that you never miss another episode of the Mindset Mentor Podcast. I am your host, Rob
Dial. And did you know that we are about two weeks away? If you're listening to this, the
day that it comes out, we are about two weeks away from 2020.
My goodness, that is so crazy to think about. But before we dive in and let me tell you about 2020
and what's going on starting January 1st, 2020, let me tell you guys real quickly about Skillshare.
Skillshare is a program that I absolutely love. I've been using it for years. And the cool thing
about Skillshare is it's an online learning community for the creator and all of us
they have thousands of classes from photography to videography to editing to
creative writing to productivity to business to more and the cool thing is
their classes are on demand it's basically like the Netflix of learning
so you can learn at your own pace you can get inspired you can join a class
and create something that you love as As you guys probably know, if you follow me on Instagram,
I just got the brand new iPhone 11 pro. And so I've been taking classes on there, which, you know,
are part of it because it's on demand. I've been taking the iPhone photography class on there so
that I can make better pictures, put them up on my Instagram and look like I'm some sort of
professional photographer or something like that. But if you want to join in on the millions of students that are already
using Skillshare and get two free months, when you sign up, go to skillshare.com slash mindset,
and you'll get two whole months of unlimited access to thousands of classes for free. So you
can get started by just going to skillshare.com slash mindset to sign up. Once again, that is Skillshare.com
slash mindset. All right, let's dive into the podcast right now.
We have two weeks until January 1st, 2020, a brand new decade. And I want you to think back
on what the last decade has been for you. Just think back. Where were you
January 1st, 2010? Just think about where your life was. For me, I was running an office. I was,
let's see, I was 24 years old. I was running an office. I had, at that point in time,
trained a few thousand sales reps. And I was about to be leaving that company within about
nine months, 10 months, the company that I'd been working for for a long time and going out on my own and starting my own
sales company and doing sales consulting and doing all of that.
And to think of the growth over the past 10 years has been insane.
And I want you to think back to where you were in 2010.
And then I want you to think back to where you are right now and what the past 10 years
have been.
Have they been what you want them to be?
I hope that they have.
Have you had as much growth as you want?
If you look back and you put yourself back in your body at 2010, are you currently right
now where you thought you would be?
Are you further ahead?
Are you further behind?
I want you to think about that for a little bit.
And then also what I want you to think about is where are you going to be 10 years from now? You know, if I think back 10 years ago,
I was a 24 years old next year, I'm going to be 34 years old. And if I look back and, you know,
if I'm fast forward, I guess to 2030, 10 years from now, I will be 44 years old.
And I'm thinking about, man, what do I want the next 10 years of my life to be?
If they haven't been what you wanted them to be, you know, what can you do this next year,
starting this new decade? What can you do to make 2020 the best year of your life to really set
yourself up? You know, and what I want to talk about with you guys is a little bit about 2020.
And I want to talk to you about the Ironman 60 challenge
as well. So, you know, I'm going to talk about how to change your brain, how to get out of your own
way, how to get out of your habits, why I do the crazy stuff that I do, because people think that
I'm insane. Sometimes that was just at a wedding. We just got back today from Antigua, Guatemala.
So if you guys don't follow me on Instagram yet, follow me on Instagram. You can see all my stories from Guatemala. Just it's Rob Dial Jr. R-O-B-D-I-A-L-J-R on Instagram. And, uh, and you know, we just got back from it
and people were talking about this Ironman 60 challenge and they were like, Hey, I heard you
have this new thing coming up. I know you did one before. They're like, what, what, what does it
look like? And I'm sitting at this table. It was yesterday. It was brunch. And I started telling
them about it. And I told them about the six pillars and you know, for 60 days straight, we have to hit these six pillars.
And everybody said the same thing. Oh man, that sounds amazing. But I don't know if I could do
that cold shower thing. I'm like, well, that's the reason why you have to do it. That's the point.
If you have something you don't think that you could do, you do it.
That's just the way that life goes. That's what you're supposed to do. If you're trying to
expand yourself and break out of your comfort zone, you do the things that you don't want to do.
That's what the, you got to embrace the suck. The way that you grow is by pushing yourself
out of your comfort zone. Do you think that I want to wake up every single day for 60 days in a row and take a cold shower? Absolutely not. But it's
that little tiny voice inside of my head that says, Rob, hey man, just go back to sleep. Hey,
you don't need that right now. Hey, don't make the phone calls. Don't go out and do the work.
Take a nap instead of doing that. Do this instead of doing that. No, don't worry about your dreams.
