So let's go ahead and dive in. I'm going to tell you about the Ironman 60 challenge today. Okay. I'm about to embark on this intense challenge. I am so, I was just talking to my best friend, Dean. I am so excited and nervous at the same time. Like I'm super excited and super nervous at the same time. It's just that feeling where it's like that feeling where you know something's about to
Starting point is 00:03:33 happen, right? You know something is about to happen that's going to completely change everything for you. And we're going to embark on the 60 day challenge because I want to break through my own current mindset and paradigm. I want to elevate my life and reach that next level. And this is honestly your invitation to join me along. I'm going to show you how serious I am by telling you this, anyone who joins me and completes this challenge, besides all the benefits that you're going to get and experience as a result of the

But why am I doing this challenge? Why am I doing it? Truth is, I've gotten comfortable in my current life. Honestly, my life is amazing. I love my life, but I'm ready for even more. And I know that I have more potential, even though I push myself and I challenge myself all the time. I know that I have more potential and I know that this is the only way to break through to the other side. 60 days of pushing myself is the only way that I know to completely rebirth my entire self and come out even better on the other side. And I
Starting point is 00:04:42 know completing this, it'll help me achieve the results that I want. How do I know it works though? Because honestly, history repeats itself. If I look back at my life, everything that's ever been amazing that I've done, every single thing came on the heels of, I guess you could say a really big challenge, something that was really hard for me.
Starting point is 00:05:04 I'll give you a couple of examples I could think of. First thing I remember back in 2005, before I started this podcast, I had imposter syndrome. I literally thought, and I promise you guys this, this is a real thought. Who the hell's going to listen to me? Who cares what I have to say? There's people like Tony Robbins out there. Why would they listen to me? Just little old me, right? Fast forward four years now, this podcast guys in the next 12 months will do easily over 6.5 million downloads in the next 12 months. 6.5 million. Think about how many people's lives I wouldn't have impacted had I listened to that little voice inside of my head. And I love the podcast more than I ever have. Another thing I can think
Starting point is 00:05:45 of is when I left my last job where I was making well over six figures, that was a freaking challenge to leave a job where I was making over a hundred thousand dollars a year, multiple hundreds of thousand dollars per year. And I was completely terrified to leave because of how bad my first business went, right? My first business was a success. And then I lost everything within eight months. So, you know, I was able to, a cool thing is, is within about nine months, I was able to replace, once I started my new business, I was able to replace my six figure income. And within two years of starting my business, I was making more money than I thought was possible, but it came on the heels of a challenge. And the last time I can
Starting point is 00:06:25 really think of off the top of my head is when I first decided to make videos online, I had zero followers and I was terrified, right? I can do this podcast. I can talk because you're not looking at me. Nobody sees me. You know, I could be hanging out and I don't have to look good. I don't have to take a shower to do a podcast, any of that stuff. Right. But I thought to myself, man, people are terrible online. Do I really want to put videos up? I don't want to be judged. I know how people, how terrible people could be. I thought that in my head and I fought through it. I was like, I know how important it is to make videos because I know that more people hang out on Facebook than they do in podcasts. And if you fast forward a couple of years, my videos have been viewed over 1 billion times with a B 1 billion times, which is like, for me, I can't
Starting point is 00:07:12 even believe that's a real thing. Right? It's crazy. 1 billion times, but I was not going to do it. And there's over 1.5 million people that follow me on Facebook. That's nuts. Like I can't even begin to describe what that feels like. I cannot comprehend these numbers. So every time I've ever done something great, it came from some sort of challenge. Now, let me talk real quick about the challenge and why most people fail and how I've set this entire challenge up to make sure that the people in the challenge do not fail. Okay. They don't fail because of the fact they don't have a plan or they don't have motivation or inspiration, but rather because they lack four critical things. Number one, they have a lack of accountability. One of the cool things about the way I've decided to structure this entire challenge is that we are
Starting point is 00:07:59 literally going to be holding each other accountable. Me, you, and everybody else every single day. It won't just be me coaching you through this challenge, but I'm going to be putting myself through the challenge because I'm a coach that likes to eat his own dog food, as I like to call it. There's a lot of motivational gurus that are all over the freaking internet now. And I'll tell you this, some of them, not all of them, I have good friends that are great motivational gurus, but some of them will be out there and they say, hey, you know, make sure you wake up early, carry out a morning routine, do all of these things. And then they sleep in. I know some of them that do that. I know a lot of them that do that. Most of them do that, right? When you know behind the scenes, it's, it's a
Starting point is 00:08:37 different world, right? A lot of them will say, Hey, make sure you eat healthy. And then they'll go scarf down a pizza or they're overweight, right? You know, we'll go to the gym and they don't work out. You know, they don't want to work out with me. Not me. I'm doing this challenge with you and I'll be posting daily videos, coaching videos every single day of what's happening in my own mind and how I'm fighting through it so that I can finish the challenge because I know, I know this 100% I'm being completely honest with you guys.
