That's essentially what Donald Trump is posting on Sunday night as we are just moments away from getting the ruling on Donald Trump's claim that he can order SEAL Team 6 or the military to kill his political opponents, to massacre opposing political parties, and that he should have absolute immunity if he orders SEAL Team 6 or the military to do that. Donald Trump posted the following on Sunday, less than 24 hours before we get the absolute

immunity ruling. And this is the message that he gives to the Supreme Court and his appointees. He goes, without presidential immunity, a president of the United States literally could not function. Not sure he knows what literally means. It should be a strong immunity, and he puts that in caps, where proper decisions can be made, where our country can be powerful and thrive, and where opponents can hold up and extort a future president for political gain.

It is a big decision, an important decision, a decision which can affect the success or failure of our country for decades to come. We want a great country, not a weak, withering, and ineffective one. Strong presidential immunity is a must. And to be clear, he means that he can order the military to kill his political opponents and that he should receive immunity for that. That's what his lawyers argued at the district court level, at the Court of Appeals, and before the Supreme Court.

We have audio of it. And let's be very, very clear that our country was founded on a rejection of monarchs, of a rejection of authoritarians, of a rejection of kings, on the principle that no one is above the law. As I hear Donald Trump and his lawyers argue that he should be able to order the military to assassinate political opponents who he refers to throughout all of his posts as vermin and rats and all of the things he calls them and that this is something the Supreme Court took up. What are we talking about here, folks? That's what's on the line in 2024 with this election. To be clear, these are life or death issues. And just so you know, here's how Donald Trump's been talking about this in recent speeches

that he's been giving. So he compared the type of immunity that he believes that he should have as being the same thing as what he claims the immunity that rogue or bad cops get, or that rogue pedo priests get. That's what he says in his own words. Listen to what he says. By the way, I think pedo priests and rogue cops get immunity. I know, I think Trump wants to give rogue cops and pedo priests immunity. Why would you give them, why would you give bad apples immunity? Here, play this clip.

But it's a little bit like the police. So you have a rogue cop. You know what a rogue cop is? Very seldom, but you have bad people. You have people no matter where, no matter what. In the church, you have some people that aren't so good, right? But you have a rogue cop or a bad apple, whatever. And what they do is they make it so that you catch,

so that it can't happen. And therefore, everyone else is allowed to commit crimes, murders, like at levels that we've never seen before. No, we're going to have to do this. Immunity for the president. If you have a president that doesn't have immunity, he's never going to be free to do anything because the opposing party will always indict him as soon as he leaves the White House. And you can't let that happen. You can't. You take away all of the power of the presidency. It'll be a different country. So hope. And just so you see that this is part of the speech that he's been giving all the time

as part of his campaign speech, he goes out and says this, let me just show you. And I could show you every speech that he gives because he says this. And literally, I'll use the word literally, right? Because it actually isn't everyone. Here's because he says this and literally i'll use the word literally right because it actually isn't everyone here's what he says in another speech just so you can see this is what he always says here play the clip go back to being a country of law and order have to do it and you will have very seldom but you will have the rogue, we call it the rogue cop, the bad apple, and perhaps you'll have that also with president. But there's nothing you can do about that. You're going to have to give the president, you're going to have to allow a president,

any president to have immunity so that that president can act and do what he feels and what his group of advisors feel is the absolute right thing. Otherwise, you're going to have presidents that are totally impotent. And we've had enough of them already. We've had enough of them already. So having immunity is so important. And I hope the Supreme Court has the courage to do that, because otherwise you're just not going to be in a very strong position very long. It'll totally change our country, in my opinion. I did a whole other video of all of the posts Trump's been making, where he posts the QAnon stuff, calls for military tribunals against Liz Cheney to be broadcast also on live TV. And then he claims he should get absolute immunity for that. That's not going to make the New York Times. CNN ain't going to write about that. Not going to make MSNBC. No, it's not going to make ABC. They're not going to talk about that. But God forbid President Biden stutters. God forbid President Biden at 81 years old isn't as sharp as a debater as he was

five years ago. Let's do 100 op-eds on that. but I digress. Let me show you right here, though, too, just so you can hear for yourself the argument that Trump's lawyer made before the Supreme Court. This is Donald Trump's lawyer, John Sauer, responding to Justice Sotomayor when she asked him, so to be clear, if a president decides that his rival should be killed by the military, is that within the official acts that the president should have immunity for? To which Trump's lawyer, John Sauer, responds, yes, that could well fall within the official acts. Play this clip. It can be alleged, but it has to be proven. Malum in se is a concept long viewed as appropriate in law, that there's some things

that are so fundamentally evil that they have to be protected against. Now, I think and your answer below I'm going to give you a chance to say if you stay by it if the president decides that his rival is a corrupt person and he orders the military or orders someone to assassinate him is that within his official acts that for which he can get immunity it would depend on the hypothetical but we can see that could well be an official they could and why because he's doing it for personal reasons he's not doing it at like president obama is alleged to have done it to protect the country from a terrorist he's doing it for personal gain and isn't that the nature of the allegations here that he's not doing them doing these acts in furtherance of an official responsibility he's doing it for personal gain. I agree with that characterization of the indictment, and that confirms immunity.

Because the characterization is that there's a series of official acts that were done for an awful lot of money. No, because immunity says, even if you did it for personal gain, we won't hold you responsible. What do you, how could that be? That's an extremely strong doctrine in this court's case law in cases like Fitzgerald. Well, we go back to Justice Thomas's question, which- And from that same oral argument before the Supreme Court, then Justice Sotomayor says, so do you think that a president can create fraudulent elector slates and get absolute immunity for fraudulent elector slates? To which John Sauer, Trump's lawyer, goes, absolutely. Play this clip.

Play it to the allegations here. What is plausible about the president assisting in creating a fraudulent slate of electoral candidates. Assuming you accept the facts of the complaint on their face, is that plausible that that would be within his right to do? Absolutely, Your Honor. We have the historical precedent we cite in the lower courts of President Grant sending federal troops to Louisiana and Mississippi in 1876 to make sure that the republican electors got certified in those two cases which delivered the election

to Rutherford B Hayes the notion that it's completely implausible I think just can't be supported based on the face of this indictment or even knowing that the slate is fake knowing that the slate is fake that they weren't actually elected that they weren't certified by the state he knows all those things the indictment itself alleges i dispute that characterization the the indictment affixes the word label to the so-called fraudulent lectures it pictures the word fraudulent but that's a complete mischaracterization on the face of the indictment it appears that there was no deceit about who had emerged from the relevant state conventions and this was being done as an alternative basis. But I wanna-

Or how about when Donald Trump was asked at a press conference recently, do you agree with your lawyers that you can order SEAL Team 6? And Donald Trump doesn't deny it. Here, play this clip. If you agree with your lawyers what they said on Tuesday, that you should not be prosecuted or could not be prosecuted if you ordered Zeal T6 to kill a political. Well, you're talking about a totally different case, the immunity. I say this, on immunity, very simple. If a president of the United States does not have immunity, he'll be totally ineffective because he won't be able to do anything because it will mean he'll be prosecuted, strongly prosecuted, perhaps, as soon as he leaves office by his by the opposing party.

And I could show you all the other posts like this because Trump's posted hundreds of posts sending messages to the Supreme Court telling them to do what he wants them to do. Come on. Come on, America. For real, we're so much better than, what are we doing? What in the world is this? We are a country of laws. We are a country of law and order, a country of absolute immunity of dictators. This is America. This is the United States of America. That's why it is so important that we all spread this message.
