Midas Touch Network. The humiliation of MAGA Republican Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy, continues. Folks, this is incredibly embarrassing. A visibly rattled Kevin McCarthy walking around the House of Representatives almost in tears as MAGA Republicans revolt against him. Here is a clip of Kevin McCarthy responding to reporters. And I mean, watch it. Almost in tears. This took place after MAGA Republicans blocked a vote to even have a debate on a government spending bill. MAGA Republicans are trying to shut down the government. They are revolting against Kevin McCarthy. It is total and utter chaos brought to you by the MAGA Republicans.

Watch Kevin McCarthy almost cry. Play this clip. Why are they voting against being, think about what they're voting against. They're voting against even bringing the bill up to have a discussion about it, to vote on it. If you're opposed to the bill, vote against the bill at the end. You've got more than 170 amendments, you could change it if you don't like it. But the idea that you vote against a rule to even bring it up, that makes sense. And that follows what Kevin McCarthy said the other day where he's like, it's just really hard to pass anything here. It's just really hard to pass things. Okay, do your job, Kevin. Do your job.

Play this clip. It's hard to pass everything in this place. We started out in a five seat majority. I got one member who's now resigned. We've got a couple of members who are out as well. Anything we do is pretty tough in life, but you know what? This country is too great and too big to give up and I'm never going to give up. And here is a draft motion to vacate and remove Kevin McCarthy that was found on a baby changing table in the restroom underneath the house floor, declaring the office of the speaker vacant. This is what MAGA Republicans

are preparing. You want to see the source of this MAGA Republican chaos. First, may I show you Matt Gates. Play this clip of the interview Gaetz just gave. Play it. You know why? Because Kevin McCarthy would never put anything above his own power and his own ambition. So he can't even contemplate putting family first. And it showed another reason why he's not just an ineffective leader, but a morally bankrupt one. And of course, Kevin McCarthy is being led by Marjorie Taylor Greene. Marjorie Taylor Greene is feuding with Matt Gaetz and Lauren Boebert. They're all attacking each other. Marjorie Taylor Greene calls the MAGA Republicans in the House the five families doing cosplay

mafia fascism. Just so weird. And here's Marjorie Taylor Greene. After all this is taking place, she gives an interview with one of these right-wing media networks. And she says, what we need to be focusing on right now is not funding the government. It's impeaching Joe Biden.

That's what we need to be focused on. And she says that impeaching Biden will be a one-time opportunity to expose the secret deep state cabal. I mean, her language is straight out of QAnon, folks. Watch this. This is what she's promoting, by the way. Play this clip. You are one of the first, if not perhaps the first, to absolutely unabashedly demand the

impeachment of Joe Biden. And the impeachment inquiry finally begins next week. So for anyone who wants to diminish you as just fringe or something, this is pretty big impact you had being the first one of the very first to demand this. It seems like we're coming and it's coming in kind of slow, but at least they ultimately took your orders. Are we on the right track here? Yes. Thank you so much for recognizing that. And I want to say that I am so glad that we have our impeachment inquiry finally going, because you're right.

I was screaming this from day one. As a matter of fact, Joe Biden's first day in office, I introduced articles of impeachment because he should be impeached. But Dr. Gina, David, I want to tell you something. This impeachment inquiry is a one time opportunity that we have to take our time and dig up all the federal unelected bureaucrats that are really the deep state. These are the ones that cover up criminal criminals like Joe Biden. They cover up their crimes, which propelled Joe Biden to the highest office in the land. And so this is why I'm

committed to an impeachment inquiry that takes a long time. And we pull each and every single one of these people, no matter what administration they served in, we pull them out because when President Trump's back in the White House, we have to hold them accountable and use our Department of Justice to prosecute them if it seems necessary. Congresswoman, you talked about deep state actors and that this is a one time deal that we got to get it right. Who are I mean, is it time to name names? I mean, who are some of these folks that congressional Republicans need to go after here? Who are you most concerned about? Who do you want to hear from specifically? Well, I think we can look close. The first one we can talk about is David Weiss, the special prosecutor that has been appointed to investigate Hunter Biden. But we have IRS

whistleblowers that have come forward to the Ways and Means Committee that have brought forth evidence that David Weiss and the people in his office and even people further back had colluded with him in a conspiracy to stop prosecutions. We have IRS whistleblowers that came forward and they had actual criminal campaign charges they could have brought towards Joe Biden during his 2020 campaign. And the entire thing was squashed. And had they have done that and investigated the Hunter Biden laptop, I'll argue, David, that Joe Biden, there is no way he would be president today, no matter how much election fraud they committed. As per usual, the economy was also a huge topic for the day.