Starting point is 00:09:01 I know by day 20, 25, 27, 30, 32, whatever it is, I'm going to hit a wall and I'm gonna be like, I don't want to do this anymore. I don't. I know you're going to hit that wall too. I know every single person will hit that wall, but I won't give up. Like I know I'm going to wake up and be like, this sucks. Why did I do this? Right? But I wanted to make sure that I changed my life over 60 days. So I created this to hold myself accountable as well. So I'm going to show you how I'm pushing myself when I want to give up, because I know I'm going to want to give up at some point. I'm a normal human, right? And to give you an idea, just a little bit of an idea of, of what that looks like is videos, question and
Starting point is 00:09:41 answer sessions. Me literally, if I'm just, you know, outside working out, I'm like, you know what? A thought comes into my head. And this is an incredible thought. I get all my great thoughts when I work out. And this is an incredible thought. I'm going to take out my phone. Maybe I'll throw up two videos in a day. It doesn't, there's going to be no restriction. I'm just going to give you what is inside of me when the moment it's inside of me, maybe I'll pop on a Facebook live and we'll talk for a little while. Right? So the first thing is that accountability. The second reason why people don't finish is because they have no community or no support system. Selfishly, like I said, I want more out of life. This challenge though is 150% only for people who want to change their lives too. I don't want to be hanging out in
Starting point is 00:10:18 this group with people who are not looking to change their lives, right? I've designed this challenge where basically I'm the guinea pig for the entire thing. I'll experience wins. I'll experience struggles. I'll experience breakthroughs right alongside you. And every person who puts their hand up and accepts this challenge for the Iron Minds Challenge will be 100% aligned for the exact same goal. We're going to have a shared goal and that's to improve our mindset and to break through all of the current comfort zones that we have. We all have different comfort zones, but we're going to bust through them so that we can all become the person that we want to, so that we can create the life that we want to. We all know that there's more inside of us. I know I have more potential. This is how I know
Starting point is 00:10:57 from the past that this is the way I get my potential out. This is how I break through to the next level. So I want you to know if you join this, this is the right place with the right people, with the right support system, with the right plan. We're going to get it done. The third reason why people fail is because they don't have a strong enough why. They don't have, you guys have heard me talk about it before, the strong emotional attachment to their goal. At the beginning of this challenge, we're going to find out what your why is. We're all going to find out our whys. We're going to make a mission statement for the next 60 days of our lives. I will be making my own mission statement. And I'm going to read this mission
Starting point is 00:11:32 statement to myself every morning and every evening before I go to bed. And every time things get hard, I'm going to read it again so that I can remind myself why I'm doing this. Right? When you think about quitting, think about why you started. Remind yourself why you started. So I'm going to remind myself why I started, why I'm doing this, what I'm working towards, the life I'm trying to create, the billions of lives that I know that I could impact if I just keep pushing myself and who I'm trying to become in the process. My very first mentor used to say, if the why is strong enough, the how will reveal itself, which means if your why is strong enough, why you're doing something, how to do it,
Starting point is 00:12:06 you'll figure it out. It doesn't even matter. You just have to have the strong why. And the last reason why people fail is honestly because of the wrong mindset. And that's what I'm going to be here to help you with. You know, Einstein said we can't solve our problems by using the same mind that we had to, what was the quote? We can't solve our problems by using the same kind of thinking that we had to, what was the quote? We can't solve our problems by using the
Starting point is 00:12:25 same kind of thinking that we use to create them. So if you have the feelings of being stuck or in a rut or a comfort zone, the feelings of wanting more out of life, or just the feeling that deep down inside that you have so much more freaking potential inside of you, but you're just not sure how to live up to it, then this is how to do it. This is how to break through. This is how to go through this. You got to push yourself. You got to get on the other side. Potential doesn't just pop up. You don't just get to the next level of your potential by just sitting on the couch and just hoping that it comes, right? The way I like to think of it as like a rubber band, right? If you take a rubber band, I literally am wearing a rubber band on my wrist right now. I'm going to
