If it were a loan, which it wasn't, he paid it back through influence peddling. Joe Biden knew the only place his son was getting money at this time. He said he had bad credit. He couldn't afford his third vehicle. He already had a Porsche, Liz, at this time. He had a Porsche and another car. This was his third car. And he's apparently on drugs. I mean, should he be driving to begin with? But this is his third vehicle he had.

And the money that Hunter paid Joe back, if it were in fact a loan, came from China. That's a fact. Could we all agree that James Comer is just one really creepy person? I'm Ben Micellis from the Midas Touch Network. As you hear MAGA Republican James Comer there, he goes, he knew, Hunter Biden, he knew. I mean, the levels to which they go about attacking private citizens and they go about attacking Joe Biden when he was not the president, not the vice president, and when he helped his son get a truck at a time when his son was suffering from addiction, when Biden was not in the government, Hunter Biden's not in the government. But this is how the MAGA Republicans are spending their time.

He knew. And then they go on to say, that's a form of influence peddling. Because yeah, that's exactly how you would do money laundering, $4,000 to pay back your dad for helping you get a truck when you had bad credit because you were suffering from drug addiction. I mean, these people are the lowest of the low, these MAGA Republicans, with their deranged conspiracy theories. And by the way, did you see MAGA Mike as well? He had to walk back his statements. He goes, we're trying to protect the January 6th insurrectionists, so we got to blur out their faces. We got to make sure those insurrectionists are protected when we release the

footage. Could you ever imagine that our country would be like this? And it's not a both sides issue. It's because the MAGA Republicans have just become, and they are a cult of Donald Trump. We now get this letter from MAGA Republican Jim Jordan right here to Fawnie Willis, Fulton County District Attorney. And yet again, they have, oh, we found your coordination with the January 6th committee, and therefore we need to conduct oversight into what you are doing as a state prosecutor, even though there's something called federalism, and even though Republicans have pretended to care about state rights. Now the federal government, through the House Judiciary Committee, wants to interfere with the Fulton County District Attorney criminal case

against Donald Trump because the MAGA Republicans need to help their cult daddy. Take a look at this letter, December 5th, 2023. This is a new letter sent by MAGA Republican Jim Jordan. So while you've got James Comer out there going, he knew about the car payment. It's a dad getting his son a down payment on a car. This was all known. This was all out there. And by the way, what Jim Jordan's writing here is known as well. This is why these MAGA Republicans do not want to hold public hearings. I mean, heck, say what you want to say about Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden said, I will testify before the House Oversight Committee. No stipulate, no limitations, no conditions.

Put me under oath and I will testify before the American people and before the world. But instead, you've got James Comer, Mr. He knew, and you've got Jim Jordan out there just whining and complaining and putting out all of these conspiracies and defaming. This is what they wanted to do. They want to run to Fox and Hannity and the defamation machine because they're cowards, because they're freaking cowards. They're afraid of Hunter Biden. They're afraid of freaking cowards. They're afraid of Hunter Biden. They're afraid of President Joe Biden. They're afraid of the American people. Why else wouldn't you hold a public hearing after you go on the right-wing media and do the he knew thing every single day? You have an opportunity to cross-examine Hunter Biden before the world. And for these

MAGA Republicans, they literally wake up out of bed and they go, Hunter Biden, Hunter Biden, Hunter Biden. Then you have the opportunity to bring them before the House Oversight Committee and you go, no, we'd prefer secret depositions. Because you know who acts like that? Fascist authoritarian nations who want to do everything in secret. Take a look at this Jim Jordan. Sorry, I digress. Let me take a look at this Jim Jordan letter here. December 5th, 2023 to Fulton County District Attorney Fawnie Willis. They go, on August 24th, we wrote to you this. You responded on October 11th. This is what they go. They go, recently, the committee, the House Judiciary Committee, became aware of cooperation between your office and the partisan January 6th Select

Committee. That's what they call it, the partisan. The one with Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger on, the one with the Republicans on, the one that was done before the American people. Okay. We are in possession of a letter dated December 17th, 2021, and enclosed herein. From you to Representative Benny Thompson, the chairman of the, they call it the partisan January 6th Select Committee, requesting access to congressional records that may be relevant to our criminal investigation. Specifically, you asked Representative Thompson for access to records, including but not limited to recordings and transcripts of witness interviews and depositions, electronic and print records of communications, and records of travel.

