Remember with Donald Trump, it's always a grift. Here's the fundraising email he sent out after he, MAGA Republicans, and right-wing media lied that the search warrant that was executed on Mar-a-Lago contained some sort of special use of a lethal force order, when in fact, in all search warrants executed by the FBI and the Department of Justice in the United States have the same exact protocol. For example, when the FBI conducted its search of President Biden's residence in Delaware, guess what it also had? It also had a use of deadly force or use of lethal force protocol because they're found in each and every search warrant and the protocols related there too. But don't let that get in the way of MAGA disinformation. Don't let that get in the way

of them flooding the zone with lies. Don't let it get in the way of them trying to grift off of Mr. and Mrs. Magadonia so Alina Haba can have lavish vacations in St. Barts and buy individualized Dior bags for her friends and Melania Trump can pay half a million dollars to her stylist and to her hairdresser and Donald Trump can spend millions of dollars on his private jet. Don't let that get in the way of the actual facts. Here is Donald Trump writing in an email, they were authorized to shoot me, exclamation point. I nearly escaped death. Biden's Department of Justice was locked and loaded for deadly force at Mar-a-Lago. Then it takes you to a website where you can donate money to Donald Trump. As our editor-in-chief, Ron Filipkowski, writes, he's fundraising off of

this now. He wasn't there. They knew he wasn't there. The Department of Justice and FBI specifically coordinated with Secret Service and with Donald Trump's counsel so that he wouldn't be there. And as our editor-in-chief, Ron Filipkowski, says, America, end this insanity now. Our editor-in-chief, Ron Filipkowski, also writes, apparently, even after claiming that the president and attorney general plotted his assassination, mainstream media will still not seriously discuss the likelihood that Donald Trump is mentally ill. And that's also even after Donald Trump posts thousands of QAnon messages over and over again, after Donald Trump recently posted a video, a campaign video, calling for a unified Reich.

Why would the media want to actually ask hard-hitting questions like we do here on the Midas Touch Network? But by the way, a hat tip right here to Jackie Heinrich, reporter. She broke the news that same search warrant that President Biden got, same use of deadly force protocol. That's in every search warrant that's executed by the FBI. News, FBI searches at President statement regarding the use of deadly force was also included in the operations order for the searches at President Biden's residence in Delaware. Just pause there. It's just a sheet that's just attached to it. That's all it is. It's boilerplate language that exists in all Department of Justice policy statements regarding the execution of

search warrants. Context, yesterday, former President Trump suggested that the Biden administration wanted to kill him during a search of his Mar-a-Lago estate. A fundraising email from Trump read, Joe Biden was locked and loaded and ready to take me out. The FBI said standard protocol was followed. No additional steps were taken and there was no departure from the norm. This news about the deadly force policy also being in place for the FBI searches at Biden's home underscores that point. And if you just want to take a look at what the use of force policy looked like so you can see it for yourself, to take a look at what the use of force policy looked like, so you can see it for yourself, it's just the policy statement on use of deadly force.

The standard Department of Justice FBI policy statement on use of deadly force that exists for every single search warrant executed in the United States of America. But if we want to actually read, which Trump supporters don't do, and you want to read the protocols for the search warrant executed at Mar-a-Lago back in August of 2022, it says the following, DOJ and FBI will contact the former president's retained counsel on August 8, 2022 to notify him of the search warrant and request collaboration and assistance. After a reasonable time period, the FBI will execute the search warrant with the case team and a filter team and with United States Secret Service representatives as deemed necessary. This execution will require coordination with the United States Secret Service

and may include coordination with Mar-a-Lago guest services to ensure a fulsome understanding of the spaces occupied as designated in the search warrant. And one of the reasons that the search warrant was even necessary was after a subpoena was issued back in May, the Department of Justice got surveillance footage showing that when it arrived at Mar-a-Lago in June, right before that, Donald Trump had Waltie Nauta, who works for him, move the boxes, it's on camera, the Department of Justice got it, to hide our nuclear secrets. There he is right there. You see Walti Nauta. To hide our nuclear secrets, to hide our war plans, to hide highly sensitive classified information, and to stop it from being returned to the Department of Justice, back to the National Archives, back to the United States where it belonged. And then, of course, yesterday, you had Marjorie Taylor Greene push out the disinformation and the lies. She goes, I made sure that he knew the Biden Department of Justice and FBI were planning to assassinate President Trump and gave the green light. Does everybody get it yet? What are Republicans going to do about it? I tried to oust our speaker who funded Biden's Department of Justice and FBI, but Democrats stopped it. And then Donald Trump's response was, wow, I just came out of the Biden witch hunt trial in Manhattan, the icebox, and was shown reports that crooked Joe Biden's DOJ and their illegal and unconstitutional raid of Mar-a-Lago authorized the FBI to use deadly

lethal force. Now we know for sure that Joe Biden is a serious threat to democracy. He is mentally unfit to hold office, 25th Amendment, because it is all projection. As I said, Trump ain't debating. Trump can't even put sentences together. Trump is the biggest threat to democracy. So what does he do? He posts videos. I'll show you just the photos of it saying the biggest threat to democracy is Joe Biden. The left are the biggest threats. And that's how he pushes that over and over again. And Donald Trump just uses lie after lie.