I asked Anita Dunn, tell me about how is President Biden responding to all of this? Play this clip. Congress has a simple job, which is they need to fund the government and keep it open.

And they don't seem to be able to do that. The message from this White House is going to be, we're going to make sure people get their social security checks. We're going to make sure people can get the health care they need. We're going to make sure that planes can take off and land safely. We're going to make sure that we do everything we can within our legal power to protect people during this period and to make sure government functions as much as we can. But let's be honest. They have the ability to shut down the government, and there's certain things government won't be able to do. If you're planning to go to

a national park, the odds are you probably won't be able to get there. Yes, you'll get your social security check, but if something goes wrong and it doesn't get deposited to your account the way it's supposed to, there won't be anyone there to answer the phone. What this White House will do is work with the people in the Senate and with this White House earlier this summer on deficit reduction, but also on funding the government. What we're saying now is keep your end of the deal. We're keeping our end of the deal. Everybody should just keep the agreement that they all voted on and that they all shook hands on. And for some reason, the House Republicans don't believe a deal is a deal.

They don't believe a handshake is a handshake. And they don't believe government's important enough to keep open. Let me show you this clip. This is John Fetterman, Senator Fetterman from Pennsylvania, calling out Marjorie Taylor Greene for decrying the new Senate dress code and quote Marjorie Taylor Greene saying we need to have etiquette and respect for our institutions. Fetterman's responses. Isn't this the woman who's showing ding-a-lings during during committee hearings?

Play this clip. Let me let me start with the most important matter facing our country at this dire moment, which is the matter of the Senate dress code, which has recently been recently been changed. Of course, of course. Yes. Yeah. No, of course. I've heard about I've heard that some people are upset about that. And the right have been like losing their mind. You know, they're just like, oh, my God, you know, dogs and cats are living together. And, you know, like I said, aren't there more important things we should be talking about rather than if I dress like a slob? Yes. Marjorie Taylor Greene said the Senate no longer enforcing a dress code for senators is to appease Fetterman is disgraceful.

Dress code is one of society's standards that set etiquette and respect for institutions. Stop lowering the bar. What do you say to that well you know her platform you know really she runs on more and more ding-a-ling you know pics you know on uh in the the meetings over in in the congress so again uh i i'm not really sure why she cares how i dress uh but you know she really takes it a different way and then others in the MAGA Republicans, I guess, which one of the five family members is Ken Buck part of which mafia family is he? It's ridiculous stuff. Here is Ken Buck saying on CNN that he sees no evidence at all linking Joe Biden to Hunter Biden's business activities. Play this clip. Two days ago, you said that the time for impeachment is when there's evidence linking

President Biden to a high crime or misdemeanor. You said, quote, that doesn't exist right now. Do you still feel that way tonight? I have not seen any evidence that links President Biden to Hunter Biden's activities at this point. I will be getting a briefing later in the week. I'm looking forward to understanding more of what the Oversight Committee has uncovered. But at this point, I have not seen that evidence. And here's one more clip of Ken Buck calling out Marjorie Taylor Greene. Play this clip. Yesterday, she posted, quote, this, quote, Our country deserves for Congress to vote for an impeachment inquiry for very important reasons, not a rush impeachment vote. That is a bit of a shift in the timeline, a little bit of a pumping of the brakes on it. What did you make of that?

Well, Marjorie filed articles of impeachment on President Biden before he was sworn into office more than two and a half years ago. So the idea that she is now the expert on impeachment or that she is someone who should set the timing on impeachment is absurd. The time for impeachment is the time when there's evidence linking President Biden, if there's evidence linking President Biden to a high crime or misdemeanor. That doesn't exist right now. And it is really something that we can say, well, in February, we're going to do this. It's based on the facts. You go where the facts take you. seat majority. I got one member who's now resigned. Wah, wah, wah, right? Let's talk about Nancy Pelosi. Pelosi, with the same exact majority, passed the American Rescue Plan, the Inflation Reduction Act, the Infrastructure and Jobs Act, the Chips and Science Act, the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, the PACT Act, the Electoral Account Act reform, Respect for Marriage Act, the Postal Service Reform Act. And guess what? The government continued to be funded.
