Starting point is 00:00:24 Oh, and free waffles are yours to claim. Book direct at sourceotails.com. Fresh on the heels of congressional Democrats refusing to stand up to oppose political violence at the State of the Union, a Democrat representative is now arguing that Charlie Kirk was not even assassinated. Then, AOC and Zohran Mamdani encourage illegal aliens to sign up for the taxpayer-funded childcare that they supposedly are ineligible for. You remember that? You remember when the Democrats told us they don't get a penny of it? Anyway, free child care must be nice. And finally, an elite Air Force pilot allegedly committed treason with the Chinese. But is America still patriotic enough
Starting point is 00:01:06 to execute traitors? I'm not sure that we are. I'm Michael Knowles. This is the Michael Nulls show. The absolute best reaction to the state of the union has finally come in. Thanks to the ladies at the view, Whoopi in particular, who says that it was insanely rude of President Trump to honor the gold medal winning U.S. hockey team. I love it. And then they quickly cut to commercial because the Democrats realize this is a bad look. But I love, they're going all the way, baby. The Dems are now opposed to the U.S. Olympic hockey team. You know, I thought we were going to get demolished in the midterms. Who knows? At this rate, with the way Democrats are going, maybe we'll actually hold the house. Before we get to anything, I want to tell you about
Starting point is 00:02:06 preborn. Go to preborn.com slash knolls. 80,000 babies. That has, that's how many lives were saved last year through our sponsor pre-born and their supporters like you. Right now, thousands of women are being told the same heartbreaking lie that abortion is their only choice, that they're on their own, that there's no way forward. But everything shifts the moment an expectant mother walks into a pre-born network clinic and sees her baby on that ultrasound screen. In that instant, her chance of choosing life doubles. Suddenly, it's not abstract anymore. It is her baby created in God's image, a sacred life meant to be cherished and protected. When she hears that heartbeat for the very first time, a beautiful bond is formed. Today, we can all support a mother in need. One pre-born donor, put it beautifully.
Starting point is 00:02:50 My mother chose life. That is the only reason I'm here today, and that's exactly why I give to pre-born, so other mothers can make the same choice. A donation of $28 bucks provides one ultrasound that could double a baby's chance at life. I love this organization. I personally support it. I encourage you to give what you can. 100% of your money will go towards saving babies. They fundraise for the administrative overhead separately. Call pound 250. Say keyword. baby. That is pound, or for you kids out there, that's hashtag 250 keyword baby, or just go to preborn.com slash Knowles, K&WLAS, donate securely today. That is preborn.com slash knolls. Ashley Viola Gant, this is a Democrat state representative. Coming out, this clip is going viral
Starting point is 00:03:32 in the wake of President Trump's state of the union in which he really exposed the Democrats. He pointed to Erica Kirk, who was in the gallery, and, you know, he said, Erica, our my great friend, Charlie, his beautiful widow, Erica, is here. And this is a reminder that we are one nation under God. And we must oppose political violence of all kinds. And the Republicans stood up. Some Democrats stood up. A lot of Democrats wouldn't even stand up for that. Wouldn't even stand up to oppose political violence of all kinds.
Starting point is 00:04:06 with Charlie's widow sitting there in the gallery. In the wake of that, this clip is going viral of a Democrat state representative, not only mocking Charlie Kirk, but denying that he was assassinated at all. We want to talk about exercise and free speech. Let's ball. So the First Amendment protects free speech. We don't need this day of remembrance for a man that was mediocre and racist.
Starting point is 00:04:33 And I say mediocre at best. He was not a Floridian. He had no ties to Florida other than owning property. We have a number of Floridians, both individuals and organizations, that promote free speech that is not divisive like this individual was. If we want to talk about free speech, let's talk about being precise with our words. When we hear assassination, that's typically related to a person and a political position. Charlie Kirk died from gun violence. Okay. We continuously advocate for gun policy,
Starting point is 00:05:13 legislation that would ensure that people that probably shouldn't have a gun don't have a gun. So was his passing tragic for those who love him? Absolutely. There is no denying that. But he was not assassinated. And words being accurate matters. It was a death by gun violence. they want to kill you. In case you haven't gotten the message, in case you didn't get the message at the state of the union when the Democrats wouldn't even stand up for the mother of Irina Zarutka to oppose even that kind of street level violence, they want to kill you. Listen to this language this woman uses. It's not just that she is denying that the most prominent political assassination of the last quarter century, for many of us of our lifetimes, occurred. She's also mocking the guy who was assassinated. She comes out from the top. She says, this guy was mediocre at best, at best. Charlie Kirk, one of the most impressive people of his generation and in the country.
Starting point is 00:06:16 Charlie Kirk, master political organizer, a guy who the White House chief of staff said made the winning difference in 2024. Guy who won a presidential election, built the biggest youth activist organization in the country, master fundraiser, incredible debater, the list goes on and on and on. Move the youth vote probably 10 points in the presidential election. She says he's mediocre at best, but you know, his death was tragic for those who loved him. She's making clear she did not love him. Many Democrats have made clear they did not love him. The conclusion being is death wasn't even really tragic, at least for most of us.
