Starting point is 00:00:00 Wow, so Ghislaine Maxwell has already made a deal with the Trump DOJ to get what's called use immunity, also referred to as proffer immunity. And she was given this immunity deal before the meeting between the Trump DOJ and Ghislaine Maxwell and Ghislaine Maxwell's attorney. This means any of the statements that she made in connection with this meeting, she can't be prosecuted for unless there's some independent evidence outside of these statements that she made. So if she admits to things, if she provides additional incriminating information about herself, whatever it is, she can't be
Starting point is 00:00:47 prosecuted for it. This deal is often referred to as being a king for the day or a queen for a day because you get to talk and they can't prosecute you for what you say. So in other words, the Trump regime just gave a convicted sex trafficker queen for a day treatment. The cover-up is even worse than we previously reported, although not worse than we expected. This is what I've been warning you about. Now, there has not been a deal yet for a pardon or a commutation or a retrial or anything like that, but in my opinion this is the precursor on
Starting point is 00:01:26 the road to giving Ghislaine Maxwell a deal. Just take a look at Katherine Fulders reporting right here. She goes, Ghislaine Maxwell, whose sources told ABC News, initiated meetings with the Department of Justice, answered questions for about nine hours over 2 days after being granted a limited form of immunity, sources tell me, and Aaron Koterski. She goes on to say, The so-called proffer immunity is commonly granted to individuals prosecutors are seeking to make cooperators in a criminal case, but Maxwell has already been tried convicted and sentenced for sex trafficking many
Starting point is 00:02:17 Underage girls so being offered proper immunity or use immunity after you are convicted Sentenced and show no remorse for your sex trafficking is not only highly unusual, it essentially never ever happens. Now, Donald Trump sent his former criminal defense attorney turned number two at the Department of Justice, Todd Blanch, to have this meeting and Blanch gave this immunity on behalf of the Department of Justice to Ghislaine Maxwell over a two-day period in Tallahassee, Florida at the Tallahassee Federal Courthouse. That's where these meetings took place. Ghislaine Maxwell was represented by a lawyer named David Oscar Marcus, who happens to be
Starting point is 00:03:02 good friends with Todd Blanch. I've also heard from my sources in the Florida bar The Florida lawyers tell me that David Oscar Marcus was actually one of the lawyers Trump considered hiring when Trump was Involved in criminal cases against him now our editor-in-chief Ron Philip Kowski writes the following Our editor-in-chief Ron Filipkowski writes the following One minute MAGA is calling for the death penalty for convicted sex traffickers and the next minute they're sitting down and making deals with them Remember Donald Trump's campaign speeches where he would say We want the death penalty for sex traffickers Give them the death penalty
Starting point is 00:03:41 Remember when Donald Trump said that here? Play this clip. And the death penalty for drug dealers and anyone guilty of child or woman sex trafficking, which they are doing at numbers, which are massive. Well, now Donald Trump is giving Delaine Maxwell Queen for a day treatment. She's been given youths immunity. Trump has given immunity to a sex trafficker Over the statements that she's making about what she was involved in at the same time Donald Trump gave interviews earlier in the day where he was not ruling out Pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell. Here's a clip right here where Donald Trump was asked if he would consider
Starting point is 00:04:26 Pardoning her and Donald Trump says I have the power to do it, but I'm not necessarily thinking about it yet. But I could do it if I wanted to. Here, let's play this clip. Would you consider a pardon or a commutation for Elan Maxwell if cooperating with him? It's something I haven't thought about. It's really something. If you recommended it to him.
Starting point is 00:04:42 I'm allowed to do it, but it's something I have not thought about. But you wouldn't rule it out, sir. Why has Mr. President? Now, as our editor-in-chief Ron Filipkowski writes, the amount of time and employee hours and money that the DOJ has spent over the last six months solely devoted to covering up and propagandizing Trump's involvement with Jeffrey Epstein is staggering. And by the way, it seems like we're now about a week away from Donald Trump calling Ghislaine Maxwell a hero, just like he did with the January Sixers who beat up cops while storming the Capitol. So now the MAGA media is trying to make Elaine Maxwell out as a hero, as though she is the victim. She's not the victim. She's the sex trafficker. She sex trafficked the victims.
Starting point is 00:05:33 She was convicted. She had the opportunity during her trial if she wanted to give information then or show remorse. She did not. And one of the locations where she found the underage girls was at Mar-a-Lago, like Virginia Jouffre, who was a towel girl, 17 years old. She was homeless. That was her job, towel girl, to which Ghislaine walked over, found Virginia Jouffre, brought her over to Jeffrey Epstein, and Epstein sex trafficked her
Starting point is 00:05:59 after she was working at Mar-a-Lago as an underage towel girl. So here we have Greg Kelly from Newsmax saying, maybe we got it wrong with Elaine. Maybe she's the good guy in this and maybe the victims are not. What? Here, play this clip.
