Some of you are already going to know that. The Buckeyes are a football team as well. But this is not the kneel and disrespect the American flag and have gay male cheerleaders kind of football. That is apparently the National Football League. That's professional football. This is college football and the Texas team beat the Ohio team. I don't follow any kind of sports at all other than the New York Yankees, which I follow with autistic vigor. I watch as much sports as any guy, but I concentrate it all on one team and one sports. So I missed a lot of this story. But the story is not about football, pro football or college football.

The story is actually about how a Texas politician react. reacted to the Texas victory because he was upset about it. And he wasn't upset about how the team played, you know, the first downs and the kicks and the touchdowns or whatever. He was upset about the celebrations. This is Beau French who says, like body cams exposed criminals, social media is exposing how many Americans have been displaced by foreigners. It's everywhere and far worse than any of us could imagine. Now, this guy, Beau French, he is running for Texas Agriculture Commissioner. He is being called a racist for this. But I looked at the picture he posted of all these fans, all these kids cheering with doing the Longhorn thing with their hands. And I realized

I might be even more racist than he is because I kind of thought the guys were Mexican. And I thought, well, there are a lot of Mexicans in Texas. That's been true for a long time. That's been true since before Texas was part of the United States. So I did, but apparently the issue is that the guys in the picture are Indian, and the politician doesn't like that very much. And so he's being absolutely pilloried. He's being, you know, sort of dog-walked by the media and by members of the Republican Party for doing this racism. Also a strange one for me, because I know that the internet demands that all people on the right hate Jews and Indians in particular. It's really the internet right, very anti-Jew, very anti-Indian. And I

I actually particularly like Jews and Indians, among, among other people. There are certain populations I'm not as big a fan of, but I don't know, I'm totally out of the internet zeitgeist because I enjoy the Hebraic people and I like Indians too. So what is this really about? Is this guy a vile, awful, terrible racist? Is it just totally beyond the pale to criticize the demographic makeup of the people who are cheering on the football team? Or Does he have a point? And I guess what I would say is there are kind of two reads on this. And this is about a lot more than football, a lot more than Texas. This is really the way I think conservatives need to understand the immigration debate. On the one hand, people are saying,

look, it's good that these Indian guys have come here and they're assimilating to the culture. They're putting on the Longhorn's jerseys and they're cheering on the football team. They're not waiting for a cricket game. They're cheering on the football team and they're doing the hand thing. And so this is what we want from immigrants. We want them to assimilate. We don't want them to stay in ethnic enclaves. We don't want them to keep all of their old cultural traditions and not be part of the American system. So that's great.

Also, though, it is not wrong to raise an eyebrow at the massive demographic shift that has been intentionally foisted upon the American people by the political class, by the Democrats, because the Democrats are. openly hate white people, and they want to import non-white people in particular because they believe that that will give them a permanent electoral majority. They say this. They've been pretty open about it for over 20 years. And the statistics bear it out. There are plenty of based foreigners who come to America and ultimately do vote conservative, vote Republican, but the vast majority of them do not. The vast majority of the immigrants who come in don't vote Republican. They vote for Democrats. That's why the Democrats keep inviting them in. And you have the business Republicans who, who encourage mass migration, who encourage even illegal immigration because it allows them to

suppress wages. It gives them a broader labor force. And most Americans don't like that. It is not, look, maybe some people hate Indians. People on Twitter certainly do. And that's wrong. We should not have any particular animosity toward people on the basis of their race or anything like that. However, it is perfectly legitimate for the American people to say we don't want a massive demographic shift in the United States. When people do come in, it is better for them to assimilate than not to assimilate, but also it is crazy that we have totally blown up the demographic makeup of the United States, contrary to the stated and reaffirmed will of the American people in election after election. Mass migration was one of the biggest issues in 2024. Mass migration has been

one of the biggest issues on the right for 25, 30 years now. And it even bled over in the 2024 election such that Trump denied the popular vote to the Democrats. So it's not beyond the pale to say, hey, we have flooded the country with immigrants, mostly from Latin America over the last 30, 40 years. We are increasingly importing immigrants from the subcontinent, specifically from India, through H-1B visas and all other sorts of things. And maybe we shouldn't necessarily do that. Maybe it's okay to restrict immigration, including legal immigration,