Starting point is 00:06:56 But then they go even further. Not only was his assassination not tragic, she said, says it wasn't even an assassination. And here, I don't think this woman is lying exactly because I'm not convinced that this woman has a firm grasp on the English language. She might just not know what the word assassination means. But assassination is a targeted killing of a prominent person for political or religious reasons. That's what an assassination is.
Starting point is 00:07:28 Would you say that Charlie Kirk was a prominent person? who was killed for political reasons, all the evidence we have suggests so. A radical leftist wrote, Catch This Fascist on one of the bullet. A guy who spelled out in text messages, allegedly in all sorts of data that will be presented in court, spelled out his political motive as a radical leftist
Starting point is 00:07:53 to kill one of the most prominent conservatives in the country. So how was this not an assassination? Was Charlie Kirk not prominent? pretty sure he was more prominent than Ashley Viola Gant. Pretty sure he was one of the most prominent political figures in the whole country. Was his killing not politically motivated? A radical leftist with a trans furry boyfriend wrote his political motivations literally on the bullets. Was he not killed? I think he was killed. I think we would all agree he was killed. So maybe, I don't know, maybe this woman was failed by the school system. Stranger things have happened in our degraded educational culture. But Charlie, was assassinated. So what is this? This is a trend that we have seen from the day Charlie was killed. From the moment it happened, actually, on MSNBC, you had a Democrat political strategist blaming Charlie for his own murder as it was happening, lest you forget. Lest we all forget. So much of that state of the union was reminding us of Trump's wins that we've forgotten and the Democrats perfity,
Starting point is 00:08:55 the danger posed by Democrats in political office. Well, here it is. Lest you forgot. Democrats minimized, excused, justified, and even celebrated the most prominent political assassination for many of us in our lifetimes of a guy who was the clearest proponent of civil dialogue across the aisle in the whole country. This is minimizing Charlie's assassination. This is a reminder that they want to kill you, even to say, he died from gun violence. most assassinations, many if not most assassinations are gun violence, but not all gun violence is a political assassination. It's like a square and a rectangle. Probably, what's her name? Ashley Viola Gant probably didn't catch that lesson in the third grade either. But all squares are rectangles. Not all rectangles are squares. So you can chalk some of this up to ignorance.
Starting point is 00:09:56 There's a lot of ignorance here, but there's a kind of a willful ignorance. And they're going to try to shift this heading into November. After Charlie was killed, what a lot of Democrats told us is, yeah, he was killed. And you're next if you don't shut up. Yeah, yeah, it was, maybe it was good that he was killed. That's what they told us in public opinion poll after public opinion poll. And now they're going to try to run the Abigail Spanberger strategy of pretending to be moderates until they're elected when they can implement the most radically leftist agenda you could possibly imagine. But they can't even help themselves. And so one of the lessons from, it was a tremendous state of the union. We keep drawing lessons from it. One of the lessons, though, is keep baiting the Democrats. As they try to play the moderate,
Starting point is 00:10:36 keep baiting them. Just bring them back to these basic points. Hey, do you oppose all political violence? Hey, do you think that America should protect Americans before it protects illegal aliens? Hey, do you like U.S. Olympic hockey? Right down to it because they can't help themselves. It was a real gamble when President Trump was using all of those applaud lines, applause lines at the state of the Union. It was a real gamble when he pointed to the mother of Arena Zarutka, daring the Democrats to sit down. The clearest example being, hey, stand up if you think America is for Americans above illegal aliens. And the Democrats stood up, it would have taken the wind out of his sales, but they couldn't. That's the message.
Starting point is 00:11:18 Keep pushing them on this. They'll tell you what they think of Charlie Kirk. They'll tell you what they think of you too. Let them do that. Put that on display for the voters in November. Okay. Speaking of violence and education, the FBI has just raided the home of the L-A-USD, Los Angeles school system superintendent. A man who appears to have been involved in some other crimes, but also we've discovered is an illegal alien. We'll get to that momentarily. First, I want to tell you about Lean. Go to take lean.com, enter code Knowles. This episode is sponsored by Brickhouse Nutrition. You've probably heard about those weight loss injections that everyone's been talking about, and for good reason. The results can be pretty incredible. They work by helping regulate blood sugar and keeping your appetite in check. But here's the thing. Not everyone wants to deal with weekly injections, especially when you start hearing about some of the side effects that can come with them.
Starting point is 00:12:12 That's where lean comes in. It's a weight loss supplement developed by doctors and people are seeing really impressive results. The ingredients in lean are backed by research showing that they can help lower blood sugar turn stored fat and energy and reduce those constant cravings and hunger pangs that make dieting so hard. This is not designed for someone who just wants to lose a couple pounds. This is for people who want to lose 10 pounds or more. Multiple producers and people who work here at the Daily Wire have tried lean. They've already been so impressed with how effective lean is in such a short period of time. Let's get you started with 20% off and free rush shipping so you can add lean to your healthy diet and exercise plan.