Starting point is 00:06:16 Let's find out what is this all about? And she's also been subpoenaed by the oversight committee. I think this is great. I do have a feeling that she has been, she just might be a victim. She just might be. There was a rush to judgment. There was a lot of chaos there for a while. All right. Granted, she hung out with Jeffrey Epstein and I know that's apparently not good, but she's in jail for how long now? 20 years, a 20 year sentence. Now let's hear from an actual victim of Jeffrey Epstein, Maria Farmer. Here's what she has to say about Ghislaine Maxwell. Let's play it.
Starting point is 00:06:55 I've never met a more predatory, terrifying human being in my entire life. And neither had Virginia Jafray, and neither has Annie or or Anushka, or many girls like Shontay Davies. There's hundreds of us that were preyed upon by Ghislaine Maxwell. She's a very dangerous person, and she threatened my life on many occasions. I've had to move and be in hiding because of this predatory child predator and just victim predator. So it's completely unacceptable for anyone to call her a victim. The woman is not a victim. She's a victim predator. So it's completely unacceptable for anyone to call her a victim. The woman is not a victim, she's a victimizer. Now folks, the granting of this use immunity, this deal for immunity that was made with
Starting point is 00:07:36 sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell to become the queen for a day and say whatever she wants without getting criminally prosecuted for it. This idea was floated a few days back by Alan Dershowitz, Donald Trump's former lawyer and Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer. Dershowitz got a massage at Epstein's place, although Dershowitz says it happened in his boxer shorts and that he didn't like the massage. But Alan Dershowitz recommended this. Remember I was telling you what the, you go back to the videos, right? Didn't I tell you this is the exact playbook that was going to happen? And you probably were like,
Starting point is 00:08:10 ah, Ben, you're being conspiratorial. They're not gonna go there. But I think I've called every specific move that has occurred thus far. And now we just wait for the commutation and the pardon. The next deal. She's already got the immunity. Now we wait for the pardon and the commutation and the pardon. The next deal. She's already got the immunity. Now we wait for
Starting point is 00:08:25 the pardon and the commutation. Here is Alan Dershowitz a few days back. Let's play. Just because somebody's name is mentioned doesn't really mean very much. Yeah, absolutely. That's always a good caution. You mentioned Ghislaine Maxwell. She's still got an appeal I'm tracking at the Supreme Court. But in the meantime, you suggest she should be potentially offered congressional immunity to go and testify. Do you think that would happen? And what kind of information would she have that we haven't seen? She knows everything. She is the Rosetta Stone. She knows everything. She arranged every single trip with everybody. She knows everything. And if she were just given use of immunity, she could be compelled to testify. I'm told that she actually would be willing to testify.
Starting point is 00:09:07 And there'd be no reason for her to withhold any information. So I don't see any negative in giving her the kind of use immunity that would compel her to testify. Again, just to remind you of Alan Dershowitz's background, in addition to being Trump's lawyer and Epstein's lawyer, here he talks about the massage that he got at Epstein's. Play this clip. I never saw a young underage woman. Yet Epstein's former butler swore under oath that Dershowitz was at Epstein's residences. At the same time, underage girls were there.
Starting point is 00:09:38 Were there young women in another part of the house giving massages when I wasn't around? I have no idea of that." Dershowitz did say he once received a massage at Epstein's mansion, but from an adult woman. I kept my underwear on during the massage. I don't like massages particularly. Bob Norman, Local 10 News. Alright, now after the meeting between Ghislaine Maxwell and Donald Trump's former criminal defense attorney who now represents the Department of Justice and gave Ghislaine Maxwell use immunity, queen for a day treatment, here's how Fox reported it about how this was a pretty big day for Ghislaine, some breakthrough moments for her, very productive and she's angling
Starting point is 00:10:20 for a pardon. That's how it's being talked about on Fox. Here, let's play this clip. He's got the latest from Washington for us. So David, what else did Maxwell's attorney say? Well, he said a lot. We wish we could be in and hear what was said in the actual meeting. This meeting was a lot shorter than it was yesterday,
Starting point is 00:10:37 but this was a two-day event. The highlight though, it appears that her team wants a pardon, watch. We're gonna take one day at a time. I know that's very cliche, but it's true because things are happening so quickly. We haven't spoken to the president or anybody about a pardon just yet. And, and, you know, listen, the president this morning said he had the power to do so. We hope he exercises that power in the right and just way. Now it should also be noted that Donald Trump's DOJ lawyer
Starting point is 00:11:09 slash former criminal defense lawyer, Todd Blanch and Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyer, David Oscar Marcus, very chummy close friends. Here they are on each other's podcasts. Here play this clip right here. But David, in all seriousness to you, I know a lot of people that have worked with you and a lot of people who know you very well.