and encourage people who come from cultures that are more easily assimilated to come over. That is not beyond the pale. You don't want that to fall into a kind of nasty, crude, vulgar racial bigotry. We don't want to do that. But likewise, you can't tell the majority of the American people comprising all sorts of races, all sorts of ethnicities, that it is utterly wrong for them to have any concern whatsoever about demographic shift and displacement. is that isn't. That's perfectly within the rights of a people, especially in a self-governing republic, to say, hey, you know, maybe let's chill out. From 1994 until what? 1965, we had basically no immigration

into the United States, very, very severely restricted immigration. And then we had totally lopsided immigration after that. And in recent decades, it's been extremely lopsided from Latin America and, I guess, increasingly from India. It's not about the Indians. It's not about the Mexicans. It's not, it's not about the Mexicans. It's not about the Guatemalans. It's not necessarily about the immigrants themselves. It is about the right of a people to determine who comes in, which peoples are going to be more easily assimilated, and whether or not we want to continue to import lots of foreign people, especially when we have the highest foreign-borne percentage of the population ever, though thanks to the Trump administration, that is going down a little bit. In 50 years, if we get the foreign

percentage of the population way, way down, and there's some pressing reason to bring in more foreigners from this culture or that, there's an argument for that. The immigration policy doesn't need to be one thing for all time. Politics just responds to changing circumstances. So it's totally fine. People should eschew a vulgar kind of racism. But we should treat the immigration issue seriously. And we should recognize the different cultures are qualitatively different than others. And that actually factors into the immigration discussion as well. It's actually a sign of the times and it's a sign of the significance of this issue, that when I was a kid, the immigration issue was you could either support way more legal immigration or way more legal immigration and illegal immigration. Those were

your two options. And now that's shifted to the point that we're discussing, okay, do we want to restrict legal immigration or do we want to restrict legal immigration from specific countries? You know, that's a major shift in the Overton window. And I think that is inevitable. I don't think there's anything intrinsically racist or whatever about it. Okay. The funny thing about singling out the Indians here, though, is that Asians actually are discriminated against in university admissions policies. So it's not, the argument coming from a lot of people is, you know, these Americans, a regular white boy from the middle of the country, he doesn't get into the public schools anymore because his spot is being taken by Asian students. But the irony is

that the white students and the Asian students are in exactly the same place. They're both being discriminated against by the schools. This was a Supreme Court case. It was taken up against Harvard. The Supreme Court ruled against Harvard said you have to stop discriminating against the white kids and the Asian kids. And the schools continue to do it anyway, which we just found out thanks to the DOJ at a Berkeley. We'll get to that in a second. First, I want to tell you about Helix. Helixleep.com slash Noles. So the Supreme Court issued this decision years ago at this point, said, hey, you got to stop discriminating against white kids and Asian kids. The only reason the Supreme Court had the political cover to rule this way, by the way, is because of the inclusion of Asians.

Had the schools only discriminated against white kids, they would have gotten away with it. And we all know that to be true. But the fact that they were discriminating against another supposedly oppressed minority group, namely Asian students, gave the conservatives political cover to rule on this case and say, hey, we shouldn't have racial discrimination against 18-year-old kids. So all's well that ends well, I'll take it. But that's what's going on here. And even after the Supreme Court decision, the schools are still violating it. We've seen this in report after report. Now the DOJ has an investigation with the Department of Education here, found that UC Berkeley law is to,

discriminating based on race in admissions. They found that even after students for fair admissions, the Supreme Court case, Berkeley law uses race, essay prompts, and other tactics in order to further the racial diversity goals. And don't forget, you can't increase racial diversity. That is, you can't expand the number of students from one race if you don't also shrink the number of students from another race. You can't give priority and privilege to students of one race without discriminating against students of another race. For instance, the DOJ, Wrights. Berkeley's application asked applicants to specify their racial identity so that admitted students could be grouped with others of the same primary identity in class. So they're intentionally

separating the admitted students by race. In 2024, 2025, half of Berkeley laws admitted black applicants had LAT scores below 95% of the admitted white applicants. More than one third of admitted black applicants had LAT scores below 99% of the admitted white applicants. So that means that in 2025, black applicants to Berkeley law had 5.8 times higher odds of getting in than comparable white applicants. That's still going on. This tells us something about how the government actually works. And it's a pitfall that the conservatives, I think, fall into. Conservatives really want to focus on pristine ideology. They don't want to focus on tactics. this is why conservatives tend toward think tanks. Conservatives tend toward pundits, toward podcasting.

