goal, and that's in four months, and our goal is to actually get to over a million downloads
within the first 12 months. And the only way to do so
is if you help us grow naturally and organically. So I'd appreciate if you do share this with
somebody else. What I'm going to talk about is how enough is enough for 2016. Now, 2016 is coming up
quickly and we need to ask ourselves, how much are we willing to put up with in 2016? We all have
our goals for 2016. We all have our dreams for 2016.
But let me give you a little bit of a secret on how I really changed my life.
And the reason why I want to share this with you is because 2016 coming up with all of our goals,
this is the one time where if you have your goals written down and you try to follow them,
you can really make 2016 the best year of your life. And your level
of achievement in life is directly related to what you deem acceptable. What is acceptable in your
life? How much are you willing to put up with? So let me explain. So before I learned this concept,
I could never save money. I was horrible at saving money. And you know, if I had like $1,000 in my
bank account, that was really, really exciting to have a thousand dollars in my bank account.
And then I had $2,000 in my bank account. I remember the most I ever had was $2,000 in my
bank account. And I was super excited about it, but I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get past
$2,000 in my bank account. I would save, I would somehow spend money and not pay attention to it.
And what I learned that was that in order to grow my bank
account, that $2,000 could no longer be exciting to me. It had to be completely unacceptable in my
life. It had to be completely unacceptable in my mind to have that $2,000. $2,000 could not be
enough in my mind. So I had to turn it from having pleasure of, oh, $2,000 is exciting to, it has
to be a pain in my mind that I only have $2,000. Now, $2,000 was a lot of money to me at the time,
but I had to switch my mindset of, oh crap, I only have $2,000 in my bank account.
And every time I looked at my bank account and I made sure I looked at it every single day,
don't be one of those people who barely ever checks it because you're afraid to see how much is in it. If you want to grow your bank account, what you pay
attention to the most and track will have to grow. So your bank account has to be the same way. So
once I had that pain of, oh, I only have $2,000 in my bank account, well, then it was easier to
get to $5,000 in my bank account. And once I had that $5,000, I had to switch my mindset to,
I only have $5,000 in my bank account.
This is not enough money for me to have in my bank account. And then I got to $10,000 in my
bank account. And I was like, this is not enough money in my bank account. And then I got to $15,000.
It was exciting, but then it was $15,000 is not enough money in my bank account. And then $20,000,
then $30,000, then $50,000, and then $75,000. And it got to that point where it was,
I finally got to the point where no matter how much money I got to,
I always made it my mission to make more,
which when I had that pain in my mind,
it helped me save money.
It helped me be smarter with my money.
And when I had that pain associated with,
I can't only have, you know, $20,000, $30,000, $40,000,
whatever it was, whatever level I was at.
When I had that pain in
my mind, it helps me save money by creating that pain of only having that amount. And this is the
same with everything in your life, everything in your life. Well, if you want 2016 to be better,
then you need to raise your standards of what 2016 is going to be your health. If you want
your health to be better, well, then you have to have pain of looking into the mirror and going, damn it. This is not enough. I don't look the way I
want to. And if you create that pain of, oh my God, I can't look like this anymore. It's easier
to stop eating the candy, to stop eating the fattening foods, to stop, you know, sitting
around and being lazy and get your ass to the gym. It's easier to do that. Everything will change
when you create that association of enough is enough. What is acceptable in my mind? My health
is not acceptable. I have to get better with it. The cleanliness of the world around you,
the way you keep your house or your car, it has to be enough is enough. Your relationships,
how much are you willing to put up with? If the relationship is not what you're wanting out of it,
how much are you willing to put up with it before you end it? And then you
have to raise your standards for what you want. Your living situation, the house that you live in,
the car that you're driving, the job that you want, the amount of happiness in your life.
It doesn't just have to be material things. It doesn't just have to be money and cars and all
of these things. It has to be everything
in your life, the relationships, how you feel spiritually, your inner peace. Enough is enough
and you have to tell yourself, this is it. I'm going to raise my standards. And if you drop below
the standards, you have to feel a pain in your head of this is not enough. I have to change this
immediately. And when you create that association in your mind of,
for instance, when you look at yourself in the mirror
and you see yourself shirtless or you see yourself naked
and you go, holy crap,
this is not going to work with me anymore.
It has to be enough is enough
and you have to change it immediately.
So for 2016, make out your goals
of what you want your life to be
and create that association is enough is enough in my bank account, with my car, with my house, with my relationships, with my spirituality, with whatever it is that you want to improve at.
And raise your standards for 2016 and it will create a better life and it will create the life that you want.

mission today to make somebody else's day better. And please share this with as many people as you
