before a very small crowd of less than 3,500, the maximum capacity at the community college gymnasium in Warren, Michigan, where this held capacity is 3,500, but based on the seating arrangement, it looked to be under 2,000, perhaps slightly more, but a very small crowd at Warren, Michigan. And we've been covering these traveling fascist cosplay circus rallies that Trump and the MAGA Republicans host. You could go back and check the one we did in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. We did one in Youngstown, Ohio. We did one in Wilmington, North Carolina, and now Warren, Michigan. And the reason we cover it here is that we don't believe that we, as pro-democracy media,

should cover our eyes to the dangers and existential threat that exists when one of the two major political parties, in this case the MAGA Republican Fascist Party party believes in everything you're about to watch. I mean, on January 6th, we know from Liz Cheney that the Republicans in the cloakroom were calling Donald Trump their cult leader, Orange Jesus. And this is a political party, the MAGA Republicans, one of the two major political parties in the United States that wants to take power. And unfortunately, the mainstream media legitimizes this Republican party by doing the both sides coverage as though they are a normal political party engaged in normal political discourse. And to me, that is incredibly dangerous. I think that the front page of papers and the front page headlines and the major news coverage on media channels should be focused on these are fascist, dangerous rallies that threaten the essence of our democracy and to call it out as

the existential threat that it is. So let's go in and let's discuss what took place in Warren, Michigan on Saturday night. And so first during the day, they have the pre-rally festivities. These are now hosted by this radical right network called Right Side Broadcast Network, RSBN. Their host is Christina Bob, who happens to be Donald Trump's lawyer.

She claims she's no longer his lawyer, was just his lawyer on election issues, but she was the lawyer on the issues related to the August 8th search warrant executed at Mar-a-Lago. She was the one who signed the declaration to the FBI stating that all of the top secret documents were returned to the FBI, which turns out to be a lie and lying to the FBI is a crime. But she now hosts all of this pre-coverage, which is incredibly odd and weird. And in the last pre-coverage that she hosted in Wilmington, she claimed that she wasn't Trump's lawyer, but whatever.

She hosts the pre-show. So you have Christina Bob and these other anchors. And first, one of the things they talk about how Trump likes the name Tudor Dixon. One of the reasons that Trump is out supporting the MAGA Republican candidate in Michigan, her name is Tudor Dixon. And she's the one who makes the kidnapping jokes against Gretchen Whitmer, who was threatened with an actual kidnapping attempt where the individuals who tried to kidnap her were found guilty of the crimes in a court of law. And Tudor Dixon makes jokes about that. Tudor Dixon would support total abortion bans. Tudor Dixon is as MAGA Republican as it gets. And here's the clip of Christina Bob just saying that Tudor Dixon, the name Tudor, that

Donald Trump likes that name Tudor. This is what Bob and her co-hosts say. Play the clip. Trump loves her name. Every time he talks to me, he says, Tudor. Everybody's got to love that name, right? Everybody loves that name. And I said, they do. But you're right. Name recognition is probably the biggest obstacle. And then before the rally opening acts speak, you have one of the hosts

from this Radical Right Network talk about Mike Huckabee's book, and they try to sell and grift all of this stuff on it. This is The Kid's Guide to President Trump is the book that Mike Huckabee sells. And what the host says is, now more than ever, we must educate our youth on Donald Trump, which is the exact opposite of we should do, but play that clip. Now, it's more important than ever

that we educate our youth on the truth and the facts about President Trump and all that he did for the American people. Because social media is not going to tell them. And unfortunately, their schools aren't going to educate them as well. They're going to smear President Trump's name. So let's start rebuilding the truth with our youth and our kids. It makes a great gift for your kids, your grandchildren. Then they bring on in the pre coverage, the fascist pillow company owner, Mike Lindell, who had a search warrant executed on his

person as he was leaving a Hardee's a week or two back. And Mike Lindell now spreads another conspiracy because all he does is spread conspiracies. In this one, he says that he believes the FBI placed a tracking device on him as he was exiting the Hardee's. He can't prove it, but it's something that he believes. And it should be noted that Mike Lindell filed a temporary restraining order lawsuit against the Department of Justice to return his property and to declare what they did unlawful. And the district court and federal court in Minnesota denied it within less than a day. But play this clip of Mike Lindell. It was like one o'clock or no, I guess 1130. How did they know where you were? Were they following you? No, we had no idea. But did the FBI? No, we pulled into a Hardee's. Well, how did they know? They tracked me illegally.

