White's contributor Tennessee Brando explains how this attempted attack and Boebert's reaction to it is the perfect summation of the modern-day Republican Party.
Starting point is 00:03:08 Tennessee Brando, take it away. Hey folks, Tennessee Brando here. Check out this clip from Lauren Boebert and then let's talk about it. Says that they refused to acknowledge God as God. They knew him perfectly well. And since they wouldn't bother with him, he quit bothering them. And soon they even forgot how to be human. Women forgot how to be men. Men forgot how to be men. Women forgot how to be women. Men forgot how to be men. See how confusing the Democrats get us.
Starting point is 00:03:41 You are made for a purpose. You have identity. You have- Okay, notice what she did there. She misspoke and then she immediately blamed it on the Democrats and the crowd popped. Why? Because that is the entire Republican Party platform these days. They're the party of no ideas. But they know all they have to do is blame it on a Democrat and their base will buy into it every time. They have took words like Democrat and liberal and made them such dirty words that they don't have to come up with any plans and any solutions to help anybody. All they have to do is keep feeding into that anger,
Starting point is 00:04:13 feeding into that hostility, feeding into that frustration from their voters and telling the voters, hey, the Democrats are the cause of all your problems. When has a politician like Lauren Boebert actually brought a plan to the table? When has she actually said, here is step one, step two, step three, step four as to how I'm going to fix the problem without blaming it on Democrats? We never saw Donald Trump's health
Starting point is 00:04:34 care plan. Why? Because all he had to say was it's better than Obamacare and everybody would sit around and wait for it. They don't even realize that they never got it because they're so hung up on their hatred of Democrats and their hatred of liberals that they never get anything done. They're all about owning the libs. Every Republican voter is in the comment section on every social media app in this world, and they're blaming their problems on Democrats, and they're trying to own the libs. Hey, look here. I own this liberal in the comment section on TikTok. Okay, well, what good did that do you?
Starting point is 00:05:05 What good did that do you and your family? How did that fix the issues that you and your family faced every day? And when has politicians like Warren Boebert ever said, here is my plan for healthcare and how I will fix it. Here is my plan for education and how I will fix it. Here is my plan for the environment and how I will fix it. Here is my plan for jobs and how I will create them. The only thing they ever do is, with every talking point I just said, is they talk about how bad the Democrats are and how the Democrats are the reason why they can't get nothing done.
Starting point is 00:05:35 If you worked at a McDonald's, if you was a cashier at McDonald's, and let's say that that was your job, you would be held more accountable than these Republican politicians. If every day someone pulled up to the window and said, I want a sausage biscuit, and you said, well, I'm sorry, I can't give you one because the Democrats won't let me. Eventually, your manager will come to you and say, hold on a second. Why aren't you doing this? Why aren't you fixing it? Quit blaming it on someone else and give these people the biscuit.
Starting point is 00:06:02 That's what we're at at this point in this country. We're at a point where we have a party of no ideas trying to tear down the other side. Is the Democratic Party perfect? No, we're not. But we're the only ones coming up with any solutions that could actually help working class voters. And they keep falling for these conspiracy theories.
Starting point is 00:06:19 They keep falling into this every single time because it fuels their anger, it fuels their hostility. At the end of the day, I understand that they're very frustrated in life. They're trying to climb that totem pole. And as they come up that totem pole, a person like Warren Bolbert comes out and says, hey, the reason why you can't get any higher is because of all those people underneath you. And the Democrats are catering to all those people underneath you. They're the ones that are doing this. That's their fault. And their voters will just keep buying into it every single time. It's a sad state of affairs.
Starting point is 00:06:49 I travel around this country all the time. I talk to liberals every day, and I don't hear liberals talking about the talking points that people like Lauren Bulbert talks about. I don't hear us talking about those issues. I hear us saying, hey, how are we going to fix these things? How are we going to get women their rights back in this country? How are we going to help people of color? How are we going to help the gay community? What are we going to do to reach out to people and help them? And are we perfect? Do we get it right every time? No. But I would much rather be on the side of the party that actually had the ideas as the party that had no ideas and simply blamed it on everybody
Starting point is 00:07:21 under the sun. It's easy to get worked up and want to own the libs. My question to Republicans is, what has owning the libs done for you? How has it helped your lives? How has it enriched your lives? How has it made your jobs easier every day? That's the question I have for you. It's one thing to stand up and cheer for politicians like Lauren Boebert, but what has she actually done for you and how has she actually solved any problem that you have? Thanks, Brando. It's so despicable that these fascists like Lauren Boebert have gone unchecked by the mainstream media all these years.
Starting point is 00:07:54 But hey, that's why we're here and that's why you're listening. We promise to call these anti-democratic voices out every single time.
