The law of holes is stop digging. And Donald Trump apparently doesn't know that because he's digging the hole deeper and deeper with the wrong person, a literal war crimes prosecutor who has prosecuted war criminals for engaging

in obstruction and witness intimidation. And you can bet each one of these threats and acts that Donald Trump is engaged in is being logged by Jack Smith and will be used against Donald Trump at the appropriate time. Here are the additional threats that Donald Trump has made. And we've been covering this as an ongoing series here at the Midas Touch Network. But I'll read you the most recent statements that Donald Trump has made about special counsel Jack Smith. He goes, Joe Biden said he is running for president. So why isn't he appointing a special counsel to look into the criminal actions of him and his son Hunter?

There has never been anything like it in the history of our country. And amazingly, it is perfectly documented for all to see. Maybe Trump hater Jack Smith, who should never be allowed to work on anything having to do with me because of his and his family's anger, hatred, and bias, should be looking into the Biden crime family instead. Great idea. Well, that would be a form of obstruction right there by Donald Trump. And again, attacking Jack Smith's family now is a recurring theme by Donald Trump. He believes that is how he will be intimidating this former war crimes prosecutor by going after Jack Smith, going after Jack Smith's wife with

these completely baseless accusations and threats. Here, Donald Trump says, he goes, oh, this is a video that he posted of Jack Smith. I'm not going to play the full video for you, but it's a video montage that's been circulating in right-wing media of Jack Smith. This is another one where Trump goes witch hunt. He does his witch hunt and exclamation points because that's one of the only things he knows how to actually articulate. Here, Donald Trump states, the so-called investigation of me by a radical left prosecutor who is totally controlled by Eric Holder and Obama is a rigged scam.

The, quote, justice and, quote, department and FBI are corrupt. In fact, offered $1 million to Christopher Steele to lie, told Facebook that Hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation when they knew it was not, and paid people to, quote, get Trump. Did nothing wrong on January 6th, peacefully and patriotically or with documents. Check out past presidents. And again, calling Jack Smith a radical left prosecutor is not just a threat in an attempt to intimidate Jack Smith. And saying that it's a rigged scam is also additional attempts to try to undermine Jack Smith. It's completely false. Jack Smith has always been a registered independent. In fact, many people thought, is he a Republican? And he is someone who's just out there doing his job, and yet Donald Trump continues to attack and threaten

Jack Smith. Here's another post that Donald Trump made. This one is about Jack Smith's wife. He goes, and he's posting this, he goes, newly appointed special counsel Jack Smith is married to a documentary film maker who worked in on a 2020 film about former first lady Michelle Obama and donated to President Joe Biden's 2020 campaign. And then there were also posts that Donald Trump had previously made a few days back where Donald Trump actually doxed Jack Smith's wife. I'm not going to post that here. Put her name out there, showed her name in the credits for a documentary that was filmed with Michelle Obama, and essentially directed the MAGA extremists to engage in the usual conduct that they do to try

to threaten and harass. One of the things that I think you should know about Jack Smith, I've talked a lot about him here, but he also successfully convicted two very high-profile figures in Kosovo who were part of the Kosovo Liberation Army. And he obtained a very rare but important guilty verdict of these two individuals for obstructing official persons in performing official duties, intimidation during criminal proceedings, and violating the secrecy of the proceeding in Kosovo. And his task as the special prosecutor before taking on this role as special counsel, when he was special prosecutor in The Hague, his jurisdiction was over crimes against humanity, war crimes, and other crimes under Kosovo law. I want to read for you now a statement that Jack

Smith had made fairly recently in May of 2022, on May 18, 2022, when he received the guilty verdict of these individuals, these leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army for engaging in these obstruction and threats. This is what Jack Smith said. The two individuals were named Sini Gukati and Nassim Hardinaj. Jack Smith says, today justice was served. Mr. Gukati and Mr. Hardinaj have been found guilty for their crimes following a transparent, careful, and fair adjudication of this important case. As stated by the trial panel today, the protection of witnesses from intimidation and harm lies at the very foundation of any system of criminal justice. The acts and conduct of the accused challenged that very foundation.

The acts and statements in this case took place in a climate of intimidation as found today by the judges, Mr. Smith continued. The specialist prosecutor's office will continue to vigorously pursue investigation and prosecution of all acts of witness intimidation, retaliation against witnesses, or obstruction of justice. The Kosovo Specialist Chambers has a unique ability to provide justice for victims because it represents a safe place where witnesses can speak openly about the crimes they saw and suffered through over 20 years ago. Intimidating or retaliating against any such victims is, in my view, a gravely serious crime which strikes at the heart of this institution's ability to do justice and the rule of law. If you seek to intimidate or retaliate against witnesses of this court, I will do all that is in my power to assure you, you will ultimately find yourself brought to justice. I just want to read them one more time because they can equally apply to Donald Trump right now. And no doubt this is one of the reasons that Merrick Garland selected Jack Smith as the special counsel here because of his unique prosecutorial abilities of war criminals related to threatening people's lives to try to obstruct justice in those nations, which is the tactics of Donald Trump, this wannabe authoritarian here. I want to read it

one more time. If you seek to intimidate or retaliate against witnesses of this court, I will do all that is in my power to assure that you will ultimately find yourself brought to justice. And this is the statement by Jack Smith for May 18th, 2022 in The Hague. And look, Donald Trump is now spiraling to new depths of depravity when we thought he had reached a low. There is no law, no low to the depths of depravity in Trump. And there is no law, frankly, that he won't break in order to try to save himself. And there's no one in his orbit that he won't throw under the bus to do so. And it's obvious and evident, and I said this at the moment Jack Smith was appointed, that Donald Trump knows where this is almost undoubtedly headed for him to be prosecuted. And look, he tried to get ahead of it, I suppose, by announcing that he was running for president

in one of the weakest, most embarrassing and humiliating presidential announcements ever. I don't think we should ever underestimate this, let's call him what he is, terrorist, war criminal, despicable, despicable person. But I feel a great degree of confidence knowing Jack Smith's background, knowing, for example, that even on Thanksgiving, Jack Smith immediately wrote a letter brief to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals pointing out that Trump's lawyer the day before tried to lie to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and submitted a case that they claimed supported equitable jurisdiction when it did the exact opposite of that. Jack Smith was ready to go. Jack Smith has already entered his appearance in the Eileen Cannon matter in the Southern District of Florida. He's let the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals know as well that he has read all of the pleadings and all of the filings and is completely up to speed.

And as Karen Friedman Agnifilo, who worked at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office for three decades, she was the number two deputy there before working for us at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office for three decades. She was the number two deputy there before working for us at the Midas Touch Network as a host of Legal AF and pursuing private practice of law as well. She said, I worked with Jack Smith. And Karen Freed Magnifilo wanted Merrick Garland to be moving quicker. And she was a little bit skeptical of Merrick Garland's investigation up until the point where he retained Jack Smith. And she said the moment he brought in Jack Smith, she said Jack Smith is out there and is one of the top prosecutors in the world. And she said the moment Jack Smith was brought in, she said, I am now as confident as I can be that this is going to result in a prosecution.