Don't worry about your goals. Don't worry about your life. Don't worry about taking care of
people. Don't worry about growing. Just sit here,
be complacent, live a mediocre life and die one day, right? It's that little voice that tries to
hold me back from everything. And I'm trying to smash that little voice, right? So why am I doing
this? Well, because I want to personally push myself. I want to personally push myself and
break out of my comfort zone.
And just so you know, by the end of this video or the end of this video, then this audio,
I will be telling you guys how you could win up to $10,000 in cash from the Iron Mind 60 challenge
as well, which is pretty amazing. But you know, I've, I love my life, but I'm also the type of
person who doesn't want to stay comfortable for too long. And the reason why is because I know the way that I see life and I've coached thousands of people over the years,
the way that I see life is a bunch of little tiny hills, little tiny mountaintops. And you go from
one mountaintop to another and another mountaintop to another one. And these can be seen as comfort
zones. And I feel like, you know, the past year I've climbed a big mountaintop, but I'm at the top
of it right now. And I'm looking up and I'm going, okay, this is the best year of my life.
This is amazing. I've, you know, my business is exploding. I've made more money than I ever have
in my entire life, but also worked less than I ever have in my entire life, which is crazy.
But at the same time, I'm looking up and I'm going, okay, I'm at the top of this mountain.
What is the next mountain look like?
Oh, that's what the next mountain looks like. Okay. A $5 million business. That's what we're going to be shooting for, for 2020. That's the thing that that's the next mountaintop.
And I know that the current Rob, the one that's listed, you're listening to right now,
does not have the capacity to get to that business, does not have the capacity to run
a $5 million business. So I need to break the current Rob that you're listening to, to create the new Rob and make space for the new
Rob that's going to be running that business. Does that make sense? So in order to, if you're
on a mountaintop and you've been stuck in the same place for, you know, stuck in your comfort zone for
five months, 10 months, a year, five years, 10 years, the only way to look at that next mountaintop
and break the current version of yourself is to completely destroy the little voice inside of
your head and to go 60 days in a row and just push yourself to the absolute extreme. It's exactly
like a rubber band. You know, a rubber band, if you pull it and pull it and pull it, it'll go back
to the same place eventually. And that's how most people usually push themselves. They push
themselves, they push themselves.
And if you can imagine a rubber band pulling and pulling and pulling and pulling and pulling,
and then about two weeks in, what do we do?
We give up.
We don't push ourselves as hard anymore.
And then we start going back to our old habits, our own ways.
And we slowly but surely start to shrink back.
And you can't see my hands right now, but my hands are going back to the middle. It's like I was pulling myself, I was pulling, I was pulling, I was pulling the rubber band, and now my hands are shrink back. And you know, you can't see my hands right now, but my hands are going back to the middle. You know, it's like I was pulling myself, I was pulling, I was pulling, I was pulling
the rubber band and now my hands are going back and they're going back and they're going back.
I'm slowly going back into my old ways. And you realize six months down the road, damn,
I was doing so good six months ago. How did I go back into my old ways again?
And the only way to do it is to break out of your comfort zone is the same way that you break
a rubber band. You got to pull and pull and pull and pull and pull until it snaps. And you need to
snap that part of your brain that's holding you back so that you can see that next mountaintop
that's in front of you. And with that next mountaintop in front of you, what do you do?
You figure out a way to break the current version of yourself so that you can build yourself
into the new version. Like I said, the 2020 version Rob, the Rob that I need to be December 31st of
2020 is not the one that's speaking to you. I've got to create a new one. So am I comfortable in
my life? Yeah, it's great. But I see more. I know there's more. And quite frankly, I know the joy that comes from achieving
what we put our minds to in our relationships and our income and our health. So, you know,
if I think back to any time I've ever had some big breakthrough in my life, it always comes
on the heels of a really big challenge. Like for instance, I think back to when I first decided to start
the podcast and I decided to leave my job where I was making well over six figures. I was making
over six figures commission. I'm sorry, over six figures base pay plus commission on top of it.
And I was like, this just, my heart isn't in it, and I left that big, comfortable, cushy income
to do something that I just felt right,
and then what was cool was within eight months,
I was able to build a company
that was making more money than I was at my old job,
and then within two years,
I was making four and five times more than I was,
but I wouldn't have been able to do that
had I not challenged myself
and pushed myself to quit my job because I really wanted to follow my dream. Another time that I can
think of that was really challenging for me was a couple of years ago. I had zero followers online.
