Starting point is 00:00:50 free of charge bet mgm operates pursuant to an operating agreement with iGaming ontario um do you plan to try to use campaign funds or cash money to try to pay some of the penalties in uh new york defamation and fraud cases? I don't understand. What? Are you thinking of potentially trying to use campaign money to pay some of those penalties that you might incur? What penalties? In the New York fraud case and the defamation case. I didn't do anything wrong. I mean, that's been proven as far as I'm concerned.
Starting point is 00:01:18 And actually, we won in the Court of Appeals. You probably saw that. That case has been largely won in the Court of Appeals. That was a political case coordinated with the White House by the Attorney General, I assume is what you're talking about. And we won that case largely in the Court of Appeals. That's a ridiculous case. That case is a ridiculous case. That case is... That was Donald Trump not ruling out that he would potentially grift off of his donors to pay off the penalties against him, although he pretended not to know what these penalties were, these massive verdicts that are being entered against him, including the $83.3 million defamation verdict in the E. Jean Carroll case. I'm Ben Myselis. This is the Midas Touch Network. And the financial reports for candidates, political action committees have just been
Starting point is 00:02:13 filed with the federal elections commissions for all of these PACs that are out there. And Donald Trump's financials, the Republican National Committee's financials are now released. They're now made public and folks, they are absolutely disastrous. I mean, the RNC is in debt. They've had their worst fundraising adjusted for inflation since 1993. This as Donald Trump's political action committees are playing this shell game, money's being transferred all over the place, but a lot of it, about $60 million, we thought the number was going to be 50. It's actually higher, more like $60 million going to pay Donald Trump's legal bills. More on that in just a moment. Also, about $371,000 being paid to Melania Trump's stylist, who she refers to as an advisor of hers. $371,000 to Melania Trump. Purportedly, the wife of a billionaire is grifting off of donors to pay $371,000 to her to our stylist or
Starting point is 00:03:28 a hairdresser. About $155,000 were paid to Waltie Nauta, Donald Trump's body man who follows him around across the country. And of course, Donald Trump's co-defendant in the Mar-a-Lago document case where Donald Trump willfully retained sensitive national defense information and refused to return it and then lied that it was returned and then was caught with the documents. Let's just go through a bunch of these financials if we can. First, let's talk about the Republican National Committee's worst fundraising year, not just in over a decade, but really since 1993. The Republican National Committee, led by Ronna Romney McDaniel, has officially had its worst fundraising year since 2013, adjusted for inflation in 1993. New filings with the Federal Elections
Starting point is 00:04:19 Commission reveal that the RNC raised $87.2 million in 2023, spent $93.5 million, and ended the year with just $8 million cash on hand. The RNC also currently has over $1.8 million in debt, and these numbers marking the worst fundraising number since 2013, but adjusted for inflation, the worst since 1993. You can see the Republican National Committee's contribution summary and expenditure summary right here, and it reads like a Trump Organization balance sheet, where they are having significant financial problems. Also, these numbers are consistent with state Republican committees that have now been remodeled, if you will, or destroyed is another way of saying it, in the image of Donald Trump. As the RNC's gone MAGA, as the Republican Party has gone MAGA,
Starting point is 00:05:22 so has the state Republican Party leaderships. And just like all of Donald Trump's organizations that he ran even before he took office, mostly all of them went bankrupt, bankrupt, bankrupt, bankrupt. And he's a horrible business person. Everything he touched went bankrupt before he was in office, mostly everything. These numbers are consistent with what Republicans are experiencing as well. For example, the Minnesota Republican Party has just under $150,000 cash on hand, but over $400,000 in debt. Donald Trump says he loves debt. Meanwhile, the Michigan Republican Party began 2023 with over $1.9 million cash on hand, yet they ended the year with under $200,000 cash on hand. A similar pattern repeating in Arizona, where the Republican Party there is nearly
Starting point is 00:06:15 bankrupt, and the recent convention of the Republican Party in Arizona saw almost fist fights breaking out. We've previously done videos of fistfights breaking out amongst leadership, if you even want to call them leadership, in the Michigan Republican Party. Just complete and utter disaster. As we said on MidasTouch.com, the orange elephant in the room, of course, is Donald Trump. Trump's five campaign PACs and well-oiled fundraising machine continues to siphon off tens of million dollars for his campaign expenses, legal bills, private jet, and to finance his army of consultants and grifters. Yeah, about 1.8 or 2 million dollars going to Donald Trump's
