I know that probably was Ms. James' goal in judging Gorin, but that is not going to be the case. You know, I never believed that Donald Trump had the cash to satisfy a $464 million judgment. But when Alina Haba did her right-wing media tour and said that he did, I knew he definitely did not have the money. And of course, we now learn that on Wednesday,

Donald Trump tried to negotiate with the appellate division in New York and say to them, look, I won't post $400 million, but I'll post 100 million. And the appellate division was like, nah, that's not the way it works. You're going to have to post the full bond if you want to stay enforcement of the judgment against you. Here was just the filing by Donald Trump. He goes, irreparable harm adheres to appellants from any forced sale of properties. This is what Trump wrote. In the absence of a stay on the terms here in outline, properties would likely need to be sold to raise capital under exigent circumstances,

and there would be no way to recover any property sold following a successful appeal and no means to recover the resulting financial losses from the attorney general. But I thought you had the money. Your lawyer, Alina Haba, went out there and said, this is going to be easy. We'll be able to post a bond. He's a billionaire. He's really wealthy. Let's take a look at what Donald Trump's been posting.

A total freak out today as well. And he posts just these like weird articles about himself. And by the way, what we've been learning on Midas Touch Network is he scrubs the articles too of anything negative. So he posts articles and manipulates most of these articles that he posts to try to remove any of the negative references in the article. So here's what he posts. It's him just kind of sitting in a field and he looks very sad and he's got all of these papers around him.

And it says, the persecution of Donald Trump means turning ordinary activities into crimes. Ordinary activities into crime. Number one, you are the biggest whiner ever. And number two, people don't take their homes and then say it's worth billions of dollars when it isn't. People don't keep two separate sets of books and then lie to lenders and taxing authorities and insurers. You know,

also, it's really embarrassing that when you had your deposition taken and Eric and Don Jr., nobody knew about things like who was running the organization, what generally accepting accounting principles were. I thought you said the appellate division was going to come and save you, Donald. That's not what they did here. The appellate division rejected your request to be able to only post $100 million instead of the $464 million that you owe. And so tick tock, Donald, the clock is ticking. By the way, I like this letter from New York Attorney General Letitia James, which talks about how, look, what Donald Trump's trying

to do here is invade enforcement of the judgment. And one of the things that's pointed out in this letter as well, notably, that was sent before the appellate division rejected Donald Trump's attempt not to post the full bond. I don't know, maybe she's a Midas touch watcher. She pointed out, of course, that Donald Trump's lawyers tried to change the address of the Trump organization in New York to a Florida address as a mechanism to try to evade enforcement, just like we told you that would happen. So here's Alina Haba right here. Here she is on right wing media saying, there's gonna be a bond

and there will be no issues with that. Okay, okay, Alina, here, play this clip. Just a little. My goodness. So Judge Engeron says that he wants this $350 million within 30 days. Now, I know that you're planning on appealing this, but you've still got to put up the full amount pending that appeal. Does Donald Trump have that kind of money sitting around?

Yes. I mean, he does. Of course he has money. You know, he's a billionaire. We know that. And again, before all of this went down and Donald Trump clearly frantic, unable, you know, look, the bottom line is the emperor's got no clothes. Dude's got no money. He doesn't, he's supposed to be a billionaire, supposed to be cashed everywhere. Here Alina Habba says he's a billionaire. This will be easy for him to do. Here, play this clip.

The New York Post speculated that maybe Trump's gonna have to get creative with properties because we know Trump's a billionaire, but a lot of his money is tied up in real estate. The Post writing that he's got properties in Manhattan,

Westchester, in the Hudson Valley, even his iconic $348 million Trump Tower, which by the way, I think that's undervaluing, Trump Tower, could be on the chopping block. Do you see that happening over the next 25 days? No. No. So he'll just write a check, Alina? I'm not going to get into privileged information, but there will be a bond and there will be no issues with that. So he'll just write a check, Alina? But again, we know Alina Haba lies about everything, right? Remember when Trump chickened out of testifying on direct examination, but Alina Haba said right before that, that he was going to testify. Play this clip. He is so firmly against what is happening in this court and so firmly for the old America that we know, not this America, that he will take that stand on Monday.

He will open himself up to whatever they want because he's not afraid. People that are afraid cower. President Trump doesn't cower. We'll be back on Monday. And then remember when Alina Haba said that Trump was going to testify before the January 6th committee and he didn't play this clip. He's got a couple options here. He can ignore the subpoena and maybe run into a ban in world, or he can go and plead the fifth, or he can go and testify. Any idea what you think he's going to do and what would you recommend? I would recommend that he cooperate because when you have nothing to hide, that's what I always recommend. The same reason that he always comes out and speaks on any of my cases. He has no issue being deposed,

even though the left wing media would like to pretend that he does. He has no issue being subpoenaed and answering questions about what happened that day. And he shouldn't. What he did was very public and it was really nothing other than to say to go out peacefully, as we know. Folks, everything out of their mouth is a lie and it's whiny and it's victimhood. And these are people of very low character. Let me show you. This is what Mitt Romney had to say about character and the importance of it. Again, this is a Republican. Mitt Romney. I agree with what Mitt Romney's saying here in part.

Here, play this clip. I think that those comments there may raise some questions for people watching at home. Would you vote for Donald Trump over Joe Biden? No, no, no, absolutely not. I mean, for me, there are two factors in deciding who I want to have as the leader of my country and the person who is the example of the president for my kids and my grandkids. One is their position on policies. And on foreign policy, I'm not aligned with Donald Trump, at least as I understand his policy. And

domestic policy, yeah, I align with many of his domestic policies. But there's another dimension besides policy, and that's character. And I think what America is as a nation, what has allowed us to be the most powerful nation on earth and the leader of the earth is the character of the people who have been our leaders, past presidents, but also mothers, fathers, church leaders, university presidents, and so forth. Having a president who is so defaulted of character would have an enormous impact on the character of America. And for me, that's the primary consideration. Senator Mitt Romney.
