The Secretary of State of Arizona, Adrian Fontes, just wrote a letter to Chris Mays, the Attorney General of Arizona, requesting the Attorney General criminally prosecute Carrie Lake for her most recent conduct. I mean, there's so much conduct that she should be criminally prosecuted for, but for her most recent conduct in publishing the signatures of voters against Arizona law, violating the privacy rights while spreading the big lie, while spreading these dastardly election conspiracies. conspiracy. So let's pull up Adrian Fontes' letter to the Honorable Chris Mays, the Attorney General of Arizona. The letter states as follows, Dear Attorney General Mays, I am writing today to ask you to investigate and take appropriate enforcement action against Carrie Lake for potential violations of Arizona law committed under her Twitter handle, at Carrie Lake.

On January 23rd, 2023, at 3.55 p.m., the at Carrie Lake account tweeted, bombshell discovery. Today's Senate testimony confirms nearly 40,000 ballots illegally counted, 10% of the signatures reviewed. I think all the election deniers out there deserve an apology. There's a footnote which links to the tweet. It goes on to say, Embedded in the tweet was a graphic containing images of 16 voter registrations. Before reading the rest of the letter, let's just pull up this tweet,

this conspiracy theory, disgusting tweet, that Carrie Lake, who's out there pretending to be the governor, is posting on her social media account. You can see it right there. You see the signatures. Let's go back to the letter right now where Adrian Fonte says the relevant law that she appears to be violating, that she is violating, provides impertinent part. Nothing in this section shall preclude public inspection of

voter registration records at the office of the county recorder for the purposes prescribed by this section, except that the records containing a voter's signature shall not be accessible or reproduced by any person other than the voter. And that's the Arizona statute section 16-168F. The protections afforded by this subsection, back to the letter, prohibit posting any information derived from voter registration forms or precinct registers to the internet. And under no circumstance may a person other than the voter or a statutorily authorized person reproduce a voter's signature,

as Carrie Lake did here. A violation of this provision is a class six felony. Felony Carrie Lake. Felony filter Carrie Lake. Code letter goes on to say the tweet and embedded graphic are attached for your reference again we'll pull it up right now just so you see the graphic take a look at it right there back to the letter therefore the secretary of state's office is referring this matter to you for further investigation and possible prosecution for violation of the Arizona statute section 16-168 and any other applicable state laws. What I love about Adrien Fontes, who's a friend of the Midas Touch Network, we had him on when he was running in the primaries. Adrien Fontes tells it how it is. He doesn't mince words the same way we don't mince words here on the Midas Touch Network. And oh, it was refreshing to hear him go on MSNBC and call out these election deniers, call these MAGA Republicans fascists. And Adrian Fonte said on MSNBC, we need to call them who they are. These are not normal Republicans.

These are fascists. Play the clip. These are good, decent, honorable Americans. They are Republicans and Democrats and independents. There are folks who just want to get the job done so that our democracy, the democracy that serves this republic can perpetuate this republic. And these new American fascists, the MAGA fascists, you call them denialists. They are fascists. We need to call them who they are. They're acting in these ways. And these threats, these live threats at the drop boxes with rifles, all this stuff, the result is what they want. They want chaos. They want disorder. And that's why we had so many level-headed Republicans, particularly from the business community, supporting my campaign. and we're not going to tolerate this nonsense under any circumstances and so carrie lake has responded uh this is what she said on one of these maga right-wing fascist networks let's play this clip of carrie lake responding to the criminal referral for felony charges play. Constitutional law because he is suggesting that Chris Hayes, the newly selected AG,

criminally prosecute me on felony charges for putting out information on Twitter. They say that breaks the law. It was the signature verification stuff that you just talked about there. And they say because I put it out on the internet, it broke the law. He wants Chris Mays, the AG, to criminally prosecute me for telling people about the exorbitant levels of fraud in our election. It's interesting. They just don't want us talking about the election theft. It really shows you that we're onto something here. You know, Kerry Lake and these MAGA Republicans are living in fascist fantasy land. It is utterly despicable to watch this. I'm glad Adrian Fontes has made this criminal referral.

I am glad that there is accountability that is happening, that there is a pro-democracy secretary of state in Arizona as Kerry Lake pretends to be the governor as she goes on these right-wing shows like Steve Bannon. Steve Bannon goes, you're the freaking governor of Arizona. No, you're not. You're a fascist. You're a liar. You're a traitor. We're calling you out here on the Midas Touch Network.