Starting point is 00:07:01 private jet. I mean, he's literally taking money from people who need it. He purports to be a billionaire and he pays for things like his private jet, his wife's stylists, his body man, his consultants, and about $60 million towards the legal fees. Let's talk about the legal fees just for a moment here because something's not adding up there as well to me. I'm a litigator, worked at a boutique law firm. I'm familiar with legal fees and legal bills. Look, Donald Trump has four main criminal cases, and I get he's paying for the legal fees of witnesses. I get that, not just himself. And I get that there's other associated costs of litigation. And I get there's a variety of civil cases, right? Like Trump's lawsuit where he lost filing, challenging the dossier. He paid like $325,000. He's paid about $3.5 million to Alina
Starting point is 00:08:09 Haba in the various cases where she's lost. And that doesn't even include the sanctions that have been issued against Donald Trump. But still, that $60 million, I see the number. It's just not fully adding up. I mean, if you were to do flat fee retainers with these criminal defense lawyers, and let's say you gave flat fees of like $2 million for your team to represent you in the case, which is a lot of money. And I know, I think Chris Kice charged $3 million as a flat fee. But you know, you do two or three, you know, and then you have four cases. Let's say you pick the Chris Kice number, $3 million for legal fees per case,
Starting point is 00:08:49 and you've got four main criminal cases, right? So that's $12 million right there. And then you have your other various civil cases. So let me just say another $12 million there, which is still an absurd amount of money, and it can't possibly be that. That gets you $24 million there, which is still an absurd amount of money. And it can't possibly be that. That gets you $24 million there in legal fees for that year. $24 million. Where's the rest? How is it possible that it's $60 million? So I wonder if there's some other
Starting point is 00:09:20 shell game going on here. And I don't know, but we know with Donald Trump, lots of money gets moved around and lots of his financials are not usually accurate. I want to say none of them, but a lot of them are not accurate. Sleep is the foundation of our mental and physical health. Starting point is 00:12:11 Trump campaign's political action committees have paid Melania's fashion consultant $368,000. So far, Trump's campaign packs continue to pay $18,000 every month to Herve Pierre Brouillard, who serves as a fashion consultant to Melania Trump. Brouillard also designed the dress that Melania wore to the 2017 inaugural. This now brings the total amount paid to Brouillard, $368,000 out of Trump's campaign donations since his relationship with Melania began. The campaign accounts have also paid well over $100,000 in PAC money for Melania's hairdresser. So stylist hairdresser equals close to about half a million dollars.
Starting point is 00:12:59 Since Melania did not appear at a single campaign event with Trump in 2023. It's unclear how the over $200,000 was paid out to Brellier in 2023 alone and how that's related to a presidential campaign. The former first lady has only made brief appearances, if any appearances at all. The stylist explained his role to Vogue in 2017 when Melania was in the White House. Quote, my role is to dress the first lady and advise her. I'm not a stylist. I am an advisor. And she is adamant about that.
Starting point is 00:13:35 So you've got Mr. and Mrs. Maga in rural America who are giving their hard-earned money to the grifter king right here to pay French fashion designer friends of Melania's and her hairdressers right there. Let me show you this clip right now. This is from Morning Joe, interviewed friend of the Midas Touch Network, Tristan Snell. And here they're talking about how Donald Trump, in a very predatory way, just kind of grifts off people who trusted him the most. And that's what he continues to do. Here, play this clip. Some of the memberships, if you call that into Trump University, $35,000. Are you kidding? People paid 35 grand. It was as much as tuition or more. I mean, it was an enormous
Starting point is 00:14:27 amount of money. They upsold everybody to that. That was the key. And that's where they actually made a lot of the money. People lost their life savings. They lost their nest eggs. They lost their homes. They were in crippling credit card debt. It was horrible what he did. And these were his super fans. These were the people who loved him the most. These were people that loved him in The Apprentice. That's why they were coming to Trump University. This was from 2007 to 2010. And they loved him the most and he knifed them and took their money. Well, you know, you're really, you're describing what's going on right now. That's exactly right. People who love him the most are writing checks to his campaign or they're in jail taking that money. And he's using that money for criminal defense and for civil defense.