Starting point is 00:12:47 Go to takelein.com and enter Knowles for your discount. that is promo code Noel skinned WLAS at takelein.com. Takelein.com. According to reports, the FBI has just rated the home of the superintendent of L.A.USD. This guy's name is Alberto Carvalo. The reporting says that this is tied to an investigation involving the failed AI company all here. The founder of that company was charged with fraud, and the company had a contract with LAUSD. So according to the reporting, allegedly, allegedly, reportedly,
Starting point is 00:13:28 reportedly, this guy was involved in some fraudulent AI scheme. Okay. Got to give a hat tip to my buddy Dave, Dave, who pointed out on Twitter, that Alberto Carvalho, who has this very prominent position in public life. This is a public office. Superintendent of Schools is elected in many places, or is at the very least appointed by other elected and appointed officials. This guy is himself an illegal alien. I want to confess to you, for those of you may not know. I would be a hypocrite if I did not fight for those who today are facing conditions that over 40 years I faced as an undocumented migrant to this country. I want to repeat that. I would be the biggest hypocrite in the world, regardless of my position today, if today I did not fight for those who find themselves in the
Starting point is 00:14:31 same predicament I faced over 40 years ago when I arrived in this country at the age of 17 as an undocumented immigrant. Education made me and saved me. I became a teacher. I became a teacher, a principal, a superintendent leading the nation's largest districts, four times selected as national superintendent of the year. Do not underestimate the power of the immigrant child who may very well become an adult who does well and good by America. If I come across with a certain degree of contempt and anger, I am. I am. I'm going to cut it off right there, because I love that as he's extolling his great education, how he's excelled in education, so much so that he's one of the leaders of education in America, he demonstrates that he still, 40 years later, can't
Starting point is 00:15:25 properly speak the English language. He's, if I come across with contempt, I am. Is this a Dr. Seuss story? If I come across with contempt, I am, what it, the proper formulation would be, if I come across with contempt, I do, or I intend to, or that would be justified. If I come across, I am, what is that? So anyway, not surprising that the superintendent of L.A. schools doesn't speak English very well, based on the test scores of the students in the L.A. schools. I love how this guy says, I've done well by America. I rose up to take one of the most prominent educational positions in America.
Starting point is 00:16:09 I've done well by America. Let's check the numbers. Less than 47% of students in LA schools meet or exceed state standards in English language arts. The majority, a clear majority of students in LA schools can't speak English good. Only 36% of students in LA schools are proficient in math, meeting or exceeding state standards. I'm no math genius, but I think that means 64% of, of LA students are failing in math according to state standards. And this guy comes out, he says,
Starting point is 00:16:45 Hey, listen to me, man. I don't know. He doesn't have quite that thick an accent. But he doesn't really know how to use English words. He comes and he says, listen, I came here as an illegal alien and then somehow I got this big public position and now the majority of students in L.A. schools are failing. Open the border up.
Starting point is 00:17:04 Isn't that a great advertisement for illegal immigration? I don't think so. I don't think so. This also reminds us that when the libs say that illegal aliens aren't voting, you need to press them on this. One, they are. But two, you have to say, no, no, no, not only are they voting. They are holding public office just last year. There were, what, two cases of mayors of towns being caught not only voting in elections illegally, but winning elections as illegal aliens.
Starting point is 00:17:32 They're not even American citizens. They're running American towns. In this case, an illegal alien running L.A. schools. I'm not sure that LA schools would be much better even if an American citizen were running them, but maybe they'd have a shot. In any case, this guy says one thing that is manifestly true. He says, never underestimate the power of an immigrant child. And that statement is true, but I don't know if it's quite true in the way that he means it. One of the big drivers of mass migration, illegal immigration, has been a birthright citizenship applied to foreigners from Latin America.
Starting point is 00:18:10 The reason that we have birthright citizenship per the 14th Amendment is to deal with the children of slaves. Because we had just abolished slavery and there had been Supreme Court decisions declaring that black people and slaves could not be American citizens. And so the 14th Amendment clarifies that and says they're American citizens. And there are exclusions, people who are subject to foreign jurisdictions and et cetera. But because of that in the 19th, late 19th and then into the 20th centuries, the proponents of mass illegal immigration from Latin America held on to that and said, if you have a baby, you can come over here with the help of a cartel, nine months pregnant, pop out a kid on the other side of the Rio Grande,
Starting point is 00:18:54 and now you're good. That kid's an American citizen entitled to all the rights of American citizens, and one of those privileges that goes along with being an American citizen is you're probably going to bring the rest of your family over here too. never underestimate the power of that. Never underestimate the power of birthright citizenship applied, I think, wrongly in this case to mass migration. You have to fix that.
