So if you've been thinking about it, if you've been pondering about it, it's time for you

right? Just get off the toilet, get rid of it, get done with it, join us. It's time to take action
and create the life that you want to. We already have hundreds of people that have gone through
all of, you know, the lessons that I've created so far. There's already lessons inside of the
group. We're already learning. They's already lessons inside of the group.
We're already learning.
They're already got a head start into it.
And we start today.
Today is lesson one.
I guess there's been pre-lessons.
Today is the real lesson one.
And from today, for the next 30 days, I'm going to be coaching them every single day
through Facebook, Facebook Live, answering their questions,
helping them become the person they want to be. And I'm going to be doing this challenge with you to help you go through
this. I have habits that I'm trying to break habits that I'm trying to create. I'm going to
tell you about my struggles. I'm gonna tell you about how I'm putting into my life. And you're
going to be getting help from someone who's been doing this for a decade. And you're going to be
basically peeking behind the curtain and seeing the way that I do the things that I do, seeing
the way, you know, and I'm traveling.
I'm over in Sedona right now.
And you'll be able to see behind my travels and how I keep routines,
even when I'm traveling, how I do things when it's hard.
And I'm going to be coaching you and answering your questions
and helping you become the person that you want to be.
So if you're ready to make changes in your life, today is the very last day.
If you're listening to this after October
8th, I apologize. I'm so sorry you missed out. There's no way to join because don't email me.
I promise you every time I have a close off date, people email me a couple of days later and they
say, Hey, I'm sorry. Can I join? The answer is no. If you're listening to this after October 8th, you can't join. But if you're listening to this on October 8th,
go to habits30.com, H-A-B-I-T-S 30.com, habits30.com. Check it out. There's a video up there
that explains everything. It's a 20 minute video that explains every single detail. And then there's
a page that explains every single detail. There should be no questions. You can go through it.
But if you're out there, if you listen to my podcast, you're like, ah, this guy seems to
really help me out. Imagine if I coached you every single day for 30 days, where your life would be.
Psychologists say it takes at least 21 days to break a habit or to create a habit.
What if we dedicated 30 days to changing your life? This is your last chance. So if you're

Year's resolutions right now so that you can hit the ground running. So when January 1st rolls
around, you're already a different person with new habits cranking through them. So go to habits30.com.
I would love to see you there. Today, we're going to be talking about
decision. I'm going to talk about how to change your life. Big one. This is a big one.
How to change your life. You know, and people, I get messages all
the time and they say, they're like, Rob, you know, I've, I've done challenges before.
If I'm being honest, like I've done challenges before and I had messages sent to me and they
said, Rob, you have a 30 day challenge. You have a 60 day challenge, whatever it is. You know,
how in the heck can you actually change somebody's life in a month? I'm like, it doesn't even take a
month to change somebody's life. Do you know what it takes to change somebody's life in a month. I'm like, it doesn't even take a month to change somebody's
life. Do you know what it takes to change somebody's life? I'm going to give you the
secret. You ready? One second that that's it. One second. A decision is all it takes to change
somebody's life. That's the truth of it. If I'm being honest with you, like there's been points
in your life, I'm sure where you've gotten to a point, you made the decision that you will no longer do what you're doing now. You will no longer sit inside of your
comfort zone. You will no longer say that where you are now is acceptable. I've been at that point.
I've been at the point in 2010 where I was eating pasta for two months, two months straight, all a
breakfast, lunch, and dinner was pasta from Walmart.
It was $0.88 for a box of pasta.
It was $1.88 for pasta sauce.
And I lived off of it because basically to eat for an entire month, it was like freaking $12.
I don't even know what it was.
It was almost nothing.
Right?
And I remember being in the, I literally can remember.
I can like visually see.
I have my eyes closed right now.
I can visually see my one-bed bedroom apartment in Coconut Creek, Florida. And I remember I was there and I had a bed
and then I had nothing else inside of the entire place. I had a bed and then I had books that were
all around the, what would have been the living room, but I didn't have any furniture. There were
books because I didn't have a freaking bookshelf. I just had books all around the exterior, you know,
the interior walls, I guess you could say of the living room. And I remember being there and I was
like, this is it. I'm not freaking doing this anymore. And it was like my rock bottom. It was
my fed up moment. And it wasn't like it took me six months to change. It didn't take me, you know,
30 days to change. It took me a second, one decision of like, I am freaking pissed off with where I am and I will no longer stay where
I am. This is not what my life is going to look like. I am destined for so much more. I'm tired
of the crap that I've been putting up with. I am tired of this. I'm tired of this. I'm tired of
this. I will no longer stand in this spot that I'm at and I will no longer be this
person. From this moment on, I'm going to change. I'm going to wake up early. I'm going to work
harder. I'm going to fix my habits. I'm going to start journaling. I'm going to start meditating.