Starting point is 00:15:13 He's using that money for, you know, flying his jet around the country, going from one one lawsuit to another. The people who, you know, can afford it the least, Mike, are the people that are giving him the most money right now. It leads to my question that I think a lot of people have, but you more than most have experience with Trump up front, up close. How many times did you think to yourself after this trial, you'd sit there, watch a TV and say, this guy became president of the United States. The whole thing was incredibly surreal. When we were doing the case, we would joke about what would happen if Trump ever actually got into politics. And we just thought it would be like 30 seconds. It would be a publicity stunt. And he would be out because as soon as that glare came on him, you know, people would see him for what he was. And it's just been absolutely shocking,
Starting point is 00:16:05 horrifying. I mean, I'm kind of numb to it now. You just have to keep you have to keep pushing and and you just have to keep on trying to tell the truth about what it is. But it's it is it's amazing to me. But he's truly he's conned, as you were saying, he's really conned these people. And we see it to this day. And people don't realize they've been conned right up until that critical moment. I think we're going to get there someday, but we're not there. I think a lot of folks that currently support him are going to realize who he is and that he's not in their corner. And then when you want to talk about this like shell game involved in the Trump PACs transferring money to each other and refunding each other and the kind of sleight of hand that's taking place, take a look at what Rob Pyers posted. He kind of tracks it.
Starting point is 00:16:47 Here come the Trump FEC filings. First up, MAGAPAC, formerly his 2016-22 campaign committee. It received $5.9 million from his Save America Leadership Act, spent $5.9 million, including over $4 million on legal fees, and had $572,828 remaining. So it received $5.9 from Save America Leadership Pack. Then Trump's Save America Leadership Pack raised $6.6 million, and that had $30 million refunded by the MAGA Inc. Super PAC. It burned $ 35.2 million dollars over 25 million of that on legal fees and another 110 000 to melania stylist herv pierre ballard ending with 5.14 million on hand so then save america pack then gave 5.9 million dollars to the maga pack MAGA Inc. gave the money to the Save America Inc. Leadership PAC. So then you had the Save America Joint Fundraising Committee, which brought in
Starting point is 00:17:53 $75.1 million in the second half of 2023, burned $27.75 million on operating costs and sent the remaining $42.8 million to the Trump 2024 committee and $6.6 million to the Save America Leadership Pack. Now, if you're wondering, Ben, is this normal that they're just like transferring money from one pack to another? No, no, it's not normal. Finally, the Trump 2024 campaign committee brought in $19.1 million but burned $23.56 million on operating expenditures, cutting its cash from $37.5 million down to $33.1 million. And then its expenses were $7.6 million on ads, $3.7 million on legal consulting, $1.7 million on Trump's planes, 1.6 million on event staging. So 1.7 for plane, 1.6 for event staging, 7.6 on ads. And then when you add up all the legal fees, it's closer to $60 million.
Starting point is 00:18:56 And you have Trump's MAGA Inc. super PAC brought in 47.8 million in the second half of 2023. It spent 20.5 million in independent expenditures, refunded $30 million back to Trump's Save America PAC to cover legal fees, burned $4.78 million in operating expenditures, and entered 2024 with $23.25 million on hand. So where does this all kind of net out? When it comes to President Biden, when you add his campaign, joint fundraising committees, and the DNC, you're talking about $117 million plus the super PAC of about $24 million. When you take a look at Trump, the PACs and the RNC have about $48.6 million. The Super PAC, $23.3 million. So Trump is getting absolutely trounced by President Biden
Starting point is 00:19:51 and the fundraising that's happening by President Biden right now. But you see, once again, everything with Donald Trump seems to just be like an absolute shell game here, waste, and consistent with his history of grifting. I'm Ben Micellis.
