You have what Republicans are doing in Alabama. You have what Charlie Kirk is saying on his podcast. You have the craziness at the RNC, the chaos at CPAC. You have the ridiculousness a criminal trying to change his address on his assets so that they're not seized. And then you have President Biden actually doing the work of being a president and you have some normalcy.

And I think when you present those options, because elections are binary and they are about choices, as I always say, the choice could not be clearer. But here's the thing. You got to present the options. You got to actually present them. And what we try to do here is just present the data, show you the videos, and here's what it is. I want an informed decision. I also do not want to normalize the types of things that are currently taking place in the Republican Party that has gone full

MAGA. As I've said, that is not conservative. Do not call that behavior conservative. If you want to say that's MAGA, that's Trumpism, whatever, that's what that is. And the way the media wants to frame this as this is just an election and you've got lefties and righties, you've got liberals and conservatives. And this is just like when Kerry ran against George W. Bush or when Obama ran against McCain or when Obama ran against Romney or Al Gore versus George W. Bush or Clinton versus Bob Dole. And this is just an election. It's election season. Let's cover it. Democrats, Republicans, both sides, it horse race. That's not what it is because it's not a horse race. You've got Donald Trump calling a porn star who he had three seconds of sex with horse face in a Manhattan district attorney criminal case for multiple felony counts coming up in March. And Donald Trump's response is, she's a horse face and I wouldn't touch the horse face. Think about that. That's not normal.

And think about the message that sends to our kids and our grandkids and future generations using that type of language, like that engaging in that type of behavior, bragging about that, having that type of conduct. And I can go into all of the other things, but just think about that. When they're saying horse race, Donald Trump's calling a porn star who he had sex with while his wife gave birth to Barron, and then he paid off to cover up it for the 2016 election, a horse face. And he goes, no affair, horse face. And that's just a pathetic man. It's a pathetic person. So scummy, just a fricking scumbag and dangerous and all of that, but just, that's not what a Republican should be.

Look, I want there to be robust debate and discussion. And I want to say, hey, look, here's my policy on these issues. What's your policy? And you go, hey, we got this. We got this. I go, all right. All right. You're right. We missed the border. We should have been stronger on the border. OK, let's fix it. OK, well, why don't we take your policies here? But look, we got to make sure we're empathetic. We're the United States of America. Damn it. We can't just be like, okay, kids, you're going to die. That's not okay. We got to make sure we protect them. You forgot about that, Republicans, or maybe you intentionally didn't want to put that in. Let's put that in. Let's create a bill. Yeah, there's things that are not right here, but let's figure out. We'll make this happen.

We'll deal with the border. Let's fix that issue. Okay. Let's do. You don't want to support Ukraine. That's weird. But you want to. We'll do the border deal in Ukraine.

We'll package it together. We'll help our allies. We'll figure this out. We'll come to a solution. Let's go. Let's do it. But no, you got the MAGA Republicans going. Yeah, we're not going to do that. We're not going to fund the government. We're just going to shut it down. We're not going

to pay our debts. And then we're just going to blame you for it. And we're going to say it's your fault. And then we're going to rely on our billion dollar Fox propaganda machine to just peddle it. And then legacy media doesn't give a crap and they're just going to report about it anyway. So who cares? We care. The Midas Mighty cares. The pro-democracy community cares. And we have to make sure we get out the truth together. So that's why I always say after these episodes, share this with people. Make sure we're at what? 2,100,000 subscribers now. Let's get that to 3 million soon. But not only is it 2.1, but I know this community here is so engaged. So let's get the message out. Let's be the heroes that we

were looking for. Let's not wait. Let's just get the data out together. And while they all engage in their propaganda and their BS, we're going to move as one. We need your help. You created this community. We need you. And you're doing such a great job. You really, really are. You need to know that. But let's go. Let's spread the message.

Let's let people know we're in this together. Pro-democracy is going to prevail. Pro-normalcy is going to prevail. We're going to lead with compassion. We're going to lead with love. We're going to lead with facts. We're going to defeat the propaganda machine. We're in it together.