Starting point is 00:19:17 The Trump administration is taking steps to fix that. You have to fix that perverse incentive. That is not what the 14th Amendment was intended to do. Even if it were, which it is not, it's had a very deleterious effect on the country. It's totally eroded national sovereignty. And it brings us to the point where, illegal aliens are voting in our elections. They are winning elections. They are being appointed
Starting point is 00:19:39 to prominent political positions and they have contempt for America in their own words. Speaking of the illegals, Zohran Mamdani and AOC have just come out with an advertisement. Free child care specifically for illegal aliens. Now, I know this is kind of weird because during that last government shutdown, I guess we're currently in a partial government shutdown, but during that last government shutdown in the fall, the Democrats, rather, said that illegal aliens do not receive welfare. They don't get government benefits. They're not eligible for government benefits. How dare you Republicans suggest that we're shutting down the government over giving freebies to illegals? Now, over the course of that shutdown, Democrats accidentally let it slip that they are giving freebies to illegals. Well,
Starting point is 00:20:28 now they're cutting whole advertisements for it. Here is Zoron and AOC promoting free child care for illegal. See if you can understand the ad. Hello. Here we go. You're speaking Spanish. If your child is three or four years old in 2026, you can enroll them for free in three K or pre-K in New York City. But you must apply by February 27th, which is the deadline. Any New York.
Starting point is 00:21:03 city parent, regardless of your occupation, income or immigration status is eligible to sign their child up. And there you have it. So they open up speaking of foreign language. And Zoran jokes about my Spanish is a little rusty. Oh, don't worry, Mr. Mayor, it's okay. We're going, it doesn't matter. Don't worry about whether your Spanish is rusty. You just have to pander to this group of foreigners who have taken over this city. Oh, okay. Well, I was elected by immigrants. Thinks Zoran.
Starting point is 00:21:40 Implicitly states Zohran. And so, yeah, that's fine. Okay, well, the illegals are going to get free child care. First of all, free child care would probably be pretty nice, right? I have friends. I have family members who have a kid or two kids, who I bet you would be open to having a third kid, maybe having a fourth kid.
Starting point is 00:22:03 certainly having a second kid in many cases, if they didn't have to worry about the cost of child care. Used to be when people lived around their extended families, there was child care built in. You had three sisters living on the same street, and they'd all watch the kids, and they'd all. And as our society has atomized, that has disappeared. As our society has had fewer kids, there are fewer sisters and aunts and uncles to hang around and watch the kids. Child care, in any case, has become more expensive. As feminism has forced more and more women into the workplace, child care has become more important, it's become professionalized to an even greater degree,
Starting point is 00:22:36 and it's very, very expensive. How much is child care cost? If you want a nanny, what a nanny could be $40,000 a year. Or more. If you have a full-time nanny, it could be $50,000 a year. Or $60,000 a year. If you want to just do a regular old daycare program where you go down the street, what does that cost?
Starting point is 00:22:57 That can cost $15,000 a year or more. I can cost up to $30,000 a year. Tens of thousands of dollars. When you consider taxes on your income, you are not that far off from a full salary. So your wife has to go to work so that some guy can pay you so that you can pay some lady or some company to watch your kids. And it's basically just a transfer of the salary. It's very, very expensive unless you're an illegal. If you're an illegal, you don't need to worry about that.
Starting point is 00:23:23 Now, this is for any parent in New York City. Okay, but that includes illegal aliens. And guess who's paying for that? You are. Even if you don't live in New York, you're paying for that. when the Democrats try to tell you, no, first they'll say, illegal aliens don't get government benefits. And then you point them to that video. You say, look, I know you guys were speaking in a secret language there. You thought I didn't understand, but I have Google translate, and they say they're giving health care or child care to illegals.
Starting point is 00:23:48 And they say, okay, well, yeah, all right, I guess illegals get government handouts, but not federal handouts. They're just getting local handouts in the cities. You say, well, that's a lie too. You know why that's a lie? Because New York City gets $7.5 billion a year directly from the federal government. government. And that's the tip of the iceberg. New York City gets $7.5 billion a year from the federal government. That is from your pockets. But when you add in things like the transit system, the education system, when you add in all of those federal grants, you're looking at like $100 billion a year. So not only does New York City rely on the federal government on your money for a huge portion of its official city budget, but it relies on you for like $100 billion.
Starting point is 00:24:32 of its spending. And what is New York City going to say? Well, no, no, no, we're only using these dollars on freebies for illegals, not your dollars from your federal taxes. You can't say that because money is fungible. So the very fact that New York City is getting $100 billion a year from your federal taxes allows it to spend some of that other money on the illegals. You can't just neatly parse the money like that. This is something. the Republicans have to point out relentlessly in the midterms. Federal money, every single American who pays taxes, which I guess would exclude the illegals largely, but every American who pays taxes is paying for free child care for illegals.
Starting point is 00:25:18 Where's your free child care? This is not just people trying to, you know, make an extra dollar. This is not just envy. This is having real effects. We have a below replacement birth rate in America. A big part of that is because child care is very expensive. Why are we paying for child care for illegals in New York City and you're not getting child care. Why are you made to pay for that? And why are the Democrats admitting it in a foreign language and then telling you it's not happening? Relieving themselves on your leg and telling you that it is raining. Speaking of foreign problems and mass migration, we are seeing the civilization ending effects of mass migration in Austria and Germany right now. And it's coming to.
