Donald Trump is having a terrible morning. His regime was just sued by the families of victims of those crimes against humanity. The regime is committing off the coast of Venezuela, the war crimes where people are being killed off of the fishing boats. Family members of two Trinidadian men who were killed in a U.S. boat strike in October have sued the U.S. government, accusing it of wrongful death and extrajudicial killings. The lawsuit is the first of its kind to be filed against the Trump regime. Can you say discovery? And the family members are saying these people were in drug dealers. They were on a fishing boat. They were murdered in these extra judicial killings.

And this family is demanding answers. Also, another performer has withdrawn from the Kennedy Center and said, Donald, I quit. This is utter humiliation for the Trump regime as Donald Trump. has illegally called the Kennedy Center, the Trump Kennedy Center, vandalizing it and destroying it. It was once profitable and very, very popular. People like going to the Kennedy Center. Then Donald Trump desecrated it like he desecrates everything.

Here's a statement from Philip Glass. After a thoughtful consideration, I've decided to withdraw my Symphony No. 15, Lincoln from the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Symphony number 15 is a portrait of Abraham Lincoln and the value of the Kennedy Center today are in direct conflict with the message of the symphony. Therefore, I feel an obligation to withdraw this symphony premiere from the Kennedy Center under its current leadership. And you've seen the interviews I've done with Ben Folds, who quit back in February last year, February, and there was now a massive exodus away from the Kennedy Center. Everybody is quitting because nobody wants to

One of the biggest alliances and the biggest trade deals that was just forged as a result of Donald Trump attacking the EU and Donald Trump attacking India is an EU-India-India trade pact, which Ursula von The President of the European Union Commission said is the mother of all trade deals.

Goodbye, USA. The EU and India have signed a trade and security agreement in New Delhi today. According to Ursula von der Leyen, the new agreement creates a free trade zone for around 2 billion people. And it's being framed as the two biggest democracies in the world, European Union and India, forging this trade agreement. Also, you had the UK, Germany, Denmark, and other European countries. signing a clean energy pact at a summit in Hamburg, pledging to deliver 100 gigawatts of offshore wind power through large-scale joint projects. But then you have Donald Trump in his regime claiming that Prime Minister Carney of Canada called Trump yesterday and said, Donald, I'm so sorry for everything I said about you in Davos. I'm sorry, Donald, if I've been mean to you,

you were right about everything. Donald Trump had a sycophon cabinet, members like Treasury Secretary Scott Besant go on TV and say, we got an apology from Prime Minister Carney. Remember, I put that in the video this morning earlier in the day. Well, Prime Minister Carney is out with a statement laughing in Donald Trump's face. Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney dismissed the idea that he walked back his statements in Davos during a call with Donald Trump, quote, to be very clear, and I said this to the president on the call, I meant what I said in Davos. Karnie told the same. CBC before a cabinet meeting.

Carney added that Canada was the first country to understand the change in U.S. trade policy that he had initiated. And we're responding to that. As our editor-in-chief, Ron Filipkowski, writes, Trump lying about the substance of a call with a foreign leader

Tricia McLaughlin, one of Donald Trump's senior leaders, even though her behavior does not exhibit that of leadership. Here's what she had to say on state regime media this morning, where she said she's standing by calling Alex Preti a domestic

Trump's movie after the ticket sat. have been absolutely abysmal. They're promoting Melania Trump's movie where Jeff Bezos at Amazon gave Melania $40 million for a movie that nobody wants to see, put an additional 30 million into promotion, put it into 1,400 theaters across the country

that no one wants to go to. But here's what Melania had to say this morning. Play this clip. And then Melania says that she was very instruct.

Security was created to make America feel safe and secure at home. Secretary Nome has failed at this mission and today millions of Americans are living in fear because of the agency's action. That makes us all less safe. Secretary Nome had many chances to take accountability. The Trump administration had many chances to hold her accountable. At every turn, they double downed on their cover-up of her egregious violations of the public trust. It is clear that action must be taken by Congress. huge compliment. I think she's absolutely gorgeous. Folks, that is the MAGA movement today. And meanwhile, we're also learning that ICE is arrest. We know this before, but New York Times confirmed, ICE is arresting refugees in Minnesota who are in the country legally, flying them to Texas, re-interviewing them, and then releasing them without a way to get home. And by the way, have you seen these photos right here of what's been going on in Texas outside of this detention center, this Delhi detention center, this concentration camp? Do you see how they're the prisoners were having this protest outside of this facility? And it just looks absolutely dystopian and horrifying. They like dress the migrants or people here like it's like squid games or something. I mean, it's, it is a horrific site that people are suffering. They're screaming, let us out, let us out, let us out. The horrors that are going on in these facilities. I mean, we've known last year, 30, 40 people died this year already. In January, every other day someone's died at a detention facility. Horrific, horrific war crimes taking place within the United States. Crimes Against Humanity.
