Starting point is 00:00:00 Welcome to the Mindset and Motivation Podcast, one of the top motivational podcasts in the world. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we come out with a short, to the point, no BS episode to help make massive changes in your mind and transform you from who you are now to who you want to be. My name is Rob Dial, and the podcast starts now. Welcome to today's episode. If you have not yet done so, hey, hit that subscribe button so that you never miss another episode of this podcast. Today is the very first time that I've ever had an episode come out on Tuesday. So if you've missed on what I said last
Starting point is 00:00:49 episode, I made the announcement of I'm going to actually turn this into a daily podcast for two weeks. I'm going to challenge myself, see what I think about it, see how I like it. And then I will be, you know, reconvening, seeing if I want to go back to, you know, three times a week, maybe daily, who knows. But for the next two weeks until June 24th, I'm actually going to be doing it every single day. And if you didn't hear the massive, massive announcement on the last podcast, yesterday's podcast, the Iron Mind 60 Challenge is now open. And I told you guys that the first 50 people, I'm sorry, the first 100 people will get a $50 discount on it. And I think the number is 89 people signed up within the first, it hasn't even been 24 hours yet. So if you're joining in and you want to join in, you're going to want to do it quick before the discount goes away.
Starting point is 00:01:34 So go to ironmind60.com. So I-R-O-N-M-I-N-D-6-0.com. Sign up right there. We've already started. It's going to be fun. It's going to be amazing. I think I'm crazy to be doing it. Uh, but I know that I need to break myself out of a comfort zone. You know, my life is amazing. Everything's going great, but I know that I know that God put me on this planet for so much more than I'm doing right now. And the thing about it is, is I'm so motivated by pushing myself now and by helping other people. What I used to be motivated by, if I'm being
Starting point is 00:02:13 completely honest, was money. And money doesn't, you know, you get a certain amount of money in your bank account and then you just don't get motivated by money ever again. And I'm just, I guess I hit that point and I'm not motivated to make money. What I am motivated by is by seeing what potential I have inside of me and helping other people find their potential and start changing other people's lives. So that's what the challenge is about for me. It's about pushing myself and then helping everybody else push themselves as well. So if you're out there, if you're ready for a change and you want to join in on the Iron Mind 60 challenge, we're going to be pushing ourselves. I'm going to be putting myself through the challenge. And for 60 days, we're going to work out every single day. We're
Starting point is 00:02:52 going to not drink alcohol at all over 60 days. We're going to take a cold shower every single day. We're going to journal every single day. We're going to visualize every single day. And we're going to stick to a diet for 60 days as well. And it's going to completely reset our lives to become the people that we want to be, the people that we know that we can be. And I'm so excited for how many people have joined so far. 89 people in the first 24 hours is mind-blowing to me. It really warms my heart to think that people trust me that much with their transformation. And I'll be honest with you before I dive into today's episode, every single time that a confirmation comes through that
Starting point is 00:03:30 somebody else signed up, I pause whatever I'm doing. I close my eyes and I thank them. I don't know if you want to call it a prayer, if you want to call it a moment of gratitude, if you wanted to say a telepathic thank you, but I close my eyes and I say, thank you for trusting me with your transformation. I will put every ounce of blood, sweat, energy into the next 60 days to help you become the person that you want to be so that you can impact yourself and the people that are around you. And that's what I do every single time. So I did it 89 times today. I literally did that 89 times a day. I'm not being sarcastic because I take it serious that people trust me
Starting point is 00:04:05 with their transformation. So if you're looking, if those 60 days, those six points over 60 days sound like something that's going to be good for you, it'll help you build your own iron mind. Because if you can build an iron mind, you can do anything that you want to in the world. Go to ironmind60.com, sign up, join in. And we'll be starting on June 24th. But there already are lessons coming up this week that I'm going to be teaching, Facebook Live lessons that I'm going to be teaching inside of the group. So anyways, let's talk today about how to create a breakthrough, okay? Most people think like breakthroughs just kind of happen, right? They think, oh, yeah, you know, breakthroughs happen.
Starting point is 00:04:42 That's the way it goes. But they do happen. Yeah, there's moments in our lives where we have a yeah, you know, breakthroughs happen. That's the way it goes. But they do happen. Yeah, there's moments in our lives where we have a breakthrough, you know, and there's also moments in our lives where we can create a breakthrough. And a lot of people don't know that you could create a breakthrough. You know, we all want great lives, but at times you get stuck. Most times we're stuck. And something inside of us stops us from being as great as we possibly can be.
