because it's ridiculous. They should be thrown out. And I, frankly, am the one that suffered damages. I should be thrown out. And I frankly am the one that suffered damages. Thank you very much, everybody. Nice to see you, Paul. Donald Trump had the most humiliating day in federal court in the E. Jean Carroll defamation trial brought against him. Donald Trump was there. He saw that his lawyer, Alina Haba, did not even know how to introduce evidence into the trial. She didn't know how to admit evidence and that you have to show the document to a witness,

ask them if they recognize the document, pre-mark the document with an exhibit number, request to publish it. Like Lena Hubbard didn't know how to even be a trial lawyer, like the most basics. And then when Donald Trump tried to like lash out and call the judge a nasty person, Judge Kaplan says, apparently you don't know how to control yourself. And Donald Trump's like, what, you want to kick me out? You're going to kick me out? And the judge is like, you would like to be kicked out right now, but it's just clear to me that you don't know how to control yourself in circumstances like this. You don't know how to conduct yourself in a court of law, Judge Kaplan told Donald Trump.

So then Donald Trump runs, rushes, does this press conference where he attacks the judge. Donald Trump says, frankly, I'm the one, you just heard it at the beginning, who suffered damages. Trump goes, I should be the one who's given money. They should be paying me. I mean, I want you to just think about this for a second. Donald Trump has already been found liable in the trial and the case brought by E. Jean Carroll

based on other defamatory statements and based on Donald Trump's sexual abuse. Trump has been found liable for sexual abuse. Donald Trump has been found, which is the equivalent of rape in the state of New York based on the, it's a technical statute, but Donald Trump's been found liable by a jury. It's been confirmed by the judge. Donald Trump was found liable for defamation. This is the other defamation trial that is now taking place in federal court in New York. And Donald Trump playing the whiny victim here, saying that he should be the one who is awarded money from who? From the victim who you raped? I mean, that's what, this is the leader of the Republican Party?

Are you absolutely, it's horrendous to even see that this is the state of the Republican Party here. Donald Trump attacks the judge, calls the judge a nasty man. Play this clip. Well, thank you very much. So as you know, the first lady's mother passed away. The funeral is tomorrow. And we would have assumed that for a trial like this, it's not an emergency in terms of timing. The judge would have been very nice. Would let me go because I want to be at every trial day because I saw what happened in the first one where I was asked not to go by the lawyers very much.

They said, it's demeaning. There was no evidence. There was no anything. And so I didn't go. And I understood exactly what he meant when he said it was demeaning. There was no reason to go and you shouldn't go. And I decided on this one, same judge, same judge.

He's a radical Trump hater. And I said, I will go to all days. So what happened very terribly is we asked to just delay the trial for one day so I could go to the funeral tomorrow and then we could start Friday or Monday or any time they want. And he said, absolutely not. The trial will go on just as it is. You can go to the funeral or you can go to the trial, but you can't do both. I thought it was terrible.

I thought it was terrible. So he would rather have me miss the funeral or go to the funeral and miss the trial. And that's a nasty man. He's a nasty judge. He's a Trump-hating guy. And it's obvious to everybody in the court. It's a disgrace, frankly, what's happening. It's a nasty judge. He's a Trump hating guy. And it's obvious to everybody in the court. It's a disgrace, frankly, what's happening.

It's a disgrace. Happens to be a Clinton appointment, but I'm sure that has nothing to do with it. So- You know, when Donald Trump said that to the judge's face, Judge Kaplan said, you are incapable of controlling yourself. Sit down.

Here was Donald Trump's summary of what he said went down at the federal trial day two, which was nothing short of both disgraceful and humiliating for both Donald Trump and his completely incompetent lawyer who's setting aside how offensive

and horrendous her opening statement is and the things she's actually saying during her cross-examination of E.G. Carroll, she does not know how to do a trial. She does not know how to admit evidence in a courtroom, or she doesn't know how to even conduct herself in a federal court. And the judge had to take a recess. Judge Kaplan had to say, whoa, whoa, whoa, we're taking a recess. And perhaps Ms. Habba can refresh her recollection about how you introduce evidence in a court of law. But this was Donald Trump's summation. It's rigged. Play this clip.

