Starting point is 00:00:51 No sugar added? Neutral. Refreshingly simple. So the Trump regime is now claiming that the Epstein list does not exist. On Sunday night, Axios got their hands on a DOJ memo which claims there was never an Epstein list, that Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex trafficker, did not keep a list that he used to blackmail powerful rich men. And they also claim in this DOJ memo that there is no evidence that Jeffrey Epstein was murdered or that anything happened to Jeffrey Epstein other than he died by
Starting point is 00:01:35 Suicide and we all know that the DOJ and the FBI are made up of people who had been saying for years That this Epstein list was going to expose everything. But of course, it seems that they are covering up for Donald Trump, who would be all over the Epstein files. So here's the headline from Axios, exclusive. DOJ, FBI conclude Epstein had no client list, committed suicide, died by suicide. But what about from February 21st, 2025, when Attorney General Pam Bondi says
Starting point is 00:02:11 the Epstein client list was quote, sitting on my desk right now, which she was reviewing along with the JFK and MLK file. So the Epstein list went from sitting on Pam Bondi's desk right now in February to quote, there's no list in just a few months. The official White House account, RapidResponse 47, back on February 21st, 2025, posted this, Fox,
Starting point is 00:02:41 the DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients. Will that really happen? Pam Bondi, it's sitting on my desk right now to review. That's been a directive by President Trump. That's from the official rapid response account of the White House. Here was Pam Bondi in February saying
Starting point is 00:03:01 that the client list was on her desk. So you can hear it and see for yourself. The DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients. Will that really happen? It's sitting on my desk right now to review. That's been a directive by President Trump. I'm reviewing that. I'm reviewing JFK files, MLK files.
Starting point is 00:03:20 That's all in the process of being reviewed because that was done at the directive of the president from all of these agencies So so have you seen anything there? You said oh my gosh Not yet Okay, well we'll check back with you now we have the Midas touch network We're able to get the first interview with Alex Eisenstadt the reporter from Axios who got this incredible exclusive Here's what Alex told us.
Starting point is 00:03:47 Let's play this clip. Hello, Alex Eisenstadt from Axios here tonight. At Axios, we have an exclusive report. The DOJ says it has no evidence to suggest that disgraced financier, convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein kept a client list, blackmailed any of his clients, or that he was murdered. We have obtained a memo that was written by the DOJ and the FBI explaining these findings. Further, the FBI and the DOJ are releasing video footage from out that it says is from outside Jeffrey Epstein's jail cell the night
Starting point is 00:04:31 he was killed. The FBI and the DOJ have released this footage in two different versions. One is in raw footage version, the other is in sort of enhanced version. They say that this footage, and it can be viewed yourself that it shows that there was no one that murdered Jeffrey Epstein when he was killed in 2019. So that's the reporting that we have tonight up on Axios. This is a really interesting thing for a couple of different reasons. One, the FBI is led by Cash Patel, Dan Bongino, and before they were at the FBI, both of them were really important conservative
Starting point is 00:05:17 influencers, MAGA type influencers, activists, and people who were very aggressive in terms of promoting the idea that there was some broader Epstein related conspiracy. Now that they're in government, they've tamped down a lot of how they speak when it comes to Epstein. They're now throwing cold water on the idea that there was ever such a conspiracy. Another reason why this is interesting is because a lot of the people who have propagated this idea that there was a conspiracy are actually in Trump's orbit beyond just Bongino and Patel. A lot of the conspiracy theories have emanated
Starting point is 00:05:59 from sort of the more right leaning part of the internet. And now you have the Trump administration kind of pushing back on that and saying, no, there's no evidence of a conspiracy. Now do you all remember back in, was it February, where the MAGA influencers all went to the White House and they were holding up the binders that said the Epstein files phase one. Remember that there were going to be multiple phases and they all said, here's the list, we've got the list. And it wasn't the list.