And he hopes that he can just overwhelm the American people, the media with these lies. So the media is unable to handle it and unable to report upon it in a just in a detailed, oriented way that that people are able to understand. And look, Marjorie Taylor Greene went on right wing media as well. Even after we know the facts, even after we know the same type of language was in the search of President Biden's residence, the same type of language would be in the search of, if it was in Pence's residence, anywhere, just anywhere. I mean, this is the standard policy statement. It's not unique to Donald Trump, but here Marjorie Taylor Greene

says Merrick Garland should be impeached for plotting to assassinate Donald Trump. That's what MAG is going with right now. That's because, you know, they want to treat everybody like they're stupid and they know how gullible their people are and they'll believe anything. Play this clip. That's the problem, Dan. Republicans in Congress don't have a spine because if they did, we would be impeaching Merrick Garland. Merrick Garland basically issued a kill order for President Trump. That raid on Mar-a-Lago should have never happened as a standard normal practice. Like they're claiming it's totally OK that they did that. It wasn't OK. Donald J. Trump is the former president of the United States and the Republican candidate for president this year in 2024.

He should have never had his house raided. Melanie, I mean, Melania Trump's bedroom raided, Barron Trump's bedroom raided all of their personal items. They stole President Trump's medical records, his passports, and other important personal documents that President Trump had to get back. But here's the- And again, I'll go back to the statement by our editor-in-chief, Ron Filipkowski. Apparently, even after claiming that the president and attorney general plotted his assassination, mainstream media will still not seriously discuss the

likelihood that Donald Trump is mentally ill. And by the way, Donald Trump just gave an interview. We did a whole nother video on it. Here was the question he was asked. Let me just read it for you in a transcript form so you can see this. Ready? You know this is the question to Trump on New York's WABC. You know you said you would absolutely testify, Mr. Trump. Why did you decide ultimately not to take the stand in your criminal trial? Was that a hard decision for you? Trump's response, yeah, because he made rulings that makes it very difficult to testify. Anything I did, anything I did in the best, they could bring everything up then. You know what? I've had a great past, but anything but the other thing is, and the main reason, and I don't even mind that

in fact, I like talking about it because we had rigged cases, New York is out of control and they can solve it with good appellate. Makes absolutely no sense. But in terms of the gullible supporters who they are selling this to, I mean, you got people like this guy who's recently going to the Trump events dressed with these types of hats. By the way, Trump's lawyer and custodian of records, Christina Bob, who was at Mar-a-Lago when the search warrant was being executed. She was recently indicted in Arizona for trying to overthrow the results of the free and fair election there. She still talks about overthrowing the results of the election. She, in her kind of cult worship of Donald Trump, does her mugshot pose. She just did in Arizona, did a mugshot pose just to look like Donald Trump. The MAGA Republican Congress members show up to the Manhattan criminal trial wearing ties with Donald Trump's face on it. Like

how much more pathetic can you get the Republicans in Congress showing up with ties that have Donald Trump's face on it? I guess I could tell you how you can get more pathetic than you have Donald Trump's supporters now showing up to his events wearing diapers. Look, fact check true by Snopes that did a fact check on some of our reporting and some of the other reporting on Trump supporters wearing diapers. And because, you know, it's been alleged that Donald Trump wears diapers, his supporters go around to his events wearing real men wear diapers and they wear diapers with Trump's face on it. They also have pee funnels that they bring because apparently there are no port-a-potties at this event. And so they're wearing diapers, they're peeing into pee funnels on the floor

while Donald Trump is talking about how he misses the late great Hannibal Lecter while ranting and raving that there was an assassination attempt on him at Mar-a-Lago because of the standard use of force protocol in every search warrant executed in the United States of America. And then fundraising off it in a fundraising email saying they're trying to kill me. That's the state of American politics right now for the Republican Party. On the other hand, Democrats are focused on infrastructure, building the semiconductor industry, protecting your social security, lowering prescription drug prices, dramatically lowering the price of insulin, making access to healthcare far more affordable, life-saving care far more affordable, making access to education much easier, protecting veterans, increasing wages. That's what Democrats are focused on and the pro-democracy

community while MAGA is doing this. But I wanted to share for you what we've now learned, that same exact language in the search of President Biden. We told you that's because it's standard.
