Donald Trump spent his day viciously attacking the New York Attorney General Letitia James

after she prevailed on a partial summary judgment order by Judge Arthur Ngoran against Donald Trump. In this order, Judge Ngoran ordered the cancellation of Donald Trump and his adult kids, Don Jr. and Eric Trump's business licenses and the dissolution of the entities they control in New York. Here's the post that Donald Trump made earlier in the day. Remember when racist New York State Attorney General Letitia Peekaboo James went after former governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, only to announce that she was going to run for governor? And she did, but got trounced in the polls, getting almost zero and quitting the race. She then went back to being AG, where she said she would happily continue to, quote, get Trump, even though her original plan

was to use the Trump witch hunt to become governor. She even quickly convinced a Trump-hating judge that my assets were valued too high, and I was using totally disclamered financial statements to take advantage of highly sophisticated and well-represented banks and insurance companies who got and get back all their money. No babies, they. It was no babies, they. Talking about. The highly partisan Democrat judge, all the clubs, etc., just ruled that Mar-a-Lago was worth just $18 million, when in fact it may be worth 100 times that amount. James convinced him, likewise, on other assets, then he puts in all caps, this is a New York political scam. Now, you can watch the video I did debunking Donald Trump and his adult kids and the right-wing media's claim that the judge ruled that Mar-a-Lago was worth $18 million, but I'll just give you the Cliff Notes version of it right here. The judge didn't make a ruling that the valuation of Mar-a-Lago was worth X or Y or Z.

The judge is not an independent tax assessor. What Judge Ngoran looked at is the undisputed facts. The undisputed facts is that the Palm Beach County tax assessor assessed the valuation of Mar-a-Lago between $18 million and $26.6 million between the relevant time period in the lawsuit brought by the New York Attorney General's office. But for the sake of simplicity, let's say between 2011 and 2021, we'll look at that 10-year period. During that 10-year period, like in 2020, Donald Trump appealed the valuation given by the Palm Beach tax assessor. Do you think Donald Trump appealed it and requested a higher valuation? No. Donald Trump requested a lower valuation. He said the tax assessor got it wrong, that the valuation of Mar-a-Lago is much less than $26 million because of the historical easements and other encumbrances that were placed on the property in a 2002 deed that Trump executed to pay lower taxes. So Donald Trump wanted a significantly

lower valuation so he can pay less property taxes. And for that decade, he paid less property taxes, somewhere in the range of half a million dollars. If you want to say the property is a billion dollars or $1.8 billion dollars and you think the property tax it is the property tax in florida is right around one percent okay well then you're talking about between 10 and 18 million dollars every year in property taxes that donald trump wanted to avoid and did avoid however when donald trump was speaking to banks his statement of financial conditions valued the property at close to $600 million. And now Donald Trump's saying $1.8 billion.

So no, Judge Ngoron did not rule what the valuation was. Judge Ngoron simply cited your statements and the statements by the Palm Beach County tax assessor. And here Donald Trump is reposting other MAGA Republicans like Mike Davis saying, what a joke. Example, this partisan Democrat judge pretends Mar-a-Lago is only worth $17 million. Mar-a-Lago is worth over $1 billion. A tennis court at Mar-a-Lago is worth $17 million. Regardless, this is a factual dispute for a jury to decide a trial, not by a judge without a trial. Mike Davis, it's an undisputed fact because you know who put the valuation of it below $26.6 million? Donald Trump. You see, the issue was he had two sets of books, phony financial statements, one for the tax assessors, one for the banks, which he inflated, and then for the tax assessors, deflated.

And then when you go through Donald Trump's deposition, he basically states that he didn't even review the statement of financial conditions and he just made the numbers up. That's what he states undisputed in Donald Trump's own words. Now, I'd like to have a serious conversation with you about this, but when you act and behave like that and don't address the facts that these are Donald Trump's own statements, it's quite hard. And by the way, this is the type of stuff that Donald Trump keeps posting. He goes, this is a scam, scam this, scam that, excclamation point. Election interference scam. Here's his other post. Legally irrefutable disclaimer clause.

Exclamation point. Regardless, great financial statements. Very high net worth and liquidity. MAGA. I mean, really? Like, if you're Republican, this is what you care about? Like, don't you care about yourself? Don't you have self-respect?

Don't you care about yourself, your family? Don't you care about your community and your neighbors? Don't you care about things like your job, your family's job, jobs in the community, lowering prescription drug prices, access to education, protecting our veterans, protecting our seniors, looking out for students, focusing on equality, making sure women can control their own bodies. Aren't those the things you care about? Or do you truly care about legally irrefutable disclaimer clause in Donald Trump's contracts? Like, why would I meet with Donald Trump? He hates workers. He hates unions.

He's never been there for us. Facts. Play the clip. Is the former president right? Does the push for electric vehicles here in the United States hurt your union? It doesn't if it's a just transition, and that's what we're fighting for right now. It doesn't if the companies do the right thing and put this work under our agreements or to our standards. And again, it's the companies driving this race to the bottom, and they're using our tax dollars to finance it. And, you know, I find a pathetic irony that the former president is going to hold a rally for union members at a non-union business.

And, you know, all you have to do is look at his track record. His track record speaks for itself. In 2008, during the Great Recession, he blamed UAW members. He blamed our contracts for everything that was wrong with these companies. That's a complete lie. In 2015, when he was running for president, he talked about doing a rotation, taking all these good paying jobs in the Midwest and moving them somewhere in the South where people work for less money and then to make people beg for their jobs back at lower wages. And the ultimate show of how much he cares about our workers was in 2019, when he was the president of the United States. Where was he then? Our workers at GM were on

strike for 60 days. For two months, they were out there on the picket lines. I didn't see him hold a rally. I didn't see him stand up at the picket line. And I sure as hell didn't hear him comment about it. He was missing in action. Here's the question, President. What about the meeting with Trump? Would you meet with him when he's in Detroit tomorrow? I see no point in meeting with him because I don't think the man has any bit of care about what our workers stand for, what the working class stands for.

He serves a billionaire class, and that's what's wrong with this country. And just for a moment, can we contrast this with what President Biden's posting? What President Biden posts? America is the only nation in the world that can be defined by one word, possibilities. Science, technology allow us to unlock our potential as a nation and meet the challenges of our time with urgency and purpose. President Biden writes, We have an obligation to harness the power of artificial intelligence for good while protecting people from its profound risks. I'll continue to take executive action and work with my administration

to ensure America leads the way towards responsible AI innovation. President Biden writes, Last time we banned assault weapons in High Capacity Magazine, it worked. I know progress is hard, but we've done it before, and we can do it again. It's time. Also notice it's we. We can do this together. We will be able to do this. Not I alone can fix it. No, that's not what our system is about. President Biden goes, up until now. Seniors have been paying up to 400 bucks a month for their insulin. My administration reduced that to $35.

I won't stop until that applies to every American. And President Biden says funding the government is one of the most basic responsibilities of Congress. It's time for extreme Republicans in the House to start doing the job of America that America elected them to do. We have time. Let's go. Let's get it done. And instead, you've got Marjorie Taylor Greene introducing amendments that MAGA Republicans are voting on to defund the military, defund the salary of the Secretary of Defense, not provide any funding to Ukraine, not to provide funding to COVID, whatever that even means. So MAGA Republicans spread their extreme and dangerous idiocracy. It's not okay. We'll keep