Starting point is 00:06:35 It was just a call list of Epstein, by the way, which Donald Trump's name was on. We shouldn't forget what Elon Musk said in the past few weeks Remember what Elon Musk wrote time to drop the really big bomb Real Donald Trump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public Have a nice day DJT mark this post for the future. The truth will come out well, here we are right now in the future, and the Trump regime seems to be suppressing these files. And as I've said before, we know that Donald Trump is on all of the files that have been
Starting point is 00:07:15 released to date. He's on Epstein's flight log at least seven times. Trump is in the depositions of Epstein sex trafficking victims. For example, there's a deposition where a victim says that she was with Epstein on the plane and Epstein said, let's go to Atlantic City. And then Epstein called Donald Trump in her presence. Also, we know that Donald Trump is identified as DOE 174 in the Epstein civil cases and other cases.
Starting point is 00:07:44 And so if we wanted to get the Epstein files with Trump's information, we would say produce the records relating to Doe 174, who's Donald Trump. Also at the Ghislaine Maxwell criminal trial, she was the sex trafficker for Epstein. There was a woman, someone who's now a woman at the time, was a girl, 14 years old, and said
Starting point is 00:08:05 that Ghislaine and Epstein introduced her to Donald Trump when she was 14 years old and a girl. We also know that Virginia Joufray, who died by suicide, was trafficked from Mar-a-Lago. She was homeless. She got a job in Mar-a-Lago when she was underage, and then Ghislaine found her at Mar-a-Lago. She was homeless. She got a job in Mar-a-Lago when she was underage. And then Ghislaine found her at Mar-a-Lago, brought her to Epstein to give Epstein a massage. And then that led to the sex trafficking of Virginia Jouffre after that, after then she was sexually assaulted and then she was sex trafficked by Epstein. But she was found at Mar-a-Lago. And of course, Donald
Starting point is 00:08:44 Trump said Epstein's a great guy who likes women on the younger side. I mean, here we have this video of Donald Trump partying with Epstein so you can just see for yourself. I mean, here, this speaks volumes. Let's play it. I'm gonna get great ratings on your show. Trump is surrounded by women
Starting point is 00:09:00 as music flares in the background. After a while, Trump goes to greet three new guests, among them the financier Jeffrey Epstein, more than a decade before his guilty plea on state prostitution charges. Later in the footage, Trump is seen talking to Epstein and another man as women are dancing in front of them, Trump alternates between dancing and pointing out women to Epstein and the other men, and telling Epstein about the cameras. Though exactly what they say is difficult to understand as they discuss the women and their appearances, Trump gestures to one and appears to say to Epstein,
Starting point is 00:09:41 look at her back there, she's hot. appears to say to Epstein, look at her back there, she's hot. And then Trump says something else into Epstein's ear that makes him double over with laughter. But as the president says now, he never liked Epstein. Okay, then you may remember what Cash Patel said a little bit longer than a month ago regarding the Epstein files.
Starting point is 00:10:06 He said the reason that it's being delayed is that they need to get it out in the right format. Remember this? Let's play this clip. The other thing on the internet is the Epstein files. What's the answer to that? The answer to that is the same as everything else. I'm not going to withhold information from the American public ever,
Starting point is 00:10:26 but I'm also not going to rush to get it out there in a format in which they can't rely on it. So on the Epstein matter or any other matters, we are diligently working on that, and it takes time to go through years of investigations, years of political maneuvering, and years of coverup to get the American people what they deserve, and that's what I'm gonna give them on everything Yeah. Now. Do you remember when Donald Trump was?
Starting point is 00:10:51 Still campaigning and he was asked by Fox if he would release the Epstein list remember how terrified he looked Let's play this clip. Would you declassify the 9-eleven files? Yeah, would you declassify JFK files? Yeah Would I did I did a lot of it? Would you declassify JFK files? Yeah. I did a lot of it. Would you declassify the Epstein files? Yeah, yeah, I would. All right. I guess I would. I think that less so because you know, you don't know, you don't want to affect people's lives if it's phony stuff in there because there's a lot of phony stuff with that whole world. But I think I would. Now let's also not forget a few weeks back what Pam Bondi said about the Epstein client list.
