You can try it out for $1 for seven days. All right. So today what I'm going to be talking about is how to hit your New Year's resolution. So I just had what I feel is one of my best lessons that I've ever done in my group coaching. had what I feel is one of my best lessons that I've ever done in my group coaching. And it was a 37-minute lesson. So it was a 37-minute video lesson on how to hit your goals for 2018. So it was a full out, let's go through and plan the eight sections of your life. And these are the eight sections that I use every single year. Then it was, we're going to dive into exactly how to plan it, how to plan out your goals, all of those things. I'm not going to obviously tell you everything that I told my group coaching. That's for my
Starting point is 00:02:48 group coaching people and not for the podcast. But what I will tell you is a part of it that I think that will help you. So if you want to see the entire thing, you could join my group coaching. But for those of you guys, I'm going to tell you part of it to try to help you out. And that part is this. When you look at all of your goals for 2018, obviously, if you've listened to any of my episodes, they need to be extremely, extremely clear. You should know that by now. They should be extremely, extremely clear. But here's the next thing for 2018 for your resolutions. A lot of people like to look at their resolutions and they write down a ton of different things. They write down all of these different things that they have that they want to do. You know,
Starting point is 00:03:30 financial goals, weight loss goals, health goals, romance goals, all of these different goals they write down. And it's kind of paralysis by analysis. There's so many goals that they don't know what to go for, right? And they don't hit any of them because there's too many of them. It's paralysis by analysis. So this is my recommendation for you. And this is what I told everybody in the group coaching in the lesson is to pick three goals and three goals only and prioritize those three. So if you're looking at it and you have five or 10 or 15 or 20 goals, write down what is number one, what is number two, and what is number three. What is number one, what is number
Starting point is 00:04:11 two, and what is number three. And what I would say to you is this, just work on number one for the first 100 days of the year, right? You don't need to work on everything else. Work on number one for the first 100 days of the year. Because what happens is that number one is usually the most important game-changing goal that you could possibly have. And by going just at that one, number one, you're not going to have paralysis by analysis. You're not going to have too many things to think about that you're not going to do anything. You're going to be focusing on this one. And what's going to happen is number one, you're going to dominate number one. But number two, what's going to happen is because you're dominating number one and you're doing so well, usually this ends up being a keystone habit or
Starting point is 00:04:59 a keystone goal. And what that means, just as the Romans were building, a keystone is the stone that kind of holds all of the other stones together. When the Romans built an arch, the keystone, the stone that was in the very middle, at the very top, that held all of the other ones together because of gravity was considered the keystone. So that one habit, that one goal, I guess if we're going back to the stone, that one stone was held up all of the other stones, right? It affected all of the other stones. So your keystone habit or your keystone goal will affect all of the other aspects of your life. That's what you should think about. So you look at your top three.
Starting point is 00:05:41 You figure out number one, two, and three. three, you figure out number one, two, and three. And if you go really hard at number one and only focus on number one, it will change other aspects of your life automatically. And the reason why I say go at it for a hundred days is because that's easy to do. You can focus on just over three months focusing on one thing, right? And then after those three months, if you have not yet hit your goal, then you add in number two, right? Then you add in number two, because if you're focusing on two separate things at one time, it's like the old Chinese proverb, if you try to catch two rabbits at one time, you will catch neither one, right? So what you want to do is focus on one goal and one goal only. That's what you want to focus on. And then you go into number two. And then after you
Starting point is 00:06:30 get, you go for a hundred days, number two and number one, then you add number three. That's the way that you hit your goals is you prioritize number one, two, and three out of all of these different goals. Make sure they're extremely, extremely clear before you put the goals down. Not, I want to make more money. You know exactly how much money you're going to make and exactly how you're going to do that. And you prioritize number one, two, and three. Then you go at number one for 100 days. Then you go at number two and number one, if you haven't hit number one, from day 101 to 200 and so on and so forth until the end of the year., if you haven't hit number one, from day 101 to 200, and so on and so forth until the end of the year. And if you take this very, very simple, simple, simple thing,
Starting point is 00:07:15 it will change your 2018. Now, if you want to know the much more in-depth of how to plan it, how to hit it, how to remind yourself of it every single day, how to go through all of those things, and how to make an actual legitimate plan to hitting your goals. But for everybody else, like I said, all you need to do is just focus on those three things. That's the key to hitting it. Focus number one, then focus number two, then focus number three. We traveled for six months. We went to, geez, just to kind of wrap it up to give you guys an idea of where we were. We went to Italy. We were all over Italy for months and months. We went to, uh, geez, just to kind of wrap it up, to give you guys an idea of where we were. We went to Italy. We were all over Italy for months and months. We ended up going to Prague. We went to Barcelona. We went to Amsterdam. We went to, uh, three different places in Thailand.
Starting point is 00:08:16 We went to the PP islands in Thailand. That's the real name. I'm not, I'm not mistaken. It is actually called the PP islands. And, uh, and then we went to Bali and then we went to Dubai and then we came back and we went to Croatia and all of these different places. We went all around the world. That was 2017. Best year of my life. 2018 will be even better. And the best part about 2017 is that I grew my business by 300% while I was traveling the world. It is possible. I've done it. I can teach. I've done it. I can teach you how to do it. We can all do this together.
Starting point is 00:08:48 There's no reason why we can't be as successful as we want to be. So with that, I'm gonna leave you the same way I leave you every single episode.
