from the Midas Touch Network. A special counsel, Jack Smith's investigation into Donald Trump's crimes continues to intensify
as we learn about more people going before the criminal grand juries, as we learn about
more information and more classified records that Donald Trump stole regarding the criminal
investigation into the theft of government records.
All of this is sending Trump into a massive spiral.
So Trump's been just releasing these long rambling posts and he did like a five page
statement, basically laying out what I believe he thinks his defense is going to be in a
criminal case.
I guess his audience is just his cult followers.
Because let me just dismantle this statement that Donald Trump put out just now.
And I'll show you how you could do it basically in under a minute.
But first, let me show you the statement.
So Donald Trump goes, a statement by President Donald J. Trump on the witch hunt of January 6th.
You mean when you try to destroy
our democracy? You mean when you want to terminate our constitution? When you led the first coup
against the peaceful transition of power in the United States of America? Is that what you are
referring to? Then you pull up this statement that he wrote. I kid you not. It is like a 10 page statement, double spaced, looks like a college paper that
he's writing. And it is just utter and complete nonsense. And so this is what he goes. He goes,
recently, it was shockingly revealed that Twitter colluded with the FBI and other law enforcement
agencies to rig and steal the 2020 presidential election. You are an idiot, traitor, fascist.
You mean the FBI director who you appointed,
who you said was a great person?
That's the deep state?
They're all people who you appoint.
You mean you call Bill Barr a rhino
who covered up all of your crimes?
He just didn't believe your ridiculous conspiracies
about algorithms being beamed from secret military CIA silos in
Italy and being sent to Venezuela where the algorithm was then sent to Dominion to change
the votes. That insanity Barr wasn't willing to believe. He covered up your other criminality.
Oh, Bill Barr was in on it. Bill Barr's a Democrat. That's your argument, you stupid idiot. You go, oh,
oh, it's Mitch McConnell is a rhino. Mitch McConnell is a Democrat. The FBI director,
all the deep state. No, you're just a moron. You are a fascist moron. And I'm sorry,
we're going to just call it out directly. So then you go in addition to your Twitter theory, which is just completely absurd and not a defense at all.
You then go, there are two exonerating tweets and the Rose Garden video, which were posted
in the early afternoon.
Hey, idiot, why don't you do the actual timestamps?
You show the tweets where you go, I'm asking for everyone at the US Capitol to remain peaceful.
No violence.
Remember, we are the party of law and order.
Respect the law. Yet, how about we actually do a timeline of what took place on January 6th? You
go the early afternoon. I'd like to see the actual moments there because what I remember is the tweet
where once the attackers, once the insurrectionists were in the Capitol looking to hang Mike Pence
because of you, the spineless
Mike Pence. You put it out on Twitter. Mike Pence didn't have the courage to do what should have
been done to protect our country and our constitution, giving states a chance to
certify a corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which they
were asked to previously certify. USA demands the truth.
Well why isn't that in your letter?
Oh that's conveniently let out but how about we go through the timing.
1243 the attack begins.
At 149 you tweet a copy of your speech.
At 203 call with Rudy Giuliani.
At 212 Pence flees the Capitol as you write that.
You learn that the crowd is chanting, hang Mike Pence.
You then tell people maybe they should hang Mike Pence. You then do the tweet that I just talked
about at 224 that Pence has no courage. Then Trump calls, you then call Mike Lee. At 238,
then you basically tweet. After you riled up up everybody after the insurrection is taking
place.
That's when you basically finally after everyone said, hey, you need to stop this.
You need to stop this after encouraging it and adding fuel to the fire and leading the
insurrection.
Then you basically put those statements out, which are far from exonerating at all.
But why don't you put actually all of your tweets out?
Why don't you do that?
You just want to cherry pick the documents. Then you put those tweets again because there's
literally no substance. And then, of course, you go to this one. Prior to January 6th,
I strongly recommended that 10,000 to 20,000 National Guard troops be used to secure
Washington, D.C. and the Capitol because from everything I heard, it was being reported a very
large crowd. Okay, really? Oh, so what happened when the acting secretary of the Department of
Defense, huh? What happened when the acting defense secretary was questioned by the January 6th
Committee about these 10,000 to 20,000 National Guard troops because Chris Miller went before the January 6th committee.
Why don't we actually show what Chris Miller said, that there was actually no order at all by you for
10,000 to 20,000 troops? Play the clip. So let me clear here that since then, in February of 2021,
Mark Meadows said on Fox News that, quote, even in January, that was a given.
As many as 10,000 National Guard troops were told to be on the ready by the Secretary of Defense.
Is there any accuracy to that statement?
Not from my perspective.
I was never given any direction or order or due of any plans of that nature.
So I was surprised by seeing that publicly.
But I don't know the context or, you know, where it was.
No, there was no – we obviously had plans for activating more folks,
but that was not anything more than contingency planning.
There was no official message traffic or anything of that nature. Just so we're clear, you did not have
10,000 troops to be on the ready
for January 6th, prior to January 6th.
A non-military person
probably could have some sort of weird interpretation, but no
to answer your question,
that was not part of my plan
or the Department of Defense's plan.
