I don't know about you, but I prefer presidents who don't get cease and desist letters from guitar companies who allege that said presidents are copying their intellectual property in selling scammy guitars to grift off of supporters. Like, do you ever think I had to say that in a sentence? Well, now I do. The Gibson Guitar Company has sent a cease and desist letter to Donald Trump and his

various corporations because Donald Trump announced earlier last week that he was selling Trump guitars at trumpguitars.com, except when you look at the guitars, they look awfully similar to the Les Paul guitars, which is a trademarked and patented guitar by the Gibson Guitar Company. Donald Trump is holding what looks to be a Gibson guitar, not his own unique guitar, and Gibson owns that design. Now, when we reported on Donald Trump's grift of selling this guitar, one of the things we pointed out is we always look at the frequently asked questions section of all of the Trump grifts because they all kind of have the commonality. The things that he's selling, what he licenses his name, image, and likeness for, it's usually AI images of things that are not even manufactured yet. And so when you look at

the frequently asked question section, it often says it'll arrive in five to six months, the product from when you buy it. And then it says that the product you receive may look nothing like the photo in the picture of the thing that you're buying. It says that the object, whether it's the watches, the guitars, whatever it is, the sneakers, it says it's for illustrative purposes. It's just demonstrative. It's not actually the product that you'll receive. So when Donald Trump was selling $100,000 watches, some others were like $10,000, $50,000.

The high-end ones were $100,000. Turns out a lot of these parts look like they were, the AI parts were manufactured in China. It turns out that it's not even the product that you may receive, that people are paying $100,000 for. One of the things we pointed out there is hypothetically that could be used

as a money laundering scam. Who the hell's paying $100,000 for a watch that they've never seen what it looks like before? Well, now with the Trump guitars, the Gibson company, let me give you just the legal explanation here as well. They are duty bound. When you control a trademark, you have to defend your mark. You have no choice because Gibson is involved in litigation with lots of other people who try to steal its trademarks. And if you don't enforce your trademark, if you don't send a cease and desist and try to sue Donald Trump, then other companies can allege that because you're not defending your trademark, that they can steal your design.

So Gibson's forced actually to send, under the law, to send the cease and desist and pursue legal action against Donald Trump. So they sent the cease and desist. They said in the cease and desist letter, your guitar is the Gibson design. It has the same curvature as Gibson. We control that trademark. You can't do that. And of course, there's no response from Donald Trump because it's not a real thing. They're doing AI photos right there. And I just want to reflect right now on a few things here. Take a look at these other Trump grifts that are taking place right now. And to me, this is just, it is shameful on so many different levels. But, you know, this is the person who has access to the nuclear codes. This is the person who's making life or death decisions for our lives now, can't even sell a

freaking guitar correctly. Why is he even selling guitars in the first place? What are you trying to, you know, selling guitars for $1,500, $3,000? What are you doing? But it's that same kind of scammy scheme where you make them in AI and then they arrive like six months later after the fact. So this is get Trump sneakers. I told you the watches he's selling for $100,000. And at the same time that he's selling the watches, same day as the $100,000 watches, you have Melania saying, wow, I see it. The record speaks for itself. The country is suffering. People are not able to buy usual necessities for their family. We have wars. You're selling a $100,000 freaking AI watch right there. And folks, as Donald Trump's getting cease and desist letters for allegedly using the

Gibson trademark for how they structure their guitar, Donald Trump's taking to social media posting, I'm going to charge Canada and Mexico with a tariff, 25%. I'm going to charge them. I'm going to charge China with an additional 10%. I mean, you're going to charge them. That's what somebody who rips off intellectual property of guitar companies and sells AI guitars. That's how they think about what tariffs are. You ain't charging Canada, Mexico, or China with your tariffs. That's not the way tariffs work. You're charging American companies a tax, which the American companies pass on to consumers. That's why Walmart and all the American companies say the American consumer prices are going up, up, up, up because of Trump tariffs.

That's the way tariffs work. Gibson guitars that are AI generated and has to get cease and desist letters from a guitar company while he's the president. That may be the outcome that you get right there. Or how about Donald Trump now having to confront the H5N1 avian flu mutation, right? How about that? It's going to say like a miracle, it's all going to go away. Is he going to say, I'll get back to you in five to six months. Just like my guitars, I'll get back. I'm going to go golfing, me and Elon Musk. We're going to talk about doge. We're going to do doge stuff, whatever the heck that means. We're going to do doge billionaire stuff. That's what we're doing.

Screw you, Americans. That's what they are doing right now. So, yeah, he gets the cease and desist. But there's a broader issue here. Now, if you're okay with this, if you go, well, Ben, he's owning the libs. You seem triggered. He's owning the libs with fake $2 bills with his face on it, $100,000 watches, figurines. That's how you own the libs, Ben. Okay. Okay, you've owned. So you've owned the libs. Now what? Now can we focus on actually making sure Americans can get

their healthcare and prescription drug prices are lower? Can we make sure that our economy is on the trajectory, frankly, that President Biden put it in, which was one of success that now Donald Trump is screwing up? Can we not saddle us with trillions of dollars in debt that Donald Trump is already setting the groundwork for? Can we not do bloody mass deportations and send the freaking United States military through the streets of we the people, rounding up people and knocking on doors? Or should we just sell NFTs?