Starting point is 00:26:03 a city near you. We'll get to that momentarily. First, I want to tell you about Bullen Branch. Go to bolandbranch.com slash Knowles, K&WLAS. Folks, sheets do not usually fail all at once. It's never a dramatic moment where your sheets just explode. You're sleeping on them and they just evaporate or something. It's those small things that creep up on you, the corners that won't stay tucked, the fabric that feels a little thinner, a little scratchier than you remember. You're waking up warmer than you should be, tossing around more than usual, and you just don't feel as comfortable as you used to. Here's the thing. You don't always realize how bad your sheets have gotten until you finally replace them. That is why you need to upgrade to our sponsor Bowling Branch. If your sheets are
Starting point is 00:26:44 pilling, thinning, slipping off your mattress or making you overheat at night, that is your sign. I love Bowling Branch sheets. I love them. I love them. I've had them for almost a decade now. I've had many kinds of Bowlen Branch sheets. I have their beautiful Waffle Blanket. Sleep sound with Bowlen Branch right now. Get 15% off your first order plus free shipping at Boll and branch.com slash Noles with Knolls NOLN-W-L-E-L-E-L-E-S.
Starting point is 00:27:16 That is Boland-D-Brandch.com slash Noles. Code Noles to unlock 15% off exclusions apply. This one hits close to home. You know, I love I love talking about Christendom, the glories of Christendom, the great victories of Christendom, which is the civilization that we now call the West. And what are the big battles? What are the three big ones I always bring up? Battle of Poitiers, sometimes called the Battle of Tours.
Starting point is 00:27:43 732, Charles Martel beats back the Muslims, 150 miles outside of Paris. Battle of Lepanto, 1571, the Holy League defeats a much larger Turkish army or a navy, I guess, defeats them. This is the beginning of the Feast of Our Lady of Victory because the Christendom prayed the rosary and we won the battle. That was really great. And then the third big one, Battle of Vienna, 1683, largest cavalry charge in history, when Jan Sobayeski and the Christians routed the Turkish forces who were trying to take over Europe. So obviously, Sobayevsky is an Austrian hero, but he's a Western hero generally.
Starting point is 00:28:28 This is one of the men who saved Western civilization at one of the pivotal moments. So Vienna wants to put up a statue to one of, maybe its greatest national hero. And the Socialist Party of Vienna opposes it. Specifically, a woman named Azlihan Boza Tamur. Doesn't sound like a very Austrian name, does it? You don't expect to hear that name in the sound of music. The hills are alive. I don't think Azli Han sings that song.
Starting point is 00:29:02 What does she say? She's a member of parliament. SPO city councilor says, in Vienna, there is no place for a monument that promotes xenophobia, Islamophobia, and anti-Turkish sentiment. Just a little historical reminder, Vienna would not exist today without xenophobia, Islamophobia, and anti-Turkish sentiment. There would be no Vienna. There would be no Austria. it would be called, you know, Ibn al-Vienna, I don't, al-Mohamed al-Jihad. That's why I would be the name of the city today.
Starting point is 00:29:38 It would be New Baghdad today. If not for xenophobia, maybe it would be New Istanbul, actually, more specifically. If not for xenophobia, Islamophobia, and anti-Turkish sentiment. The takeaway here is not just that an ethnic Turk and a socialist, is opposed to the national hero of the country in which she lives and of which she is supposedly a member of the political community. Obviously, she's not a member of the political community. Even though she's in parliament, she views herself as outside of the political community of Vienna. She views herself as someone who is conducting a hostile takeover of the political
Starting point is 00:30:21 community of Vienna and of Austria. But what this is a reminder of is that mass migration changes everything. I'm not even saying it makes everything worse. It kind of does, but that's not even the point. I'm not even arguing right now that mass migration makes everything worse. I'm just pointing out that it changes everything. It's not just that there's a little more crime. It's not just that it taxes the welfare services a little bit more.
Starting point is 00:30:53 It's not just that you have to press two for English. it's that it changes everything. It means you can't even put up a statue of your national hero anymore. Because cultures have heroes. And when a new culture comes in, you get different heroes. Sometimes the new culture is not merely indifferent to the heroes of the old culture, which is bad enough. You probably don't get the statues even in that case.
Starting point is 00:31:21 But sometimes the new culture is hostile. to the old culture, to those heroes, in which case you get these statements like this. Oh, the national hero of Austria? No, no, no, there's no place for him here in Austria. Who says who? The Austrians? Not the traditional Austrians. No, no, no, the new Austrians, also known as the Turks. Look at Germany. Right next door. Look at Germany. Visigrad 24 is pointing this out. In Germany right now, on billboards promoting McDonald's, they've removed images of the food. You know why?
Starting point is 00:32:00 Because it's Ramadan. And in Ramadan, the Muslims don't eat during the day. So you had an advertisement of a thing of French fries. And now you just get the carton, empty, no French fries. Because they want to be sensitive to the Muslims. There are two ways to read the advertisement. One is out of sensitivity. When you're fasting, it's tough to look at food.