Starting point is 00:13:03 teach you guys inside of Iron Mind 60, the importance of having a rubber band on my wrist right now. I'm going to teach you guys inside of Iron Mind 60 the importance of having a rubber band on your wrist. Literally, I've been doing this since I was, you know, I think 13 years old. I read something about Michael Jordan wearing a rubber band and the reasons for it. So I'll teach you guys all about that. But I'm looking at this rubber band. And if I take this rubber band and I pull it, right, pull it six inches from where it is, this is how most people's minds go, right? We know how to push ourselves for a little while. We know how to push ourselves for a little while, but what
Starting point is 00:13:28 happens? Eventually we go back to the same routines. We go back to the same things. We hang out with the same people. We stop going to, you know, we get off of our diet. We stop hanging out with the people that motivate us. We go back to people that are negative, whatever it is. And slowly but surely, you guys can't see my hands, but my hands are going back, back, back, back, back to the same. So we know how to expand ourselves, but then what happens? A lot of times we just go back to the same size, the same way that a rubber band does. We expand it, but it'll go back to the same size.
Starting point is 00:13:54 The point of this challenge is to literally, here, ready? Let me see if I can do it. See if we can hear this. Ready? You can hear it, the rubber band? Oh, I can't. I'm not strong enough. Snap it. I hope you guys could hear that oh that's really hard that thing hurt oh god i'm gonna have a welt on my hand now oh my god that was that hurt a lot more than i was expecting i'm not gonna
Starting point is 00:14:18 i'm not gonna lie to you so uh what we're trying to do is we're trying to break our comfort zones the same way that i just broke that rubber band. We're not trying to pull ourselves and then go back and pull ourselves and go back. Right. They say it takes 60 days to create a new habit. We're trying to do that over this challenge. So this 60 day Ironman challenge safeguards against all the failure points. Right.
Starting point is 00:14:40 There's six pillars to it. I've told you guys about six pillars you must complete every single day. Number one, you have to take a cold shower every single day. Why a cold shower? Because it's a challenge. First thing in the morning, I take one every day and guess what? I hate it every single day. I never want to take it, but it's great training for the mind to do what you don't want to do, right? The only difference between a successful person and a non-successful person is that the successful person does what they don't want to do even when they don't want to do it, right? The second point is working out every single day. It doesn't matter what your workout is. You pick that out. I'm not going to give you the workout, right? You can go to the gym. You can go to a trainer. You can run
Starting point is 00:15:15 outside, whatever it is, as long as it's intense physical activity for 45 minutes per day, right? Number three, no alcohol for 60 days because if we're going to build an elite iron mind, we're going to need to get all of the toxins out of our bodies, not put more toxins into our bodies. Alcohol is a toxin. Number four, visualization every single day. Number five, journal every single day. And I'll talk to you guys more about visualization and journaling in just a minute. And the last one is sticking to a diet of your choice for 60 days. That's up to you. Whatever diet you want to stick to, you stick to it. And then every single day I'll post a new video to coach through the challenge. I'll talk about the struggles, everything.
Starting point is 00:15:52 I'll talk about comfort zones. I'll talk about motivation, inspiration, you know, how to change your psychology, how to change your paradigm, how to get better with your money, how to, whatever it is, whatever's coming into my mind that's telling me this is what these people need to be coached on. Also throughout the challenge, we're going to have four question and answer sessions during this challenge where everyone in the group will be sending in their questions, voting up the ones that they feel that they need me to answer throughout this challenge. And I'll personally answer the questions that are the most important to those in the group. And also listen to this, listen to this. This is super, super important.
