I've been posting daily stuff
multiple times a day
because people were asking me
for more than just
Monday, Wednesday, Friday episodes.
So I've been posting stuff
multiple times a day.
You can go to facebook.com slash MWF motivation. It'll bring you to it. I've been posting a ton
of different things that are pretty cool. I had something semi go viral, I guess you could say.
Average views, I usually get 500 to 1,000 views for these motivational videos that I put up. And
I had one get 36,000 views with 252 shares the other day. So don't
know what happens, but if you're not following us on Facebook, you can do that as well. They
get a little bit more motivation throughout the week, every single day in your newsfeed.
So what I'm going to be talking to you today about is a quote that I heard, very easy to
remember. And the quote is, arrange whatever pieces come your way.
So let me say that again. Arrange whatever pieces come your way. So whatever comes to you in your
life, whatever comes to you, just work with it. When life hands you lemons, make lemonade. We've
all heard that one before. So let me give you an example of what I mean by this. No matter what happens to you, if you're driving home and you get into a car crash,
or you go to work and you get fired, or somebody gets sick, or maybe you get sick, or
something happens, whatever it might be, whoever becomes president, whatever happened in your past,
your present, your future, whatever happens with the stock market,
whatever happens with the government, good things, bad things, tough things, hard things,
all things, stressful things, everything, whatever happens, arrange whatever pieces come your way.
And so what that means is that things are going to happen no matter what good stuff bad stuff
tough stuff hard stuff whatever it is people are going to become president blah blah blah whatever
who cares what happens because you're on this journey and no matter what happens whether it's
good whether it's bad whether the person you want to become president becomes president or not
whatever happens who gives a crap and i don't mean that in the in the wrong whatever happens, who gives a crap? And I don't mean that in the wrong way. I mean,
who gives a crap is in those things should not derail you from what you want in your life.
So if things have happened in your past, don't worry about them. Forget about them. There's
nothing. There's no reason why stuff that happened in your past or something that might happen today
should derail you because of your vision. If your path is strong enough, if your why is strong enough,
then it shouldn't matter what happens today, tomorrow. It shouldn't matter who becomes
president because in my mind, whoever becomes president, it's not going to change anything
with me. I know what my path is. I know what that needs to do. And therefore, it doesn't matter. I
don't give a damn, honestly, who becomes president
because honestly, I don't trust any of them, number one.
But number two, I don't think that it matters what happens.
Whoever becomes president is not going to get in the way
of what I know I truly have to do with my life.
And it should be the same for you.
So we all know that good things are going to happen to us.
We all know that bad things are going to happen to us.
So when they happen, the bad things happen,
why do we let them derail us from where we want to go?
The people who are able, the distinction between people who are able to live a fully functional
life that attract fullness and money and wealth and happiness, and the difference between them
and other people is the people who attract all of those great things, they have a burning desire, not wishes, a burning desire that no matter what happens in
their life, the candle will not flicker no matter what happens. So it doesn't matter to them if good
stuff happens, if bad stuff happens, if the person that they want doesn't become president,
or if the stock market fails, whatever it is, they know what they need to do and they don't let
all of the other crap that happens around them deter them from their ultimate goal because the
only thing that matters to them is that they have their actual route and their way that they want to
go. And I was on somebody else's podcast the other day and I shared this with them and it was kind of
a light bulb that came up in my head and I was like, man, if entrepreneurship didn't work for me, if something, if my business has failed, or if I
ended up losing a lot of money, or if I ended up going bankrupt and losing my house and the mortgage
and all of that stuff, I came to the realization that it really doesn't matter. And the reason why
is because they can take my money from me. They could take my house from me. They could take everything from me. But the one thing they can't take from me
is the mindset that I've built up over the past 10 years that I can do anything that I want.
So if I become a bum and live on the streets in two years from now, they can take all of the
materialistic things, but they'll never take my mind and what I actually want to do for me.
So that was a big light bulb in my head that I wanted to share with you guys is no matter what
happens, you have to have the determination that you're going to succeed and that this is a path
you're going to go down. A few years ago, I can remember 2008, there was a recession
and everyone was freaking out. It's horrible. Guess what? It's now eight years down the road.
You're still alive, aren't you? Still breathing? Do you remember the recession in 2001?
I remember the recession in 2001 when everything happened with 9-11. Well, guess what? You're
still alive, aren't you? So when big things happen, even things that extreme where it's that
extreme, you're still alive
and you're still making progress in your life.
So when those things happen,
don't let them derail you from where you're trying to go.
You need to shrug it off.
You need to expect the unexpected.
You have to expect to fail sometimes.
You have to expect to be rejected for things.
You have to expect bad stuff to happen.
So when it does, all you do is you just keep trucking.
You ever been fired before? Guess what? You're still alive. You're still breathing.
You're somehow listening to my voice over the internet. So probably have a computer or a phone,
which means you're probably doing okay. So what you have to realize is this,
no matter what happens, arrange whatever pieces come your way. And Wayne Dyer says there's two
different ways. He actually says there's three different ways to enlightenment, but I want to talk about two of them. For
enlightenment, he says some people, they get enlightenment through suffering because they
have to go through things. They go through deaths. They go through deaths of people that they know,
illnesses, bankruptcy, getting fired. And you go through all of these things. And as you go
through them, 10 years later, you look back
and you can't figure out at the time, but 10 years later, you look back and go, oh, that's why that
happened to me. That's why I went through this thing. That's why that person had to break up
with me and they had to lose this relationship so that I could therefore get into another one,
whatever it might be. Sometimes things have to happen to you, good or even bad, in order for you to grow, in order for you to become a better
person. If you get into an accident, a car accident, you might have to go through that
suffering in your time to go 10 years down the road, hey, I'm really glad I got into that car
accident because I wouldn't appreciate my life as much as I do now. I might not appreciate the people around me as much as I do now. The
people around me might not have appreciated me as much until that car accident happened,
whatever it might be. And some people get in accidents and they lose limbs or they get in
wheelchairs and they're like, that is the best thing that ever happened to me because my life
was going down this path. This woke me up and now I'm going down an even better path.
So that's the first thing is enlightenment through suffering. The second one is enlightenment
through being in the present moment. And we know that all of these things could possibly happen.
People might die. Bankruptcy might happen. We might get fired. So when those things happen
or an illness happens or you get into a crash, when you're in the moment and you start getting
past the, I'm just going to suffer through all of these things, you get past crash when you're in the moment and you start getting past the, I'm just going
to suffer through all of these things.
You get past it and you're in that moment when you just get into a car accident or something
and you say to yourself, you stop the suffering and you say, what can I learn from this?
At this moment, put anger all to the side.
What can I be grateful for?
My car might be totaled, but hey, at least I have insurance or hey, at least I still have a house or family or people that love me.
There's a lot of things to be grateful for.
Most people like to think about the bad things and focus on the bad things and focus on how
they can suffer versus focusing on all of the good things that are still going on presently
in their life.
So that's the podcast for today.
Arrange whatever pieces come your way.
Stuff will happen.
Good stuff, bad stuff, tough stuff,
hard stuff, stressful stuff.
It's gonna happen.
That's part of being alive and being conscious
and understanding that life happens to you.
But you're in control of how you deal with it,
wherever it comes from, whatever it is,
whether it's good or bad.
So with that, I want you to remember,
arrange whatever pieces come your way. And also with that, I want you to remember, arrange whatever pieces
come your way. And also with that, I want to leave you the same way I leave you every single episode.
