Starting point is 00:00:50 free of charge bet mgm operates pursuant to an operating agreement with iGaming ontario he has also voiced some concern that a court that has you know he appointed uh three of the justices to the supreme court and it gave a the conservatives a supermajority, he is concerned that they are going to look as if they're trying not to rule in his favor and might rule against him. What do you say about that, Alina? Yeah, that's a concern that he's voiced to me. He's voiced to everybody publicly, not privately. And I can tell you that his concern is a valid one. You know, Republicans are conservative. They get nervous. They unfortunately are sometimes shy away from being pro-Trump because they feel that even if the law is on our side, they swayed much like the Democratic side. Right. So they're
Starting point is 00:01:41 trying so hard to look neutral that sometimes they make the wrong call. And I just encourage them to really look at the law and the Constitution. It's a very clean cut, Martha. There's no there's no politics that should be involved in this. It's just simply American. And if the justices read the law, as I do, as as most Americans and attorneys do, even Dershowitz, who's a known liberal, it's just a simple decision and it should have nothing to do with if you're Republican or a Democrat. So I don't know. It's Maggie. I'm a friend. I'm a friend of Maggie's, even though we're on different sides of the coin. But she's right. The president's always concerned about people worrying about that. So, folks, there you have Donald Trump's lawyer, Alina Haba, admitting that Donald Trump is very scared that the Supreme Court is going to rule
Starting point is 00:02:26 against him. I'm Ben Micellis. This is the Midas Touch Network, though. Let's break down what Alina Haba actually said there, because it's just also so utterly absurd. She said, you see the thing here why Donald Trump is so scared that the Supreme Court is going to rule against him is because Alina Habba says Republicans are conservative. And then she goes on to say, therefore, ergo, they get nervous to be pro-Trump. So the Supreme Court wants to appease Democrats, and that is why she says they will try so hard to seem neutral and make the wrong call. That is the caliber of Donald Trump's MAGA lawyers right there, make attorneys get attorneys. Then, of course, she cites Alan Dershowitz. And she says even Alan Dershowitz says that Donald Trump is right here. Now, Alan Dershowitz was Donald Trump's lawyer.
Starting point is 00:03:33 Maybe you should say that. And I don't think any lawyer has had a fall from grace quite like Alan Dershowitz, other than maybe Rudy Giuliani. And so, especially right now as certain lists are being revealed where Donald Trump's name appears on them and also Dershowitz's name has appeared on them, I don't know, maybe citing Alan Dershowitz at this specific moment, not the best thing to do. By the way, here is Alan Dershowitz, who Alina Haba just cited as their character witness, if you will. Here, play this clip. Okay, I was in my wife's calendar. My wife scheduled a massage. If you think my wife
Starting point is 00:04:15 scheduled a massage with an underage sex slave, then you'll believe anything. No. Other calendar entries. Let me finish. I was a visiting scholar at NYU. My wife had professional masseuse. We have checks, canceled checks, proving that the massage occurred, when it occurred, who it occurred with. And I've had very, very few massages in my life. One at Jeffrey Epstein's house by a middle-aged woman who gave me a shoulder and neck massage, which I hated. I called up my wife and complained about it immediately. No, I've done nothing wrong. If you want to put me on trial here, you have to give me an opportunity to fully explain. You will not be able to make just charges against me without
Starting point is 00:04:56 giving me an opportunity to complain. You had a massage at Jeffrey Epstein's house? Yeah. Do you know who it was who performed that? Yes. I mean, we know approximately who approximately it was there were a lot of people around her we we think we remember and the uh person who was in charge of the epstein house confirmed this that it's a woman named olga who was in her 40s and was a professional massage therapist and alan i thought you handled that pretty well but but there is you know one thing you admitted to a massage of jeffstein, I mean, that sounds bad. And here is Alan Dershowitz whining that he now feels exiled in Martha's Vineyard.