I'm part of this. The conservatives tend to focus on these kinds of things. Now, one thing I try to do on this show that some of the others maybe don't exactly is try to get in the nitty, gritty muck of politics, too, into some of the races, into the exercise of power. Because what we are learning here is that you can have a ruling from the Supreme Court of the United States, the highest court in the land, but if you don't have institutional power, guess what all those schools are going to do that just got ruled against by the Supreme Court? They're going to ignore the court's decision. That's exactly what's going on here. So you have this class of conservatives who are practically impotent. And they say, well, the real threat to our liberty comes from the Trump administration wielding too much power. You know, we don't want to be authoritarian. We don't want to appear tyrannical. So we can't exercise power. We just want to shrink the government. That's what they'll say. We just, we just, we just want to shrink the government. But there's no such thing as a small government, as I've observed many times on this show. There's no such thing as a small government in a country of 330 million people. There's only proper government or improper government. There's only good uses of power or improper uses of power, limited, but appropriate uses of power or limitless uses of power. And so in this case, Supreme Court didn't get it done. It reminds us of this quote

attributed to Andrew Jackson, which is, okay, Chief Justice Marshall has made his decision. Let's see him enforce it. So it is crucial. It's very good that the DOJ is doing these investigations, calling light to this. It's very good that Trump is threatening to withhold funding from these schools, messing around with the federal funding that these schools get. That's important. You have to wield the power. And there are many conservatives who are more than happy to allow the entire popularly elected presidential administration to be held captive by one random federal court judge. It's ridiculous, totally ridiculous. Frankly, when when, when, when, when, the rulings go against the liberals, not even the Supreme Court of the United States matters.

Now, speaking of Asians, it's a very Asian heavy show. A Chinese billionaire has reportedly sired over 100 children via American surrogates. So it's not just that this guy is, you know, full of energy and Riz, and he hits up the nightclubs all over the United States. He's engaging in a commercial endeavor. He's finding all sorts of Americans. He is paying them and paying doctors. unethical doctors, to impregnate them, to create babies who will be born in the United States, who will have birthright American citizenship. One report says that it's 100 children through the U.S.

surrogates. One lawsuit from a former associate of his claims that it's actually 300. The New York Post is running the 300 number. Now, this Chinese billionaire, Zhu Bo, he says the numbers are not precise. Maybe it's, maybe it's fewer. Maybe it's only 99 children. But he gets. gave a statement to the Wall Street Journal, and he said that he has custody of 12 of these children that were born through surrogacy in the United States. He posted a photo to social media, reportedly, of over 100 children seated in rows. A few days later, he issued a statement in Chinese. You can tell he has not assimilated very well. He was not at the Longhorn Game. And he said, the statement said, Mr. Shubo believes in the philosophy that more children bring more blessings.

He wishes for all his words and actions to benefit the long-term development of the Chinese nation. So he's not even pretending. You gotta give this guy a lot of credit. He's not saying that he wants to move to America and get married and start a family here and assimilate to the culture and live the American dream. He's not doing any of that. He's a Chinese billionaire who is exploiting two loopholes in the American system, birthright citizenship and commercial surrogacy. He's going to create hundreds of children openly. And he says he's going to do that for the good of the Chinese nation.

Obviously, that gives a lot of good to the Chinese nation. If powerful Chinese public figures can have children, pay to have gazillions of children, with all of the rights of any American citizen, they could become president of the United States one day. That gives them a major advantage over the United States. One of this guy's commercial surrogates just spoke out to CBS News. He feels like he's like creating an army. That's crazy. Did you count how many kids are in this picture? I don't understand what the motive is.

