So in between Donald Trump making posts like this, where he said, President Biden is quote jacked up on cocaine and demands President Biden be drug tested before agreeing to debate President Biden. Again, obviously Donald Trump terrified to debate. And I predicted, I doubt Donald Trump is ever going to debate. And in between Donald Trump making posts like this,

where he compares himself to Jesus, Trump shares a Trump Miracle List article comparing himself to a resurrected Jesus. And the article Trump shared says, quote, Jesus Christ rose on Easter week, but this year, so did President Donald J. Trump. In between posting things like that, Donald Trump goes, you know what? I'm going to make a video of myself bragging about how I overturned Roe v. Wade and how I want to make sure that all of those state laws that are in place that have basically taken away women's reproductive rights in totality remain on the books. I'll show you that just to remind you.

But what happened 24 hours later from Donald Trump making his announcement on women's reproductive rights? Well, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled that an 1864 law is valid that criminalized abortion by making it a felony punishable by two to five years in prison for anyone who performs or helps a woman obtain an abortion. Quote, the decision which could shutter abortion clinics in the state effectively undoes a lower court's ruling that stated a more recent 15-week ban for March 2022 superseded the 1864 law. By the way, this was the Speaker of the House of Arizona when their abortion law was passed, which is now in effect. Three days after the legislative session ended, William Claude Jones, the Speaker of the House who's responsible for the 1864 law that now makes it a crime for women and their doctors to seek reproductive care, married a 15-year-old girl.

He was 49. From the grave, he has decided reproductive rights for women in Arizona, but I guess he fits right along well in Arizona. This was the video that Donald Trump made of himself, the first one, bragging about overturning Roe v. Wade. Let's play the clip. Many people have asked me what my position is on abortion and abortion rights, especially since I was proudly the person responsible for the ending of something that all legal scholars, both sides wanted and in fact demanded be ended. Roe v. Wade. They wanted it ended. Then in this next video, Donald Trump saying the states are the ones to decide. The states are the ones to decide. And so the state of Arizona, now that Roe v. Wade has been overturned,

just like in Alabama, the Supreme Court basically took away women's IVF rights or parents' IVF rights or the rights to utilize IVF treatments, are now saying that it is a felony right here. Here's Donald Trump talking about it being states' rights. Play this clip. My view is now that we have abortion where everybody wanted it from a legal standpoint, the states will determine by vote or legislation or perhaps both, and whatever they decide must be the law of the land, in this case, the law of the state. Many states will be different. Many will have a different number of weeks, or some will have more conservative than others, and that's what they will be. At the end of the day, this is all about the will of the people. You must follow your heart or, in many cases, your religion or your faith. Do what's right for your family and do what's right for yourself.

Do what's right for your children. Do what's right for our country and vote. And so now you have people in Arizona, like Carrie Lake and others, claiming that she opposes the Arizona Supreme Court decision. She says she put out a whole statement that she disagrees with what the Arizona Supreme Court decision. She says she put out a whole statement that she disagrees with what the Arizona Supreme Court did. But here's the thing, folks, MAGA lies about everything. There's nothing that they say that's ever true. So we at the Midas Touch Network found a video of Carrie Lake from a debate performance that she did

in 2022 when running for governor. And in this debate, she talked about that here's the big problem. She said the exact opposite repeatedly when she ran for governor in 2022. During the 2022 debate, Lake said that she hoped that the Supreme Court would do the right thing and overturn Roe. She then talked about what would happen next in Arizona if that happened. Let's play the clip. Obviously, I think Roe v. Wade should be overturned. And I think the Supreme Court, I have a good feeling that they're going to do the right thing this time.

And again, I'll echo what Steve just said. We have a great law on the books right now. If that happens, we will be a state where we will not be taking the lives of our unborn anymore. Here's the main page on Fox News. Arizona Supreme Court upholds near total abortion ban. The court ruled 4-2 Tuesday to uphold pre-statehood abortion law. And the Biden-Harris campaign pointed out, Fox News puts Trump's face next to headline of Arizona's Supreme Court upholding near total abortion ban from 1864, as they should. The former Arizona governor tried to gaslight everybody. Doug Ducey claimed, I signed a 15-week law as

governor because it is a thoughtful conservative policy and an approach to this very sensitive issue that Arizonans can actually agree on. The ruling today is not the outcome I would have preferred. Really? Really? As Barry Markson, a radio host out there, points out, with all respect, Governor, the 2022 law you signed stated clearly that if Roe v. Wade was overturned, the 2022 law would go away in favor of the 1864 law. That language is clear in the bill, and you signed it. You and the Republican MAGA legislature wanted to ban all abortions. Republicans didn't realize the political ramifications of taking away a right women had for 50 years.