Starting point is 00:16:23 If anybody messes up at any point in time on any of the six points, they have to start the whole challenge over again at day one. And this goes for me too, right? If I have a challenge and Skittles are not part of it and I eat one Skittle, I have to start back at day one, right? That's how it has to go. Six by 60, six points over 60 days. Why have I designed it this way?
Starting point is 00:16:44 Because it's proven that it takes about 60 days to change a habit, to create a habit or to get rid of a habit. This challenge will reset all of our good habits, our bad habits, so that we can level up our lives. Ultimately, this challenge is a vehicle for all of us to completely change. My best friend, Dean, we were talking about it earlier just a little while ago today. I was telling him how excited it is and he's like, man, it's like a rebirth. Because I was like, dude, 60 days is a long freaking time. And he said, dude, it's like a rebirth because he's going to do it as well.
Starting point is 00:17:12 Him and his team are going to do it. His whole real estate team are going to do it. He's like, we're going to completely rebirth ourselves. Dean's doing this and his girlfriend's about to have a baby in the next couple weeks. She's due actually. She's actually due the day the challenge starts. So, you know, if you've ever had a baby before, he's not going to be getting a whole lot of sleep, but he'll still be doing it. Excuse me. I had to take a drink there. So, you know, people always say like, oh, well, what about the, what about the, the mindset? I
Starting point is 00:17:39 get that. But what about the whole weight loss and, you know, you know, what I'm going to look like in the physical, listen, that's all secondary to me. Your weight loss, your muscle gain, your improved physical health, that will happen, but that's completely secondary. What I care about is your mindset. That's what I care about. Building the mindset to conquer anything that you want to in the rest of your life. Getting to amazing shape, that'll be a byproduct for you. You might just be in the rest of your life. Getting to amazing shape, you know, that'll be a byproduct for you. You might just be in the best shape that you've ever been in in 60 days. That's great. But I know one thing for a fact. There's people out there that are going to be joining this and they will find a part of themselves they never knew existed. I know for some people, I keep having these visions during meditation and there's two specific visions I keep getting. I know for some people, I keep having these visions during meditation and there's two
Starting point is 00:18:26 specific visions I keep getting. I know there's somebody that's going to be joining this challenge that is 300 pounds right now, 250 pounds, 350 pounds. And this is going to be the catalyst, the moment that their life changes. And over the next 12 months, they're going to lose 150 pounds, whatever it is. This is going to completely reset them as a person. And the other thing that I keep getting this vision of is there's somebody out there that's, that's addicted to something.
Starting point is 00:18:52 They're an alcoholic, they're addicted to drugs, whatever it is. I don't know, but this is going to be the beginning to break that addiction for the rest of their lives. I know it's going to be life changing. Like I'm, I literally am, am tearing up thinking about how this is going to be something that's amazing for everybody, because I know what this is going. I know I was thinking to myself a couple months ago, like, what can I do to impact people more? Like, I love the podcasts. I love the videos I create. I love my group coaching, all that stuff.
Starting point is 00:19:22 But I was like, I need something to completely change people's lives. I want a thousand people to join in on this group. I want to change a thousand people's lives over the next 60 days. So I thought to myself, how can I do it? And this is it. Because if I change a thousand people's lives, think about how many people you're connected with and how your mindset and them watching you is going to start to change their lives, right? This is what I think is really going to do do it so here's what you're going to get in the challenge everybody you're going to get the exclusive closed facebook group that only members of this challenge will be a part of with an amazing community of people who are all on this journey with you me and there

Starting point is 00:20:39 join and to start this, but there's never a good time. There's never the perfect moment. So I'm going to be starting it in the middle of a challenge as well, which is exciting. And there is also the huge bonus that I was telling you about, and I'll tell you about in just a minute, because Isaac Newton says the first law of motion is that an object at rest stays at rest until it's acted upon by an external force. This is the external force that we all need to get moving, to break out of our comfort zones, to change. Because if somebody doesn't take action, they're never going to take action. This is my personal invitation to all of you guys. If your gut feeling is saying, this is something you should do, your mind is probably putting up a fight. If your gut's like, hell yeah, this is it. But your mind's like, I don't know. I've got a lot of things coming up.