Starting point is 00:32:23 stuff to smell food, be around food, it makes it a little harder. Now, the point of fasting is penins, so actually maybe that's a good thing. But one way to view it is that the Germans are just being kind of sensitive to the Muslims. You know, they don't want to aggravate them while they're already fasting. You know, they're already probably a little on edge. And these are, these are not the most calm and patient and balanced people in the world. You know, they're kind of no, when they get a little on edge, things explode. So they say, okay, maybe we want to be one to be a little sensitive. That's one way to read it. The other way to read the billboards is as a kind of a joke. It's just like a little in-joke. They still want to promote McDonald's, but it's a little in-joke
Starting point is 00:33:04 because everyone within that culture knows we don't eat a lot during Ramadan. And so, oh, that's kind of funny. They're promoting McDonald's, but they know that we don't eat. Oh, you know, T-he-he. All right, we get each other. Either way, what this represents is that mass migration changes everything. You can't have Christmas markets in Germany anymore. In Europe, generally, they used to have these beautiful Christmas markets. They don't have them anymore because Muslims keep driving their cars into them. So they just don't have them anymore. Sometimes they don't have New Year's celebrations anymore
Starting point is 00:33:39 because Muslims keep driving their cars into them and blowing stuff up. They didn't have Octoberfest in Germany this year. Is there anything more German than Octoberfest? It's words that are too long to express. ideas that are too complicated and Octoberfest. Those are the two most German things in the entire world. And they don't have it anymore. And when you object to this, the libs tell you that you're being petty. We've seen this in America with a hostile takeover of a liberal, secular atheist culture. We see it with the Starbucks cups at Christmas. This was a major cultural war issue for years and
Starting point is 00:34:19 years and years. It's abated a little bit in recent years, but previously you had Christmas cups at Starbucks, And then as atheism and secularism advanced, they took away some of the Christmassy stuff. And it became a culture war issue. The war on Christmas and the Lib said, oh, you're being so silly. You're being so petty. Who cares? It's just a coffee cup. Who cares?
Starting point is 00:34:40 Oh, it's just a sign in the public square. It was really, really, the war on Christmas was in the public square. It was in schools. It was in advertising. They changed it. It went from Merry Christmas everywhere to 15 or 20 years ago to happy holidays. It's the holiday. There's no, there's only one major holiday at that time, and the major holiday is Christmas. Kwanza is totally fake. Hanukkah is a minor holiday for a religious minority, but even if it were a major holiday for the religious minority, you could maybe make sense of it, but it's a minor holiday.
Starting point is 00:35:10 What else is there? The new year comes later. What is there? It's just Christmas, but it's the holiday that cannot be named. It's just, it's, when you object to that, you are totally justified. Because what is culture? Culture is all the little things. That's what culture is. Culture is all the little things. All the little things that we just move around in that we're not even aware of most of the time.
Starting point is 00:35:35 It's the statues in our town square. It's the turns of phrase that we use when we say goodbye to the cashier or when we see someone on the street that we don't even think about. That's what culture is. Formal political actions, you know, legislation, all the laws,
Starting point is 00:35:51 those are more conscious. We're more aware of those, but culture is all the little things. It's the French fries and the McDonald's advertisement. And mass migration radically changes the culture immediately in ways that are often imperceptible, which makes it frankly even more of a threat than overt political action. It's more insidious. It's just like changing the air out in the room from nice fresh air to a miasma of feted gas that soon enough either kind of stinks up the whole place,
Starting point is 00:36:28 radically changes your culture to the point that you can't even recognize it, or just totally kills your culture. You swap out the fresh air for carbon monoxide or something like that. Not good. Have I made my point forcefully enough? Okay. Speaking of foreign affairs, an American Air Force fighter pilot seems to have committed treason with the Chinese. We'll get to that momentarily and whether or not we can execute him.
Starting point is 00:36:49 First, though, the Daily Wire is celebrated. celebrating Black History Month, just probably not the way that they were hoping. Streaming right now on DailyWR Plus, the brand new three-part original series, Black Lives Matter, hosted by Professor Wilford Riley, the breakout voice the world met in one of the biggest documentaries of the decade, am I racist? My favorite comment yesterday is from Metal Crow 1879 who says, President Trump should have said remain seated if you agree I'm the best president ever. That's, look, he basically did that. He dared them with the bluntest kind of statements you could, I think. Stand up if you agree with the statement that America is chiefly for Americans and not illegals. And they couldn't even.
Starting point is 00:38:18 But yes, it would have been, okay, now, now sit down if you really like me. What are we, what are we, am I supposed to, what do we do? They told me not to stand up. Okay. Gerald Eddie Brown Jr., 65-year-old, reportedly elite fighter pilot, former fighter pilot. You're usually not an active fighter pilot. It's 65. He has just been charged with providing and conspiring to provide defense services to
Starting point is 00:38:47 Chinese military pilots without authorization in violation of the Arms Export Control Act. So according to the Assistant Attorney General for National Security, the U.S. Air Force trained Major Brown to be an elite fighter pilot and trust him with the defense of our nation. He now stands charged with training Chinese military pilots. When U.S. persons, whether military or civilian, provide training to a foreign military, that activity is illegal unless they have a license from the State Department. The National Security Division will use all tools its disposal to protect our military advantages and hold to account those who would violate the AECA. So this guy betrayed his country. In fact, the DOJ, the FBI, is using that exact word.