Starting point is 00:05:05 And something inside of us stops us from what we're truly capable of. We fall into a rut or a comfort zone. And some of you guys have probably been in a situation before where you feel like you're trying and trying and trying and trying and trying, but you feel like your wheels are spinning, like you're stuck in mud, right? You're stuck in that comfort zone. You're stuck in that way of negative thinking. You're stuck in those negative patterns. You're stuck in that comfort zone. You're stuck in that way of negative thinking. You're stuck in those negative patterns. You try to go to the gym for a while. You try to talk positive, but then you just fall back into it, right? And we're talking about moments that can be such a breakthrough that you finally make
Starting point is 00:05:36 the decision and you turn your body around. You turn your relationships around. You turn your finances around. You just become more joyous. You have more fulfillment, right? That's what a breakthrough is. It's a moment where something clicks and your mindset changes. You know, someone sent a message to me about the Ironman 60 challenge. They put on one of my posts on Facebook and they literally said, you can't change somebody's, somebody can't change
Starting point is 00:06:00 in 60 days. And I didn't say anything back to them, but they can change in 60 days, but they can change in way shorter because your life can change in a moment, right? There's people who have a heart attack and guess what? In a moment, their life changes. They're a completely different person. They stop eating terrible food, whatever it is that started that heart attack. You don't need 60 days. 60 days will definitely rewire your brain, but it can happen in a moment. And the breakthrough can help you with that. Where your mindset changes, you see something from a different perspective. You know, there's a lot of talk now about psychedelics and how they're becoming legalized. Well, the reason why is because your life can change in that moment because you start
Starting point is 00:06:39 to see your life from a different perspective. You get to see it from a third person. You know, it can come from psychedelics. It can come from meeting somebody new, having a really great conversation, traveling to new places, going to a seminar, investing in a course, you know, listening to a podcast, reading books, watching some movie. You know, it could be listening to a piece of music that moves you. Mostly, it comes from stepping out of your comfort zone, though. It comes from doing something that you've never done and it just clicks. Something changes. You break out of your normal mindset, your normal routines, your normal environment, and you make a shift that will get you what you really feel like you deserve.
Starting point is 00:07:21 And I'm going to let you in on a little bit of a secret. Breakthroughs don't happen when you're sitting around at home doing the same thing that you do every day, right? They don't happen when you take the same route to work. They don't happen when you do the same thing. You hang out with the same people, have the same conversations, eat at the same places, take the same route to work, same route back to work, do the same things on the weekends, go to the same places to eat on those weekends, right? If you want to change your life, if you've hit a wall where every day seems the same, and I want to pause and not even say any more than that. Just imagine, you know, and I know some of you are out there right now and you've seen 10 years of your life slip away, five years of your life slip away.
Starting point is 00:08:03 Were you doing the same things you were doing five years ago, 10 years ago, 15 years ago, 20 years ago, right? Listen to this podcast because you want some sort of change. You want your life to change, right? You've hit a wall where every single day seems the same. Do you want it to just be the same until the day you die? If you're 40 years old right now, do you want to live the next 40 years exactly the same way that you've been living the past two years, three years, 10 years? You have to do something different. Your life is not going to change unless you change. Einstein says to do the same thing over and over again and expect different results as insanity. Has the past five or 10 years of your life been insane? Think about that for a second. Ask yourself that honest
Starting point is 00:08:44 question. Are you stuck in a moment of insanity where you're thinking that by listening to this podcast, something's going to change? No, listening to this podcast is only going to give you a little bit of a spark. You have to get your freaking butt off the seat that you're in and go make a change. In order to create a breakthrough, you have to change whatever it is in your life. in order to create a breakthrough, you have to change whatever it is in your life. You have to have that spark that changes the course of your life. And you got to break out of your comfort zone. That's the only way to do it. You need to change. You need to change yourself, your mindset, your route to work, the people that you talk to,
Starting point is 00:09:20 the places that you eat, the people that you, you know, the places that you invest your money in, your environment, the people that are sometimes the people around you have to go. You have to get new people that are better. You know, I get a lot of emails from people in Facebook messages where they ask, you know, how do I change my life? I don't know what I'm passionate about. You know, help me find out how to change my life. I can't tell someone exactly how to find their passion or how to change their lives. That's for them to figure out. But I can tell you this, your life will not change unless you do first, unless you change yourself and you change your environment. Your mind and your comfort zone is like a plastic bag.
