He's posting QAnon accounts like this account at Fruit Snacks, attacking his own former vice president, who's also a witness in the Washington, D.C. federal criminal case against him. So it's probably a gag order violation there. Here's what Donald Trump posts.

"'Questioning election results is not a threat to democracy, but stealing an election is. And the photo is President Biden, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and his former Vice President Pence. So can we just think about this for a moment? Could you imagine if former President Obama was posting memes from QAnon accounts attacking President Biden? Or could you imagine President Biden posting memes attacking his vice president like this? I mean, and the fact that corporate media doesn't want to talk about this and acts like, oh, well, that's just Trump being Trump. Can we just reflect how absurd that is? Or how about this? This is what Donald Trump posted as well moments ago.

I spotted ratings challenged Lawrence O'Donnell of MSDNC in the courthouse today. I haven't seen him in years. He looks like shit. A real loser signed DJT. Again, we're talking about the highest office in the land. We're talking about the leader of the Republican Party behaving in this way. Or how about this post that Donald Trump just made? It's a photo of Alvin Bragg. Donald Trump posts this and it says, the meme says, arrest this Soros appointed DA for abuse of power, and then the word jackass is over the photo of

Alvin Bragg, and it says, retruth if you agree. Again, abhorrent behavior. Now, Alvin Bragg is not a protected party under the gag order. Frankly, he should be, but just think about this, just behavior from the perspective of moral character. Think about the message this sends to your kids or your grandkids or family members, to other kids, just to the moral compass of our country. Here's another post by Donald Trump. As I told you, he's having quite the day today. Donald Trump post, it's a really bad feeling to have your constitutional

right to free speech, such a big part of life in our country, so unfairly taken from you. Just pause there for a moment. I just shared a few other posts that you've made this morning, posting a QAnon account attacking your former vice president, as well as President Biden and Nancy Pelosi, calling the district attorney a jackass, what else is it that you would like to be doing? I mean, the gag order simply limits you from attacking witnesses in the case or threatening them, attacking the jury or attacking like family members of the court and the district attorney. That's the restriction because you're a criminal defendant. Look at what you're saying throughout the day

anyway. Anyway, here he goes. It's unfair. It's unfair, especially when all of the sleazebags, lowlifes, and grifters that you oppose are allowed to say absolutely anything that they want. It is hard to sit back and listen to lies and false statements be made against you. Just pause for a second too. Can we talk about other than Stormy Daniels, the witnesses who have testified thus far? You've had David Pecker, who you were in business with. You had Jeff McConaughey, your former controller for 40 years. You've had Deborah Tarasoff, your current accounts payable supervisor. You've had Hope Hicks, your former communications director and campaign press secretary. Then there was Keith Davidson.

But the majority of the witnesses testifying so far either had business deals for you or worked for you. And then you talk about Stormy Daniels. That's someone who you engaged in you-know-what with. It's hard to sit back and listen to the lies and false statements be made against you, knowing that if you respond even in the most modest fashion, you are told by a corrupt and highly conflicted judge that you will be put in prison. Pause. You violated the gag order 10 separate times, 10 contempt violations, 10 criminal contempt violations. Any other American citizen,

if they were found in criminal contempt once, would be thrown in jail immediately. And this judge, who I think has been handling the case pretty well so far, some things I disagree with, but I think he's handling the case pretty well so far, some things I disagree with, but I think he's handling it pretty well, said that he's trying not to put you in jail, but you're leaving him no choice. And that actually made me a little disappointed in the judge that he would even make a comment like that

because nobody should be held above the law and you're being held above the law right here and you're still whining and complaining. That's why you can't give Donald Trump an inch on anything because he'll still treat you this way. He views that as a weakness and he goes, they'll put you in prison for a long period, me, exclamation point, and attack on the Republican Party, all caps and all a bunch of whiny stuff. Donald Trump also posted this. On the left, there is, and this is what he actually posted, a fake quote reposted by Donald Trump from his professor at Wharton.

