She managed to pack so much disinfo, so much lies and propaganda into about 40 seconds here. Let me play you the clip. Let's play it. We had a partial win in the First Amendment gag order where he allowed the president to now speak about witnesses.

Remember, President Trump is the only person being gagged here. He is the only political candidate that is being gagged. Witnesses themselves weren't gagged. So we have Judge Mershon now after the trial, after people like Michael Cohen could

go on MSDNC and all the rest and talk. Now they say, oh, hey, you were convicted by a New York blue jury, but now you can talk. Don't get it twisted. This is what they're doing to make the American people think that everything is fair and square when we know it is not. Okay, so where do we begin, Alina Haba? First and foremost, Donald Trump is not the president. Stop calling him that. Second, you say he is the only candidate who has a gag order imposed on him. Yeah, he's the only candidate who has led an insurrection against the United States

of America, the only candidate who has stolen nuclear records and has stolen war plans and kept it in his resort where he lives. And it looks like that. Yeah, that's one of the reasons that there's some suspicion about Donald Trump's behavior. Also, the hush money payments that were made to porn stars to falsify business records

and then attack the judge, the judge's daughter, the Manhattan district attorney's office and their staff, attack witnesses, attack the jury. So that's why you needed a gag order because guess what? He's the only candidate who is a convicted felon. And notice how they don't argue Donald Trump is innocent. They just said it's rigged in front of, you say, a blue New York jury. But wait a minute, Alina, weren't you and all the MAGA Republicans saying that you were going to flip New York red and that New York is now a red state? Weren't you bragging about all of the Republicans who were out there on those propaganda stunts that you were doing? Weren't you saying that? I thought you said New York is a rigged blue New York jury, as you call it, despite the fact that Donald Trump's lawyers had the opportunity to be involved in the selection

of the jury during the voir dire process. And it was a unanimous jury result after about seven weeks of trial and 12 hours of deliberation. Alina Haba in that clip also makes a big deal now after the conviction, after trial. Now this is part of the plot by the cabal. And now Justice Mershon is allowing Donald Trump to attack witnesses and to attack the jury. What may have happened after the trial that would allow that to happen?

Oh, wait a minute. The trial is over. Maybe, as Justice Merchant says in the order, if we actually want to follow what the law says, that the purpose of a gag order in criminal cases in general is to protect the integrity of the proceedings. So when trial is taking place to protect the integrity of the proceedings, a jury is selected and empaneled, witnesses are being called, and you have a prosecution team and court staff that's working. Now, after the trial, the jury is discharged. Thus, because the jury is discharged, a gag order to protect the integrity of an active proceeding no longer relates

to a discharged jury because they're no longer involved in the proceeding. Similarly, with witnesses, if the witnesses are no longer testifying in the trial, they're no longer in the proceeding. Now, Justice Mershon said he was reluctant to have to lift the gag order on these categories of protected persons because Donald Trump's behavior has been absolutely abhorrent going after these protected persons. But Justice Mershon said that he was constrained by the law. But you see Alina Haba there going on Fox and whining over and over again. Now, in this next question, Sean Hannity, in this next segment, Sean Hannity asks Alina Haba, do you think that Justice Mershon is going to put Trump in jail

leading into the convention? Let's play this clip and let's talk about it. Play it. This week's about the debate. Next week will be about, well, the week after next will be about the sentencing. I mean, I wouldn't put anything past Mershon.

I think he'll try and put President Trump in jail in the middle of a presidential campaign leading into his convention? No, I wouldn't put it past him. We're going to see what they recommend from the prosecution side. Obviously, there's some back and forth, but I don't put anything past them. If you recall, a few weeks ago after the trial, someone spoke on The View and said, I've spoken to people in the prosecutor's office, in Alvin Bragg's office, and I've heard that they're going to recommend one year at Rikers. First and foremost, why are you speaking to anybody from the DA's office? Secondly, the fact is I wouldn't put any of that past them, Sean. They couldn't beat him when they put him in court. They couldn't beat him when they put gag orders on every single case. But now they're going to try and jail him.

I don't doubt it. It will literally cause an uproar in this country. They cannot do it. It would be ridiculously desperate. But hey, they are. They can't win. Biden's their candidate. This is what they're doing to make the American people think that everything is fair and square when we know it is not. It's much like Hunter Biden, who's still walking around freely despite the sham of a trial that they had for him to make them look like they're not biased. So then their obsession with Hunter Biden is like the strangest thing ever. Notice, notice that the pro-democracy law and order community, once there was a jury

verdict in the Hunter Biden criminal case, said we accept the jury verdict. We accept that this is what law and order is, that Hunter Biden had his day in court. Now, we could, of course, point out the irony that Hunter Biden was charged in a gun-related case for filling out on a form that he was not addicted to drugs at the time he purchased a firearm, and that the evidence against Hunter Biden came in a book that Hunter Biden wrote where he was talking about his struggles with addiction and how he got over his struggles with addiction and talking about how desperate he was when he was addicted to being accountable. The admissions come from Hunter that was used against him as a drug addict who said, I hit rock bottom.

So saying in his book, and I went and I purchased a gun and he was thinking about his own life and whether he should live anymore, whether he should unalive himself. And he opened up in his book about how low it was for him. And that was used as the evidence in a case while the United States Supreme Court with Trump appointees are basically saying, bump stocks? You could have it, everyone. Bump stocks are cool. While they are taking away common sense gun restrictions in cases like New York Pistol Association, New York Rifle Association, and Pistol Association versus in Bruin, basically saying, let's use a historical traditions test where there would be no forms in the first place if you were to adopt the test by Clarence Thomas.

We could point out the law, but ultimately when a jury reaches a verdict, you accept the verdict of the jury. But when it comes to the MAGA world, it's all Hunter Biden this, Hunter Biden that, Hunter Biden still walking free. Well, let me also say this. Donald Trump's still walking free. You want to know why? Because there isn't sentencing yet. Donald Trump's sentencing is July 11th. Hunter Biden is going to be sentenced soon as well. Hunter Biden has lost or he's had his law license suspended in Washington, D.C. Committing crimes and being found guilty has ramifications. What is the point?

The obsession over Hunter Biden and the whataboutisms and the both sides. I wouldn't expect anything less from Alina Haba right there. But there she is on Hannity whining.
