We covered that here on the Midas Touch Network, and it was indeed widely covered. And why are you bragging about losing so miserably and that you filed such a

frivolous claim that you were sanctioned and you had multiple opportunities to withdraw this frivolous lawsuit. In fact, federal judge Donald Middlebrooks, who was presiding over the matter, said essentially everything in this lawsuit is just completely false. You got the most basic facts wrong and you didn't even cite any valid causes of action. You'd say people live in Virginia who actually live in New York. Everything was mixed up and messed up. And even the judge said, this seems like the rantings and ravings of a lunatic. This doesn't even seem like an actual complaint. Alina Haba was not done giving that speech. That speech took place at the AMFest, as it's called, the American Fest, which is put on by Turning Point's USA Charlie Kirk's organization, which is well-funded by lots

of right-wing MAGA-moneyed individuals. And Alina Haba was one of the big speakers here. She is as well, saying that she believes that she and Donald Trump will be investigated deep and hard by Democrats. What is going on here? Play this clip. But that is what they do. They hide what they've done by going after Trump. Look at the shiny ball, everybody. Don't look at us. Well, they've got one year and then we're going to be looking at them deep and hard. And I'll tell you right now, if I'm in Washington, I'll be relentless too. And if it couldn't get weirder, folks, and more delusional and frankly more dangerous, here is Alina Haba, Donald Trump's lawyer, saying that she believes that the Attorney

General of New York, Letitia James, is trying to kill the Trump family and kill the Trump organization. Listen to this language that Alina Habayous played the clip. So I'm sure everybody has seen for the last 11 joyous weeks, I've been attacked and attacking Miss Letitia James. The attorney general for the state of New York who is trying to kill the Trump family, their organization and the presidency.

Because before she was even in office, before she had access, Ms. James said, I'm going to campaign on one thing. This is how I'm going to get in office. This is how I'm going to get famous. And that's by getting Trump. She said, I'm going to turn every page on the Trump organization. I'm going to go in there. I'm going to get Trump and I'm going to go home. That's what we're dealing with. Well, I've got a message for Ms. James.

She can bring her witch hunts, but I am the witch hunt slayer. Oh, and then of course, Selena Habba gave an interview. And first let me play for you this interview and then let me explain to you why in saying things like this, Selena Habba is admitting that Donald Trump doesn't have any claim to absolute presidential immunity. The Supreme Court is looking at presidential immunity, which means it's a protection for presidents so that they can actually operate without being afraid of being prosecuted, persecuted and attacked when they come out of office. But what has happened? He's been prosecuted, persecuted, and attacked, and they're ignoring presidential immunity. So finally, the Supreme Court is taking it up on January 6th case and going to look at it really hard and say, look, we have no business

attacking somebody who is within his scope of presidency, who has come in, was doing his job, was protecting the elections, was doing the things that a president should do. Instead, they call him an insurrectionist because they can't beat him in the polls. Oh man, she's just such a horrible, horrible lawyer. By the way, I think that special counsel Jack Smith may cite those words by Alina Haba. If you go back to what the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in the Blassingame case, a civil lawsuit filed against Donald Trump for his conduct relating to the January 6th insurrection, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals held that Donald Trump is not entitled to absolute presidential immunity, which is a doctrine recognized in the case Nixon v.

Fitzgerald from the early 1980s, which says, if the conduct falls within the outer perimeter of presidential authority, heck, even if it may be completely abhorrent conduct, a president or former president for conduct that occurs during the presidency can get absolute presidential immunity. But the December 1, 2023 case in Blassingame v. Trump said, Donald Trump's conduct relating to the insurrection was election and campaign activity, and that's not within the province of Article II executive powers under the United States Constitution. In other words, election activity, campaigning activity, those are not within the functions of the presidency. United States Constitution. In other words, election activity, campaigning activity,

So here when Alina Haba basically says, well, Donald Trump's conduct involved election and involved protecting the election. That's not the role of a commander in chief in that situation. And I think she's playing right into the hands of special counsel Jack Smith. Oh, and by the way, as we previously covered here on the Midas Touch Network, when Alina Haba was involved in oral arguments before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in a different case where she tried to bring up the issue of absolute presidential immunity, the panel asked Alina Haba, so what do you think about the Blossingame case as it relates to the facts before us right here. What do you think

about that? And what did Alina Habas say? Blossingame, I'm not sure what that case is. You don't know the case involving your own client. All right. Anyway, back to this turning points, right-wing cosplay fascist event. Here's the person who put it on, Charlie Kirk. And here Charlie Kirk says that the people who lead the conservative movement, they're not MAGA. And that Charlie Kirk and the Turning Points and the pro-J6ers and the pro-insurrectionists and those who want to overthrow our free and fair elections, those are the real Republicans. Now, in other words, here's Charlie Kirk gloating over the fact that the Republican Party is dead and it is full blown MAGA. Play the clip. What started as an idea, what started as

a movement of one of two with no money no connections, and no idea what I was doing, is now a movement on 1,800 high school and college chapters across the country, with 600,000 student activists, 300,000 grassroots donors. I don't know about you, but I think the people that have been running the conservative movement the last couple of decades to just go be liberals because that's what they actually are and leave the conservative movement and allow us real conservatives to be in charge. Speaking of which, here's one of the other main speakers right here at the event. If you want to see what the Republican Party has become, may I introduce once again, I'm sure you know her, but here she is one of the main speakers, Roseanne Barr. This is who's speaking to all of the Turning Points people, which portrays itself as trying to reach out to MAGA youth. Play the clip. Played a bunch of losers that never know how to get a job. Oh, and finally, here is Don Jr. from the Turning Points event. And here, Jr. says that the insurrection was caused by the FBI and that it was just a peaceful event. Play this clip. Trying to do that to my father, you know, because he led apparently, I'm told, the first unarmed insurrection in the history of insurrections. I mean, it's,

you know, I understand that he is an innovative guy, but that's probably not the way you innovate. But again, it's all BS, right? We see that now. But we see that now, but two years later, when they can no longer hide the exculpatory video, when you no longer see, oh wait, what's the FBI or the other feds in the feds' direction? They're pushing people down the stairs who are otherwise calm. You have the fbi director we cannot release the video because it would give up too many of our undercover assets i was like oh so they're in the crowd so the next logical question if we were sentient beings which we are but the media isn't is why didn't they do anything why didn't they stop it then it's almost as though and i know we're getting way out here in the conspiracy theory it's almost as though they wanted it to happen they would then cover up the evidence they would then use it to manipulate

because of course that's what they're doing they can't release the video because they had way too many in the crowd. Now you have the FBI whistleblowers. They come out where there's like Kyle Serafin and these other guys and they talk about it. Oh, and of course that's what Donnie Jr. is saying right now. But let's remember in real time. Let's take a look at his text messages to him and Mark Meadows. Don Trump Jr. He, my daddy, he's got to condemn this shit ASAP. The Capitol tweet is not enough. Mark Meadows' response.

I'm pushing it hard. I agree. Don Jr. We need an Oval Office address. He, my daddy, has to lead now. It's gone too far and gotten out of hand. Folks, I want to live in a world where democracy matters, where facts matter, where evidence matters,

where this MAGA mutation of the Republican Party is called out for what it is. I want normalcy. I want democracy. And when I look at what I just showed you, starting with Alina Haba, and then showing you Roseanne Barr and Charlie Kirk and Don Jr., that's what it means to be a right-wing Republican in 2023.
