I believe, in my personal opinion, that is the most important thing that you can do in your
personal development. So if you want to get that for free, go to dialedinjournal.com. Once again, dialedinjournal.com and get it for free.
Okay. And what I'm going to be talking about today is being full of yourself. And the question I want
you to ask yourself before I dive into it is, are you full of yourself? And give yourself an honest
answer. Are you full of yourself? And give yourself an honest answer. Are you full
of yourself? And most people, when they hear that, they're going to go, absolutely, I'm not full of
myself because the world puts such a bad connotation on being full of yourself, what that means to be
full of yourself. Being full of yourself means that you have a big head or a big ego or you're
cocky or brash or any of those types of things. But in my personal
opinion, being full of yourself is what you should be. You should be full of yourself.
If you start acting a certain way and start being quote unquote full of yourself and start to figure
out a way to find total self-acceptance for no matter what you do to be able to find a way to
love yourself, to be completely full of yourself, people around you,
and you start being happier, you start being more out there, more outgoing, having more fun.
And people start to realize that you actually are having more fun with your life. Some people
are going to be like, man, you're starting to get kind of full of yourself. And my question for you
is what the hell's the problem with that? If I'm not going to be full of myself, who the hell is
going to be full of me? If I'm going to be full of anybody,
who the hell should I be full of? And that would be myself. That would be the answer.
See, the problem is with society the way that it is, most people like to
not connect themselves to being great. They don't think that they're great at all. They don't think
that they have the capabilities because with advertising and everything that we see,
it's always that you're not enough.
And when you're not enough, you can't be full of yourself.
When you're not enough, you can't love yourself.
When you're not enough, you can't have total self-acceptance.
And with advertising the way that it is,
it always tries to tell you that you're not enough.
When you look at all of the things that are on TV,
when you look at all the people who are rich and you see all of the great cars and these great
houses, it's always telling you one thing. And that one thing is that you're not enough.
And so I'm here to tell you that I think you should figure out a way to get full,
total self-acceptance, to absolutely love yourself and to be completely full of yourself.
And when somebody says, man, you're getting full of yourself, you say, hell yes, I'm getting full
of myself. Because if I'm not full of myself, nobody else is going to be full of me. And when somebody says, man, you're getting full of yourself, you say, hell yes, I'm getting full of myself. Because if I'm not full of myself, nobody else is going to be
full of me. And if I'm not full of myself, then I can't be full of somebody else. I can't be full
of somebody else in a relationship. I can't be full of my kids. I can't be full of putting myself
into my business 100%. Because most people have self-doubt. Everybody's going to have self-doubt.
And total self-acceptance doesn't mean that you
don't doubt yourself at some point in time. It doesn't mean that you don't want to change.
But what it is, is saying that no matter what happens, no matter how my relationships go,
no matter how my business goes, no matter how much money in my bank account I have,
no matter what kind of car I have, no matter what kind of house I have as well, I will find a way
to have total self-acceptance and completely love myself the way that I am. So when people say, oh man, you're
full of yourself. Hell yeah, you're full of yourself. That's probably a great compliment.
And I'm not saying being cocky. We all know there's a difference between being cocky and
being confident. And when you're full of yourself and you love yourself more than anything else,
you can be confident. And when you can walk into a room and be completely confident, when you're that confident walking into a room, humans can
understand each other with body language, without any words being said. You know when a confident
person walks into the room. And guess what? When you start acting that way, people will start
reacting to you in different ways. They'll start respecting you in different ways.
So when people say, oh, you're full of yourself. Yeah. Who the hell else am I supposed to be full of? I am full of
myself, not in a cocky way, but in an absolute total self-acceptance way. See, the average person
tries not to be full of themselves, tries not to go out there and actually do everything they can
with the world. I'm not trying to be an average person. If you're listening to this podcast,
you're probably not trying to be an average person as well. So I'm going to do what
the average person does not do. I'm going to figure out a way to love myself as much as I
possibly can and realize that I want the best results for everything that I do. But if I don't
get the results that I want, it's not going to change the way that I feel about myself more
than anything else. See, because you have to realize we have to choose the feeling at all points in time that no matter what happens, everything is
all good. Everything is all good all the time, no matter what. The feeling of loving yourself,
regardless of what is going on outside of us. And that's the key. No matter what happens outside of
yourself, you need to figure out a way to love yourself.
No matter how much money is in your bank account,
no matter how many Facebook friends you have
or Facebook lights that you got
or relationship status,
whether you're in a relationship
or not in a relationship
or Facebook official.
Well, like I said,
the car that you have
or the house that you have,
who gives a crap?
You have to figure out a way to be full of yourself
and to not beat yourself up because you're quote unquote not enough. What you have to do is you
have to find that place inside you to say, you know what? I am enough. And you look back at
everything that you've accomplished. See, here's the problem. Most people look at people who are
further along to them in life and say, man, I'm not enough because I'm not there yet.
I'm not enough because this person has more money than me.
I'm not enough because I don't have that car or that house or that boyfriend or girlfriend,
wife, husband, that lifestyle, that many zeros in my bank account.
Most people look at that, people that are further ahead, and their confidence goes down
and their self-view goes down because they're looking at people that are already further ahead of them in life versus looking at where they
are right now. And instead of looking forward, looking backwards and saying, wow, look at how
far I've actually come. Because when you look back at how far you've come, all of the stuff that
you've overcome, all of the crap that's happened to you in your life and everything that's happened
to you in the past, and you look at where you are now,
guess what that does?
That builds confidence.
And when you build that confidence,
you can start feeling like you're enough
and you can start becoming full of yourself.
See, what you have to do
is you have to figure out a way
to fill your tank up from the inside
because all of the toys,
all of the money,
all of the sex,
all of the people, all of the friends, all of the sex, all of the people,
all of the friends, all of those things will not fill it up for you. That's why you see so many
people that become rich and famous and they're not happy. They're actually miserable. They're
worse off as they are rich and famous. And people look at them and go, well, they have everything
in the world. Why are they not happy? They're not happy because they thought acquiring all of those
things was what they wanted in life. They thought acquiring all of those things was what they wanted in life they thought acquiring all of those things was what would make them happy
but in reality they need to figure out a way to fill up their tank from the
inside because all of those extra things on the outside are not filling it up for
them so the challenge that I want to leave you with is can you develop a
mindset of every single day no matter what happens no matter the results we
all want the best results for anything that we do. We all want to be rich. We all want to have fun. We all want
to have freedom. We all want to have great relationships. But can we make a commitment
to ourselves that no matter what happens, no matter how much money you make or lose in the
next month, no matter how your relationship goes, whether it starts or ends, that no matter what
happens, you can be at peace within yourself
and love yourself exactly for who you are,
the way that you are, no matter what happens.
Is crap gonna hit the fan?
Yeah, sometimes it'll hit the fan
and it'll go all over the walls
and it'll completely cover you as well.
But when that happens, you have to look at yourself
and figure out a way to still love yourself
and still smile.
So that's the challenge that I have for you is no matter, can you make a commitment to
figure out a way to fill your tank up from the inside and find absolute love in yourself
and look yourself in the mirror every single day and go, that person is freaking awesome.
That person is amazing.
That person is beautiful.
That person is gorgeous.
That person is the absolute best person I have ever met.
And I love that person.
Can you figure out a way to become that person
and to do that to yourself every single day?
That's the challenge that I have for you.
With that, I'm going to leave you the same way
I leave you every single episode.