When I first started my podcast, I had zero followers online. When I first started my
Facebook, I had zero followers online. And I know how terrible people can be in the comments and how
much they can be judged. And I did not want to be judged. I did not want to read through the
comments and see all of the crap that could be talked about me, but I did it. I just pushed
myself. I had to push myself out of my comfort zone. You can go onto my Facebook, you can scroll
all the way down and see my very first video. It was terrible compared to the stuff I put out now,
but I had to go through the challenge and learn from it. And a few years later, my videos have been viewed a billion times.
You know, this isn't me trying to tell you about how successful I am and blah, blah, blah, and all
of me talking about myself. I'm just trying to give you an idea of if I look back on how my life
has changed, the biggest breakthroughs of my life come from a challenge, something that pushes me.
Every time I've done something great, it's come right after a major challenge.
So you have to think about that. In the first time that I ran the Ironman 60 Challenge last
year, we had over 700 people join. And the stuff that I saw that people went through and the fact
that they pushed themselves and some of the testimonies, man, I could freaking tell you
the testimonies and start to tear up about how many people have changed their
lives completely since the last one, six months ago. And this one's going to be way bigger because
we're going to have more people in it. There's a $10,000 cash prize, which is going to make people
push themselves even more than I've done this already. Now I have the experience of doing this
and knowing exactly what needs to be done, right? We've had over a thousand people, actually over 1200 people go through my challenges.
This one's going to be huge. And the thing about it is I know that the Ironman 60 challenge
starting on January 1st is change hundreds of lives already. And it's going to change hundreds
of more lives around the world. I'm ready to do it again. I'm ready to push myself. And here's
the thing too. I know why people fail. I've coached thousands of people over the past, you know, it's been
13 years now, believe it or not. When I first started coaching people, I've coached thousands
of people. And the thing that I've realized that there's four ways that people really fail.
The first way that people fail is they lack accountability. They don't have
accountability system set up. And one of the cool things about the Ironman 60 is I've decided to structure the challenge so that we're literally
going to be holding each other accountable every single day. You won't just be getting coaching
from me every single day. I will be putting myself through the challenge every single day
and hitting the six pillars myself because I'm the type of coach who likes to eat his own dog food.
You know, as I've gotten into the motivational space and the self-development state, there's a lot of, you know, quote unquote
motivational gurus that will tell you to wake up early and then they sleep in. They tell you to eat
healthy and they scarf down a freaking pizza. They tell you to go to the gym and then they don't go
to a gym. Not me. I'm going to be doing this challenge with you and I'm going to be posting
daily videos inside of the Facebook group, daily Facebook lives of what's happening in my own mind,
how I'm fighting through it, how I'm training, how I'm going to get past it so that you can help. I can
help you get through that as well. And you know, the, they found that the, the, uh, what was it?
The American society of training and development found that the chance of completing a goal,
the highest chance of a play, like if you have a goal and you're trying to hit the goal,
the number one way of hitting that goal is to have an accountability system set up. So you're trying to hit the goal, the number one way of hitting that goal is to have an
accountability system set up. So you're going to be getting accountability for myself and every
single person in the group as well. The second reason why people fail is because they have a
misaligned community and support system. Listen, I want more out of life. I know you want more out
of life. This challenge is 150% only for people who want to change their lives as well.
And I've designed this challenge where I'm going to be the guinea pig throughout the
entire thing.
I will experience the wins, the struggles, the breakthroughs, all of those things right
alongside you.
And every single person puts their hands up and it just accepts my invitation to join
this will be 100% aligned to the exact same shared goal.
All whatever amount of people, hundreds of people that join in on this and myself will have the same six pillars that we're going to be going after
every single day for 60 days. So we have the, we have the community and support system already
there. The third reason why people don't hit their goals and they fail is because they don't have a
purpose. They don't have the why behind it. And so what I'm I'm gonna do that strong a why is a strong emotional attachment to your goal
and at the beginning of the challenge we're gonna find our wives we're gonna
make a mission statement of what we want for the next 60 days starting on January
1st I'm gonna be reading my mission statement to myself every single morning
every single evening before I go to bed so that I can remind myself what I'm
working towards and I'm gonna teach you exactly how to do the same thing as well
and then the last reason why people fail is because they have the
wrong mindset. You know, I think it was Albert Einstein that said, we can't solve the same
problems. I'm sorry. We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking that we,
by using the same kind of thinking that we use to create them. And so if you have certain things
that you need to change about yourself, you need to change your mindset in order to change your life, change your mindset to change your future, change your
mindset, change your relationship, change your mindset to change the relationship that you have
with yourself, with other people, with your family, with your children, with your wife.