Starting point is 00:39:31 Roman Rosovsky, assistant director of FBI's counterintelligence and espionage division, says Gerald Brown, former F-35 Lightning 2 instructor pilot with decades of experience flying U.S. military aircraft allegedly betrayed his country by training Chinese pilots to fight against those he swore to protect it. Okay. So that word, betrayal, traitor, that's the key word here. This guy committed as serious a crime against the country as one can commit. He not only passed on military secrets, that's bad enough as espionage. That too is a betrayal. But he actively, personally trained the chief enemy of America. in military tactics using American military secrets.
Starting point is 00:40:24 This is Benedict Arnold level stuff. This is as serious a betrayal of the country as there is. The minimum penalty for treason is five years in prison and $10,000, according to U.S. Code. The maximum penalty is death. We used to execute traders. We used to hang traders. willy-nilly didn't think a moment about it. Even relatively recently into the 20th century,
Starting point is 00:40:53 we fried Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, didn't we, for being spies for the Soviet Union, betraying their country? We've done it. We've done it somewhat recently. 20th century was not all that long ago, I guess. My question is, do we still have the guts to execute traders? What is required to execute traders? Two things.
Starting point is 00:41:16 one, a defense of capital punishment, which a lot of people don't have anymore. A lot of people will not defend capital punishment. For moral reasons, they'll say that it's a violation of human dignity, they'll say that, I don't know, they'll make all sorts of arguments that I think are a little dubious in light of the consistent teaching of the church for at least 1970 years or so, roughly 1950 years, somewhere around there. and in principle still the teaching of the church, but also the political history of our civilization. We've found capital punishment to be justified because whosoever sheds the blood of man by man shall this blood be shed for man is made in the image and likeness of God. In other words, human dignity is actually the justification for capital punishment.
Starting point is 00:42:04 It's not that capital punishment is unjust because of human dignity. The very argument for capital punishment in the Bible, in the book of Genesis, is from human dignity. But some people are confused about this now, or they don't think that retribution is the cheap purpose of punishment. They think it's rehabilitation or this, whatever, whatever. So that's one side of it. The second thing required to execute traitors is patriotism.
Starting point is 00:42:33 You have to think that betraying your country is a serious crime. And in order to do that, you have to love your country. You have to think your country is war. protecting. You have to hold your country in really high regard. And so I know that people are confused about the death penalty today. I know they have conflicting views about that. But I don't think we're patriotic enough to execute traitors. I don't think we're told not to love our country. The major political party in this country only holds the American flag under duress. They find the flag icky in at many of their major rallies. They hold the flags of foreign nations or of weird
Starting point is 00:43:12 sex stuff. They'll fly the rainbow flag all day. They'll fly the BLM flag. They'll fly the Mexican flag, but they don't want to fly. They'll fly the Palestinian flag. They'll fly any, the Colombian flag, they'll fly any number of flags. The American flag, they don't like. You don't really see that much. So they don't like that. They openly defend burning the American flag, the symbol of the country, even many people on the right defend that. We're told that this country is illegal, it's stolen land. it's committed all the atrocities in the world, it has the original sin of slavery, it's blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 00:43:44 I don't think we can execute traders anymore in this country. I don't think we possess the requisite moral vision or patriotism to do it. So I bet this guy probably get off five years in prison, $10,000 fine. That's my prediction. Okay, speaking of attacking one's own country, here is an embodiment,
Starting point is 00:44:04 lest you think that I'm being hyperbolic here. Here's Whoopi Goldberg on the view saying that living in America is just like living in Iran. Let's just remember, too, the Iranians literally throw gay people off of buildings. They don't adhere to basic human rights. Listen, here's the thing. Let's not do that. Let's not do that because if we start with that, we have been known in this country to tie gay folks to the car. I'm sorry, but where the Iranian regime is today.
Starting point is 00:44:32 I'm sorry. They used to just keep hanging black people. It is not even the same. I couldn't step-lovering this outfit in the Iran. Wait, wait, wait. That's not what you mean to say. It is the same. No, it's not. The year 20-25 of the United States is nothing like if I stepped foot wearing this outfit in Tehran right now.
Starting point is 00:44:48 The young people had been killed for Masa-A-Menean. Listen, listen. I can't have my hair showing. I can't wear a skirt. I can't have my arms out. I'm telling you as a- I literally said it was up to the Iranian people. Yes.
Starting point is 00:44:59 It is up to that. And that's why I am saying. That it is the same. Murdering someone for their difference is not good. Whoever does. It's not good. So that's why I said you weren't saying what I heard was not what you meant. I think it's very different to live in the United States in 2025 than it is to live in Iran.
Starting point is 00:45:25 Not if you're black. Not for everybody. Not if you're black. Do not anyone at this table. Not if you're black. about being in this country. This is the greatest country in the world. I think, all right.
Starting point is 00:45:35 I think we got enough of whoopee. Look, it's the greatest country in the world, but it's just like living in Iran if you're black. Okay. So it's funny to think that Alyssa Farah, who's a big lib, but she's the fake conservative on the view. She's the one there.
Starting point is 00:45:49 She's the voice of reason. She goes, yeah, I just don't think that living in America today is quite like living in Iran, where you don't have any political rights and, you know, women can be beaten if they show any skin. and they're under this kind of deranged leadership of this caliph terrorist.
