Trump is ranting and raving like a lunatic again, accepting offers that aren't even being made to him as he tries to wiggle out of the debates on CNN and ABC that he previously agreed to. As I predicted, I think there's almost no chance Donald Trump ends up showing up to any of those debates. And let's recall in 2020, it was Donald Trump after losing two debates was the one who pulled out of the third debate. Here's what Donald Trump just posted. He writes, On behalf of the future vice president of the United States, who I have not yet chosen, we hereby accept the Fox vice presidential debate,

hopefully at Virginia State University, the first historically black college or university to host a debate, date to be determined. I urge Vice President Kamala Harris to agree to this, make America great again. As we previously said, there are two debates. Donald Trump said he'll debate anywhere, anytime, anyplace. There's a CNN debate. There's an ABC debate. Donald Trump's locked in. He's agreed to it. But as we know, that's what he says about everything. I'm going to do this and I don't do it. I'm going to justify. And then he comes up with some excuse. So by accepting offers that are not even on the table or by making deals that aren't on the table, we all know what Trump's going to do.

And he's going to say, well, I'm pulling out of the CNN debate and the ABC debate because you aren't agreeing to these and it's all rigged and it's all unfair. Look, Fox should never be hosting any debates. They are a political arm, a la the propaganda networks in North Korea and Russia and elsewhere. They're the propaganda arm for Donald Trump. It's weird. It's un-American. They're quite literally co-conspirators. We have their text messages in the Dominion case where they settled for nearly $800 million, where they admit to doing all the bidding of Donald Trump and that that's what their job is, not to tell the news, but to do the bidding of Donald Trump. As Ron Filipkowski, our editor-in-chief, writes,

Fox was a co-conspirator in Trump's attempt to overturn the 2020 election. Their hosts conspire behind the scenes with Trump's campaign in court cases and elections. They are not legitimate news organizations. They are part of Donald Trump's campaign. Donald Trump says, "'Please let this truth serve to represent that I hereby accept debating crooked Joe Biden on Fox News. The date will be Wednesday, October 2nd. The hosts will be

Brett Baer and Martha McCallum. Thank you, DJT. Okay, once again, that ain't happening. As our editor-in-chief, Ron Filipkowski, writes, not happening. Fox dedicated their network to undermining and destabilizing our constitutional republic by airing conspiracies and conspiracy theorists after 2020, resulting in a $787 million settlement. And it shows they are not a legitimate news organization. Pound sand. With Fox hosts attending his trials, coordinating with Trump to circumvent his gag order, providing multiple primetime free infomercials for Trump, Hannity conspiring behind the scenes to cover up Trump's crimes with witness tampering. Fox is part of the Trump campaign and is not neutral. That is very, very clear. And then later in the afternoon, Donald

Trump claimed to accept another debate offer that is not even on the table. As the Patriot Takes account said, this is just so pathetic. Trump got outmaneuvered in the debate agreement and is now trying to overcompensate by creating additional debates. Here's what Trump writes. I have accepted a fourth presidential debate against Crooked Joe Biden,

this time with NBC and Telemundo. It is important as Republicans that we win with our great Hispanic community, who Biden has devastated with crippling inflation, high gas prices, crime in our streets, and border chaos. This fourth debate will go along with our previously accepted presidential debates on CNN, ABC, and Fox. This is all in addition to our accepting an invitation from Brett Baer and Martha McCallum of Fox News to host the vice presidential debate at Virginia State University or another venue in Virginia to

be named later. These are the debates that voters have been asking for and these are the debates that voters will get. Again, it's not on the table, Donald. You're just ranting and raving like a lunatic now. There are two debates. You agree to them. That's it. But you know what Trump's going to do? He's going to blame this and say, this is why he's going to back out of the other debates. Watch. He's just setting this up. This is what he does. He is the biggest scam artist, frankly, in the history of mankind, basically. By the way, here's what Donald Trump's also been posting.

And by the way, there are many messages like this. I'm just showing you the lowlights. There's no highlights. There's all lowlights. I'm just showing you a sample. Trump writes, Soros-backed DA Alvin Bragg, who never wanted to bring the witch hunt case against me in the first place, is going to drop this ridiculous and very unpatriotic case in order to save lots of money and also the self-respect of his once revered office. He would then be able to focus on violent

crime, which is running rampant and totally out of control in New York. The dilemma is and always has been the Trump hating appointed in 2009 and still acting Judge Juan Merchan, who would be confronted with the problem of how he would explain this Trump loss to the radical left Democrats to whom he owes so much. so used to seeing in authoritarian regimes, it's just so utterly disgusting. Alvin Bragg isn't dropping the case. Justice Mershon is a very fair, a very neutral judge. He's made numerous favorable rulings to Donald Trump. He's excluded what I thought was some important evidence like Allen Weisselberg's severance agreement. He's excluded the Access Hollywood tapes themselves. He's excluded a lot of information the district attorneys wanted. He's been very neutral. Trump's violated the gag order 10 times. Justice Merchant should have thrown Donald Trump in jail right away for one violation.