One of them is named Jessica Reed Krause.
Starting point is 00:12:49 She was there in February with the Epstein Phase 1 binders when more was supposed to be released, but it wasn't and we pointed out that she was a free-ghee-lane advocate. Well, Jessica Reed Krause says that lots of people at the White House were reaching out to her, really top-level people, to ask her for her advice as the leader of the Free Ghislaine movement about what she should do and how to treat Ghislaine and what the White House should do, etc. Now, when Donald Trump landed in Scotland, he was asked what he was hoping that Blanche gets out of Ghislaine Maxwell, and here is what he said. Let's play this clip. What do you think about Blanche interviewing Delaine Maxwell? What do you think they get out of that?
Starting point is 00:13:30 I really have no, really nothing to say about it. She is being talked to by a very smart man, by a very good man Todd Blanche. And I don't know anything about the conversation I haven't really been following it a lot of people are asking me about pardons obviously this is no time to be talking about pardons but a lot of people have asked about pardon this is just not a time to be talking about pardons a Todd will come back with whatever he's got you make're making a very big thing over something that's not a big thing. You should be talking about, if you're gonna talk about that,
Starting point is 00:14:09 talk about Clinton, talk about the former president of Harvard, talk about all of his friends, talk about the hedge fund guys that were with him all the time. Don't talk about Trump. What you should be talking about is the fact that we have the greatest six months in the history of a presidency
Starting point is 00:14:26 according to a lot of people. And we had an amazing six months. And this is sort of an example of it. Now we're meeting with the European Union. Having... we're also meeting with, as you know, the head of UK. So you heard what he said. He says over there that what he'd like to get out of it is don't talk about Trump, talk about Clinton,
Starting point is 00:14:51 talk about Larry Sumner, the former president of Harvard. And so what do they want to get out of Elaine? Give her use some immunity, which they did. Have her mention all of these other people, then try to distract us by saying, here are all the other people that Epstein was involved in But then say it wasn't Trump all these other people were more important I mean, that's that's what they're doing in plain view
Starting point is 00:15:13 I mean, isn't it so obvious and then she'll get a pardon or a commutation or something like that a sex trafficker Donald Trump was asked when he landed in Scotland if he was ever briefed about his name being the in the Epstein files And he said no we know that he's lying. They were here play this clip No, I was never One more clip right here of Maria farmers she's outra's outraged. She's a victim of Epstein. She's rightfully outraged. She's like, why are you treating Ghislaine Maxwell like the victim? Why are you reaching out to her? Why don't you speak to the victims like me and other victims here play this clip?
Starting point is 00:15:58 And that's a fact. And those same Republicans want to entertain Ghislaine Maxwell like Tim Burchett wants to entertain her and flash her around and act like we victims should not be heard from. He didn't want to speak to me. He wanted to speak to Ghislaine and give her a voice in an audience. And my little sister is one of her victims and so am I. So here's the thing. The Department of Justice did reach out to Ghislaine Maxwell years ago to prosecute her. Ghislaine Maxwell showed zero remorse. I have the sentencing memo from the government back from 2022. Ghislaine Maxwell played, this is what the DOJ wrote, Donald Trump fired the lawyer who wrote this, Maureen Comey, the lead sex trafficking prosecutor got fired while Ghislaine Maxwell is being
Starting point is 00:16:41 given queen for a day treatment. Ghislaine Maxwell played an instrumental role in the horrific sexual abuse of multiple young teenage girls. As part of a disturbing agreement with Jeffrey Epstein, Maxwell identified, groomed, and abused multiple victims while she enjoyed a life of extraordinary luxury and privilege. In her wake, Maxwell left her victims permanently scarred with emotional and psychological injuries. The damage can never be undone, but it can be accounted for in crafting a just sentence for Maxwell's crimes. Taken together with defendant's perjury and her civil deposition, her lies to pretrial
Starting point is 00:17:16 services and her blatant lies about her own weight while in the Bureau of Prison's custody, the court can fairly reject many of the defendant's complaints about her conditions of confinement. Simply put, the defendant, Ghislaine Maxwell, lies when it suits her. Then it goes on to talk about, if anything stands out from defendant's sentencing submissions, it's her complete failure to address her offense conduct and her utter lack of remorse. I leave you with that. And this is who Trump just made a deal with to give immunity to for other crimes that she talks about
Starting point is 00:17:52 now that she's been given queen for a day status, what's called use immunity or proffer immunity. Horrific, horrific, horrific. Hit subscribe, let's get to six million.