I just know that it's going to be hard for the child. And now you're part of it too. Yeah. It's just a really crappy thing to be a part of. I mean, you don't even think like this could be legal. Like everyone, every step of the way, tells him yes and allows this and is like creating these agreements. And then it's just up to the surrogate at that point.

point who has half of the information. Okay, hold on. This is what I don't get. She goes, on us poor surrogates, we have half the information. What he's doing, it's evil, it's awful, it's wrong. How is this even legal? But lady, you did it. You're part of it, as you say. And it would be one thing if the surrogate came out, she said, and I realized this is wrong, and commercial surrogacy is wrong, and it's horrible for the children, and it's immoral on multiple levels, and I shouldn't have done it, and I'm sorry, and I would like to repent and atone for my sins. She doesn't say that.

She says, nah, yeah, I didn't realize how crazy it was. He was like over 100 kids. I mean, I only had half the information. In other words, she's fine with commercial surrogacy. She's fine taking money from a foreigner to create a child to dupe the American immigration system, the citizenship system. She's fine with all of that, but only up to a certain point. So how many? Had Zhu Bo only had 90 children, would that be okay? Would that no longer be evil and wrong and shouldn't be legal? Okay, maybe 90 is too much. What about nine? Would nine be? That's like a lot, isn't it? That's a lot for commercial surrogacy. Would nine? What about five? Three? Two? Well, I'm strongly suspect you would say that's okay. I suspect that's what most people would say. One of the unpopular positions,

that I have been advancing on this show for years at this point, is that the surrogacy industry is just wrong. And I know why people are attached to it, and I know why they feel a need to defend it. I have plenty of friends who have used surrogacy and IVF and the whole thing. And some of them have come to realize there are problems with the industry. Some of them just try not to think about it. And they say, well, I love my kid. My kid is a good. So how dare you suggest that there's anything wrong with this?

I don't want to think about it. More kids, it's always better. Any way to make kids is better. Notice, that's what Zhu Bo said. Zhu Bo said he believes in the philosophy that more children bring more blessings. So he wants more kids. I was having this conversation on Katie Miller's podcast in D.C. Not that long ago.

And she was taking the devil's advocate position and we were discussing IVF. And she said, well, come on, Michael. Wouldn't you just say more kids is better? Anything that brings you more kids is a good thing? I pointed out, I said, well, you don't believe that. No one really believes that. Because one way to make kids is through rape. do you think that rape is therefore justifiable? People get very, very offended when you draw this

comparison. You say, how dare you compare our commercial surrogacy to rape? I say, well, no, it's like rape in certain aspects, and it's unlike rape in other aspects. It's certainly not like rape in all aspects, but in some ways it is because it proves the point that there are ways to conceive children, children who are goods, who are just as human as everyone else, who have just as many rights as everybody else, who are just as happy about existing as everyone else. But nevertheless, there are ways of creating children that are not morally justified, that we would never sanction that we have made illegal and that should be illegal. So, if that's the case, why are we permitting this? We would all agree that it is wrong for a foreigner to hire a surrogate to make 300 kids, right?

To be born in America. We all agree that's wrong. Why is it wrong? Because it's too many kids. We all think that that should be reformed, right? I think we can all agree, no matter what are views on surrogacy and IVF, we should all agree, okay, we need to pass some regulations here, some law. Okay, well, what's the law? Is the law that we can have commercial surrogacy, that two people can, or even just one person,

can buy an egg, rent a womb, go to an unethical doctor, pay him a bunch of money, make some kids. But we're going to limit the number of kids? What's the number? Doing that for four kids is moral, but five kids is immoral. 10 kids is moral, 20 kids is immoral. on what basis? What is your argument for that? What's the principle involved here? Because my position is pretty simple, which is that the problem with IVF and surrogacy is not just that it massively increases the number of abortions as a practical matter, not just that it creates human beings to be indefinitely frozen or destroyed, not just this or that, but that it establishes the domination of science and technology over the origin and destiny of human life and that it necessarily commoditizes human

life, much as slavery would commoditize human life. That's the problem. That children are not commodities, objects to be traded, but they are subjects with rights themselves. That's my argument. People get very upset about it, but I haven't heard them make an argument against it. And I guess for people who are torn on this issue of commercial surrogacy and IVF, how would you reform the program to stop Zhubo from making 300 plus? He'll have a thousand before he's done. A thousand new Americans, American citizens for the good of the Chinese nation, where the surrogates are speaking out saying, man, this is wrong. I wish I weren't a part of this. How would you reform it in a way that has any moral sense, that is, that it rests on any kind of principle at all? it's very difficult to do that, which is why, from the beginning, the surrogacy industry has been a Faustian bargain.