And Donald Trump posted this quote, Donald Trump was the smartest student I ever had. And then it says truth. Okay. That's not what Donald Trump's professor said. They quite literally changed the quote of Donald Trump's professor. Trump's professor said, quote, Donald Trump was the dumbest goddamn student I ever had. William T. Kelly, former Wharton professor. So just think about that. Donald Trump's posted QAnon accounts. He said Lawrence O'Donnell looks like shit. He called the district attorney a jackass. He attacked his former vice president and says his former vice president prevented him from winning

the election. He's doing false quotes from his former professor, just clearly manipulating what the quote is. And corporate media is like, ah, that's Trump. That's Trump being Trump. What do you want us to do here? What? I mean, someone needs to hold him accountable. That's what we're doing here. By the way, there was this moment from Fox earlier this morning where President Biden is now in Wisconsin announcing a new investment there with Microsoft, $3.3 billion or so based on the Infrastructure Act and the Inflation Reduction Act. Donald Trump, remember, he promised there was going to be a project there. And he said it was going to be one of the wonders

of the world and never actually did it, but just had the PR announcement. And then he got all of the public relations that he wanted from the court. He got all of the flattering PR. Remember that? Well, President Biden's actually getting it done. Here, play this clip. So Peter, this new AI Microsoft thing, $3 billion, big job creators, that's in Racine. Isn't that the same town that Foxconn said, I don't know, five, six years ago, we're gonna build a big plant and they never did? Yes, and that was a huge Trump announcement back then. And he said the factory was gonna be the eighth wonder of the world. But then Foxconn decided to really scale

back their plans and the land is still available. So Microsoft is going in. It's gonna be good for those people. All right. Thank you, Peter. And right here is from the president of Microsoft saying how the Biden administration was helpful in getting this done. Play this clip. I will say this, this administration has been enormously helpful. So we're pleased with the work we've done at the national level, all the way to the state with Governor Evers, the local village and county of Racine. Everybody has to work together. At the end of the day, that's how you get things done, whether you're a business or anybody else. You saw the post from Donald Trump. Here's a post from President Biden. Can't you just see the difference between kind of fear and hope right here? Here's what President Biden posted, you know, on his Instagram. Folks, we have six months until election day and the stakes have never been higher. Together, we will defeat months until election day and the stakes have never been higher.

Together, we will defeat Donald Trump. But just look at like smiling with people who are happy and not angry and trying to help our democracy. Here's what CNBC had to say about President Biden's Wisconsin visit. Play the clip. The president is set to visit Wisconsin today to announce plans by Microsoft to invest 3.3 billion in a high-tech data center. The facility in Racine County will be built on the same land where Foxconn had once planned to construct a $10 billion factory. As the journal points out, Jim, former President Trump once called that the eighth wonder of the world. Right. Didn't happen.

Right here, this was a local interview that Donald Trump did with a local Pennsylvania news station. Play the clip. There have been other close races and men have said, listen, for the betterment of the country, we're going to move on. We're going to accept the results of the election. Would that have been the right course of action? No, it would have been a terrible thing because you have to get the election straightened out. And this is an important clip I want to share with you from Morning Joe. Let's play this one. You're going to see throughout this campaign, throughout the next six months, we're really going to make a contrast between the fact that Joe Biden is fighting for

Americans trying to make their lives better versus Donald Trump, who is focusing on himself, who is focusing on, you know, retribution on his political enemies, revenge on his political enemies, revenge in many aspects on the American people. So this is the contrast you're going to see. And Joe, as you mentioned, $14 million ad buy across all the battleground states. We also are announcing this month that we're opening 200 offices in the battleground states. You may remember in March, we announced 150 offices are being opened. Now we have 200, over 500 staff, Joe, in those battleground states. So what's important to keep in mind here is the Biden campaign is really laying the infrastructure that will make the difference on election day, that will make the difference in a very close race.

We're going to make sure that every single American in these key states understands what is at stake here in this election, understands that their health care is on the line, understands that their reproductive rights and their reproductive freedom is on the line, their economic freedom is on the line. We're going to be very focused on making sure that that contrast is known. And, you know, something that, you know, I find, I guess, not very shocking, but something that's important to highlight is Donald Trump is not laying this infrastructure in the states. He basically has no offices in battleground states. He's not doing the work that is necessary to win an election. So we're going to be making more

announcements coming forward. But this ad you're going to see a lot of, this is going to be the first of many, many ads on health care that you're going to see. And of course, it's also important to keep in mind that Donald Trump has been talking about terminating health care for years, well before he ever ran for president, getting rid of Obamacare. We're going to, again, make sure that every single voter in America is aware of this and understands