I'll be leaving for New Hampshire, in other words, right after this. And then as to the trial today, it was a very interesting day. As you probably noticed, it's a big story that the witness today, the person I never knew, I never had anything to do with. It's a totally rigged deal. This whole thing is rigged. Election interference. But this is a person I have no idea until this happened, obviously, I have no idea who she was. And nor could I care less. It's a rigged deal. It's a made-up fabricated story. Well, they found out today that she got rid of a lot of evidence, as you probably noticed. She got rid of massive amounts of evidence. And in addition to that, she had a rifle or a gun,

because she said she bought gun bullets or rifle bullets. And it was the opposite, I guess, of her gun. And was it licensed? No, it wasn't licensed. So I guess she's got a difficult problem. That's going to be her problem. But she has a gun or a rifle. She didn't really explain which. She might have both because she said she bought rifle bullets. So and it's totally unlicensed. So I assume that's a problem. But the judge was protecting her. He didn't want to go there. We don't want to go there. We don't want to go there. We don't want to.

If that were me, it would be a different story. But with her, the judge is totally protective of them. And frankly, anybody in that court would see it. It's frankly, it's a disgrace. That's probably one of the reasons our country is going to hell. And as an actual conservative, Adam Kinzinger had to say, just a constant whiner, bellyaching, weak, sad, and gross victim. That's all Donald Trump is, going around whining and whining and whining. Here's what Kinzinger says. No wonder he got

the table run on him in foreign policy. Such a weak sucker Donald Trump is. He's the weakest person. Who behaves like this? Oh, and by the way, when Donald Trump entered court, he had these really strange lesions or scars or red marks on his hands. There it is. It wasn't there in New Hampshire. There's a picture of New Hampshire.

This is what he looked like when he entered court. We've been digging out some other photos, too. He's got something going on there. Tell me what you think it is in the comments. I don't want to speculate yet, other than to say there should probably be a bandage on that, or if it's some ketchup, he should probably wash his hands. But here's what Donald Trump posted on social media right after day two of trial ended. Trump goes, the judge in the trial that I'm attending today is a totally biased and hostile person. The same judge that we had in the first trial, which my lawyer asked me not to attend because of the fact he thought the case was so ridiculous and demeaning and easy to win to a former president. That's Donald Trump throwing Joe Takapina under the bus. In retrospect, I should have been there to watch how unfair and

partisan this, and he puts in quotes, judge was, attacking the very well-respected Judge Lewis Kaplan. Donald Trump then writes, the whole New York system is rigged against me because of the fact that I'm not only a former Republican president, but also I'm a leading Republican candidate and beating crooked Joe Biden, which you're not, by a lot, which you're not. This case is another example of election interference at a level never seen before. Even E. Jean Carroll's lawyer is a Democrat political operative. And this whole hoax was funded and conceived of by Reid Hoffman, George Conway, and many others in the Democrat system of thugs. I like that. Now George Conway has become a

Democrat for Donald Trump. If you're not a MAGA cult member, that now makes you a Democrat to Donald Trump. And then Trump goes on to say, perhaps a conflict with Carroll's testimony this morning. As you kind of saw Donald Trump talking about things that weren't even admissible as evidence, trying to say that E.G. Carroll had a gun. Don't you like how the MAGA Republicans are now all about responsible gun ownership when they could go after the victim of Donald Trump's rape. They make that a major point right now, which has nothing to do with the underlying trial. And then talking about, again, Alina Habbo was saying how, why would you delete all of the threats? You should say every time someone gives you a death threat or threatens your life, E. Jean Carroll, you need to save these messages. You've destroyed the evidence. You've broken the

law is what Alina Hamba said during trial. And federal judge Lewis Kaplan was like, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, what Alina Hamba saying is not the law. Disregard every single thing that she said. E. Jean Carroll is not supposed to, is under no legal obligation to save every time somebody gives her a death threat or says horrific and horrible things about her and sends her a threatening email. And by the way, if that was an issue, you could have raised that issue at Discovery, Alina Haba, but you are the most incompetent lawyer and don't know what you are doing. Oh, by the way, George Conway responded because now George Conway has a defamation lawsuit that he can bring against Donald Trump. George Conway said, oh, wow.

So now he, Donald Trump, accuses me of perpetuating a hoax. Now I have a libel. Good. Good. Sue him have a libel. Came good. Good. Sue him, George Conway. And this behavior, as the Republican accountability account says, as usual, Trump will blame everyone, everything, including the Democrat system of thugs, except the real source of the problem that Donald Trump is an unhinged, sociopathic, malignant, narcissistic maniac.

A maniac. This isn't a partisan issue. The way Donald Trump is behaving in that press conference, the way he behaves in a courtroom, the fact that he needs to post 30 to 50 times in a day more defamatory statements about a woman he was adjudicated to have raped, that behavior is so utterly reprehensible. Reprehensible. And I, for one, am glad that we have a federal judge in Judge Lewis Kaplan who's actually taking decisive action, calling Trump out and putting Trump in his place where

he belongs in court and calling Alina Haba out fundamentally because she lacks basic competence as a lawyer, not to mention that the things that she says is so utterly, utterly disgusting.