Starting point is 00:11:29 This was about two or three months ago. Here's what she said, play this clip. I was briefed on that yesterday. I can't talk about that publicly, but you know, President Trump has given a very strong directive and that's gonna be followed. Wow, okay.
Starting point is 00:11:41 So- A lot of documents. Yeah, okay, all right. So people can expect actual movement on this It's not just empty promises. Oh, Donald Trump doesn't make empty promise All right, I think I think promises made promises kept now You'll also recall that I exclusively interviewed Democratic Congress member Dan Goldman in mid-may Where he was calling out Pam Bondi for stonewalling the release of the Epstein files where he was calling out Pam Bondi for stonewalling the release of the Epstein files. Here's what he told me play this clip.
Starting point is 00:12:07 And so there was a mad dash and a big rush to release everything and everyone was talking about it. And now there's radio silence and the begs the question, why has the attorney general gone dark on this? Why has Congresswoman Luna and others stopped calling for it? What is it that's in the Epstein files that they were so eager to have that now are just not being released, according to the attorney general's promises of transparency, but are still there. And there's no explanation. And the concern I have, of course, is we know Donald Trump had a friendship with Jeffrey
Starting point is 00:12:53 Epstein. We know Jeffrey Epstein had numerous numbers for Donald Trump. And the question then is, was this some sort of directive from Donald Trump or someone on his staff or an agent of his to the Attorney General to kill this and That would be yet another pretty egregious act of corruption using his position as president For his own personal benefit. It is incumbent upon the Republicans currently in the majority to do their damn job personal benefit. It is incumbent upon the Republicans currently in the majority to do their damn job, do their job and conduct oversight over the president of the United States.
Starting point is 00:13:31 Stop sucking up to him so much. And then of course, back on March 4th, 2025, Bondi said that there was a truckload of evidence relating to the Epstein case. And then we should also not forget that was a few months ago as well Bondi then tried to blame the s DNY Southern District of New York Prosecutors and DOJ and FBI there for not turning over the files. Here's what she had to say I want to get into this Epstein thing a little bit I think the American people are very curious about who's on this list or these lists
Starting point is 00:14:03 You have been doggedly trying to get all the information. And now we learn, thanks to you, that you've been stonewalled by people in New York. Do you want to explain that? Yes, Mark. So as you know, we released about 120 pages of documents. And I started asking for these documents right when I came into office and before Cash Patel was in there.
Starting point is 00:14:31 So I ended up getting about 120 pages. We carefully redacted them, of course, to be sure the 254 young girls, women who are victims of sex crimes and sex trafficking their personal information was Redacted and out of there to protect them. So I'm going through it and I kept saying there has to be more there has to be more I'm assured that's it cash ask the same questions. I'm sure there's no more last I found out, you know this week that a source told me New York SDNY I'm going to read it out loud. I'm going to read it out loud. I'm going to read it out loud. I'm going to read it out loud.
Starting point is 00:15:08 I'm going to read it out loud. I'm going to read it out loud. I'm going to read it out loud. I'm going to read it out loud. I'm going to read it out loud. I'm going to read it out loud. I'm going to read it out loud. I'm going to read it out loud.
Starting point is 00:15:24 I'm going to read it out loud. I'm going to read it out loud. to protect grand jury information and confidential witnesses, but the American people have a right to know. And Donald Trump is the most transparent president in our nation's history. So not only will America get the full Epstein files, they will get JFK, they will get Martin Luther King. So folks, a lot of information right there to process, but the Trump regime and the DOJ saying the Epstein files do not exist never existed Epstein never blackmailed
Starting point is 00:15:48 Powerful men who were also involved in the sex trafficking ring That's what they're going with right now after saying they were gonna release the files.
