I hope you're having a good new year. I'll do a full show on this tomorrow, but I just have to react to the news that's coming out of New Orleans. If you haven't followed it, last night, early hours, at 3 a.m., a guy with an Arab name, allegedly, drove a car into Bourbon Street, killed 10 people, got out of the car with a rifle, started shooting more people, injured dozens of people total. I think 35 injured, 10 killed. Then happily, he was killed by police. and the FBI's initial response was to say that this was not a terrorist event. That was the first thing the FBI told us. So, first of all, we should pray for the people who died and for their families, of course.

Second thing we have to do right after that is ask, what is wrong with the FBI? Since then, now hours later, Alejandra Mayorkas, the head of DHS, has come out and said, no, this is being investigated as a terrorist event. this ridiculous woman, the FBI lead in New Orleans, comes at the first thing she said. Arab name seems like a terror attack, carrying an ISIS flag, and the geniuses at the FBI think the first thing they have to tell people is this is not terrorism. So that it raises a question. What made them do that? One, is it that the FBI is just that stupid? Possible. I actually think the more charitable answer would be that they are that stupid. Because if they're not that stupid,

it means that they lied to us. Or either they intentionally lied to us, or they're so blinded by ideology, blinded and committed to ideology, that they have to stop people from coming to the conclusion that is right before everyone's face, that this would be a terror attack. Cash Patel cannot enter the FBI director role soon enough. There's obviously something rotten in U.S. law enforcement. With law enforcement like this, who needs criminals? With law enforcement whose first reaction to a major terror attack on a major holiday is to obfuscate, to say no, no, it's not what's right in front of all of you? What's the point of having law enforcement? Now, add on to that, a few hours after the New Orleans attack, you had a cyber truck explode at the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas.

Could be an accident, could be mechanical failure, might just be a bum battery in the cyber truck. It seems a little coincidental, though. It seems a little coincidental that Trump's most prominent ally at the end of the campaign, and right now is Elon Musk, the head of Tesla. And Elon Musk and Trump were spending New Year's Eve together, though not in Las Vegas. Last night, before the ball dropped, before the festivities really kicked off, the lightning struck the U.S. Capitol. Lightning struck the World Trade Center, lightning struck the Empire State Building. Lightning struck the Washington Monument.

A priest friend of mine, great priest, says that it is a wicked generation that seeks signs and wonders. He's not the first to say it, but that it's a stupid generation that ignores signs and wonders. So a lot of people were saying, is this an omen? What does it mean? Is this a good omen? You know, okay, we're going to get things back in order in Washington, you know, come January 20th. Or is this a bad omen? What is it? Hours later, the new year begins.

The first major news event of the New Year is a terror attack. That's 2025. We will get into all of it and a lot more on the show tomorrow. But in the meantime, your prayers for those who have been affected would, I'm sure would be greatly appreciated. And there will be updates. If anything else happens, if another shoe drops, otherwise I'll see everyone tomorrow morning.