Now you know. So suddenly it's, quote, let's heed the will of the people. Funny how Republicans weren't heeding the will of the people in 2022, just the will of your extreme base. You could have stopped this yourself by vetoing the 2022 bill, but you would never do that because you didn't want to be the Republican governor who vetoed a more restrictive abortion bill. Now you and the rest of the Republican Party get to reap what you sowed.

Peter Henline says, LOL, Carrie Lake opposing the Arizona Supreme Court decision today is basically her saying, quote,

Hey, you know all that stuff I just said? I didn't mean it. It doesn't matter what your positions are. Lake is one of the biggest frauds in politics today. Nothing that she says means anything. And I think that actually goes for all MAGA Republicans. By the way, I shared this video, this new ad that President Biden put out because it was so compelling. And let me just share it with you again. It's about the couple Josh and Amanda expecting their first baby, but then Amanda had a miscarriage at 18 weeks and Amanda was denied standard medical care to prevent infection. The standard medical care was an abortion. Doctors were forced to send her home three days later.

Amanda was in the ICU with sepsis. She almost died twice. The infection caused so much damage. Amanda may never be able to get pregnant again. Let me share. It's probably the most powerful ad so far of the election season. It's powerful because it's about the story of this family, but also of what women are going through and families are now going

through across this country because of Donald Trump appointing Supreme Court justices who overturned Roe v. Wade. Let me play this clip. This is one of our willow boxes. This is just filled with some of the things that we had started gathering for her while I was pregnant. Yep. Here's her little baby book. This is the outfit that she was going to maybe wear home from the hospital. All of these. This is...

the blanket that she was in. Um, this is... the blanket that she was in. And these are her little footprints. It's okay. I'm Joe Biden and I approve this message. If you'll allow me to share this story with you as well, this is someone named Laura who was kind enough and courageous enough to share this story with us at the Midas Touch Network. And I would like to share it with you. And there have been so many people who have been sharing their stories as well. And it is something that really touches my heart. And I want to make sure that everybody can hear what she has to say.

Here it is. Laura says, I miscarried and want to explain a bit more to help some people understand Amanda's situation from the President Biden ad. After a miscarriage, you have to have a procedure called the DNC, which makes sure there's no leftover placenta or a piece of embryo inside the mother. A DNC is categorized as an abortion. Without it, any remnant of the miscarriage can cause an infection and be deadly. When this happens, it frequently turns into sepsis and the mother can die. Procedures called abortions don't always end pregnancies. Sometimes they

prevent a woman from infection and a possible loss of her life after she has lost her pregnancy. Nearly all women miscarry at some point, some multiple times. Anti-abortion laws are preventing women who miscarry from getting life-saving care through a treatment needed, whether you're Democrat or Republican, pro-choice or anti-choice. Powerful. And then I had hundreds and perhaps even thousands of women who shared similar stories to that. This is about Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans taking away reproductive rights and health care rights, stepping in between a woman and her doctor.

Here's Donald Trump saying that women should be punished who seek abortion care. Play this clip. Do you believe in punishment for abortion? Yes or no? As a principle. The answer is that there has to be some form of punishment. For the woman? Yeah, there has to be some form. And here's Donald Trump from the video that he recorded. And then 24 hours later, the Arizona Supreme Court made its ruling. But here's Donald Trump thanking each of the Supreme Court justices who took away women's reproductive rights after most of them, when they were before the Senate, lied to the Senate and committed perjury and said they wouldn't overturn Roe v. Wade and then did. Play the clip.

I want to thank the six justices, Chief Justice John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, and Neil Gorsuch, incredible people, for having the courage to allow this long-term, hard-fought battle to finally end. Well, there you have it, folks. We will keep you updated as we learn more. But the backlash against Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans has been swift and severe, and rightfully so, because none of that backlash that they're facing, though, even compares to the hellscape that has been created for women and women's reproductive rights because Donald Trump and what the MAGA Republicans have done.