They put a tracking device. Or my phone. We don't know yet. We're trying to get to the bottom of that. And then, of course, the pre-coverage always has these incredibly bizarre interviews with rally attendees. So you can see just how strange and dangerous and weird and sick and despicable some of these attendees are and what they believe. It's just sad, actually. It's probably a better way to frame it. But here you have one of the rally attendees saying that Anderson Cooper should support the new female Italian right-wing

prime minister whose party gets its roots from the Mussolini fascist party because she's a woman and Anderson Cooper's gay, so why wouldn't Anderson Cooper support her? Why is this guy even talking about this? What in the world are these people talking about? But just play the clip. First prime minister in a Catholic hardcore country and she won with that much landslide. Where is all of

them to be happy with it, right? Nothing, zero, zip, silent. CNN, they don't say anything. What's his name? Anderson Cooper, he's a gay. He's supposed to support that, no? For women's rent. Baloney. Where is he? It's crickets and tumbleweeds. Then you go to the opening acts before Donald Trump speaks, you always have the MAGA Republican Congress members and Marjorie Taylor Greene always speaks at these rallies and just always says the most dangerous and despicable things. And she spoke here as well. But first speaker was the MAGA Republican Lisa McClain. Lisa McClain, the Congresswoman from Michigan, she was the one who said that Donald Trump killed Osama bin Laden, even though it was clearly Obama.

These people just make things up. But here we have the MAGA Republican congresswoman Lisa McClain here talking about and bragging about how the MAGA Republicans kidnap asylum seekers who she calls illegal immigrants and how that makes liberals or people on the left upset. Here, play this clip. The Democrats absolutely lose it when we ship the illegals, you know, 50 of them, up into their communities. So after Lisa McClain speaks, you then have Marjorie Taylor Greene take the stage. And this Marjorie Taylor Greene speech was just so incredibly dangerous and disgusting. I mean, horrible stuff. And it just should be noted too that Marjorie Taylor

Greene, if the MAGA Republicans take power, she's going to be placed on major committees and she's going to be making major decisions and be involved in decisions that will impact the lives of you and your family members. This isn't fear mongering. This is just the reality. Marjorie Taylor Greene will be put in a position to impact your life, your safety, your security, your health, your family's health, your community's health, your country's health. This is the person who would be in charge of a lot of that. And here's what Marjorie Taylor Greene starts off by saying. She says that the Democrats are currently engaged in killings of Republicans, that they're currently out. Democrats are out now just running around murdering

Republicans. And just what a horrible and disgusting and despicable conspiracy to spread. But just play this clip of Marjorie Taylor Greene. I'm not going to mince words with you all. Democrats want Republicans dead, and they've already started the killings. Then so she pivots from that dangerous, outrageous conspiracy to homophobia and saying that the Democrats like Pete Buttigieg are emasculating how we drive our vehicles. She says, play this clip. More American than the roar of a V8 engine under the hood of a Ford Mustang or Chevy Camaro, an incredible feel of all that horsepower. But Democrats like Pete Buttigieg want to emasculate the way we drive

and force all of you to rely on electric vehicles after they shut down your great Michigan auto industry. And she goes back into her dangerous and despicable conspiracy theories and just her ultimate gaslighting. And she goes, the real person who must be held accountable for January 6th is the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi. Play this clip. that is by Marjorie Taylor Greene to say that. The level of gaslighting has reached a Putin-like, anti-American, just despicable, it would make Orwell not believe that the level of doublespeak that you can engage in. I mean, for her to say that Nancy Pelosi is the one that needs to be accountable for January 6th, I mean, this is again, what MAGA Republicans believe. If they are in power, they are a pro-insurrection, pro-fascist party, not fear-mongering. Listen to their words and listen to what Marjorie Taylor Greene just said. And then she just says stupid shit also, like Democrats worship climate. AOC is not that bright. Here, play this clip. Democrats all worship the climate just like AOC. And trust me, I work with her and she is not that bright. We should reflect when we see clips like that also on the level of projection and people

like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert are just so jealous actually of AOC fighting for things that matter, articulating them in an intelligent way, and for them to ever attack AOC's intelligence just speaks to how self-conscious and how just deeply disturbed Marjorie Taylor Greene and people like her and Lauren Boebert and others are. But to say Democrats worship climate, I mean, we'd all like to live in a world where we could live, okay? And we want to come up with common sense solutions so that things don't happen with our environment that result in death and cancers and issues that harm us and our parents and our grandparents and our children and our grandchildren and our family and our community? Is that so hard to ask for that we just take issues seriously and that we try to confront the issues seriously? But look, when you're led by a cult leader, like an incompetent cult leader, want to be fascist like Donald Trump, this is what you get. You get lieutenants like Marjorie Taylor Greene