And just the rest of his statement was,
quote, that was a direct order from President Trump,
and yet here is what we see,
all kinds of blame going around,
but not a whole lot of accountability.
And to be crystal clear, there was no direct order from President Trump to put 10,000 troops
to be on the ready for January 6th, correct?
No, that's correct.
There was no direct, there was no order from the president.
You know, Donald, we have the receipts.
And now let's take a quick break to talk about our next partner,

for sponsoring this. And now, back to the video. day, but you know we have the receipts for each and every thing. We have the other tweets that you sent. We have the other statements that you have. We have the speech that you and Giuliani
and Eastman, trial by combat, we're taking this over by force. We have all of the statements
that you made. We have the statement of Chris Miller. But you know, we did another video here
on the Midas Touch Network about this concept that you keep putting out of 10,000 to 20,000 troops, which you did not
order the Department of Defense or anybody because we have that testimony. But there was
January 6th testimony from some of your other aides like Max Miller and what's her name? Pearson
because they testified. And what they testified was that you were actually floating the 10,000 to 20,000 troops
because you wanted a procession on January 6th to lead you like Napoleon Bonaparte or
like the March on Rome with Mussolini.
That's how you envisioned it in your sicko fascist mind that you called for 10,000 troops
to lead a procession of you to lead a coup to overthrow
our democracy. That was the testimony that actually did come out. You never ordered it,
but you floated that idea to some of your cult members. Specifically, President Trump briefly
considered having the National Guard oversee his procession to the U.S. Capitol. The president did
not order the National Guard to protect the U.S. Capitol. The president did not order the National Guard
to protect the U.S. Capitol or to secure the proceedings. And also that number 10,000,
you wanted it to protect you during the procession. That was what the testimony was.
You never ordered it. And Pearson and Max Miller go, quote, just glad. This is a text message. We have the messages. We have the messages.
Just glad we killed the National Guard and a procession.
Just glad we killed the National Guard and a procession is what your cult followers and aides were saying
because that is actually what you truly wanted to do.
So that's your election interference defense,
completely and utterly pathetic. But I love seeing how scared you are, how frightened you are, because you know the walls
are closing in on you. Now, here's the statement that you make, though, regarding the documents,
right, where your lawyer said, yeah, he kept a classified folder in his bedroom. He slept with
it because, you know, when the light turns on by your landline, you know how that happens? Everybody needs a classified
folder to block the light. Really? Really? That's the defense? That you slept with a classified
folder with markings on it that say classified? And then he goes, this wasn't a classified folder.
It was just a folder that said classified on it.
And so here's your statement.
You go, many of the so-called documents that the, quote, Gestapo took in the raid in Mar-a-Lago,
unlike the no raids of Biden, were merely inexpensive and very common folders with words such as presidential reading, confidential, classified, or other words stamped on the
front cover.
There was nothing inside of
the folders because during meetings where information was passed out, say at the Oval
Office, when finished, the papers inside were taken back, but the empty folders were left behind.
Really? Really? Page two, you're right. I would put them in a pile and keep them as momentous.
Momentous. Momentos. Nothing wrong with that. But sounds to me that the Injustice Department views these as documents.
They are not.
These people are just out looking for trouble.
Should be checking Biden's unsecured classified documents.
Then how about the one thousand and fifty boxes sent to Delaware?
That's the mother load.
Or separately, how about revealing who spied on my campaign?
Stuffed ballot boxes are paid the FBI.
That's what people want to hear.
You are a fascist freaking maniac.
The fact that you have supporters at all, that 20 to 25 or 28% of the country supports
you, that there's a political party, the modern day Republican party reads the crap I just
read and they're like, yeah, yeah, that's our guy.
He's our leader.
That's our cult leader, Donald Trump.
Look what he says.
And they can't stand up to your pathetic, weak, traitorous self?
It's shocking to me.
Fortunately, there's a larger pro-democracy community here.
You weaponized the Department of Justice when you were in office like crazy.
Oh, they spied on my campaign bill, Barr.
Can you do an investigation?
You know what they found? You know what John Durham found? He found no criminality about the
origins of the Russia investigation because there was there there. You did indeed collude with
Russia. You did. How do I know? Because your top people, Paul Manafort, who ran your campaign,
and Mike Flynn, your top people, the person who you
wanted to lead the NSA, pled guilty based on their connections and their relationships
with Russia.
Guilty.
I know you pardoned them all, but they pled guilty for relationships with top people in
Russia.
Criminality right there.
Your top people.
And Mueller said he would have prosecuted for obstruction of justice if he had a spine.
The norms of the Department of Justice means we couldn't prosecute him at the time.
Utterly, utterly absurd and complete and total nonsense.
But when you weaponized it, the one crime that they found, that Durham found, was a tip from Italy that you engaged in financial misconduct.
That you were the criminal.
That's what Durham found.
Your prosecutor, your weaponized prosecutor found you were a criminal and Bill Barr and
him covered it up.
And now you say Bill Barr is a Democrat.
You say Bill Barr is a rhino.
How do people buy your crap? It is utterly, utterly just despicable, fascist, dumb, stupid.
And we're just calling you out each and every moment.
