And the day that it starts, it is going to be completely closed and nobody else will be able to join in. And I'm going to go over the six points with you today of what I feel are the most important things to stick to. So just to give you an idea of the Iron Mind 60 and everything that's going to be part of it from the details that we have put together. We don't have the exact dates, obviously, but there's going to be six points that I feel are super important. And over the course of 60 days, we're going to be doing every single point, every single day. And if you don't do every single point, every single day, guess what? You start back at day one. So I'm going to be
Starting point is 00:02:59 giving you more details on it, but here's the six points that are going to be part of it. Number one is you're going to have to work out every single day. You know, I think there's a big connection between mind and body. And to be honest with you, I'm not, I'm not a fitness person. I'm not a fitness guru. I work out a lot and all of that, but I don't, I'm not doing this. It's not about changing your body. Although your body will change a lot if you work out for 60 days straight, it's not about changing your body, although your body will change a lot if you work out for 60 days straight. It's about changing your mind, doing what you don't want to do when you don't want to do it. That is the first thing. The body is a secondary thing. So the first thing is to work out every single day. The second part is to have a strict diet that you stick to for 60 days
Starting point is 00:03:39 straight. You find the diet, you figure out what it is, whatever works best for you, but you have to stick to it. The next thing, no alcohol for 60 days. Yes, you heard me. Not even a drip of alcohol for 60 days. The next point is to journal every single day. The next point is to visualize every single day. Now you're listening to all these and you guys are like, holy crap, these all sound really hard. Well, also the last point is to take a cold shower every single day. Those are the six points that you have to stick to in the 60 day challenge. And just to give you guys an idea, the reason why I think it's important, the reason why some of you guys are out there and you're like, hell yeah, this sounds like a challenge. It sounds amazing. Some of you guys are out there like, this sounds like it's way too much. This sounds sadistic for me.
Starting point is 00:04:27 And guess what? Maybe that's the point. I don't mean the sadistic part of it. But what I mean is sometimes in order to break out of the comfort zone that you're in, you have to break yourself. When I work with one-on-one clients, sometimes what I have them do
Starting point is 00:04:43 is I have them literally get to their breaking point and break past that breaking point. The only way that you're going to find out who you truly are is if you break past the person that you currently are. You're not going to just walk through your comfort zone. You have to bust in the freaking door to the comfort zone. And so what I want to talk to you guys about today is that, is breaking yourself to remake yourself. That's what it is. You need to break yourself to remake yourself. If you go into the army or in any form of the military, what do they do first? The first thing they do is they break you down to absolutely nothing. They get past all of your programming that you've had your entire life, your self-limiting beliefs, all of the
Starting point is 00:05:30 beliefs that you've had. And then once they break past all of those, they can rebuild you into the warrior that you're supposed to be. Now, I don't want to break you and then brainwash you or anything like that into believing a certain thing or acting a certain way or going and killing people or any of that type of stuff. I want to break you out of the current mold that you are and then rebuild you. Take all of the good stuff of you, put that as the foundation and rebuild you into the person that you should be and that you want to be. Here's the way that I see the world. I see that everyone has a mountaintop and we're all just bouncing around mountaintops. You know, the mountaintop that I'm at right now, I would not have been able to be at this mountaintop two years ago because I wasn't a
Starting point is 00:06:17 person that could handle the amount of stress and work and abundance and maybe money, success, all of those things. Two years ago, I couldn't handle the person that I am today. I couldn't handle all of that because I wasn't that person. I wasn't built enough to be that person. Two years from now, I know that I'm not going to be able to handle the success. I know that the person I am now, I won't be able to handle the amount of success I will have in two years. So I see us as always hopping on mountaintops. But some people don't. They get to a mountaintop and guess what they do? They stay there for two years, three years, five years, ten years.
Starting point is 00:06:53 They stay stuck in a comfort zone. I like to push myself to be uncomfortable. I want to find out what my potential is. I want to push myself and see how far this human body can go. And I don't mean just the body. I mean the mind behind the body. Because everything that I create in my world starts in my mind. Everything that you create in your world starts in your mind. What if you had the iron mind? What if you had the idea that every time that you needed to do something, you didn't hesitate anymore. You didn't overthink. You just freaking busted in the door and you did what needed to be
Starting point is 00:07:31 done every single time. That's the reason why I'm starting this challenge is because I'm personally going to be going through this challenge. That's the exciting part. Not only is everybody in the group, not only are you going to be going through the Iron Mind Challenge, Iron Mind 60 Challenge, I'm going to also be going through it as well. And I'm going to be putting up a video every single day inside of the Facebook group for Iron Mind 60, coaching you, teaching you what I'm going through, because I know 100% I'm going to hit a breaking point. I know, but I know I'm going to push through it. And on the other side is a new Rob that's even better than the current Rob, right? I know that you're going to hit a breaking point, but on the other side is a new version of you
Starting point is 00:08:16 that's better than the current version of yourself. That's what we're going to be doing. Sometimes you have to break yourself in order to remake yourself. Realize this. If you're stuck in a comfort zone, you have to break the mold that you're in. You literally have to break yourself in order to remake yourself. So if you're sitting out there and you've been stuck in a comfort zone for two, three, four, five, 10, 20, 40 years, guess what you're going to have to do? You're going to have to do the things you don't want to do anymore. You're going to have to do the things you don't want to do. You're going to have to do the things you don't want to do anymore. You're going to have to do the things you don't want to do. You're going to have to get off your tail, do something and push through in order to, you have to realize the parts of your brain, the neurons that wire
Starting point is 00:08:54 together, fire together. If you've been stuck in a comfort zone, your neurons have been firing and wiring together over and over and over and over again. And they're so strong that it's so much harder to break through it. I understand. That's why I want to coach you through this. That's why I want to push you. That's why I want you to be part of this is because I know how hard I've worked with so many. I've worked with tens of thousands of people. I know what it looks like when you're stuck in a comfort zone. I know what it looks like when you're stuck in a habit. I know what it looks like whenever you're out there and you're like, man, I just have to figure out a way to get past this spot that I'm in. I just don't know how to get past it. Guess what? Starting point is 00:09:29 you break yourself. You heard it right. I want to help you break yourself. And then I want to help you remake yourself because on the other side of 60 days of pushing yourself and listen, 60 days is a long freaking time. That's the point. That is the point of it. I know on the other side is a version of you that is a version of you that you stronger physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually in your career, everything stronger than you've ever imagined, but you'll never get there if you never push yourself. On the other side of the wall that you're going to hit whenever you hit it or the multiple times that you hit it
Starting point is 00:10:57 throughout the course of your life, whenever things seem like they're too hard, if you're able to push through those things that are too hard, you will find another level of yourself. You will break through that glass ceiling that you've been holding yourself to, that self-limiting belief, and you'll become more confident in who you are. You'll be able to hold your head higher and go, no, I know I can do this because I've been through harder.