There is a real good to be gained from this bargain, which is that people who are struggling with infertility, people can have children, homosexuals who don't want to do it the natural way, they can get children. I'm not saying it's good for them to do that. I'm just saying that the children are a good to get out of that. I see why it's attractive to someone in that position. someone who wants to spread his gene, just single person, I get why they want that. But it was always a Faustian bargain. It takes from us too much. It is kind of a deal with the devil. Because the deal of commercial surrogacy is,

yeah, we're going to end up killing a bunch of kids through abortion. We're going to end up freezing a bunch of kids indefinitely. We're going to be intentionally creating children to deny them a mother or father. We're going to be doing this, that, or the other thing. but it's great having, I love having kids. It's like the greatest. I get it. I get why that's so attractive.

So what's the solution? Is it limit the number? Here's another solution that would discourage Jubeau. Get rid of birthright citizenship. Oh, oops, wait, the Supreme Court already ruled on that. They won't get rid of birthright citizenship. So what's the solution here? What probably for most people the solution is going to be is to say, oh, that's terrible,

that's awful, and not think about it any further. because they don't want to bring themselves to think about it further. But that's happening. And there's nothing stopping him. And according to the logic of birthright citizenship and IVF and surrogacy, that man is not doing anything wrong. Now, a providential ad transition here, I want to tell you about preborn.

Speaking of immigration, Zohran Mamdani is suing. What, you're just going to do the bell every time we mention any Muslim? Is that I was working? I don't even know what's on the screen right now. All I'm seeing is you. I'm just staring into the void into a camera,

but I trust that it's something deeply offensive, which we'll get to momentarily when we talk about run-hide-fide-infidels. Zoran Mamdani is suing the Trump administration to keep more welfare case immigrants coming into the United States. The Trump administration has come in and said, hey, our immigration system, like from the very beginning,

says you can't come here if you're going to be a dependent, if you're going to need public support. We might let you in, but only if you can contribute to the country and take care of yourself. So the Trump administration is returning to that basic aspect of longstanding American immigration policy.

And that's too much for Mamdani. He's not just saying, we want more immigrants from this country or that country. He's not just saying that we want to change the demographics of New York City and the United States. He's specifically saying, we want welfare cases. We want to bring in people who will be on the public dole and who will tax public resources. drastic and unlawful changes to our country's public charge rule, a rule that makes it possible for someone to be denied immigration status based on the likelihood of their need for public benefits.

Set to go into effect this coming Friday, September 18th, the new public charge rule expands the list of public benefits that might count against green card or visa applicants. If you are a citizen or an individual seeking humanitarian relief like asylum, these changes will not affect you. The new federal public charge rule not only sweeps aside more than a century of established law, it is intentionally vague as a means of creating uncertainty and fear to isolate immigrant New Yorkers, to force them to make an impossible choice between meeting their own basic needs and continuing to live in the city that they love. Make no mistake, this is an undisguised effort to strip New Yorkers of the services they rely on. The public benefits,

they are entitled to. Are they New Yorkers? Families, including those with children who are U.S. citizens, have already begun to forego essential services like SNAP, Medicaid, and affordable housing. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold it. Wait.

They use these programs. Immigration officers could use it as justification to deny them a future in our country. This is amazing, this is amazing gobbledygook coming from Mom Dani here because he's, he's intentionally

admitting the truth, but he's trying to hide it among his rhetoric. So he says, I don't know if you caught it in there. He kind of blurs right through it. He says, look, if you're a citizen or someone here who has claimed asylum, these changes won't affect you. Okay, well, hold on. You kind of buried the lead here. So it's not that Trump is denaturalizing these people. It's not that people who are U.S. citizens or even legitimate refugees who have asylum here are being told they can't use public benefits, though a lot of them probably should not. If you come here, even if you were naturalized, even if you are here, seeking asylum, which should we really be giving you all this welfare? Regardless, he says,

that won't affect you at all. But we have so many New Yorkers now, all these New Yorkers who can't use the welfare programs. Hold on. Wait, you're talking about foreigners who are here. They're not American citizens. They might want a green card. They might want a visa. They might want to stay here and be naturalized eventually. But they're foreigners. They've just come here and immediately upon coming here, they've got a handout. They were saying, please, hey, hold on, I came here, and you welcomed me in. Now, give me your money. Give me all your stuff.

