Donald Trump responded on his social media platform with a long deranged message. Also, Donald Trump's adult children responded as well. They're also mentioned in the order summary judgment was granted against them as well and LLCs that they control. So first, let me show you the statement that Donald Trump made, all kind of uppercase letters, ranting and raving of a lunatic.

I'll show you what Eric Trump wrote. Then I want to go through just the highlights of Judge Arthur and Goran's ruling because he makes it very clear that what Donald Trump engaged in is some weird fantasy world. It's not reality. And in reality, you can't make false statements on your statement of financial conditions and then just say the Saudis will bail me out. And you'll see in Donald Trump's statement here, Trump's like, look, if they can do this to me, they can do it to you. No, most people, they go through their life. They pay the taxes that they owe. They put accurate statements that they submit to insurers and to taxing authorities. And they don't go, you know what? The Saudis will bail me out.

That's not the way most normal people respond to things. So let me just read you the statement. Statement by Donald Trump, the widespread radical attack against me, my family, and my supporters has now devolved to new un-American depths at the hands of a deranged New York state judge doing the bidding of a completely biased and corrupt prosecutor. Let me just pause there. I know of Judge Arthur Ngoran by reputation. Thousands and thousands of litigants go before Judge Arthur Ngoran every day. His reputation is not for business or for plaintiffs. He's known as just a very diligent judge who does his homework. And as he said time and time again in this case,

Judge N'Goran said, show me a scintilla of evidence. We live in an evidence-based judicial system. I know Donald Trump wants to overthrow that system, but show me evidence to rebut what the New York Attorney General's office is showing. And Donald Trump lives, and you'll see in the order where Judge N'Gorans is in this fantasy world, not tethered to reality, not tethered to the actual evidence. Let me keep reading Trump's statement. Corrupt prosecutor Letitia James, who ran for office based on Get Trump platform before even knowing anything about me. Today's action is a refutation of my status as the leading candidate and president of the United States, including with a substantial lead over

Joe Biden. That's not true. It is a terrible reminder that the radical left Democrats will stop at nothing in trying to prevent me and the American people from winning the 2024 presidential election. Regardless of party, we cannot let this happen in the United States of America. As my lead in the polls over Joe Biden continues to skyrocket, again, that's not true. These corrupt and highly political prosecutors and judges are getting more and more desperate and dangerous. We are rapidly becoming a communist country and my civil rights have been taken away from me. You're not a civil rights icon. You are a con. You are a con man.

You lie to people. You don't pay people what they are owed. You lie on your taxes. You pay more in taxes to China than you do here in the United States. Yeah, the Communist Party in China, they get more taxes than you pay to the United States government. And the New York Attorney General's office demonstrated, including through your own deposition testimony, that the appraisals,

appraisals taken by, for example, appraisals taken in Florida by the government are very vastly different than where you value it. And you just switch your valuations, if it's lenders, taxing authorities, insurers, to suit your need. That's not a civil rights issue. That is you being a despicable con man issue is what it's all about. And it goes to New York, state attorney general went before a highly politicized Democrat judge who refused allowing the case to go to the commercial division. Again, that's false. You filed a petition with the administrative judge who oversees the various divisions. It was rejected. It was not Judge Arthur and Goran that rejected him, where it belonged to simply rule despite all of the evidence to the contrary that I committed

fraud, which is both ridiculous and untrue. As an example, this Democrat operative valued Mar-a-Lago, the most spectacular and valuable property in Palm Beach, to be worth as low as $18 million. He didn't value anything. The undisputed fact is that's what the authorities in Florida, yes, the Florida government authorities, they're the ones who valued it at that much. That was the undisputed fact because you encumber your properties in ways that make it so the properties can't be sold and divided so you can get tax breaks. And then you wonder, well, why is it not? Why is he struggling?

Why are you struggling to sell it? Let's keep going through this statement. Worth 100 times that amount. He even beyond the hatred of that displayed by Letitia James, there was no trial and no jury for this supposed wrongdoing because you waived the jury. You waived the jury because your lawyer did not check the box jury demand. The judge didn't do that. The judge didn't do the appraisals. The judge didn't waive your jury demand. You did it. He hated everything about

me at a level that I've never seen before, even beyond the hatred of that displayed by Letitia James. There was no trial and no jury for the supposed wrongdoing of, and then he puts this in caps, fully paying back sophisticated Wall Street banks in full with interest, with no defaults and with no victims. Yes, the victims are the people of New York. The victims are the people who go about and engage with the market in a fair place. These banks were represented by the largest, most sophisticated law firms in the country. Okay, so when Bernie Madoff engaged in fraud with parties that were represented by law firms, does that make Bernie Madoff's conduct fine? And if Bernie Madoff was able to rob Peter to pay Paul, does Bernie Madoff still not commit fraud? Absolutely, he committed fraud.