That's the way that it works. And so the Iron Mind 60 Challenge safeguards against all four
of those failure points. So we're going to be taking a cold shower every single day.
Yeah, get it together.
Who gives a shit?
We're going to do it.
That's the way it goes.
I don't want to take a cold shower, especially because it's a freaking winter.
The last thing that I want to do is wake up and take a cold damn shower, but it's not
going to kill me.
And so what happens is I know I need to conquer that little freaking voice inside of my head.
And that little voice is the one that goes, oh man, you know, no one's going to know if you don't actually do it. You know,
you could just skip it today. Don't worry about it. Just skip it. It's not a big deal.
Or instead of taking, you know, just turn it real cold, turn it on for five seconds and then turn
it back just so you could say, you know, you take a cold shower, right? So we have to take a cold
shower every day. We have to work out every single day. We have to create the best bodies for
ourselves because, you know, the mind, the brain is inside of the body. They work together. You So we have to take a cold shower every day. We have to work out every single day. We have to create the best bodies for ourselves
because the mind, the brain is inside of the body.
They work together.
You can't separate the two of them.
So we're gonna work out every single day.
We're not gonna drink alcohol at all for 60 days.
We're gonna visualize every single day
and I'll teach you exactly how to visualize.
We're gonna journal every single day for 60 days
and I'm gonna teach you exactly how to do that as well.
And then last thing is that you're gonna be sticking to the diet of your choice for 60 days. And I'm going to teach you exactly how to do that as well. And then last thing is that you're going to be sticking to the diet of your choice for 60 days. So it's cold shower,
workout, no alcohol, visualize, journal, and stick to your diet. Because I want to teach you
how to create the life that you want. And in the Facebook lives every single day,
I'm going to be posting something about either your mind, your money, your body, or your business. Here's the thing
that I want you to realize. Sure. I've been, you know, I'm the, I'm the mindset mentor. So people
know me as I coach people. I've coached many people on mindset because many millionaires and
successful people on their mind as well. But what a lot of people don't know about me is I, my main
thing is that I teach people about their businesses, how to grow online, how to, you know,
take your business to another level, how to make more money, how to actually grow your business, how to save more money, how to budget
more, how to get better with the way that your psychology around money is as well. So we're
going to be talking about your mind, your money, your body, and your business. That's the cool
thing about it. Your mind, your money, your body, your business. And we're going to have multiple
categories that we're going to split up the $10,000 prize pool into. So if somebody, you know, if we're going to, we're going to have a business
category and we're going to have a body category, I'm going to be teaching you health stuff. You
know, I'm not a health expert, but I'm pretty, I've done a whole lot of freaking research about
health, what I do, the different things that I prefer. And you know, there's a lot of different
things that I've, I've done research on over the past 13, 14 years that I've really become obsessed with it.
I wouldn't say that I'm a fitness coach or anything like that because I'm more of a mindset
coach, but I can definitely help with the body side of it, with the diet side of it
if you want to.
I'm mostly vegetarian and vegan.
I rarely eat meat.
Sometimes it happens if I get stuck and some people are like, well, that's pretty crazy.
You don't have to do that if you don't want to. I'm just going to tell you the reasons why I do it
and just the other reasons why I keep myself, my diet, the way that I keep my diet and why I eat
what I eat, why I don't do this, why I don't have coffee anymore, all of these things. You know,
why I switched to this special tea and got off of coffee. I'm going to talk about money. I'm
going to talk about your psychology of money. Why the reason why you think about money is holding
you back from making it. I'm going to talk about business. I'm going to talk about your psychology of money. Why the reason why you think about money is holding you back from making it. I'm going to talk about business.
If you have a business or if you're wanting to start a business, I'm going to talk about business.
You know, there's very few people that go out there that can teach you how to run a business
that have run a million dollar business before. There's a lot of people online. Here's the thing
that's funny. There's a lot of people online that will coach you on how to start a, on how to start
a business. But the only business that they've ever had is a business teaching people how to build businesses.
They've never run an actual real business.
Cool thing is, I have.
I've run two multiple million dollar businesses.
So we'll be talking about business as well.
Talk about your mind, your money, your body, your business.
Those are the things that we're gonna be talking about
throughout these Facebook Lives,
throughout the 60 days.