I'm going to start doing this, this, this, this. I'm going to start working out. And I made a
freaking plan and I just stuck to the plan. That's all that I did. It didn't take me a long time to
change. It took one second, a decision where I was like, I'm done.
I'm freaking done, man. There's no more. And if you're listening to my voice, you might be at
this moment of like, you know what? Rob's right. Like I'm done with this life. And I don't mean
end your life. I'm saying I'm done with this life. I'm going to create a new life because I'm worth
it because I know that I can, because I know that I have the potential. There's something deep down. It's like, there was always that feeling inside of me
up until that point of like, I know it was like a, it was almost like a burning rage,
but it wasn't rage. It was like, I know there's more for me. What the hell is it?
And I was just so pissed off. I couldn't get it out of me. And I was like, I'm going to figure
out what it is and I'm going to do it. And there's absolutely nothing that will ever stop me from there. And from that moment on, it's been like, what is it?
Nine, 10 years of just like straight fire, just going at it, just life, just creating life and
changing and not wanting to go back there and trying to create the life for myself and my
family and the people around me and everyone. And it was just like, from that moment on,
from that decision, I can literally put myself back in that exact place. I didn't have any furniture in a one bedroom. I had a bed, clothes,
one pot, and a bunch of books. That was my entire life. And I was fed up with it. And if you're fed
up with it, I know I've been there. I know what it feels like. It's time to make a change,
right? Sometimes that's actually easier to be in, to make a change from than to be making
60, 70, a hundred thousand dollars a year where you're super comfortable. Cause I've also been
there and I've plateaued at a hundred thousand to 150, $200,000 a year where you're comfortable. Some of you listen to
my voice. You're not at a rock bottom. You're fat and happy. That's what I like to call that
position. You make more money than you need. It's not a ton of money, but you make more than you
need. You make more than the average income in the United States. You might have a little bit
time to take a vacation. You might be a little bit much for you. You might have a mortgage,
but you're fat and happy. You're comfortable and there's no reason to change.
That's harder to move from sometimes.
Sometimes that's even harder to get out of because you're fat and happy.
There's no reason to change.
There's no immediate danger.
There's no immediate threat.
You're not eating pasta.
Life is okay.
Life is pretty good.
But there's something inside of you that's like, there's more.
There's more.
I know there's more. What the hell am I doing with my life? I've been there too. That was 2015 for me,
right? 2010, I had pasta moment. 2015, I had the small depression because I was not living up to
what I knew I could be. And I was inside of Jason's Deli and it literally
hit me like a ton of bricks. I don't know if you have Jason's Deli where you are, but we were in
Jason's Deli. It's a chain here. I was with my girlfriend. Everybody that I saw around me looked
like zombies. There were people that were extremely overweight. They were yelling at their kids. They
looked like they hated life. And I thought to myself, oh my God, I need to start a podcast
because I feel like I have something inside of me that I
can teach people. I have all of this knowledge. I had trained 2000 sales reps at the time. And I
was like, I have knowledge that people need that can help them. And I'm unsatisfied. I was making
$130,000 a year base plus commission on top of it. I was making more money than needed. I was a
single guy, super easy. You know, it was like, it was like almost nothing. It was easy. I was working from home and I was like, this isn't it. This isn't
the life that I wanted. You know, they're just digits in my bank account. I have more to give
the world. So whether you're at complete rock bottom, I've been there or you're at fat and
happy. I've been there. But if you want to change your life, if you have that burning desire inside of you,
it takes one second, just one quick second, a decision to change your life,
that you're going to commit to making changes, that you're going to wake up earlier,
that you're going to start reading, that you're going to build the habits that you need to,
that you're going to break the habits that are holding you back,
that you're going to stop doing certain things and start doing things that you need to.
If you want your life to change, it doesn't take a long time to
change. It literally takes one second. So if that second is for you, take a pen and paper out and
write down what you need to change your life because that's all it takes. So no matter where
you are, whatever the place it is, rock bottom or fat and happy, or even past that
I've been there. I know what you feel. I've been at all, all every place in between all of those
two. It just takes the commitment that you're going to make change. So that's what I got for
you for today's episode. If you liked this episode, please share with someone that you know
and love. And last but not least, like I said, today's the very last day. If you're at the point where you're ready to make a change in your life,
go to habits30.com, H-A-B-I-T-S-3-0.com. Check it out. See if it's right for you. I'm going to be
coaching you every single freaking day for 30 days straight. And you're going to have an entire
group of people that are there to support you. And everyone's on the same mission to change their
lives. And I'm going to answer all of your questions and help you out every single step of the way. So
I'm going to leave you the same way. Leave you every single episode, make it your mission
to make somebody else's day better. I appreciate you. And I hope that you have an amazing day.
