How's it going?
How's it going? Donald Trump was getting laughed at by New York Attorney General Letitia James after he went on a
rant during his morning testimony where he just randomly said, he wasn't even posed a question,
he just said, you see New York Attorney General Letitia James right there? She knows nothing about my properties. She knows nothing about 40 Wall Street. And she just started laughing. You could
hear her just cracking up in the courthouse. I'm Ben Mycelis from the Midas Touch Network.
And Donald Trump continued with his testimony in the morning and continued to incriminate himself.
Folks, that's why I teach my law students.
There's something called the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. And for Donald Trump,
ultimately his money and his propaganda is more important than the Fifth Amendment right against
self-incrimination when ultimately he's trying to destroy the Constitution anyway. So he took the stand and started incriminating himself.
Let me give you one of the most incriminating portions of his testimony.
This is part three, by the way, of our review of what went down this morning in the testimony
where Donald Trump almost got kicked out of court for his out-of-control behavior.
Donald Trump was provided the deed that he executed regarding
Mar-a-Lago, and he was provided with the paperwork showing that the Mar-a-Lago property was categorized
as a commercial property, not a residential property. And that's ultimately why the
valuation of the property was under $27 million that Donald Trump stipulated to.
And the deed that Donald Trump had signed, let me repeat it, that Donald Trump and the
Trump Organization signed said that Donald Trump and the revocable trust, quote,
intend to forever use this property as a commercial property, intend to use forever as a commercial property,
to which Donald Trump responded, well, my intentions could change. Well, not at that
point in time where fraudulent financial representations are made. So anybody who you
told that this was a commercial property, not a residential property, and you intended to use it as a commercial property in order to gain the tax benefits, that's called fraud.
That's called a crime.
You just stipulated to it under oath in a court of law.
Donald Trump was then also shown a video of himself where he says,
this is a forever club. This is always going to be a club. When confronted with the video,
Donald Trump said, oh, that was just bravado. I can change my mind at any time. And again,
first and foremost, that's not true contractually, but even if it was true contractually with the deed that was signed,
it is when the representations were ultimately made. And who do you make those representations
to? Banks, insurance companies, and taxing authorities like the Palm Beach County Tax
Assessor in order to devalue Mar-a-Lago to pay less property taxes. So there was an instance where
Donald Trump just flat out
admitted to the fraud. Throughout the testimony as well, Donald Trump started lashing out at New
York Attorney General Letitia James. He said, she's a hack. She wants to be governor and she's
a hack and she doesn't know anything about property. And to that, New York Attorney General
Letitia James started laughing in court. When Donald Trump was confronted with why he claimed the triplex, the penthouse in New York,
was 30,000 square feet and not 10,000 square feet, Donald Trump's response is, well, it could be 30
if you include the elevator shafts and other things, he said, and other things.
That was Donald Trump's response there. When Donald Trump
was asked about the Aberdeen property, his response was, it's beautiful. It's the best.
It's the greatest golf course ever, to which Judge N'Goran struck that testimony as being
non-responsive. And then Donald Trump's obsequious lawyer, Christopher Kice, said,
I thought that was a brilliant response, Your Honor. I thought that was brilliant. Here's the thing, too. Chris Keis was someone with a
fairly decent reputation as a lawyer before representing Donald Trump, Solicitor General
in Florida. And now there's really no difference between Chris Keis and Alina Haba. By the way,
there's Alina Haba in court. She now has turned her laptop into a
billboard for her law firm. You don't get much more clownish than that. Oh, you do. You've got
Donald Trump's testimony. And Donald Trump then randomly stated, quote, I have more money than
you thought, huh? I have more money than you thought. When asked about Aberdeen as well,
Donald Trump stated randomly, I'm not a windmill person. I'm not
a windmill person. And you are a terrible judge. What you are doing, you are terrible. And you
believe her. She's a hack. She's unfair. To which Judge Ngoran was like, all right, are you done?
Okay. Next question, New York Attorney General Lawyer Kevin Wallace, and Kevin Wallace continued to methodically dismantle Donald
Trump. Did you know over 80% of people have subscriptions they've forgotten about? It's too
easy to subscribe to a free trial of something and then completely forget about it once you stop

When asked Donald Trump questions
about the disclaimer clause,
Donald Trump then went on and on and on rambling
that he's got the best worthless clause in the game,
that it's the greatest worthless clause ever,
to which the judge then said, that's not true.