saying things like that and being empowered by the MAGA Republican Party. So after that's done, you have Donald Trump finally take the stage. And he really leaned very heavily on this speech in Warren, Michigan, even more so than the speeches that I saw in Wilkes-Barre, Youngstown and Wilmington on the election disinformation. He always talks about election disinfo, but here, just repeatedly spreading the big lie over and over and over again for the majority of his speech. He wandered off a little bit on some other topics, but in some of the past speeches, it just was a lot of rambling about random stuff. But here, very focused on spreading the big lie and claiming that there will never be fair elections ever again. I mean, just think about

how dangerous that is. But he starts off his speech by saying that the current Democratic Michigan Senator, Gary Peters, who won reelection in 2020, Trump claims that Gary Peters actually lost to the Republican candidate, John James, who lost by not an insignificant margin in 2020, but this is how Donald Trump begins his speech in Michigan by spreading a lie about a current sitting senator, Democratic senator of Michigan. Play the clip. And somebody that I've known for a long time, he did great. I think he happened to win the last election for the Senate. I happen to think he won it by quite a bit. And now he's way leading.

He's doing a fantastic job. He's got the most beautiful family you've ever seen, John James. Donald Trump then says that he ran twice and won twice. Again, yet another big lie focused heavily on election disinformation. Play the clip. I ran twice. I won twice. I did much better the second time than I did the first, getting millions and millions of more votes in 2020 than we did in 2016, and likewise, getting more votes than any sitting president in the history of our country, as I said. And now we might just have to do it again. I think you're gonna be very happy. I think you'll be very happy.

After saying that, Donald Trump says, we will never have free and fair elections again. We will never have fair elections ever again. Think about how disturbing it is. Play that clip. But I'm afraid we have never had, and I don't believe, I don't believe we'll ever have a fair election again. I don't believe it. which we do here, but also feels like a threat. It also sounds like we are going to make sure as the MAGA Republican Party that there is no such thing as a legitimate election again, because the MAGA Party cannot win anything fairly. So they are going to undermine our institutions, hoping that we as the pro-democracy movement break and that they can

take over with their fascist ways. That's what that sounds like. Then he gives a shout out to the QAnon radical right cultist, Ginny Thomas, who recently spoke before the January 6th committee. It was reported that she just basically spread more of the big lie when she spoke to them. But here he gives a shout out to Ginny Thomas. Play this clip. As we talk about and think of the rigged and stolen election of 2020, presidential election rigged and stolen, I would like to thank a great woman named Ginny Thomas. Do you know Ginny Thomas? She's a great woman. The wife of a great man, Justice Clarence Thomas, for her courage and strength in saying,

according to the standard and routine leaks from the committee. You know, everything leaks out of those committees. They're like a leaking sieve. They're just like a leaking sieve. But she said that she still believes the 2020 election was stolen. She didn't say, oh, well, I'd like not to get involved. Of course, it was a wonderful election. It was a rigged and stolen election.

She didn't wait and sit around and say, well, let me give you maybe a different answer that I've been saying for the last two years now. No. Well, let me give you maybe a different answer that I've been saying for the last two years now. Now, she didn't wilt under pressure like so many others that are weak people and stupid people, because once they wilt, they end up being a witness for a long time. She said what she thought. She said what she believed in. Too many Republicans are weak and they're afraid and they better get strong fast or you're not going to have a Republican Party and you're not going to have a country anymore. Now let's not forget Ginni Thomas was sending messages to the chief of staff, Mark Meadows,

before and after the insurrection promoting the big lie saying that they needed the White House to buy some time so she could build the army, and also saying that she was going to release the Kraken with Sidney Powell. I mean, that's what Ginny Thomas, the wife of radical right extremist Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, was writing to the White House. I mean, how despicable can you be there? Then Trump says that his call to Brad Raffensperger, the Georgia Secretary of State, he said was a beautiful and perfect call. And then he even leaned in to say it was just like the perfect call he made to Zelensky in Ukraine when he extorted Zelensky and tried to destroy Ukraine on behalf of Russia and extorted Zelensky to go after Biden. And if he wouldn't go after Biden, Trump threatened Zelensky that he wouldn't give Zelensky the weapon systems that they wanted or needed. Trump had also said a bunch of other pro-Russian stuff and how he wanted to form a cyber security

alliance with Russia. And of course there's Helsinki, but here's a whole other video for Donald Trump's despicable conduct in supporting our enemies against our allies. But play this clip where he talks about his phone calls to the Georgia Secretary of State and his call to Zelensky. Play the clip. I had a perfect phone call in Atlanta, Georgia, like so perfect, as good as the perfect phone call I had for the impeachment hoax. Remember that? That was a perfect call to fact. The fair people said, wow, that was a good call. I heard people say, I never knew you were so nice. I never knew you were so nice. A lot of senators told me that I never knew you could be so nice.