Starting point is 00:46:08 And it says, no, no, well, it's, yeah. But if you're black, America's just like that. And she can just say this, and there's no consequence to that. So anyway, I think it's all great. My real takeaway from this is not to invade against whoopee and say, how terrible this is. I think this is great. I want this to be played in campaign ads.
Starting point is 00:46:25 You know what else I want to be played in campaign ads? To just to show the derangement of the Dems, to show that Trump really is the party of normal. The real thing I want to play in campaign ads, also Whoopi Goldberg, attacking Donald Trump for the insanely rude act of honoring the U.S. men's Olympic hockey team. I'm laying there, and I thought,
Starting point is 00:46:44 what's coming in my ear and what I'm looking at in front of me are such different worlds of what we have coming forward. It was just, it was hard to stomach. What's worse than him are the sycophants and the acolytes who are praising him and going along with him. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:59 I mean, I'm dismissing him because he's not well. The man is not well. His narcissistic disorder is off the charts. Well, you know what? He's also insanely rude because a lot of people won goals for the U.S. A lot of people won goal. I'm sorry. You know, the women's hockey team and the women and the young skater
Starting point is 00:47:22 who comes from immigrant family. I mean, there are a lot of people. He's clearly a fan of heated rivalry. That's why he loves the opportunity. hockey players. I can agree with Donald Trump. I'll believe that right there. We'll talk more about this one. We come back. Oh, all right, we've got to leave because they're sending me to commercial as I'm attacking the men's hockey team. So what is her argument? Her argument is Trump should either honor all of the gold medal winners exactly equally, or he should have picked some of the other
Starting point is 00:47:52 gold medal. Maybe you should have picked the gold medal winners who hate America, who just come out at the Olympics in even just the Olympians generally. Forget about whether or not they win a gold medal. They come out and they say, yeah, America's awful. I hate America right now. Trump is terrible. We need to defend the queer community from the Trump Gestapo. And we're supposed to pick them or what?
Starting point is 00:48:12 Does Whoopi Goldberg have a problem with that movie miracle? You know, the miracle on ice hockey team? You know, the one in the 80s that actually this gold medal winning team kind of recreates, reiterates. That is that bad. You know, Hollywood is insanely rude for making a movie about the movie about the that 1980 hockey victory when other people won gold medals that year. Is that it? No, what Whoopi's upset about is that this is a team of guys who not only won the gold medal at the Olympics, but who like America and who are respectful of our political institutions
Starting point is 00:48:47 and who are happy to meet the president of the United States and to be honored at the state of the union. That's what they hate. What Whoopi hates is how normal the hockey team is and how normal President Trump seems. How they're normal. This is one of the big knocks from the left on various people over the last decade is they're normalizing Donald Trump. Stop normalizing Trump. He's the president. He won at least two elections.
Starting point is 00:49:13 I think he's normal now. But stop normalizing. That's what she's really upset about. And I love it. They send her to break. All right, enough of this, Wopi. Get out of here. Let's go back to, let's go to commercial.
Starting point is 00:49:22 Why? I think a lot of people, look, maybe they just hit the clock, but I think a lot of smarter Democrats realize. it's a bad look. It's a bad look to be supporting political violence publicly. It's a bad look to, you know, sit down when honoring Irene Zerutska, or Irene Zerutska's mother. It's a bad look to say that America's not primarily for Americans. And it's a bad look to be the party that's against the gold medal winning U.S. hockey team. You know, it's a, you don't want to be, it's like, it's like, you know, Democrats are going to become the party of torturing little puppies or something by the end of. They're just picking the wrong side of so many issues,
Starting point is 00:50:02 just even from the perspective of optics. And I love that. And I love that. I took that personally, and I'm very happy, and I encourage much more of it from the Dems. Okay, today is Theology. Thursday, the rest of the show continues. Now, you do not want to miss it. Become a member of Use Code Noles Canada, WLA, so check out for two months free on all annual plans. What was it like, Merlin, to be alone with God? Is that who you think I was alone with? I knew your father. I am yet convinced that he was. not of this world. All men know of the great Taliesin.
Starting point is 00:50:56 Who am I, Father? That the gods should war for my soul. Princess Garris, the saviour of our people. I know what the bull got offered you. I was offered the same. And? There is a new pirate work in the world. I've seen it.
Starting point is 00:51:16 God who sacrifices what he loves for us. We are each given only one life singer. No. No. We're given another. I learned of Yazoo the Christ. And I have become his follower. He's waiting on a neural. And I think you can give him one.
Starting point is 00:51:34 Trust in Jesus. He is the only hope for men like us. Fate of Britain never rests in the hands of the great life. Great light. Great darkness. Such things mattered to me then. What matters to you now, mistress of lies? You. Nephew.
Starting point is 00:51:55 The sword of the high. Why king? How many lives must be lost before you accept the power? You were born to wield. So clinging to the promises of a God who has abandoned you. I cannot take up their sword again. You know what you must do. Great life, forgive me.
Starting point is 00:52:18 The time has come. To be reborn.