You could read my opinion again
or probably the first time since you've never read it.
Please ask your next question,
New York Attorney General Lawyer Kevin Wallace.
Then some of the questions were also very surgical
by Kevin Wallace, the New York Attorney General Lawyer.
And having a document which made it very clear
that under the deal with Mazers,
Mazers is the accounting firm,
under their retention agreement,
the Trump Organization was responsible
for detecting fraud within the organization, not Mazers, not any third parties. The buck stops with
the organization. To all the magus planers who are like, you don't get it. This is how big
corporations work. Now, first off, the Trump Organization isn't that big of a corporation,
number one. It's got like eight to 10 executives. It's not some sprawling multinational
corporation. It's a small, closely held family revocable trust that runs all of these LLCs that
play this shell game, which is the subject of the New York attorney general civil fraud case for
these fraudulent valuations. And then so Trump had to admit that everyone at the Trump organization, including himself, is responsible for detecting fraud.
By the way, that's what the document says.
But then when said, OK, well, detecting fraud on the statement of financial conditions.
Correct. To which Donald Trump's response was, well, that was a Weisselberg thing. And that was a Jeff McConney throwing his former chief financial officer, now convicted felon Allen Weisselberg, who spent 100 days at Rikers Island under the bus, who signed a
severance agreement for $2 million to basically allow himself to be thrown under the bus, saying
that he can't cooperate in actions that are adverse to the Trump organization. And then you
have Jeff McConney, the former controller of the Trump organization, who said that Weisselberg
told him to engage in fraud. Another question was asked about Forbes, which triggered Donald Trump
and said, they're owned by China. They're a Chinese organization and that they're run by
the Chinese government. That's what Donald Trump said there. Earlier in the day, Donald Trump
started his testimony by speaking very softly to which
Judge N'Goran said, can you please speak up?
Donald Trump kind of showed up looking very nervous to his testimony.
And then he started going into his unhinged rambling stories, then whining to the judge,
you always rule against me.
You always rule against me.
Next question was, okay, well, why'd you make Don Jr. a co-trustee of the revocable trust?
Donald Trump responded, he's a good boy. He's a good young boy. I mean, man or man,
but he's a good boy is what Donald Trump responded. I'm quoting Donald Trump there.
It's basically what he said. It went through the statement of financial conditions at a high level.
Donald Trump said banks don't care about statement of financial conditions and that they shouldn't care. And it doesn't make any difference because he has a worthless clause,
he says, which means he can say whatever he wants. Donald Trump claimed that he had no brand value
added to his properties. That's false. He did have a brand value that was added into some of
his properties and then added presidential premiums into others. Donald
Trump then tried to mimic the New York attorney general and said, Trump has no money. Trump make
phony financial statements. Trump defraud banks, to which Judge Ngoran said, stricken, stricken,
stricken. And to Christopher Keist, Trump's lawyer, control your client,
please. And Christopher Keist goes, it's your court. Do whatever you want. Because one of the
things they're trying to do is to provoke the judge to kick Donald Trump out, which the judge
threatened to do during Donald Trump's testimony. So they can all go, aha, you see, the judge even
kicked me out. They wouldn't even listen to my testimony. And that's why even though the judge reprimanded Donald Trump and said that he's going to kick
him out, they're just letting the testimony come in because at this point, Trump is just,
it continues to incriminate himself.
And he goes, my assets are the best.
The banks come to me.
And here's the thing.
In a court of law where evidence matters, we've already had the testimony from people
at the banks.
We've had people from the accountant firm like Mazers. We had people from the insurance companies like Zurich.
They've testified that Donald Trump was lying, that Donald Trump was engaged in fraud. They've
got the emails, the documents, the data to back that up. And right now we have just a completely
unhinged individual attacking the New York Attorney General, talking about windmills, admitting to crimes on
the stand, and just acting like a total maniac. This is part three of our update. We will be doing
more updates throughout the day. So make sure you're subscribed to the Midas Touch Network as