I'm gonna be sharing everything that's going on with me,
and there's gonna be four question answer sessions during this challenge as well,
where you can send in all of your questions and then everyone will be voting them up.
And the cool thing is I'll be answering the questions that the ones that are most pertinent
to everybody else in the group. So we'll have question answer sessions. And if anybody messes
up, this is super important. If anybody messes up in the course of these 60 days, they have to start
back at day one. Why? Because this isn't for people who are just going to screw up along the way and just say,
oh, you know what? I did 31 days. I'm good enough. No, that's not what I want. If you're that type
of person, I love you, but I don't want you in the group. I don't. I want people who are 100%
committed, not people who are 99% committed. Why am I designing it this way? Where if you mess
up, you have to go back to day one because it's proven that it takes about 60 days to create a
new habit or to break an old habit. This challenge will reset all of your habits, break all of your
bad habits so that we can all level up our lives and we can get to that next fricking mountaintop
like we want to. Ultimately, this challenge is a vehicle for you to change your life and transform
yourself into the person that you want to be be the actualized and successful version of yourself that you know that you can be.
That's what the Iron Mind Challenge is for. And these 60 days is for that. You know, it's for
people who don't want to procrastinate anymore, who don't want to be afraid, who don't want to
hold back anymore. That people who don't want to look and think about the action that they should
take and they don't. This is for people who want to take action, want to stop procrastinating,
who want to actually look at their dreams and go, that's the life that
I want. And you're going to learn to execute on your goals and execute on your dreams.
You know, will you lose weight? For sure. Will you build muscle? For sure. Will you have improved
physical health? For sure. Will you feel amazing? For sure. But to be honest with you, that's the
least of my concerns. I'm worried about the thing that's in between your two ears. That's what I'm worried about.
That's what I want to work on.
That's why it's called the Iron Mind 60 Challenge, not the Iron Body 60 Challenge.
It's the Iron Mind 60.
We're trying to build the mind.
Will your body get incredible shape?
Yeah, we've had, we had people on the last Iron Mind 60 Challenge that lost 10, 15, 20,
30, upwards of 40 pounds in 60 days. But that wasn't even my goal. That's the awesome
thing about it. Their mind was my goal. So let's go ahead and talk about what you get in the
challenge. So you get access to an exclusive Facebook group, a community of amazing people,
hundreds of people who are in the journey with you. They're with you. They're there to support
you when you fail, celebrate with you when you win. You'll get exclusive daily Facebook live videos from me
every single day to get you through the hard times, to help motivate you so that I'm in your
ears every single day. And you also have the group of people who are pushing as well, right?
You're going to see how, listen, I know at some point in time, it's going to get really hard for
me. I already know. And I'm going to sit there and I'm going to go, listen, guys, today sucks. I do not want to do
this, but this is what I'm going to be doing anyways, right? I'm going to give you a peek
behind the curtain of my life and you'll experience a challenge with me every single step of the way.
And for those of you guys that didn't know, for the first 200 people, you get 25% off.
And the cool thing about it as well as you get a free accountability partner to come into the
challenge with you absolutely free. For those of you guys that are still listening and just
want to sign up right now, you can go to ironmind60.com, I-R-O-N-M-I-N-D 60.com.
But basically you're getting two tickets for the price of one, but 50% off. And remember the $10,000
in prizes that I mentioned earlier, I'm going to be giving $10,000 in cash away to people who
transform themselves the most physically and mentally. There's going to be two separate prizes.
So one person can win up to $10,000 or two separate people can win $5,000 each, as well as many other
prizes are going to be in there as well. You know, and Isaac Newton says that the first law of motion
states that an object stays at rest unless acted upon by some external force.
Well, this right here is the force that you need to get off your ass, to break out of your comfort
zones, to stop making excuses and to break into the break yourself so that you can make yourself
into persons you want to go and you want to become. And you want to, you want to build yourself
into the point of the 60 days is to build you into the person that you want to be.
And here's the way that it works. I know how people's brains work. If there's, there's your brain and there's your gut, right? Your gut feeling is your emotional compass. If your gut
feeling is saying, yeah, you should definitely do this, then do it. If your brain is popping in and
saying, oh yeah, but don't forget you have that vacation. And also, you know, you do have family
coming over, you know, for Superbowl Sunday, you're probably going you have that vacation. And also, you know, you do have family coming over,
you know, for Superbowl Sunday, you're probably going to want to drink. So that might probably not be a good idea. Maybe you should just wait for the next one. Just see if the next one. Yeah.