Starting point is 00:21:20 You know, this is, this sounds like a challenge. Maybe, maybe he'll do this another time, some other day or something like that. Maybe he'll do it again. Cause who knows? I might hate this challenge. I might, it might be so frigging hard for me. I never do anything like this again. But if there's a point of you, like your gut that's going, yeah, you know, you should do it. If your gut's telling you should do it, but your mind's putting up a fight, there's something important to remember. Your mind is a coward. It is designed to do one thing and one thing only. And that is to keep you safe. It doesn't care about your happiness or your success or how much money you have in your bank account. It cares about your survival. And change is automatically seen as a threat to the brain.
Starting point is 00:21:52 You need to override your brain and go with your gut feeling. Your gut is your emotional compass. Always go with your gut feeling because it always knows what's right. If you join my 60-day challenge, we'll do all of this together because this is us pushing each other to the extreme. It's probably the most excited I've ever been about anything that I've ever done, right? This challenge is for the action takers, the people who want to get to the next level, the people who are not living up to the potential, you know, this is for the people who are tired of not living up to their potential, I guess you could say. The people who are ready to get to that next level for the people who are tired of not living up to their potential, I guess you could say. The people who are ready to get to that next level, the people who are excited to grow,
Starting point is 00:22:34 they are committed 100% to going 100% for the entire length of this challenge. This challenge is not for the people who don't want to change their lives, the one who would rather make excuses and take action, the ones who don't want to put in the work. They want to just say, oh no, you know, I thought this was good for me, but it's not. Or the people who, you know, are looking for some sort of quick fix. It's not even for people who want to give 99% to the challenge. It's only for those people who want to put 100% into the challenge. So this challenge starts June 24th, but the trainings actually start immediately. The training start immediately. The first training of this actually starts, if you're listening to this on the day, it comes out tomorrow, Tuesday. So when you do sign up and get registered, you'll need to do it by June 24th, because once we kick off, we will
Starting point is 00:23:16 not be able to let anybody else in. If you try to sign up on June 25th, it is impossible because I know I'm going to get a bunch of emails saying, Oh, Rob, I didn't know it was closing. Can I still join? Can you make an exception? But once it closes, the last day is June 24th. Once it closes, it's closed. I will not accept any more people because 100% of my focus is going to go 100% to the members of the Iron Mind 60 Challenge. We're going to start on June 24th. That is the very first day. And I'll close the door for signups and we're not going to be slowing down for anyone. We want action takers, the people who are willing to take action right now, the people who are willing to push themselves to find the other side of themselves
Starting point is 00:23:54 and who they are at the end of 60 days. Now, at the beginning, I told you guys that anybody who joins in, I would reward them handsomely. And I'll be teaching it Tuesday and Thursday before the course launches. So what I'm going to be teaching, how to find your why so that you can, you know, when you want to quit, you don't quit because you have that strong emotional attachment to finishing. This is the biggest key to accomplishing your goals. If you can master this one little thing of how to find a why and how to stick to it,
Starting point is 00:24:30 you will know how to stick to all of your goals for the rest of your life. The second thing I'll be teaching is how to journal. I know that you probably heard me many times talk about how important journaling is, but how do you really do it correctly? So over the past 10 years, I've had mentors who are millionaires, billionaires, incredible people. And I've learned from each of them how to journal, how they put their goals down on paper. And I've taken all of the best things and I've put them together to figure out exactly how to have my own system taken from all of these people. So I'll be teaching that. I'll also be teaching you how to visualize as well. I actually think
Starting point is 00:25:03 the first book that I write actually might be on visualization because it is that important. I do it every single day. I've already visualized all of the people in this group. I've visualized the people who are going to go through it, the ones who are going to lose 150 pounds over the next 12 months because it starts, the people who are at rock bottom, you know, the ones who are, you know, have been stuck in the same comfort zone for 10, 15, 20 years. Like I've, I've already visualized all of it. So all of these are gonna be inside of the two hours of lessons I'm gonna give you. And all of them will help you get a headstart into the challenge.
