what I'm going to talk about today is actually give you, I'm going to give you a quote that talks about success and motivation. Motivation doesn't last. Motivation doesn't last as long
as you want it to, and it sucks, but it's the truth. And it's a Zig Ziglar quote. And if you
don't listen to Zig Ziglar, I recommend that you do. It says, motivation does not last. Well,
neither does bathing. That's why we recommend it daily. And the reason why I have this podcast
that comes out three times a week, daily would be extremely tough for me because it is a big task
to put this out three times a week. The reason why I wanted to have it at least three times a
week though, is because I understand that motivation has to be a daily thing. And if

the reason why is because I know that if I don't listen to motivational stuff, if I don't inspire myself, if I don't go over my goals every single day and practice gratitude every
single day and meditate every single day and have these rituals to really set myself up,
then I know that I will slip because I might have a podcast that people are listening to
and you might be listening to my voice, but I'm human and everything, we get lazy. We can make excuses.
We can do all of these different things, but you have to realize that it's like bathing. If you go
a day without bathing, you start to smell. Well, if you go a day without motivation,
you're going to start to smell. Your mind is going to start to smell. Your mindset is going to start
to smell. You have to hear these things. You have to surround yourself with all of these
motivational quotes in videos, in books, in audio books, in podcasts, in a sense, brainwash yourself
because motivation is something that you need to give yourself at least once a day.
If you're like me, I lose motivation by about, I work really hard from about, you know,
7 a.m. to noon and by about one or two o'clock, I need to kick in the pants and some motivation.
That's usually where I go and start drinking some tea, take some B12 vitamins, and then put on
something that's going to inspire me for the day or read something that's going to make my mind
become inspired for me to get off my butt and start doing stuff. Because I know that if I let myself just for a few minutes get off track, it's a slippery slope. I'm going
to be completely out of it. And I'm going to be the type of person who just goes, well, you know,
I'll just take the rest of the day off. If we really want this life to be what we want it to be,
we need to put as much as we possibly can into it and get the most out of every single day. I'm going to give you a wake-up call, guys. We're going to die one day. I'm going to die
one day. You're going to die one day. I don't want to get to the end of my life and wish that I had
done more. I bet you probably don't want to get to the end of your life and wish that you had done
more as well. So let's try to do everything that we can every single day and get the most out of
every single day. And the most out of every single day.
And the way to do that is to start your day with some type of motivation, whatever's going to motivate you to get off your butt and to really make something of your life.
So success and motivation, keep saying success, motivation doesn't last.
It doesn't.
I need multiple forms of motivation throughout the entire day,
but it's just like showering. You have to shower and bathe daily. Sometimes if you go outside and
you sweat, you might need another shower throughout the day. That's kind of how it is with motivation.
So if you really want to get the most out of every day and the most out of your life,
I recommend that you fill your mind and you fill your day with motivation and stuff
that inspires you to be the best version of yourself so that you can look back and say,
damn, I had a really good life when you're at your deathbed. And hopefully I can help you do