And he says, these New Yorkers might be sent home. They might be sent home to the nations where they're actually citizens, right? They don't sound like New Yorkers to me. They sound like foreigners who are visiting to get a handout. Why would we keep them here? Can we just, no racism, no bigotry, no mean tweets, just a very simple question. Mr. Mamdani, what do you think the immigration system is for? Because to my mind, the purpose of the immigration system is to bring in people who can help the country.

We, the people of the United States, have established an immigration system in order to benefit us. That's what our laws are supposed to be for. But he has completely the opposite view. I don't think I'm stromanning this at all. I think he would acknowledge this. He thinks the purpose of the immigration system is to punish us, the American citizens. He thinks the purpose of the American immigration system is to, I don't know, atone for some vague, ambiguous sins that we've committed to give foreigners their supposed due.

We don't owe these people anything. the immigration is supposed to be for us. Like our laws are supposed to be for us to help us have an orderly and virtuous and flourishing society. We the people of the United States to promote the general welfare have all these laws under our constitution.

He says no. The immigration system is just for the foreigners and you're going to get punished as a result because we're going to bring in a bunch of welfare cases. And he's making that argument pretty full-throatedly. And the reason that it's appealing is because of the massive demographic

shift specifically in New York City, where a lot of these people don't view themselves as New Yorkers. They certainly don't view themselves as American. They keep their old traditions. They keep their old culture. They keep their old religion. They keep their old language. And they just come here not to assimilate and to contribute to the country, but to take from us immediately, immediately to take from us. And the Trump administration says, whoa, whoa, this is completely out of keeping, completely out of step with the American immigration tradition. Mom Dani says, yeah, right, that's the point. that's what we're doing. We're trying to come here.

We're trying to bring these people here. Mammani himself is an immigrant. We're trying to bring these people here in order to change your country. And when Americans come out and they say, well, oh, maybe slow your old buddy, there's nothing intrinsically wrong or bigoted or racist about that.

But Red Dawn was this great pro-American movie by the great John Millius, where the communists are invading and taking over. And it's just wild and it's unhinged and it's deeply satisfying. It's very funny. And this is like that. This is like Red Dawn for 2026. So I gave him a heads up on that. But that's basically all I told him.

And then Mr. Davies saw it. Mr. Davies, I believe you said this is the greatest content the Daily Wire has ever produced. Yeah, you're so underselling this. I'm just glad right now that I don't have to buy your movie ticket because if this was in theaters. This is one that would have made you go review for the audience because it's that good. And it's, being a member is probably less than buying your ticket in popcorn and coke or whatever going. For sure. It is, dude, it was such a ride. You're telling me, you were not just like laughing and cheering throughout this movie. Yeah, no, I mean, there are these moments, especially because I am like a

big John Millius fan. So I don't know what to expect. I was going in. I thought, oh, this is going to be some kind of like self-serious, you know, drama movie. And look, I mean, I got a, I have a pretty dim view of Islam going back about 1400 years. But I said, okay, it's going to be one of those things. And it's not that. It's just totally unhinged. And it's like everything, our friend Dallis-Soneyie is like the Michelangelo of on-screen violence. He is an absolute maestro on-screen violence. And what's amazing, too, is that the news cycle has hit this absolutely perfect. Once again, DWs really, really landed a great news cycle because the threat of Islam really has reasserted itself. I mean, you got these guys, you got Mamdani in New York,

you got Abdul al-Said in Michigan. You got all of these guys. You got the number of mosques in the United States doubling, more than doubling since 9-11. So all of a sudden, this is a really live issue. You got the war in Iran, shut down 20% of the world's oil, and they're attacking, well, we'll get to it if we have time. They're attacking the new East-West pipelines, so the Saudi oil exports came out. Anyway, it's like a big problem, is what I'm saying. That's not like the best part. The best part is it basically if you took me, you in Jacobs group chat and put it in AI and said make an awesome movie like this. That's what it is. And I know you were like Raised Aquinas, but I was like 80s action movies. So I finally get to

