BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. So now that we are in 2024, it is being widely reported that Donald Trump is terrified that the Supreme Court is going to rule against him,
both on the disqualification cases under the 14th Amendment, Section 3, as well as in the criminal case in Washington, D.C., when the issue of absolute
immunity goes before the Supreme Court after Donald Trump will almost certainly lose before
the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. Maggie Haberman broke this story, and it was reported elsewhere
thereafter, this from The Independent. Trump worried conservative Supreme Court justices
will rule against him on states' ballots, says report.
Trump is privately sharing concern
that conservative justices may be worried
about seeing political and will rule against him.
So Donald Trump is having one of his usual social media rants where he can't control
himself. But now he is giving us a different theory about what happened on January 6. Now,
according to Donald Trump, and this is what he's reposting or posting, it was an insurrection. He
was going to invoke the Insurrection Act, but Twitter stopped him from doing it.
Twitter stopped Trump from invoking the Insurrection Act to put down an insurrection.
You can't make this stuff up, folks.
Here's what Donald Trump just reposted, this far right-wing account called DC Drano.
You see right there, Donald Trump reposts this and
is amplifying this message. Here's what it says. When Twitter deleted Trump's public request
for people to go home on January 6th, only five minutes after he posted it, it seemed very strange. Wouldn't they want peace? Were they trying to frame him
for their narrative? But what if there was something else at play? What if they were trying
to limit his ability to activate the Insurrection Act? The one prerequisite for invoking the Insurrection Act is to first call for disorderly citizens to go home.
And what did he say in his video? He called for people to go home. Was Twitter trying to thwart Trump's attempt to comply with these requirements? If so, who was orchestrating it? Aha, maybe Soros. Maybe, it's really absurd.
But it's actually further incriminating to Donald Trump.
That's their new conspiracy,
that Donald Trump was trying to post
all of these things on Twitter,
and then Twitter was taking it down,
which first and foremost, that didn't happen.
Second of all, the Insurrection Act no longer has,
and for over two centuries plus, doesn't have any prerequisite that you first have to call for disorderly citizens to go home on Twitter or on any other modality.
That's just simply false.
So now as I read this, though, why is it further incriminating? Well, one, now Donald Trump is admitting and saying it is an insurrection if you have to invoke the Insurrection Act, therefore you need to stop
an insurrection. Gotta think these ones through, Donnie. The other point is that the entire defense
of the Oath Keepers and Stuart Rhodes at their seditious conspiracy case was that they were calling upon Trump
to invoke the Insurrection Act, where then they could take out their weapons and declare
a civil war and overthrow the government.
They were waiting on Trump's invocation of the Insurrection Act. So by reposting this, Donald Trump now links himself with Stuart Rhodes and the seditious
conspiracy of the Oath Keepers.
And perhaps now Special Counsel Jack Smith may want to contemplate perhaps bringing a
seditious conspiracy indictment against Donald Trump, although I think the causes of action
special counsel Jack Smith cited are enough. This was an article in the New York Times.
Oathkeeper leader urged Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act. This is from October of 2022,
this article. A letter shown to the jury at the seditious conspiracy trial of Stuart Rhodes and four subordinates.
It showed the intensity of their efforts to stop the transfer of presidential power.
You see, we'll dig a little deeper into this article.
In December 2020, hours after the Electoral College cast its votes for President Joe Biden,
Stuart Rhodes, the leader of the Oath Keepers militia, posted a letter on his website urging Donald Trump to undertake a series of unprecedented and possibly illegal
moves to stay in power.
Love how New York Times just can't just say what it is, but another gripe for another
video.
Telling Mr. Trump the country was at war with communist China and a secret army of willing
American agents, Mr. Rhodes
beseeched Donald Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act, a more than two centuries old law that
he believed would give Trump the power to call up the National Guard and militias like
his own to suppress the coup that was seeking to unseat him.
Then you have the trial testimony, of course, and Kyle Chenney did a good job going through what was being said at the insurrectionist trial where you had the Oath Keepers.
Here's what Stuart Rhodes' messages that were shown to the jury.
Quote, this is what Rhodes' text messages showed. ass and uses the Insurrection Act to defeat the Chai Comm puppet coup, or we will have
to rise up in insurrection rebellion against the Chai Comm puppet Biden coup.
Take your pick.
You can't let traitors and communist puppets who are never duly elected be sworn in.
So that's who Donald Trump is now aligning.
Well, he always had aligned himself with, but so he's confirming that that
was his plan by reposting DC Drano. Cold turkey may be great on sandwiches,
but there's a better way to break your bad habits. We're not talking about some weird
mind voodoo thing from your crazy neighbor. We're talking about our sponsor Fume,

But then let me get this straight. So you were going to invoke the Insurrection Act,
but you now praise the insurrectionists and you said, don't call them prisoners,
call them hostages. This was at the recent speech that Donald Trump gave here. Play this clip.
Minneapolis, where they took over the police station. They took it over and they burned it down.
By the way, what happened to those people? Are those people in jail with the J6 hostages?
What happened to those people? Come to think of it, they're not in jail with the J6 hostages.
I don't call them prisoners. I call them hostages. They're hostages to hostages. And then, of course, Donald Trump, at the beginning of all of his speeches,
plays a song that he made with the insurrectionists,
who he calls hostages, who are in jail, who are now making musicals with Trump.
And they have a song called the J6 Choir Song that Trump plays, and he brags about the song he made with the insurrectionists.
Here, play this clip.
And they asked me whether or not I would partake
and do the beautiful words, and I said, yes, I would.
And you saw the spirit.
The spirit was incredible.
And when that came out, it went to the number one song.
It was beating everybody.
It beat Taylor Swift.
It beat Miley Cyrus, who was number one and two. They were number one and two. We knocked them off for a long time.
But what I'm trying to understand here is if you are making songs with who you call hostages so you wanted to be
the hostage taker or i don't know maybe nothing that you say at all makes sense and you just rely
on a cult base of maga mush brains who just literally just say anything that you want them to say.
And here, this is James Comer, part of the MAGA mush brain cult,
leader of the Oversight Committee in the Republican Party in the House of Representatives.
Here he is on Fox basically saying this whole insurrection
narrative is false. This was a peaceful day. Here, play this clip.
Just drop that. Now they're going with this insurrection narrative that's completely bogus.
I mean, I was there January 6th and January 6th was a rally that went bad. That's what it was.
It wasn't an organized event. If it were,
the Democrats would have proven that in their January 6th committee hearings.
So there you have it, folks. They're just a bunch of liars. That's what it comes down to.
They lie about everything. They are sociopaths. They wake up and they just lie. And fortunately, in the court of law, this creates more evidence against them.
The problem is, is that them, the Republican Party, wants to just destroy our legal system where facts and law matter. And then when very basic facts like what I pointed out in
this video are raised in court, or when Trump and his lawyers just miss deadlines and don't file
things on time and waive things, what do they do? They whine, oh, loser, treasonous, treasonous, traitorous crooks.