You even offered that you and your staff were eager to travel to Washington, D.C. to meet with the investigators in person and receive these records at any time between January 31, 2022 and February 25, 2022. Ooh, scandalous. The Fulton County District Attorney wants to see witness interviews in connection with a case where that could be relevant. Oh my gosh, you struck again. You discovered it all, Jim Jordan.

Goes on to say, although it is not clear what records, if any, you obtained from your coordination with the partisan January 6th Selects Committee, the new information raises additional questions relevant to the committee's oversight of your politically

motivated prosecution of a former president of the United States and several former senior federal officials. The partisan January 6th select committee. I mean, these people, I could go on and read more, but these people are just utter clowns. The committee investigating one of the most shameful days in the history of the United States of America that we all saw on TV before our eyes that you MAGA Republicans want to gaslight us and pretend, yeah, no big deal. Just insurrections just kind of happened. That was a patriotic thing. No, it wasn't. It was shameful. And by the way, you want to say partisan, you know who the key witnesses were before

the January 6th committee? Mostly all Republicans, right? Like 95 to 99% of the witnesses were Republicans who worked for Donald Trump. Those were the witnesses who went before the January 6th committee. Oh, the very partisan conservative Judge Ludwig. Oh, the very conservative top aide to Mark Meadows, Cassidy Hutchinson. Oh, the very partisan. I mean, the very partisan Trump lawyers who all said that Donald Trump refused to follow.

Oh, very partisan people before the January 6th committee. Totally shameful behavior. So this mysterious coordination that they allege is the fact that on December 17th, 2021, Fulton County District Attorney Foney Willis sent one letter requesting transcripts. And by the way, was this some new revelation? No. The same way that we all knew, because it was reported before, that President Biden, when he was not the president, gave a loan to help Hunter Biden with a down payment back in 2018 that Hunter Biden paid him back for.

It's not some nefarious scandal or scheme. I saw one funny post out there. They were like, I wonder what James Comer is going to find next. Maybe he'll find a receipt that Joe Biden paid for P.F. Chang's for Hunter Biden. And that's somehow related to laundering money through the Communist Party of China. It is beyond embarrassing. So the same way all of that was known about that Biden, when he was not the president, helped his son get a truck and helped him with some other expenses, get off his feet because he's a loving father as his son was suffering from a drug addiction. We all knew about the fact that

Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis requested this in 2021. I don't know where would we find this. I don't know. Maybe if we read and you go to the January 6th committee report right here, where it talks about the committee's concern regarding possible obstruction of its investigation. And it says the committee is aware that both the U.S. Department of Justice and the Fulton County District Attorney's Office have already obtained information relevant to these matters, including from the committee directly. We urge that including from the committee directly. This is from the January 6th committee report. We urge the Department of Justice to examine the facts and discern whether prosecution is warranted. The committee's broad concerns regarding obstruction of witness credibility are addressed

in the executive summary of this report. So this was known. This isn't some discovery right now at all. And then you had the House Judiciary GOP goes, to say that this is a routine request is completely inaccurate and shows a lack of knowledge for how Congress historically works. We have the January 6th committee report. We knew about this. You're trying to repackage old things that everybody knew about as some big, broad scandals that don't exist. You are engaged in defamatory efforts each and every day. I want to leave you all with this, what Fulton County District Attorney Fawnie Willis wrote in her prior letter to Jim Jordan and the MAGA Republicans back on October 11th, 2023. She writes, Dear Mr. Jordan, I'm in receipt of your

letter dated September 27th, 2023. A charitable explanation of your correspondence is that you are ignorant of the United States and Georgia's constitutions and codes. A more troubling explanation is that you are abusing your authority as chairman of the committee on the judiciary to attempt to obstruct and interfere with a Georgia criminal prosecution. Indeed, you confessed to this motivation on Mark Levin's September 10th, 2020 show when discussing one of my office's active prosecutions, you boasted, quote, we're trying to get all the answers, but we're trying to stop this stuff as well. While you may enjoy immunity under the United States Constitution speech or debate clause, that does not make your behavior any less offensive to the rule of law. Well said,