scratch that itch of a fun action movie over the summer, which we all should get. And like on a serious note, as someone that's been in a lot of Christian movies with a good message, I really genuinely enjoyed all the conservative Christian stuff on screen. And having that all in one film is actually, I'm very irritated about though. So you, as you mentioned, you're an actor in a bunch of Christian movies. You didn't get a part. In, you didn't, they didn't even ask you, didn't audition. I'm not saying that. You're saying it. But yeah, yeah, it's outrageous. So you should have been in it. But nevertheless, that's not what I don't really care about you getting cast in the movie. My point is, you still say this is your favorite Daily Wire content. talking about this. The people will be talking about this. It will be memed and you want to be in the conversation. Okay, I alluded in my diatribe there, to some problems in the war in Iran. And this has real political significance to us because we are quickly approaching the midterm elections. Oil's up again. One of the great things that the Trump administration has been able to do during the Iran War is managed the price of oil. It's very important. It's very important. Whether you hate the war in Iran, you think we shouldn't go into the war in Iran, whatever your opinion, you have to be impressed that for this whole six months now, whatever it is, the Trump administration has been able to keep oil relatively low. Brent Crude has been trading it like $74 a barrel. People were expecting $200 barrel oil. So it's amazing. And they're clearly pulling a lot of levers. I think a lot of credit is due to the president, due to Scott Besson, the Treasury Secretary of Secretary of State Marco Rubio. It's a team effort. They've done a great job on it. oil is now up again north of 100 bucks a barrel. It's about $105 a barrel. This is because two days, three days ago, something like that, the Iranians from Iraq launched a drone and hit the East-West pipeline. The East-West pipeline is the way that the Saudis are getting their oil out after the Strait of Huz is closed. So estimates are ranged from 70 to 92 percent of Saudi oil exports are coming out through the East-West pipeline, which was now just blown up in a drone attack. It's kind of unclear still.

the extent of the damage from the attack, but this means that the East-West pipeline is going to be down for anywhere from three to eight weeks, maybe longer. That's bad in itself. The Saudis don't have the capacity to store the oil that they're producing without getting it out beyond something like seven days. So now you could be in a situation

in which the field start to go down. It's very hard to turn them on again. It's really going to be hitting the price of oil, which is going to cause the price of all goods to increase, and it's going to cause economic pain and inflation and all over the rest of it. Why is this happening now? The reason it's happening now is because the Iranians know when the midterm elections are too. It's not just us. We don't just have a secret calendar here and the Iranians have no access to our Twitters and TVs and anything like that. So it's going

to get worse. I mentioned that a week or two ago. I said, whatever you think about the Iran war right now, it is guaranteed to get worse because the Iranians are going to try to squeeze the Americans. The Iranians hate Donald Trump. They want to kill Donald Trump. They definitely want to kill his administration. So they're going to try to squeeze him. He said that oil is not going to come back down until after the midterm elections. What he meant by that is clearly is that the Iranians are going to keep pulling all of these levers. It's going to get very, very tough. This remains the biggest liability for Republicans heading into the midterm elections. The best strategy for the Republicans is to downplay the significance of the war and to try to keep oil prices down, though it's going to be. very, very tricky. But what do they say about the difference between the conservative optimist and the conservative pessimist? The conservative pessimist says things can't get any worse. The conservative optimist says, oh, yes, they can. Well, that's me. I'm the conservative optimist. It's guaranteed to get worse through the election. The question for the Republicans and the conservatives right now is, can we focus people's attention on other issues long enough so it's not a total blowout? Even if we

lose the House, maybe we won't lose the Senate. Okay. There's a lot more. I want to get to. Because there's some good, getting back to Texas universities, we go right back to the top of the show. Texas A&M, not U.T, but Texas A&M is slashing, is destroying its woke classes, a lot of LGBTQ, ethnic studies, global warming, climate change courses. They're getting slashed. And they're not being slashed because of the free market.

They're not being slashed because of the culture and debate and changing consumer tastes. They're being slashed because of the heavy hand of the government, and I'm here for it.