Starting point is 00:05:35 Martha's Vineyard, we all can relate to that Alan being exiled in Martha's Vineyard. Here, play this clip. Do you know what the irony of this is? I used to represent people charged with murder. And people, I never got ostracized. I mean, and I was never for murder or anything. But you dare represent Donald Trump, you're going to be ostracized.
Starting point is 00:05:54 Let me give you an example of what's occurring while we speak. A mile from here, Martha's Vineyard has its book fair. I am probably the man who's written more books than any person in the history of Martha's Vineyard. And I probably sold more books than anybody who's speaking at the book fair. But I've been canceled. My books are not allowed to be sold at the Martha's Vineyard Chilmark Book Fair because I defended Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:06:22 Until I defended Donald Trump, my books were featured every year at the book fair. I couldn't care less about that. I sell thousands of books. But I think the people of Martha's Vineyard would want to make sure that a book fair doesn't become a book unfair in which people are canceled because of exercising Sixth Amendment and First Amendment rights. Shame on the Chilmark and Martha's Vineyard Book Fair. And so while you have Alan Dershowitz saying that, Alina Haba citing Alan Dershowitz, and Alina Haba also revealing attorney-client conversations.
Starting point is 00:07:00 Usually as an attorney, you're not supposed to go on the news and just share what it is your communications are with the client. But anyway, Alina Habba says that Donald Trump's been saying this publicly. OK, well, let's take a look at what has Donald Trump been saying publicly here. Donald Trump publicly at one of these traveling fascist circus events that he calls rallies. He says they're trying to get a guilty plea with the Supreme Court because Donald Trump's just a total moron and has no clue what he's talking about. But he goes, I should have absolute presidential immunity. Here, play this clip. Waited and waited and waited. And then they saw I was running and they waited. And then they saw I
Starting point is 00:07:40 was hot and they filed lawsuits. These are very dishonest people. That's called election interference. And now they're fighting like hell because they want to try and get a guilty plea from the Supreme Court of the United States, which I can't imagine because you have presidential immunity. But strange things happen. But they want to get that because that's the only way they're going to win the election. It's a very sick thing. Yeah, so I didn't hear in that clip Donald Trump publicly saying that he was scared of what the Supreme Court was going to do. I know from a lot of the emails that you send me that a lot of you watching and listening are entrepreneurs. You run your own
Starting point is 00:08:18 business and you know I run a business too, the Midas Touch Network. So I know how hard it is to manage your numbers, manage the trends in the market and budget everything. Your business gets to a certain size and the cracks start to emerge. Things you used to do in a day are now taking a week. You have too many manual processes and you don't have one source of truth. NetSuite is the number one cloud financial system, streamlining accounting, financial management,
Starting point is 00:08:55 inventory, HR, and more, 25. NetSuite turns 25 this year. He appointed three of the justices currently on the Supreme Court. The current Supreme Court's composition is six right-wing justices and three justices appointed by Democratic administration. So you would think that with three of those justices appointed by Donald Trump and the other three right-wing as well, forming the six to three
Starting point is 00:10:36 majority on the Supreme Court, that if Trump thought that he had a good argument here on absolute presidential immunity, he'd get an audience with this Supreme Court crew. What didn't you think? But here's Donald Trump bragging how the Supreme Court, because of him, overturned Roe v. Wade and the Dobbs decision. Here, play this clip. That's not going to happen with them or any of our judges. Exactly one year ago today, those justices were the pivotal votes in the Supreme Court's landmark decision ending the constitutional atrocity known as Roe v. Wade. But I got it done and nobody thought it was even a possibility. They've been fighting. Good people, strong people, smart people have been fighting for 50 years and it never even came close to getting done. I don't believe they've ever even taken a vote. I mean, never even came close. It
Starting point is 00:11:31 was something that wasn't going to happen. I got it done. I get a kick out of these candidates and even the other side. Well, I don't know. I think I'm more pro-life. I'm this. And somebody stood up. A woman stood up and said, this guy ended Roe v. Wade. How the hell can you go against him? And I sort of said that myself, actually. But I'm proud to be the most pro-life president in American history. And I know that Alina Haba is now saying, oh, Donald Trump is really scared of what the Supreme Court is going to do because they're Republican.
