Appraisals between a law firm and a Cushman.
This is just not,
it's not what I do in my day-to-day responsibilities.
And I mean, I hardly recognize the name.
That was Eric Trump claiming he doesn't know the name of the law firms that worked with
the Trump organization.
He doesn't know the name of the appraisers.
He barely recognizes anything.
Oh, you know, Eric Trump was just pouring some concrete.
He wasn't like the head of the Trump organization or anything during the relevant time period.
I'm Ben Micellis from the Midas Touch Network.
That was a portion from the deposition of Eric Trump taken back in March.
Eric Trump is set to testify middle of this week.
It's going to be a total and utter disaster for Eric Trump because it seems like he's
lied about absolutely everything.
I'm going to show you more of that deposition in just a bit.
I don't believe you've seen this portion of the deposition yet.
There was another portion that we've been showing here on the Midas Touch Network.
So I'm going to show you an important part that's going to become really, really significant
later in this week.
But today there was some bombshell testimony from a former
vice president at the Trump organization, somebody by the name of Raymond Flores.
And it just goes to show you how everything Eric and others say is just a complete and utter lie
and why we must stay focused, not just on the days of trial when Donald Trump shows up and
violates a gag order and says ridiculous
things and makes a complete fool of himself in a mockery of our justice system.
I know legacy media likes to focus on those days, but what we like to do here at the Midas
Touch Network is focus on all of the other days as well, which are in fact more important
where all of the evidence of the persistent and systemic fraud at the Trump organization
are coming out, undisputed
evidence.
And when I say undisputed, the evidence is coming from testimony by people at the Trump
Organization, current and former.
So today was former, former Trump Organization Vice President Raymond Flores testified that
it was the Trump Organization that ultimately set the valuation of Mar-a-Lago at approximately $26
million, that they had the opportunity to appeal the valuation, but it was the Trump
organization because they checked the box.
This is the type of evidence that comes out that says commercial, not residential, because
there was a deed signed 20 plus years ago by the Trump organization
to get tax benefits by making this purely a club and having it be getting all these historical
easements put upon it. And they got all these tax benefits. That's why the valuation is nowhere near
what the Trump organization says it is. And at the same time, the Trump organization was aware
based on the deed that they signed that this was a commercial property, that it was a club, that it was not a residential.
When they were going to banks, they checked the opposite box.
They checked that this is a residential property.
And all of that came out in testimony today. this Perry Mason moment, a real Perry Mason moment, where again, Raymond Flores, a former
vice president at the Trump organization, was shown the appraisal by not just the Palm
Beach County tax assessor, but by the Trump organization's tax lawyers and tax advisors
who had the opportunity.
This was recently in the past five years. They had the opportunity to
challenge the appraisal and say, nope, you're off on the valuation. The valuation is 1 billion,
1.5 billion, 2 billion. They could have come up with whatever number that Donald Trump is saying.
They would have had to pay property taxes on it, which of course Donald Trump didn't want to do,
but they said they agreed. They stipulated to it. So, you know, all of those times Donald Trump didn't want to do, but they said they agreed, they stipulated to it.
So, you know, all of those times Donald Trump is out in the hallway saying,
the judge made the ruling, the judge ruled that my property is valued at this.
No, no, no, no.
This is somebody in the Trump organization, Raymond Flores, who addressed this in testimony today.
So what Raymond Flores was confronted with as Trump's tax
representative tried to appeal the assessment by the Palm Beach County tax assessors in 2020
before eventually withdrawing the appeal. In that withdrawal, Trump's representatives conceded that
quote, Donald Trump, the petitioner, agrees with the determination of the property appraiser or tax collector.
So the question to Flores was as follows by the New York Attorney General lawyer.
Mr. Flores, as the vice president of the Trump Organization, was it your understanding that the appeal as to the Mar-a-Lago valuation was withdrawn because the Trump Organization agreed with the value of the property assessor.
This is the question that was asked around 27,
a little more than, a little less than $27 million.
Anthony Flores' response, yes, that is absolutely accurate.
Sorry, Raymond Flores' response, yes,
that is absolutely accurate.