Starting point is 00:09:54 Each time you do the same thing over, it's, you know, if you were to go to the gym and lift the same weight every single day for 10 years, you're not going to gain muscle. If you do the same amount of reps, you do the same amount of weight. If you go and you pick up 10 pounds every single time that you go in, guess what? Nothing's going to change. The only way to change is to put your muscles under intense physical strain, to push past the point what you think is possible. And then what happens? Your brain, your body, everything reacts to it and grows, right? I always say your mind is like a plastic bag. If you've ever pulled a plastic bag apart, once you pull that plastic bag apart, you know,
Starting point is 00:10:31 if you don't rip it, it will never be the same size that it was. It doesn't go back to the same size like it's a rubber band. Once you expand yourself, you expand what you can do, you'll never be the same. You have more knowledge, you have more power. You have more ideas. You have more challenges. You're able to understand and more things can now fit into that bag. What you're trying to do is you're trying to expand your capacity is what you're trying to do. Right? You're not going to expand your capacity by doing the same thing. It's like going into the gym and lifting the exact same weight. You know, Ben Franklin says that most people die by 25, but they're not buried until 75. Ben Franklin, hundreds of years ago,
Starting point is 00:11:12 said most people die by 25, but aren't buried till 75. People have been stuck in ruts and comfort zones forever. But then there are people who break out of their comfort zones. What that means is that most people by 25 find the comfort zone that they're gonna get stuck in and they stay there until they're 75 years old. They stay there until the day that they die. Don't be that person.
Starting point is 00:11:33 In order to create a breakthrough in your life, you must make a change. You must change your path. You must change something. You must push yourself. And I mean absolutely push yourself past your comfort zone. Don't just be, oh, I'm going to try to push my comfort zone a little bit. You have to be uncomfortable. You have to be okay being uncomfortable. That's why it's called a comfort zone. You have to be uncomfortable. You need to travel to new places, read new things, go to new restaurants, eat new things at different restaurants, things
Starting point is 00:12:01 you never thought, meet new people, learn new sports, go to networking events. Even when you're introverted, fill your mind with all of the new things. Get your ass off of the couch. If you don't want to get your ass off the couch, you don't have to, but turn this podcast off because this isn't going to do anything for you. You have to get up and do something different. You have to push yourself because if you keep doing the same thing, you will get the same results. But if you do something different. You have to push yourself because if you keep doing the same thing, you will get different results. You will get the same results. But if you do something different, you will get different results. You know, I understand. I don't like making myself uncomfortable, but I do it anyways. I don't, if I'm being honest with you, I had a conversation a couple of days ago with my best friend, Dean, and Dean is going to go through the Iron Minds
Starting point is 00:12:44 60 challenge. His entire real estate team is going to go through the Iron Mind 60 Challenge. His entire real estate team is going to go through it as well. And we were talking about how long 60 days is. And I was like, holy crap. When this idea came into my head, I didn't think about how long 60 days actually was. It doesn't sound, it didn't sound like it was very long, right? But then I thought about it. I was like, how long, what was I doing 60 days ago? I was like, oh my God, it feels like it was five months ago. I'm going to do, I'm going to hold myself accountable for 60 days straight. That's intense. And he goes, yeah, but it's going to be a complete rebirth. We're going to be different people on the other side. I was like, I know it's a nervous excitement is what it is. It's a nervous excitement. And I'm only doing it because,
Starting point is 00:13:24 nervous excitement is what it is. It's a nervous excitement. And I'm only doing it because, because I know that I have more to give the world. And if I don't push myself, if I don't find the new, if I don't push myself like a plastic bag, I can't fit more stuff in, right? If I don't find the next level of myself, I'll never, I don't want to get to the end of my life and wish that I would have done more. I know the capabilities that I have. I know the potential I have to affect people's lives. It's all different for all of us. And the only reason why I'm pushing myself is so that I can help more people because I don't feel like at the capacity that I'm at, I can help as many people as I actually have the potential to, right? You're out there and you have some sort of potential that you're working towards. Push yourself, create the
Starting point is 00:14:10 breakthrough, do something different today. And I promise you, if you push yourself every day, you'll wake up one day and you'll be a completely different person. I'm not the same person I was last year, two years, five years ago. I'm not the same person I was when I started this podcast four years ago, right? You have to create, you have to push yourself to create the breakthrough. So that's what I got for you guys today. If you're interested in joining the Iron Mind 60 Challenge, if you're interested in being as crazy as the rest of us, and you're going to go ahead and just push yourself as hard as you possibly can, and you're down to join us for the Iron Mind 60 challenge. Go to ironmind60.com, I-R-O-N-M-I-N-D-6-0.com. Sign up there. Once again, we're at about 89 people signed up right now. So the next 11 people
Starting point is 00:14:58 get a 50, I'm sorry, the next, yeah, next 11 people get a $50 discount. So that's all I have for you today. I appreciate you guys all for being here. And I'm going to leave you the same way I leave you every single episode. Make it your mission to make somebody else's day better. I appreciate you and I hope that you have an amazing day.