And then Donald Trump finishes this election disinfo section of his speech by encouraging the crowd to do the lock her up chant about Hillary Clinton. I mean, we're still in 2022. Donald Trump is encouraging crowds to do lock her up chants about Hillary Clinton. That is the lack of any substance, such a despicable fascist nature of this mega fascist movement. Play that clip. There was actually a Hillary Clinton lawyer with a Hillary Clinton law firm. So then you go from the election disinformation part of his speech to just dangerous conspiracies and lies section of his speech. And first he says that China gave us COVID because they were upset about the tough tariffs he placed on them. Play the clip.

We saved many industries. We took in hundreds of billions of dollars in tariffs and taxes from China. They did not like me too much. That's why a lot of people said, I wonder why COVID came here. You know, everything this sicko, wannabe fascist idiot says is a lie. Like on issues as simple as how can we address global pandemics? He has to lie about every aspect of it so that our response is not nearly as effective as it needs to be. And I'm putting that generously and continues to spread disinformation today and calling for people like Dr. Fauci to be locked up and again,

spreading disinformation here that China gave us COVID because of his tariffs, you know, or saying it in a way like, well, that's what I think could have happened. I mean, come on, how despicable can you be? He lies about finishing the wall. And we built hundreds of miles of border wall. We did a great job. And that's really the reason, despite, remember, I got sued for two and a half years, two and a half years by Democrats. They sued us 11 different lawsuits. I won every single one of them. We built it, completely finished the original plan.

And then we added much more wall and we almost got that finished too. They would have done it in three weeks. That's a major staple of his speech is that they didn't come anywhere near finishing the wall. He said that Mexico was going to pay for it. Mexico didn't pay for it. The wall wasn't even close to finish. The wall did nothing. Even if you'd finished the wall, it's the dumbest thing in the world. You can dig underneath it. You can climb above it. You can try to go through it. I mean, in the modern era, there is ways to deal with things with technology versus building medieval walls in place of a comprehensive immigration policy that is both tough when it needs to be, but

compassionate when it needs to be when dealing with the lives of people and asylum seekers and treating all human beings with dignity, but of course, respecting the fact that there is a process in place, but you can combine technology and a real practical policy and basic compassion and dignity for fellow human beings to figure this out. But no, MAGA Republicans just want to pretend an issue can go away with a symbolic section of a wall to show how xenophobic and racist they are to gin up support from their base and not complete it, not do anything then just completely lie about it. Then there's a section of the speech that he does a lot where he praises President Xi in China for the death penalty and imposing the death penalty and how he thinks that we should have the death penalty here on more crimes. Play that clip. Much of the crime wave is caused by drug

dealers who during their lives will kill an average of 500 American citizens. Think of it. Think of it. And I tell the story. I'll tell it quickly. But when I was dealing with China and when I was dealing with Russia and I was dealing with all these countries, I got to know them all well. And I asked President Xi. They have 1.5 billion people. And they'd say, is he smart? I'd say, yes, he's smart. Then the press would say, he's saying, President Xi is smart. Yeah, he's the ruler of 1.5 billion.

He's smart, very smart, beyond smart. I said, President, do you have a drug problem? No, no, no, he said, almost like can't even believe the question. No, no, we have no drug problem. I said, that's strange, 1.5 billion people, they have no drug. The only problem they have is they make the drugs and send them into our country. But we had that close to stop. Now it's coming in at levels.

Fentanyl coming in at levels like we've never seen before. Killing, I believe, 250,000 people a year. That's a war. That's a war. But I said, you have a drug problem. He said, no. I said, how come? Quick trial.

I said, President, may I ask you, what the hell is a quick trial? What is a quick trial? He said, we catch the drug dealer, we bring him to a quick trial, because there's no games. You know, this guy is a fierce guy. Some of these people, they're fierce. They're at the top of their game.