And then we know also, for example, that the Trump Organization Comptroller Jeffrey McConney
testified that Trump valued Mar-a-Lago as a private residence from 2011 through 2021,
while indeed it was actually a commercial residence.
They were just outright committing fraud.
And McConaughey actually said that one of the people who were responsible for telling
him to commit the fraud was convicted felon Allen Weisselberg, Trump's former chief financial
officer.
And this also brings me to some important testimony that was given last week as well.
That's why you got to follow the details here, folks. David McArdle, the appraiser at Cushman and Wakefield
was one of the witnesses who testified.
And he testified that he had all these conversations
with Eric Trump as well about the appraisals,
the types of appraisals that Eric Trump
and Don Jr. and Donald Trump,
they all go on TV, right? They say, this is a biased judge.
This is a democratic witch hunt and all of these things. Okay. Well, back in the day,
before any of this case was brought, what was going on in real time? David McArdle is not a
democratic operative. McArdle is an appraiser at Cushman and Wakefield, which I'll show you in a
moment, the video deposition of Eric Trump, where Eric's like, I don't even know who this McArdle,
who's this McArdle guy? McArdle worked intimately with Eric Trump and others at the Trump
organization. That's what these appraisals are about, right? When the Trump organization says,
these are what my appraisals are. McArdle was shown the deposition testimony, I'm about to play for you right now, of Eric Trump.
And McArdle was asked, is this really Eric's role? Was Eric just involved in pouring concrete and
shaking hands? Wasn't Eric involved in the appraisal? And McArdle's like, Eric's not
telling the truth. They're like, I worked with Eric on the appraisals. What Eric is saying
is not consistent with what I knew Eric to be doing. And by the way, it's common sense. Eric
was the leader of the Trump organization during the relevant time period. Donald Trump said in
his deposition that Eric was in charge. So with that said, again, just think about this bombshell
testimony that's been kind of growing
brick by brick by brick, right? With the testimony of Raymond Flores today, with the testimony of
David McArdle, with the testimony of Jeffrey McConaughey, building brick by brick by brick.
And then Eric's going to testify middle of this week now that all of this has been established.
And Eric's going to say, I don't know. I have no clue. I'm not affiliated with these decisions. You were supposed to be in
charge, Eric. So with that said, and all of this in context, let me play this video of Eric. Play I recognize the name very vaguely.
Yeah, I recognize the name very vaguely.
Cushman Wakefield.
Yes, I recognize the name.
And does this refresh your recollection that in mid-2014,
Cushman and Wakefield had been retained to provide consulting services
related to an analysis of the estimated value of a potential conservation easement
on oil or part of the Seven Springs estate?
Truthfully Andy, it really doesn't. This isn't to me.
I didn't sign this. This looked like it was something between Sherry Dillon
and
Cushman and Wakefield.
It's extremely consistent with what she would have done.
It's extremely inconsistent with what my role is at the company.
I just don't...
I think I was very kind of clear that,
to the best of my knowledge,
I really haven't been involved in appraisal work on this property.
Well, are you saying that this engagement could have happened without your knowledge
and approval?
I'm just saying I don't remember this.
I'm not on here.
I never signed this document.
I just don't seem to recall anything about this.
You know, it's, I pour concrete.
I operate properties. I don't focus on appraisals between a law firm and Cushman.
This is just not what I do in my day-to-day responsibilities.
I mean, I hardly recognize the name.
Yeah.
So obviously, I mean, you watch and you believe that that's that's Eric's telling the truth there.
And then we know, you know, there are emails and phone calls also that came out today during the testimony of Raymond Flores, where Flores was shown emails and things where the Trump organization was considering changing the,
how do you change Mar-a-Lago from commercial to residential? But ultimately, because that would
massively jack up the taxes, the Trump organization decided not to do it, thereby
lowering the valuation. All of this came out today, folks. You're seeing it for yourself.
So we will keep you posted as we learn more. Also, we learned that Ivanka will now be
testifying next week, not this week. And Donald Trump will be testifying if he's not cowardly
and shows up. I still think he's going to be too cowardly to show up. Trump's supposed to testify