Maybe just wait and see if Rob ever does another Ironman 60 challenge. If you have that, that
little voice inside of your head, I want you to know something. Your brain is a coward. Your mind
is a coward. It's designed to do one thing and one thing only. And that's keep you safe. It doesn't
care about your happiness, your success, your survival, your money,
your bank account, the people that are in your, it doesn't care about any of that stuff. It cares
about your survival and change is automatically seen as a threat to the brain. So if you want to,
if you want to change your life, you're going to need to override that little stupid voice that's
inside of your head and go with your gut feeling. If your gut feeling says do it, do it because your gut feeling is your emotional compass. It's always right. It always
knows it's right. So join my Iron Mind 60 challenge if you want to be a part of this, if you really
want to change your life because the challenge is going to be pushing yourself to the extreme.
The end result will be a new you, the person you've always dreamed of, the person that doesn't
procrastinate anymore, the person that will finally make you feel like you've lived out the potential. If you always felt that you had deep
down inside, you're going to get daily coaching from me. Every fricking step of the way, I'm going
to be holding your hand. I'm going to be there. I'm going to be motivating you. I'm going to be
doing the damn thing with you. I am going to be pushing myself for 60 days as well. That's the
crazy part about it. I'm not just going to be talking to you every single day. I'm going to
be doing it. So who's the challenge for it's to you every single day. I'm going to be doing it.
So who's the challenge for? It's for action takers, people who are ready to get to the next level. People who are tired of not living up to that potential. People that are excited about
their growth. People that want to give 100% to this entire challenge. This is not for people
who just think that they could take a magic pill or people who like to make excuses or people who
don't want changes in their lives. There are people that would rather, you know, not take action or the ones that are just looking for a quick fix or people who are
looking to put 99% into the challenge. This is not for those people. This is for people who are
only wanting to put 100% into it for 60 days to create themselves. You know, and the thing about
it is, you know, as you've already heard, the most important ingredient of success and challenges and
all this stuff is accountability. That's why I'm allowing you to bring this accountability
partner in with you. You're going to have the entire group there to support you, but you're
also gonna be able to have a friend that you bring in a family member that comes in absolutely free.
So, you know, if you're still here, if you're still listening to me,
now's the time, you know, there's, there's nothing else that I could say. Now's the time for you to change your life, for you to start working towards it. We're
starting a new freaking decade, January 1st, 2020, we're going to be starting, you know,
and this is going to be the headstart. I'm already, I'm already putting lessons into the
group starting this week. I'm going to start giving lessons so that people can get a headstart
into 2020. The lessons start on January 1st, the daily lessons start on January 1st, but I'm going to start teaching in the group this week.
In fact, if you listen to this, the day it comes out, I think the first lesson is tomorrow.
So you'll need to get signed up before January 1st. January 1st is the absolute last day that
you could sign up because once we kick off, you can't join. Like it's once it starts,
you can't get in. I know I'm going to
get a bunch of emails on like January 2nd. They're going to say, Oh Rob, you know, I didn't know it
was closing. Could I, could you please make an exception? Cause I always get those emails the
day after 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 of them. Oh, I'm so sorry. I didn't realize, you know, I was out
of town, this, this, this, but once the doors close, they close, we're not going to open them
up, right? We're starting on January 1st. We'll close the doors for signups and we're not going to slow down for anyone because I'm
going to be putting 100% of my focus every single day into the hundreds of people who are in the
Ironman 60 group. So we want action takers. We want people who are willing to take action right
now, the people who are willing to push themselves and find out what's on the other side of the 60
days. So if you're still listening and there's that gut feeling sign up, I promise you,
you won't regret it. And like I said, the first 200 people that join get 25% off and they can
bring in a free accountability partner as well. So go to ironmind60challenge.com. 2020 is quickly
approaching. I can't wait for you guys to have an incredible year next year. I can't wait for
myself to have an incredible year next year. I love you guys all for listening. I appreciate you for listening.
And let me give you a little bit extra announcement, just so you know. To help you
get a head start into 2020, I'm going to be doing daily videos. I'm sorry, daily episodes of this
podcast up until January 1st, 2020. So I'm going to help you get a headstart into 2020. Get ready, get ready because
I'm going to be doing daily episodes every single day until January 1st. So if you love this episode,
please share it with someone that you know and love. I will see you inside the Ironman 60
challenge. I'm going to leave you the same way, leave you every single episode, make it your
mission, make somebody else's day better. I appreciate you. And I hope that you have an amazing day.