He has not. Frankly, Justice Merchant has bent over backwards for Donald Trump and has been entirely neutral in this, despite the fact that Trump has sent all of his goons, MAGA Republican Congress members showing up as Hakeem Jeffries refers to them as the Red Tie Brigade. They show up at the criminal trial and attack the judge's daughter. They spend our taxpayer money showing up at Trump's hush money payment case and attack a judge's daughter. And then Trump says, how is Justice Merchant going to explain this to radical left Democrats? Justice Merchant's not a radical left Democrat. He is a well-respected criminal judge. And then these MAGA Republicans hoist up judges like Judge Eileen Cannon. It is

utterly, utterly pathetic. Look, there's so many examples, though, of Donald Trump saying he's going to do something and then he doesn't do it. Donald Trump said he was going to testify at the criminal trial, right? Like he says he's going to testify at all of the trials. don't he doesn't it's all part of his scam this is when he said he was going to testify play this clip you're going to testify yeah i would testify absolutely it's a scam it's a scam that's not a trail that's not a trend that's a scam if you read jonathan terley if you read andy mccarthy if you lee read the legal they said there's not a trend. That's a scam. If you read Jonathan Turley, if you read Andy McCarthy, if you read the legal, they said there's not even a case there. That's and then his right wing cult and the right wing media then goes, this is great.

He's going to testify. He's so powerful. He's so strong. Remember, I could show you dozens of clips like this. I'll just show you one. Play this clip. One thing I am glad about as he was leaving court the other day. He said yes, I will testify now Most defense attorneys would say no. No, no, no, no, no, but in this case brian It's the right thing to do and i'll tell you why because everything is stacked against him the judge the jurors It is he will never get a fair trial This is their only chance at a true conviction The man wants to get up there look those jurors in the eyes and fight that's what he does and

he's not going to go quietly and he shouldn't he's going to get up there say what he has to say fight till his very last breath but that is the right thing to do because he is being and then he comes up with excuses he blames the gag order, which involves extrajudicial statements that he's not allowed to make to threaten just the judge's daughter, witnesses, and the jury. Extrajudicial out of court? You know, you just can't attack the judge's family. The mafia doesn't even do that. You can't attack the district attorney's family and you can't attack jurors. You can't control yourself to do those things. You need to bring in MAGA Republican Congress members to do that for you. How sickening.

How pathetic. But Trump comes up with excuses and then goes, ah, it's the gag order why I can't testify. The gag order is preventing me. Play this clip. What do you think about the gag order? Well, I'm not allowed to testify. I'm under a gag order. I guess I can't even testify. Now we're going to be appealing the gag order. I'd love to answer that question. It's a very easy question.

The easiest question so far. But I'm not allowed to testify because this judge who's totally conflicted has me under an unconstitutional gag order. Nobody's ever had that before. And we don't like it, and it's not fair. Other people are allowed to do whatever they want to us, and I'm not allowed as a presidential candidate, the leading candidate, the Republican Party nominee,

and the one who's leading Biden by a lot. I'm not allowed to talk. There's never been any abuse like this before. This conflicted judge ought to get out of this case. He should not be having this case. He gives us nothing. It's such a rigged court. So I'm not allowed to testify because of an unconstitutional gag order. We're appealing the gag order and let's see what happens. Thank you very much. And then just like in all of the other cases, I don't need to show you the clips. You know they exist where Alina Haba says Donald Trump's going to be testifying. He's going to

testify powerfully at the E. Jean Carroll case. He don't. He goes to Scotland. He doesn't. He goes to Scotland and Ireland. And then when he's asked, are you going to show up? He goes, I'm going to have to go back. He's overseas. He goes, I'm going to have to go back and confront her. Then the judge asks Trump's lawyer, Takapina, hey, is he coming back to the trial? No, no, no. He just says things.

You know what? I have to deal with, Judge. You've got that. Trump said he was going to show up to the January 6th committee hearings and testify. He didn't do that. He said he would going to show up to the January 6th committee hearings and testify. He didn't do that. He said he would testify on direct examination. He and Eric in the civil fraud case, they did not. More scams, more lies.

And on Monday, Donald Trump's going to be asked, most likely by Justice Merchant, are you going to take the stand? And the answer is, no, we're not going to take the stand. And then he's going to say the reason he didn't take the stand is because it's a kangaroo court. It's a banana republic. It's a witch hunt. It's rigged. Right. That's what he's going to say. It's what he's saying about he's already starting to go there on the debates. They're rigged, they're unfair. He has Lara Trump, the head of the RNC, already saying that the debates he agreed to is unfair. Play this clip.

Not less, and you're right. It's rigged so heavily in Joe Biden's favor, but everything always is. So we've seen this script before with him. Whiny, whiny scams over and over again. They want to overwhelm you. They want you to tap out. They want you to say, there's nothing I can do with these people. It's overwhelming. Don't feel that way. When you feel that way, just take a few personal days. Take some time off for yourself. It's understandable to feel overwhelmed by the constant push of fascism and corporate media's inability to meet the moment. But you're your own best advocate.

You're the change that you've been looking for. It's you. So if you ever feel overwhelmed by all, it's all right. Take some time for yourself. Focus on your own mental health.