And it goes on to say, this is Democrat political lawfare and a witch hunt and blah, blah, blah, my civil rights have been violated. I mean, what a pathetic, pathetic individual right here in Donald Trump. Okay, you say your civil rights have been violated. Let me go through the highlights quickly of Judge Arthur Ngoran's order right here. Here, Judge Ngoran says Trump lives in a fantasy world, not the real world. You want to talk about the Mar-a-Lago valuation right here?

Here's what Ngoran actually wrote. From 2011 to 2021, the Palm Beach County assessor appraised the market value of Mar-a-Lago at between $18 million and $27.6 million. The judge doesn't do appraisals. That's what the Palm Beach County appraiser did. Then it goes, notwithstanding the statement of financial conditionsitions values do not reflect these land use restrictions. Trump's Statement of Financial Conditions for 2011 through 2021 value Mar-a-Lago at between $426 million and $612 million, an overvaluation by at least 2,300% compared to the assessor's appraisal. Now look, the reason the assessor's appraisal comes out lower than probably it actually is, is because there are land restrictions on it. The land restrictions that you put on these properties

to take the tax breaks that you do and to try to then write off losses to pay less taxes. That's the ultimate issue here. That goes on to say, the defense Donald Trump attempts to articulate in his sworn deposition are wholly without basis in law or fact. He claims that if the values of the property have gone up in the year since the statement of financial conditions were submitted, then the numbers were not inflated at that time. Quote, but you take the 2014 statement, if something is much more valuable now, or I guess we'll have to pick a date which was a little short of now, but if something is much more valuable now, then the number that I have down there is

a low number. Trump also seems to imply that the numbers cannot be inflated because he could find a buyer from Saudi Arabia to pay any price that he suggests. Oh, your civil rights have been violated because you say that the reason that you overvalue your properties is because the Saudi Arabian sovereign wealth fund can buy your properties. Oh, just like everyone in America, like the 99% of the rest of us, Saudi Arabia will bail us out. What are you talking about? And then it goes and says, defendant's conduct in reiterating frivolous arguments is egregious. We are way beyond the point of sophisticated counsel should have known better. We are at a point of intentional and blatant

disregard of controlling authority and law of the case. This court emphatically rejected these arguments, as did the first department. Defendants' repetition of them here is indefensible because Trump's lawyers then got sanctioned in this as well, including Christopher Kice and Alina Haba's law firm. And here's where it says, in a last ditch effort to stave off sanctions, defendants have submitted an affirmation by the Honorable Leonard Austin, who had a supremely distinguished judicial career culminating in 12 years in the Appellate Division, Second Department. Justice Austin presents what is essentially a primer on the interplay between motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment, and every point of law is valid. However, it is wholly invalid as a reason for this court to deny sanctions. First, legal arguments are for counsel to make, not for experts to submit. The rule prohibiting experts from providing their legal opinions or conclusions is so well established that it is often deemed a basic

premise or assumption of evidence law, a kind of axiomatic principle. Again, schooling Trump there. And then they go on and say Trump's defense is that there's this worthless clause that he believes are in his statement of financial conditions. And judging Goran says the worthless clause does not even say what Trump claims it says, and it does not rise to the level of an enforceable disclaimer and cannot be used to insulate fraud as to facts peculiarly within defendant's knowledge, even vis-a-vis a sophisticated recipient as well. And then the remaining issues to be determined at the trial are going to be the monetary

damages of disgorgement. Meanwhile, the order by Judge Ngoran grants partial summary judgment for the New York Attorney General's office and orders that the certificates of Donald Trump's LLCs and Trump's kids' LLCs be canceled and that a dissolution process commence within 10 days with the appointment of an independent monitor. Here's what Eric Trump's response is. In an attempt to destroy my father and kick him out of New York, a judge just ruled that Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach is only worth approximately $18 million. Mar-a-Lago is speculated to be worth well over a billion dollars, making it arguably the most valuable residential property in the country. It is also so corrupt and coordinated. Now, you know,