Starting point is 00:12:06 Therefore, they're conservative. Therefore, they get nervous. That's the level of legal analysis by Donald Trump's lawyer, Alina Haba there. But I remember about, what, two weeks ago, was it? Alina Haba went on Fox and she said she wanted the Supreme Court to intervene. She said that she and Donald Trump wanted the Supreme Court to get involved immediately. Remember that? Here, play this clip. And I believe someone had called on the Supreme Court to do this exact thing. We need the Supreme Court to step in and stop this. This has become complete mayhem. And if they don't start looking
Starting point is 00:12:44 at these decisions, and as the highest court in this country, as the arbiter of law, the ultimate arbiter of the Constitution, the people that are supposed to enforce our bedrock, if they don't start doing it, which thank goodness they are, we have some law and order hopefully soon. Well, people- Oh, but then again, when actual filings have to happen in court and special counsel Jack Smith said, okay, then let's have the Supreme Court hear it right now before the appeal on the issue of absolute presidential immunity goes through the normal steps of district court, DC circuit court of appeals, then Supreme Court.
Starting point is 00:13:22 Let's just go right to the Supreme Court. Alina Haba, you asked for it. What did Alina Haba and Donald Trump's legal team do? They argued to the Supreme Court, please don't hear our argument on absolute presidential immunity. Even though we think it's a home run argument and you're going to vindicate us, please just hold off in doing it. We want to go through the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. Why? Because they know they are going to lose, and their only strategy is delay, delay, delay.
Starting point is 00:13:57 Now, here's the other genius on the Trump's legal crew. I guess if she was coming here from a foreign country, she may qualify like Melania did for the Einstein genius visa. By the way, have you seen the Melania video we did here on the Midas Touch Network? This is Donald Trump's other Einstein lawyer, Christina Bob, giving you her legal analysis. Take a listen to this. The presidential immunity, I think that they should rule in favor of Donald Trump. Presidential immunity immunity has been in play for the vast majority of our history. It's well established if the acts committed alleged in this indictment are in the furtherance of his office in in accordance with his political office. He's immune from prosecution. Clearly, as the president of the United States, he believes that there was fraud in the election and he had a constitutional obligation to try to
Starting point is 00:14:51 secure the election and figure out what was going on. So this is a very clear case. He should be covered by presidential immunity. I don't see them ruling differently, but we'll see how that all plays out. And then as far as the ballot selection goes, the case up from Colorado, I think that will be decisively in favor of keeping Trump on the ballot. Oh, yes, Selena Habba. I've read in the Constitution, Article 2, was it right under the executive vesting clause where or is it right above the impeachment judgment clause? I think I saw that it is the role of the commander in chief, the executive branch to interfere with state
Starting point is 00:15:35 election procedures. Where did I read that in the constitution? Nowhere, because you have no clue what you are talking about, Christina, Bob, even if you didn't say that Trump was involved in election interference in the states, which he was, and you just said, well, Donald Trump was getting involved in elections in general in states without the criminal conduct that's alleged in the indictment. That is not the role of the article 2 Commander-in-Chief or Executive Branch. That's simply not what the Constitution says. That is run by states. Going back to Alina Habba, where she goes, Republicans are conservative, therefore they get nervous. Actually,
Starting point is 00:16:20 if you wanted to look at what it's supposed to mean, Republicans are conservative, therefore they are supposed to apparently be for strict textualism and states' rights and an originalist interpretation of the Constitution. That's what they've been telling us and gaslighting about. But I guess what it really is, is that it is Republicans get nervous, that that is the issue right here. So there you have it, Christina Bob, Alina Habba. I don't know what else to say. It's some of the strangest lawyering I've ever seen as a lawyer. It's a disgrace to our profession, but there you have it. Donald Trump's scared of the United States Supreme Court because apparently the Supreme Court gets nervous and that's what makes them Republicans. I'm Ben Micellis. This is the Midas Touch Network.