We need people at the top of their game. We need people at the top of their game. President Xi is at the top of his game. He probably says, what the hell is going on with this country called the United States? What is going on? But he said, no, we catch them and we try them. It is a quick trial. And if convicted, I think probably we can say

that close to 100% are convicted. They execute the drug dealers. I said, so the result is what? The result is nobody wants to be a drug dealer in China. And if we did that in our country, they do it in Singapore, they do it in other countries. Every country that does it has no drug problem. They don't have drug problems in Singapore and others. And then Donald Trump spreads just another disgusting lie and says that Democrats support abortion after birth, which is again, entirely false and just a sick and disgusting lie to spread to his base. But the radical Democrats believe in abortion and really right from the moment of birth and even after birth, you can't let this happen. There's no country in the world that wants what these crazy people want. So after that section, Donald Trump calls Tudor Dixon, the MAGA Republican candidate for governor. I mean, she's as radical and extreme as you can get. Calls her up on stage and then he starts kissing her on both of her cheeks. It's like a really awkward moment. For those who are just listening to this on audio, you've seen these videos of Trump where he pulls the women in and tries to kiss them on both cheeks. And it's just weird and hard to even watch. So if you're an audio listener, you should be thankful that you're not going to watch it. For those watching this on YouTube,

you're going to have to endure it. Play the clip. Thank you so much. And so, you know, if this rally is supposed to give her a platform, I mean, she barely spoke and barely had any time to say anything. And in any event, anything that she would say is maggot Republican BS conspiracy. And then Donald Trump says, they want me in prison because they are sick. They want me in prison because they are sick. They want me in prison because they are sick. Here, play this clip where we do want you in prison, but it's not because we're sick. It's because you, sir, are a criminal. Play that clip. Free speech, crush religious liberty, confiscate your guns,

indoctrinate your children, criminalize dissent, and even put their political opponents in prison. I think they'd like to see me in prison. Can you imagine? I think they'd like, you know why? You know why? Because they're sick. They're sick people. Then he talks and just talks about more election disinfo.

He goes, Democrats cheat like dogs, like dogs. And he says dogs really weird. Play this clip. Now think of it. And he says, dogs really weird. Play this clip. Now think of it. They're against all of those things. The way they win is to cheat in elections. They cheat like dogs. Then finally, this fascist cosplay rally ends with the QAnon theme song plays. And I'm not making this up. There's a QAnon theme song that goes with the lyrics, where we go one, we go all, which is one of the QAnon mottos. And there's a specific song in the community that is supposed to kind of rally the QAnon base. It's like their go-to song.

That song is now being played at Trump rallies to conclude Donald Trump's speech. And so here's how it ends with, this is actually a QAnon theme song that gets played at the end of the Trump rallies. So an actual cult music song gets played as Donald Trump speaks like eerily over it about how horrible the United States of America is. That's how these speeches end, where he talks about the carnage and how crappy things are and how things are horrible here. And just that's how he ends these speeches. Play this clip. But now we are a nation in decline. We are a failing nation.

And that's the rally. That's the Donald Trump fascist cosplay circus rally. This one in Warren, Michigan before a very, very, very small crowd. And again, I stand by and think it is actually very important that we go through the exercise of watching that. It's tough to watch through. It's hard to watch through that. I tried to get you the key clips there um you don't have to watch all of the speech but and i think it's important to see it to know how dangerous this is is that what you want our country to be is that how you want our children our grandkids our family our community do we want to be raised in that world right there? The answer is absolutely 100%

no. I don't care what political party you are, whether you are a Democrat or whether you're a Republican. And frankly, really before 2020, when the pandemic hit, I was a Democrat, but I really wasn't a political person. I wanted Hillary Clinton to win and defeat Donald Trump, but I didn't view myself like I'm a political. I'm into politics, really. At that time, I was a civil rights lawyer. Maybe I liked politics a little bit back in college and law school, but I was a civil rights lawyer. But when I started to see this type of conduct and, you know, when the pandemic really showed and look, there's a lot of conduct before, but it's never too late to stand up for our democracy. But we all have these awakenings and we all have these moments when you're just like, I can't be on the sideline. I have to do something. And what my view is, is that that is not a legitimate political discourse.

That is the speech you just watched. The conduct you just watched is dangerous. It is all conspiracy laden. It is harmful, destructive to our democracy. It is weird. It is highly problematic. It demeans education. It demeans just thought and thinking through issues and that whatever that is, which is illogical, is going to lead to harm here abroad. It's going to come back and hurt people that we love. It's going to hurt us. But I mean, for me more significantly, it's going to hurt people who I love because that's just such a dangerous way of thinking, which I don't even think what that is, is thinking that's such a dangerous way to conduct yourself in that way. And for the MAGA Republican Party to embrace that, for that to be a major view of a political party, that that actually is a political view is so shocking to me.

Because I thought that whether you were a Democrat or a Republican or an independent, we could look at conduct like what you just saw at war in Michigan and say, yeah, that's not okay. That's un-American. Those are not our values, but no, that is something that the Republican party has leaned into and has become the MAGA Republican Party.
